A series of β,γ‐unsaturated ketones were isomerized to their corresponding α,β‐unsaturated ketones by the introduction of DABCO in iPrOH at room temperature. The endo‐cyclic double bond (β,γ‐position) on ketone was rearranged to exo‐cyclic double bond (α,β‐position) under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Further more the mechanism for the interpretation of these fragments is also de scribed.  相似文献

A three‐step sequential self‐assembly procedure was applied in preparing gold electrodes modified in a stable and controlled way by a monolayer of thiolated β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD), with methylene blue (MB) included in its cavity as the active component of the monolayer, and octanethiol as the nonelectroactive spacer blocking the electrode surface not occupied by β‐CD. MB acted as a mediator of electrons with respect to a solution soluble analyte, H2O2, and provided electrical contact between the electrode and solution resident enzyme, laccase, catalyzing reduction of oxygen to water.  相似文献

N ‐heterocyclic carbene‐capped cyclodextrin (ICyD) ligands, α‐ICyD and β‐ICyD derived from α‐ and β‐cyclodextrin, respectively give opposite regioselectivities in a copper‐catalyzed hydroboration. The site‐selectivity results from two different mechanisms: the conventional parallel one and a new orthogonal mechanism. The shape of the cavity was shown not only to induce a regioselectivity switch but also a mechanistic switch. The scope of interest of the encapsulation of a reactive center is therefore broadened by this study.  相似文献

New single‐isomer, cationic β‐cyclodextrins, including mono‐6‐deoxy‐6‐pyrrolidine‐β‐cyclodextrin chloride (pyCDCl), mono‐6‐deoxy‐6‐(N‐methyl‐pyrrolidine)‐β‐cyclodextrin chloride (N‐CH3‐pyCDCl), mono‐6‐deoxy‐6‐(N‐(2‐hydroxyethyl)‐pyrrolidine)‐β‐cyclodextrin chloride (N‐EtOH‐pyCDCl), mono‐6‐deoxy‐6‐(2‐hydroxymethyl‐pyrrolidine)‐β‐cyclodextrin chloride (2‐MeOH‐pyCDCl) were synthesized and used as chiral selectors in capillary electrophoresis for the enantioseparation of carboxylic and hydroxycarboxylic acids and dansyl amino acids. The unsubstituted pyCDCl exhibited the greatest resolving ability. Most analytes were resolved over a wide range of pH from 6.0 to 9.0 with this chiral selector. In general, increasing pH led to a decrease in resolution. The effective mobilities of all the analytes were found to decrease with increasing CD concentration. The optimal concentration for most carboxylic acids and dansyl amino acid was in the range 5–7.5 mM and >15 mM for hydroxycarboxylic acids. 1H NMR experiments provided direct evidence of inclusion in the CD cavity.  相似文献

The sesquiterpene capnellene‐8β, 10α‐diol ( 1 ) was isolated from non‐polar extract of the soft coral Capnella sp. Ten acylation products of capnellene‐8β, 10α‐diol were prepared: 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐benzoylcapnellene ( 2 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐Op‐toluoylcapnellene ( 3 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐4‐chlorobenzoyl‐capnellene ( 4 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐2‐furoylcapnellene ( 5 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐2‐thiophenoylcapnellene ( 6 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐4‐fluorobenzoylcapnellene ( 7 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐4‐propylbenzoylcapnellene ( 8 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐cinnamoylcapnellene ( 9 ), 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐4‐nitrobenzoylcapnellene ( 10 ), and 10α‐hydroxy‐8β‐O‐4‐anisoylcapnellene ( 11 ). The structures of capnellene‐8β, 10α‐diol as well as its derivatives were established through standard spectroscopic analysis. The in vitro cytotoxic activities of the eleven compounds were evaluated against Hela, KB, Daoy, and WiDr human tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Polystyrene (PS) microspheres coated with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) were fabricated via γ‐ray‐induced emulsion polymerization in a ternary system of styrene/β‐CD/water (St/β‐CD/water). The solid inclusion complex of St and β‐CD particles formed at the St droplets–water interface can stabilize the emulsion as the surfactant. TEM and XPS results showed that β‐CD remains on the surface of PS particles. The average size of the PS particles increases from 186 to 294 nm as the weight ratio of β‐CD to St rises from 5% to 12.5%. The water contact angle (CA) of PS latex film is lower than 90°, and reduces with the β‐CD content even to 36°. Thus, this work provides a new and one‐pot strategy to surface hydrophilic modification on hydrophobic polymer particles with cyclodextrins through radiation emulsion polymerization.  相似文献

