Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) was applied to the determination of 7 volatile organic sulfur compounds (VOSCs), which were analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The compounds studied were ethyl mercaptan (CH3CH2SH), dimethyl sulfide ((CH3)2S), carbon disulfide (CS2), propyl mercaptan (C3H8S), butyl mercaptan (C4H10S), dimethyl disulfide ((CH3)2S2) and 1-pentanethiol (C5H12S). Temperature and time conditions of SPME extraction were optimised and the method was validated, with good linearity in a calibration range between 0.1 and 1000 μg m−3. Method detection limits ranged between 0.01 and 0.08 μg m−3 and method quantification limits were between 0.10 and 0.25 μg m−3, allowing real samples taken from several different areas of a sewage treatment plant to be analysed. Repeatability of the method between samples went from 5.6% for pentanethiol up to 14.2% for carbon disulfide, and concentrations of total target compounds were found between 18 and 529 μg m−3, depending on the sampling site.  相似文献

Decaborane(14) reacts with 1-(CH(3))(3)SiC&tbd1;CC(4)H(9) in the presence of dimethyl sulfide to give the new alkenyldecaborane 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[(CH(3))(3)Si(C(4)H(9))C=CH]B(10)H(11) (I). Crystal data for 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[(CH(3))(3)Si(C(4)H(9))C=CH]B(10)H(11): space group P2(1)/n, monoclinic, a = 9.471(1) ?, b = 13.947(3) ?, c = 17.678(3) ?, beta = 100.32(1) degrees. A total of 3366 unique reflections were collected over the range 2.0 degrees /= 3sigma(F(o)(2)) and were used in the final refinement. R(F)() = 0.083; R(w)(F)() = 0.094. The single-crystal X-ray structure of 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[((CH(3))(3)Si)(2)C=CH]B(10)H(11) (A) is also reported. Crystal data for 5-(S(CH(3))(2))-6-[((CH(3))(3)Si)(2)C=CH]B(10)H(11): space group, P2(1)2(1)2(1), orthorhombic, a = 9.059 (3) ?, b = 12.193(4) ?, c = 21.431(3) ?. A total of 4836 unique reflections were collected over the range 6 degrees /= 3sigma(F(o)(2)) and were used in the final refinement. R(F)() = 0.052; R(w)(F)() = 0.059. The reactions of 5-(S(CH(3))(2))6-[(CH(3))(3)Si(C(4)H(9))C=CH]B(10)H(11) and 5-(S(CH(3))(2))6-[((CH(3))(3)Si)(2)C=CH]B(10)H(11) with a variety of alkyl isocyanides were investigated. All of the alkenyl monocarbon carboranes reported are the result of incorporation of the carbon atom from the isocyanide into the alkenyldecaborane framework and reduction of N&tbd1;C bond to a N-C single bond. The characterization of these compounds is based on (1)H and (11)B NMR data, IR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Self-assembly in aqueous solutions of cationic surfactants that carry thioether groups in their hydrophobic tails has been investigated. Of particular interest was the identification of possible changes in the aggregate structure due to the presence of sulfur atoms. Solutions of four different compounds [CH(3)CH(2)S(CH(2))(10)N(CH(3))(3)(+)Br(-) (2-10), CH(3)(CH(2))(5)S(CH(2))(6)N(CH(3))(3)(+)Br(-) (6-6), CH(3)(CH(2))(7)S(CH(2))(6)N(CH(3))(3)(+)Br(-) (8-6), and CH(3)(CH(2))(7)S(CH(2))(8)N(CH(3))(3)(+)Br(-) (8-8)] were characterized by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, NMR diffusometry, and conductivity measurements. In addition to investigating aqueous solutions containing each of the thioethers present as the sole solute, mixtures of 2-10 or 6-6 with dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) were studied. The addition of a sulfide group to the hydrophobic tail causes an increase in the critical micelle concentration but has a limited effect on the aggregate structure. Micelles are formed at a well-defined concentration for all of the investigated surfactants and surfactant mixtures. However, a comparison of the behavior of concentrated solutions of 8-8 to that of solutions of hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) of similar concentrations suggests that the presence of a sulfur atom decreases the tendency for micellar growth. This may be a consequence of a slightly higher preference for the micellar surface of a sulfur atom as compared to that of a methylene group in a similar position, an idea that is also supported by results for the surfactant mixtures.  相似文献

