Abstract

Lipase-catalyzed transesterification was used as an efficient tool for the interconversion of β-ketoesters. Catalytic activity of commercial lipase B from Candida antarctica (Novozym 435) was evaluated in systems involving non activated acyl donors, and enhanced using microwave irradiation. Interestingly, the combination of CAL B in microwave irradiation worked excellent in solvent-free conditions, thus assuring a highly competitive and environment-friendly process with high yields (up to 96%) in competitive times (< 2h). The combination of biocatalysis with solvent-free systems and microwave assistance is currently scarcely used, and may represent a powerful synergy for preparative reactions.  相似文献

Two facile accesses to mono-cinchona alkaloid-derived ligands, by conventional heating conditions and solvent-free microwave irradiation, are described. 1,4-Dichlorophthalazine (PHAL) or 3,6-dichloropyridazine (PYDZ) reacted with quinine (QN), cinchonine (CN), or cinchonidine (CND) by using CaH2 as acid-bonding reagent in DMF at 90–100°C to provide mono-cinchona alkaloid-derived ligands 2a–f (87–95%) in 1.5 h. However, the coupling reactions were performed under solvent-free microwave conditions to yield 2a–f (64–89%) within 15 min.  相似文献

The ionic liquid 1-methyl-3-(3-trimethoxysilylpropyl) imidazolium chloride was immobilized on superparamagnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (IL-MNPs) and used as an efficient heterogeneous catalyst for the one-pot synthesis of 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazoles under solvent-free conditions using microwave irradiation. The reactions in conventional heating conditions were compared with the microwave-assisted reactions. The combined merits of microwave irradiation and immobilized ionic liquid on superparamagnetic nanoparticles make the four-component condensation with safe operation, low pollution, and rapid access to products and simple work-up.  相似文献

The synthesis of ring-contracted derivatives of erythromycin A via intramolecular transesterification under microwave irradiation of 8,9-anhydroerythromycin A 6,9-hemiketal and its derivatives is described. We present an efficient,fast and simple strategy of generating the intermediate carbamoyl chlorides from secondary amines using stoichiometric amounts of bis(trichloromethyl)carbonate(BTC) in solution and solvent-free conditions with excellent yields.The results obtained showed the yield increasing on whether a base was used.Finally,an efficient and rapid synthesis of variety carbamate derivatives was developed by the reaction with a high variety of different alcohols,phenols,diols and this intermediate at room temperature with grinding and in solvent-free conditions under microwave irradiation.The presence of various safe bases is shown to be effective in reducing the reaction times,increasing the yields and easing purification.The present method does not involve any hazardous phosgene.  相似文献