A straightforward synthesis of amphiphilic β‐cyclodextrin‐poly(4‐acryloylmorpholine) (β‐CD‐PACM) polymers of controlled molecular weight, consisting of the radical polymerization of 4‐acryloylmorpholine in the presence of 6‐deoxy‐6‐mercapto‐β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD‐SH) as chain‐transfer agent, has been established. These derivatives carry a single β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD) moiety at one terminus and their average molecular weight is in the order of 104. Thus, their β‐CD content is ~ 10% by weight. No evidence of un‐functionalized PACM was found in the final products. The chain‐transfer constant (CT) of β‐CD‐SH was found to be 1.30 by independently determining the reaction constants of both chain‐transfer and propagation reactions. This ensures that the molecular weight, hence the β‐CD content of the polymers, does not significantly vary with conversion. These β‐CD‐PACM polymers are highly soluble in water as well as in several organic solvents such as chloroform and lower alcohols. They proved capable of solubilizing in water poorly soluble drugs such as 9‐[(2‐hydroxyethoxy)methyl]guanine (Acyclovir) and of gradually releasing them in aqueous systems. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The encapsulation of copper inside a cyclodextrin capped with an N-heterocyclic carbene (ICyD) allowed both to catch the elusive monomeric (L)CuH and a cavity-controlled chemoselective copper-catalyzed hydrosilylation of α,β-unsaturated ketones. Remarkably, (α-ICyD)CuCl promoted the 1,2-addition exclusively, while (β-ICyD)CuCl produced the fully reduced product. The chemoselectivity is controlled by the size of the cavity and weak interactions between the substrate and internal C−H bonds of the cyclodextrin.  相似文献

A novel electrochemical strategy for the detection of amantadine (AMD) has been developed based on the competitive host‐guest interaction of AMD and methylene blue (MB) with β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD). Due to the host‐guest interaction, MB molecules can enter into the hydrophobic inner cavity of β‐CD, and the MB/β‐CD/poly(N‐acetylaniline)/glassy carbon electrode displays a remarkable reduction peak due to MB. In the presence of AMD, competitive association to β‐CD occurs and the MB molecules are displaced by AMD, resulting in a decrease of reduction peak current of MB. The difference value of the cathodic peak current showed a linear relationship with the AMD concentration.  相似文献

We report a general method for selective cross‐coupling of α,β‐unsaturated carboxylic acids with aryl tosylates enabled by versatile Pd(II) complexes. This method features the general cross‐coupling of ubiquitous α,β‐unsaturated carboxylic acids by decarboxylation. The transformation is characterized by its operational simplicity, the use of inexpensive, air‐stable Pd(II) catalysts, scalability and wide substrate scope. The reaction proceeds with high trans selectivity to furnish valuable (E)‐1,2‐diarylethenes.  相似文献

In general, the complexation and gelation behavior between biocompatible poly(ε‐caprolactone) (PCL) derivatives and α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD) is extensively studied in water, but not in organic solvents. In this article, the complexation and gelation behavior between α‐CD and multi‐arm polymer β‐cyclodextrin‐PCL (β‐CD‐PCL) with a unique “jellyfish‐like” structure are thoroughly investigated in organic solvent N,N‐dimethylformamide and a new heat‐induced organogel is obtained. However, PCL linear polymers cannot form organogels under the same condition. The complexation is characterized by rheological measurements, DSC, XRD, and SEM. The SEM images reveal that the complexes between β‐CD‐PCL and α‐CD present a novel topological helix porous structure which is distinctly different from the lamellar structure formed by PCL linear polymers and α‐CD, suggesting the unique “jellyfish‐like” structure of β‐CD‐PCL is crucial for the formation of the organogels. This research may provide insight into constructing new supramolecular organogels and potential for designing new functional biomaterials. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. α,β‐Unsaturated esters have been employed as substrates in iridium‐catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation. Full conversions and good to excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99 % ee) were obtained for a broad range of substrates with both aromatic‐ and aliphatic substituents on the prochiral carbon. The hydrogenated products are highly useful as building blocks in the synthesis of a variety of natural products and pharmaceuticals.  相似文献

A novel Cu–Zn β‐cyclodextrin (CuZn/β‐CD) model compound was synthesized under ultrasound irradiation to mimic the functionality of copper zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZnSOD). For comparison, Cu/β‐CD and Zn/β‐CD complexes were also synthesized via a sonochemical approach. The obtained complexes were characterized by FTIR, ICP‐OES, UV–vis and Scanning electron microscopy‐Energy dispersive X‐ray (SEM‐EDX) techniques. The SOD activity of the complexes was evaluated by a pyrogallol autoxidation method. These enzyme‐mimetic materials scavenge ambient free radicals, with the potential to provide significant antioxidant protection (scavenging ability > 70%).  相似文献

We present an electrochemical biosensor for the analysis of nucleic acids upon hybridization on the β‐cyclodextrin (β‐CD)‐modified gold electrode. The strategy is based on the following: The 5’‐ferrocene‐labeled single stranded capture probe DNA (5’‐fc‐ss‐DNA) was incorporated into the cavity of thiolated β‐CD which was immobilized on the surface of gold electrode. After hybridization of complementary target DNA, hybridized double stranded DNA (ds‐DNA) was released from the cavity of β‐CD. The difference of electrochemical properties on the modified gold electrode was characterized by cyclic voltametry and surface plasmon resonance. We successfully applied this method to the investigation of the sensor responses due to hybridization on various concentrations of applied target DNA. As a result, the label‐free electrochemical DNA sensor can detect the target DNA with a detection limit of 1.08 nM. Finally, our method does not require either hybridization indicators or other signalling molecules such as DNA intercalaters which most of electrochemical hybridization detection systems require.  相似文献