Novel adsorbent APSG-MW (average particle size 215?µm and specific surface 98 m2?g?1) bonding multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) on silica gel are obtained. Then the sampling tubes filled with Tenax TA and APSG-MW are prepared and the adsorptive capacity of Tenax TA/APSG-MW for volatile organic sulfur compounds (VOSCs) is studied. The data show that the adsorption and desorption recoveries of multi-sorbent for VOSCs are satisfactory (>85%), and the breakthrough values are large (>16?L?g?1) enough to absorb VOSCs in ambient air. The sampling precision of the sorbent tubes meets TO-17 criteria. The sampling tubes are successfully used to concentrate and analyze a sample of landfill air, and the major S compounds are identified.  相似文献

The ligands D((CH(2))(2)NHPiPr(2))(2) (D = NH 1, S 2) react with (dme)NiCl(2) or (PhCN)(2)MCl(2) (M = Pd, Pt) to give complexes of the form [D((CH(2))(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)MX]X (X = Cl, I; M = Ni, Pd, Pt) which were converted to corresponding iodide derivatives by reaction with Me(3)SiI. Reaction of 1 or 2 with (COD)PdMeCl affords facile routes to [κ(3)P,N,P-NH((CH(2))(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)PdMe]Cl (8a) and [κ(3)P,S,P-S((CH(2))(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)PdMe]Cl (9a) in high yields. An alternative synthetic approach involves oxidative addition of MeI to a M(0) precursor yielding [κ(3)P,N,P-HN(CH(2)CH(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)NiMe]I (10), [κ(3)P,N,P-HN(CH(2)CH(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)MMe]I (M = Pd 8b Pt 11) and [κ(3)P,S,P-S(CH(2)CH(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)MMe]I (M = Pd 9b, Pt 12). Alternatively, use of NEt(3)HCl in place of MeI produces the species [κ(3)P,N,P-HN(CH(2)CH(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)MH]X (X = Cl, M = Ni 13a, Pd 14a, Pt 16a). The analogs containing 2; [κ(3)P,S,P-S((CH(2))(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)MH]X (M = Pd, X = PF(6)15: M = Pt, X = Br, 17a, PF(6)17b) were also prepared in yields ranging from 74-93%. In addition, aryl halide oxidative addition was also employed to prepare [κ(3)P,N,P-HN(CH(2)CH(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)MC(6)H(4)F]Cl (M = Ni 18, Pd 19) and [κ(3)P,S,P-S((CH(2))(2)NHPiPr(2))(2)Pd(C(6)H(4)F)]Cl (20). Crystal structures of 3a, 4a, 5a, 6a, 8a, 9a, 14b and 16b are reported.  相似文献

The reaction of the ligand 2-(2-trifluoromethyl)anilino-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol, H(2)((1)L(IP)), and PdCl(2) (2:1) in the presence of air and excess NEt(3) in CH(2)Cl(2) produced blue-green crystals of diamagnetic [Pd(II)((1)L(ISQ))(2)] (1), where ((1)L(ISQ))(*)(-) represents the o-iminobenzosemiquinonate(1-) pi radical anion of the aromatic ((1)L(IP))(2-) dianion. The diamagnetic complex 1 was chemically oxidized with 1 equiv of Ag(BF(4)), affording red-brown crystals of paramagnetic (S = (1)/(2)) [Pd(II)((1)L(ISQ))((1)L(IBQ))](BF(4)) (2), and one-electron reduction with cobaltocene yielded paramagnetic (S = (1)/(2)) green crystals of [Cp(2)Co][Pd(II)((1)L(ISQ))((1)L(IP))] (3); ((1)L(IBQ))(0) represents the neutral, diamagnetic quinone form. Complex 1 was oxidized with 2 equiv of [NO]BF(4), affording green crystals of diamagnetic [Pd(II)((1)L(IBQ))(2)](3)(BF(4))(4){(BF(4))(2)H}(2).4CH(2)Cl(2) (5). Oxidation of [Ni(II)((1)L(ISQ))(2)] (S = 0) in CH(2)Cl(2) solution with 2 equiv of Ag(ClO(4)) generated crystals of [Ni(II)((1)L(IBQ))(2)(ClO(4))(2)].2CH(2)Cl(2) (6) with an S = 1 ground state. Complexes 1-5 constitute a five-membered complete electron-transfer series, [Pd((1)L)(2)](n) (n = 2-, 1-, 0, 1+, 2+), where only species 4, namely, diamagnetic [Pd(II)((1)L(IP))(2)](2-), has not been isolated; they are interrelated by four reversible one-electron-transfer waves in the cyclic voltammogram. Complexes 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography at 100 K, which establishes that the redox processes are ligand centered. Species 2 and 3 exhibit ligand mixed valency: [Pd(II)((1)L(ISQ))((1)L(IBQ))](+) has localized ((1)L(IBQ))(0) and ((1)L(ISQ))(*)(-) ligands in the solid state, whereas in [Pd(II)((1)L(ISQ))((1)L(IP))](-) the excess electron is delocalized over both ligands in the solid-state structure of 3. Electronic and electron spin resonance spectra are reported, and the electronic structures of all members of this electron-transfer series are established.  相似文献

Gas-phase [C, H(3), S](+) ions obtained by electron impact from (CH(3))(2)S at 14 eV undergo two distinct low-pressure ion-molecule reactions with the parent neutral: proton transfer and charge exchange. The kinetics of these reactions studied by Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance (FT-ICR) techniques clearly suggests the [C, H(3), S](+) species to be a mixture of isomeric ions. While proton transfer is consistent with reagent ions displaying the CH(2)SH(+) connectivity, the observed charge exchange strongly argues for the presence of thiomethoxy cations, CH(3)S(+), predicted to be stable only in the triplet state. Charge exchange reactions are also observed in the reaction of these same [C, H(3), S](+) ions with benzene, toluene and phenetole. For these substrates, the CH(2)SH(+) ions can promote proton transfer and electrophilic methylene insertion in the aromatic ring with elimination of H(2)S. The results obtained for the different substrates suggest that the fraction of long-lived fraction of thiomethoxy cations obtained at 14 eV by electron ionization of dimethyl sulfide amounts to ~(22 -/+ 4)% of the [C, H(3), S](+) fragments.  相似文献

Rate constants for the gas-phase reactions of OH radicals with dimethyl phosphonate [DMHP; (CH3O)2P(O)H] were measured over the temperature range of 278-351 K at atmospheric pressure of air using a relative rate method with 4-methyl-2-pentanone as the reference compound. The Arrhenius expression obtained was 1.01 x 10(-12) e((474 +/- 159)/T) cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1), where the indicated error is two least-squares standard deviations and does not include uncertainties in the rate constants for the reference compound. Rate constants for the gas-phase reactions of OH radicals with dimethyl methylphosphonate [DMMP, (CH3O)2P(O)CH3], dimethyl ethylphosphonate [DMEP, (CH3O)2P(O)C2H5], diethyl methylphosphonate [DEMP, (C2H5O)2P(O)CH3], diethyl ethylphosphonate [DEEP, (C2H5O)2P(O)C2H5], and triethyl phosphate [TEP, (C2H5O)3PO] were also measured at 278 and/or 283 K for comparison with a previous study (Aschmann, S. M.; Long, W. D.; Atkinson, R. J. Phys. Chem. A, 2006, 110, 7393). With the experimental procedures employed, experiments conducted at temperatures below the dew point where a water film was present on the outside of the Teflon reaction chamber resulted in measured rate constants which were significantly higher than those expected from the extrapolation of rate data obtained at temperatures (283-348 K) above the dew point. Using rate constants measured at > or = 283 K, the resulting Arrhenius expressions (in cm(3) molecule(-1) s(-1) units) are 6.25 x 10(-14) e((1538 +/- 112)/T) for DMMP (283-348 K), 9.03 x 10(-14) e((1539 +/- 27)/T) for DMEP (283-348 K), 4.35 x 10(-13) e((1444 +/- 148)/T) for DEMP (283-348 K), 4.08 x 10(-13) e((1485 +/- 328)/T) for DEEP (283-348 K), and 4.07 x 10(-13) e((1448 +/- 145)/T) for TEP (283-347 K), where the indicated errors are as above. Aerosol formation at 296 +/- 2 K from the reactions of OH radicals with these organophosphorus compounds was relatively minor, with aerosol yields of < or = 8% in all cases.  相似文献

This study advances strategy and design in catalysts and reagents for fluorous and supercritical CO(2) chemistry by defining the structural requirements for insulating a typical active site from a perfluoroalkyl segment. The vertical ionization potentials of the phosphines P((CH(2))(m)R(f8))(3) (m = 2 (2) to 5 (5)) are measured by photoelectron spectroscopy, and the enthalpies of protonation by calorimetry (CF(3)SO(3)H, CF(3)C(6)H(5)). They undergo progressively more facile (energetically) ionization and protonation (P(CH(2)CH(3))(3) > 5 > 4 approximately equal to P(CH(3))(3) > 3 > 2), as expected from inductive effects. Equilibrations of trans-Rh(CO)(Cl)(L)(2) complexes (L = 2, 3) establish analogous Lewis basicities. Density functional theory is used to calculate the structures, energies, ionization potentials, and gas-phase proton affinities (PA) of the model phosphines P((CH(2))(m)()CF(3))(3) (2'-9'). The ionization potentials of 2'-5' are in good agreement with those of 2-5, and together with PA values and analyses of homodesmotic relationships are used to address the title question. Between 8 and 10 methylene groups are needed to effectively insulate a perfluoroalkyl segment from a phosphorus lone pair, depending upon the criterion employed. Computations also show that the first carbon of a perfluoroalkyl segment exhibits a much greater inductive effect than the second, and that ionization potentials of nonfluorinated phosphines P((CH(2))(m)CH(3))(3) reach a limit at approximately nine carbons (m = 8).  相似文献

(13)C CPMAS NMR spectroscopy has been employed to investigate the surface chemistry of the organotantalum hydrocarbyl/alkylidene complexes, Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(4) (1*), Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(3))(3) (2*), Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(2))((13)CH(3)) (3*), and Ta((13)CH(t)Bu)((13)CH(2)(t)Bu)(3) (4*) [Cp' = eta(5)-(CH(3))(5)C(5), Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5)] supported on partially dehydroxylated silica (PDS), dehydroxylated silica (DS), or dehydroxylated gamma-alumina (DA). Mono-Cp tantalum hydrocarbyl 1* undergoes chemisorption to form Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(3)O-Si mu-oxo species on silica, and "cation-like" Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(3)(+) and Cp'Ta((13)CH(3))(3)O-Al mu-oxo species on DA, via pathways analogous to those established for organo-group 4 and actinide complexes. When supported on DA, bis-Cp tantalum hydrocarbyl 2* follows the same chemisorption mode as 1*. However, when 2* is chemisorbed on PDS and DS, a "cation-like" Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(3))(2)(+) species is the major adsorbate product. On PDS, bis-Cp tantalum alkylidene complex 3* is converted predominantly to a stable "cation-like" Cp(2)Ta((13)CH(3))(2)(+) species, presumably via electrophilic addition of a proton from the PDS surface. In contrast to 3*, Ta alkylidene complex 4* forms predominantly a Ta((13)CH(t)Bu)((13)CH(2)(t)Bu)(2)O-Si, mu-oxo-alkylidene species on PDS.  相似文献

The bidentate ligands N-phenyl-o-phenylenediamine, H(2)((2)L(N)IP), or its analogue 2-(2-trifluoromethyl)anilino-4,6-di-tert-butylphenol, ((4)L(N)IP), react with [Co(II)(CH(3)CO(2))(2)]4H(2)O and triethylamine in acetonitrile in the presence of air yielding the square-planar, four-coordinate species [Co((2)L(N))(2)] (1) and [Co((4)L(O))(2)] (4) with an S=1/2 ground state. The corresponding nickel complexes [Ni((4)L(O))(2)] (8) and its cobaltocene reduced form [Co(III)(Cp)(2)][Ni((4)L(O))(2)] (9) have also been synthesized. The five-coordinate species [Co((2)L(N))(2)(tBu-py)] (2) (S=1/2) and its one-electron oxidized forms [Co((2)L(N))(2)(tBu-py)](O(2)CCH(3)) (2 a) or [Co((2)L(N))(2)I] (3) with diamagnetic ground states (S=0) have been prepared, as has the species [Co((4)L(O))(2)(CH(2)CN)] (7). The one-electron reduced form of 4, namely [Co(Cp)(2)][Co((4)L(O))(2)] (5) has been generated through the reduction of 4 with [Co(Cp)(2)]. Complexes 1, 2, 2 a, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 have been characterized by X-ray crystallography (100 K). The ligands are non-innocent and may exist as catecholate-like dianions ((2)L(N)IP)(2-), ((4)L(N)IP)(2-) or pi-radical semiquinonate monoanions ((2)L(N)ISQ)(*) (-), ((4)L(N)ISQ)(*) (-) or as neutral benzoquinones ((2) L(N)IBQ)(0), ((4) L(N)IBQ)(0); the spectroscopic oxidation states of the central metal ions vary accordingly. Electronic absorption, magnetic circular dichroism, and EPR spectroscopy, as well as variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements have been used to experimentally determine the electronic structures of these complexes. Density functional theoretical (DFT) and correlated ab initio calculation have been performed on the neutral and monoanionic species [Co((1)L(N))(2)](0,-) in order to understand the structural and spectroscopic properties of complexes. It is shown that the corresponding nickel complexes 8 and 9 contain a low-spin nickel(II) ion regardless of the oxidation level of the ligand, whereas for the corresponding cobalt complexes the situation is more complicated. Spectroscopic oxidation states describing a d(6) (Co(III)) or d(7) (Co(II)) electron configuration cannot be unambiguously assigned.  相似文献

Early flowtube studies showed that (CH(3))(2)S (DMS) reacted very rapidly with F(2); hydrogen sulfide (H(2)S), however, did not. Recent crossed molecular beam studies found no barrier to the reaction between DMS and F(2) to form CH(2)S(F)CH(3) + HF. At higher collision energies, a second product channel yielding (CH(3))(2)S-F + F was identified. Both reaction channels proceed through an intermediate with an unusual (CH(3))(2)S-F-F bond structure. Curiously, these experimental studies have found no evidence of direct F(2) addition to DMS, resulting in (CH(3))(2)SF(2), despite the fact that the isomer in which both fluorines occupy axial positions is the lowest energy product. We have characterized both reactions, H(2)S + F(2) and DMS + F(2), with high-level ab initio and generalized valence bond calculations. We found that recoupled pair bonding accounts for the structure and stability of the intermediates present in both reactions. Further, all sulfur products possess recoupled pair bonds with CH(2)S(F)CH(3) having an unusual recoupled pair bond dyad involving π bonding. In addition to explaining why DMS reacts readily with F(2) while H(2)S does not, we have studied the pathways for direct F(2) addition to both sulfide species and found that (for (CH(3))(2)S + F(2)) the CH(2)S(F)CH(3) + HF channel dominates the potential energy surface, effectively blocking access to F(2) addition. In the H(2)S + F(2) system, the energy of the transition state for formation of H(2)SF(2) lies very close to the H(2)SF + F asymptote, making the potential pathway a roaming atom mechanism.  相似文献

The reaction of the 16-electron half-sandwich complex CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(10)H(10)) (1; Cp = cyclopentadienyl) with ethyl diazoacetate (EDA) at ambient temperature leads to compounds CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(10)H(10))(CHCO(2)Et) (2), CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(10)H(8))(CHCO(2)Et)(CH(2)CO(2)Et)[CH(CO(2)Et)(CH(2)CO(2)Et)] (3), CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(10)H(9))(CH(2)CO(2)Et)(CHCO(2)Et)(2) (4), CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(10)H(9))(CHCO(2)Et)(CH(2)CO(2)Et) (5), and CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(10)H(9))(CHCO(2)Et)(2)(CH(2)CO(2)Et) (6). In 2, the EDA molecule has been inserted into one Co-S bond in 1 with the loss of N(2) to form an 18-electron compound containing a three-membered metallacyclic ring. In 3, two B-H bonds of the carborane cage have been activated and the unusual B4-H bond activation leads to the formation of a stable Co-B bond. Two EDA molecules are inserted into the Co-B3 bond to generate an unexpected six-membered heterocyclic ring Co-B-B-C-C-O. In 4, a stable Co-B bond is present as well but in the position B3/B6, and two EDA molecules are inserted into one Co-S bond to produce a five-membered heterocyclic ring Co-C-C-C-O. In 5, one EDA is inserted into the Co-B bond with the formation of a C-B bond in the position B3/B6. One more EDA is inserted into the Co-S bond in 5 to generate 6. Upon heating, 6 loses the BH vertex close to the two carbon atoms to lead to CpCo(S(2)C(2)B(9)H(9))(CHCO(2)Et)(CH(2)CO(2)Et)(2) (7) containing a nido-C(2)B(9) unit. All of the new compounds 2-7 were characterized by NMR spectroscopy ((1)H, (11)B, and (13)C), mass spectrometry, IR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis, and their solid-state structures were further characterized by X-ray structural analysis.  相似文献

The rate constants for the quenching of O2(1Δg) with carbon disulfide, dimethyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, diallyl disulfide, ethyl mercaptan, and thiophene have been determined in a discharge flow system in the absence of oxygen atoms. The rate constants are found to be (6.5 ± 0.6) × 104, (1.8 ± 0.2) × 104, and (3.5 ± 0.6) × 103 L/mol · s for dimethyl sulfide, ethyl mercaptan, and thiophene, respectively. The other compounds have rate constants <9.9 × 102 L/mol · s. In the case of dimethyl sulfide, even when NO2 concentration is more than what is required to remove oxygen atoms completely, the rate constants are found to vary with different amounts of NO2. No correlation is found to exist between the logarithm of the rate constants and the ionization potentials of the compounds.  相似文献

In-situ spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE) was utilized to examine the formation of the self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of the water-soluble oligo(ethylene oxide) [OEO] disulfide [S(CH(2)CH(2)O)(6)CH(3)](2) {[S(EO)(6)](2)} and two analogous thiols - HS(CH(2)CH(2)O)(6)CH(3) {(EO)(6)} and HS(CH(2))(3)O(CH(2)CH(2)O)(5)CH(3) {C(3)(EO)(5)} - on Au from aqueous solutions. Kinetic data for all compounds follow simple Langmuirian models with the disulfide reaching a self-limiting final state (d=1.2nm) more rapidly than the full coverage final states of the thiol analogs (d=2.0nm). The in-situ ellipsometric thicknesses of all compounds were found to be nearly identical to earlier ex-situ ellipsometric measurements suggesting similar surface coverages and structural models in air and under water. Exposure to bovine serum albumin (BSA) shows the self-limiting (d=1.2nm) [S(EO)(6)](2) SAMs to be the most highly protein resistant surfaces relative to bare Au and completely-formed SAMs of the two analogous thiols and octadecanethiol (ODT). When challenged with up to near physiological levels of BSA (2.5mg/mL), protein adsorption on the final state [S(EO)(6)](2) SAM was only 3% of that which adsorbed to the bare Au and ODT SAMs.  相似文献

A simple synthesis of a chiral phosphane alkene (PAL) involves: 1) palladium-catalyzed Suzuki coupling of 10-bromo-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-ol (1) with phenylboronic acid to give quantitatively 10-phenyl-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-ol (2); 2) reaction of 2 with Ph(2)PCl under acidic conditions to give a racemic mixture of the phosphane oxide (10-phenyl-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-yl)diphenylphosphane oxide ((Ph)troppo(Ph), 3), which is separated into enantiomers by using high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) on a chiral column; 3) reduction with trichlorosilane to give the enantiomerically pure phosphanes (R)- and (S)-(10-phenyl-5H-dibenzo[a,d]cyclohepten-5-yl)diphenylphosphane ((Ph)tropp(Ph), 4). This highly rigid, concave-shaped ligand serves as a bidentate ligand in Rh(I) and Ir(I) complexes. Catalysts prepared from [Rh(2)(mu(2)-Cl)(2)(C(2)H(4))(4)] and (S)-4 have allowed the efficient enantioselective 1,4-addition of arylboronic acids to alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyls (Hayashi-Miyaura reaction) (5-0.1 mol % catalyst, up to 95% ee). The iridium complex (S,S)-[Ir((Ph)tropp(Ph))(2)]OTf ((S,S)-6; OTf=SO(3)CF(3)) has been used as a catalyst in the hydrogenation of various nonfunctionalized and functionalized olefins (turnover frequencies (TOFs) of up to 4000 h(-1)) and moderate enantiomeric excesses have been achieved (up to 67% ee). [Ir((Ph)tropp(Ph))(2)]OTf reversibly takes up three equivalents of H(2). The highly reactive octahedral [Ir(H)(2)(OTf)(CH(2)Cl(2))(H(2)-(Ph)tropp(Ph))(2)] could be isolated and contains two hydrogenated monodentate H(2)-(Ph)tropp(Ph) phosphanes, one CH(2)Cl(2) molecule, one triflate anion, and two hydrides. (29)Si-(13)C spin-spin couplings over one, two, and three bonds as well as other NMR parameters [delta((29)Si), delta((13)C), delta((1)H), (1)J((13)C-(1)H), and (2)J((29)Si-C-(1)H)] were calculated and measured for a series of trimethylsilylated alcohols of the types Me(3)Si-O-(CH(2))(n)CH(3) and Me(3)Si-O-CH(3-n)R(n)(n = 0-3; R = Me, Ph, or Vi). The signs of the coupling constants determined for selected compounds can likely be extended to all such compounds, as supported by theoretical calculations. Similar to couplings between other pairs of nuclei, the 2-bond and 3-bond (29)Si-O-(13)C couplings are of opposite signs ((2)J > 0 and (3)J < 0), and their relative magnitudes depend on the extent of branching at the alpha-carbon.  相似文献

1,2,4-triazole was alkylated (alkyl = methyl, butyl, heptyl, decyl) at N-1 in >90% isolated yields. The resulting 1-alkyl triazoles were quaternized at N-4 in >98% isolated yields using fluorinated alkyl halides with >98% isolated yields, under neat reaction conditions at 100-120 degrees C to form N1-CH(3)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+ 1)-triazolium (Taz) iodide (m = 1, 6), N1-C(4)H(9)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+ 1)-Taz iodide (m = 1, 4, 6), N1-C(7)H(15)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+ 1)-Taz iodide (m = 1, 4, 6), N1-C(10)H(21)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+1)-Taz iodide (m = 1, 4), and N1-C(n)H(2)(n )(+ 1)-N4-(CH(2))(2)F-Taz bromide (n = 4, 7, 10). Single-crystal X-ray analyses confirmed the structure of [1-CH(3)-4-CH(2)CH(2)CF(3)-Taz](+)I(-). It crystallized in the orthorhombic space group Pccn, and the unit cell dimensions were a = 13.8289(9) A, b = 17.3603(11) A, c = 9.0587(6) A (alpha = beta = gamma = 90 degrees ). Metathesis of these polyfluoroalkyl-substituted triazolium halides with other salts led to the formation of quaternary compounds, some of which comprise ionic liquids, namely, [R(R(f))-Taz](+)Y(-) (Y = NTf(2), BF(4), PF(6), and OTf), in good isolated yields without the need for further purification: N1-CH(3)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)( +) (1)-Taz Y (m = 1, 6; Y = NTf(2)), N1-C(4)H(9)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+ 1)-Taz Y (m = 1, 4, 6; Y = NTf(2)), N1- C(7)H(15)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+ 1)-Taz Y (m = 1, 4, 6; Y = NTf(2)), N1-C(10)H(21)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+1)-Taz Y (n = 1, 4; Y = NTf(2)), N1-C(n)H(2)(n )(+ 1)-N4-(CH(2))(2)F-Taz Y (n = 7, 10; Y = NTf(2)), N1-C(10)H(21)-N4-(CH(2))(2)F-TazY (Y = OTf), N1-C(7)H(15)-N4-(CH(2))(2)F-TazY (Y = BF(4)), N1-C(4)H(9)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m) (+ 1)-Taz Y (m = 4, 6; Y = PF(6)), N1-C(7)H(15)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(4)F(9)-Taz Y (Y = PF(6)), N1-C(4)H(9)-N4-(CH(2))(2)C(m)F(2)(m)(+ 1)-Taz Y (m = 4, 6; Y = OTf). All new compounds were characterized by (1)H, (19)F, and (13)C NMR and MS spectra and elemental analyses. T(g)s and T(m)s of ionic liquids were determined by DSC.  相似文献

The aquation profiles of two novel dinuclear polyamine-linked, platinum-based antitumour complexes [{trans-PtCl((15)NH(3))(2)}(2){μ-((15)NH(2)(CH(2))(6)(15)NH(2)(CH(2))(6)(15)NH(2))}](3+) (BBR3007, 1,1/t,t-6,6, 1) and [{trans-PtCl((15)NH(3))(2)}(2){μ-((15)NH(2)(CH(2))(6)(15)NH(2)(CH(2))(2)(15)NH(2)(CH(2))(6)(15)NH(2))}](4+) (BBR3610, 1,1/t,t-6,2,6, 1') have been probed using 2D [(1)H, (15)N] HSQC NMR spectroscopy. Reported herein are the rate constants for the hydrolysis of 1 and 1', as well as the acid dissociation constants of the coordinated aqua ligands in their aquated derivatives. The aquation and anation rate constants for the single step aquation model in 15 mM NaClO(4) (pH 5.4) at 298 K are, for 1, k(1) = 7.2 ± 0.1 ×10(-5) s(-1), k(-1) = 0.096 ± 0.002 M(-1) s(-1) and, for 1', k(1) = 4.0 ± 0.2 × 10(-5) s(-1), k(-1) = 1.4 ± 0.1 M(-1) s(-1). The effect of the linker backbone (Pt(tetra(m)mine vs. polyamine) was evaluated by comparison with previous data for the trinuclear complex [{trans-PtCl(NH(3))(2)}(2)(μ-trans-Pt(NH(3))(2){NH(2)(CH(2))(6)NH(2)}(2))](4+) (1,0,1/t,t,t or BBR3464). The pK(1) for 1,0,1/t,t,t (3.44) is closest to that of 1 (3.12), while the pronounced difference for 1' (4.54), means that 1' is the least aquated of the three complexes at equilibrium. pK(a) values of 5.92 were calculated for the aquated forms of both 1 and 1', which are 0.3 pK units higher than for either 1,0,1/t,t,t, or the dinuclear 1,1/t,t. The higher pK(a) values for both polyamine-linked compounds may be attributed to the formation of macrochelates between the central NH(2) groups and the {PtN(3)O} coordination sphere of the aquated species.  相似文献

Infrared and Raman spectra of four rare earth (Ho, Eu, Nd and Pr) double sulphates have been recorded and analysed based on the vibrations of methyl ammonium cations, sulphate anions and water molecules. Formation of hydrogen bonds of the type N-H...O and O-H...O are identified in all the compounds. Bifurcated hydrogen bonds are present in the compounds with dimethyl ammonium cations. The sulphate anions are distorted and occupy a lower site symmetry in the compounds. The bands obtained for (CH(3))(2)NH(2) and SO(4)(2-) ions indicate that the structural bonding of (CH(3))(2)NH(2)Eu(SO(4))(2).H(2)O and (CH(3))(2)NH(2)Ho(SO(4))(2).4H(2)O is identical. Electronic transition bands of Eu(3+) and Nd(3+) observed in the Raman spectra of these two compounds have been identified and discussed.  相似文献
