The ionic mobility in the temperature interval 180 to 480 K, structure, and electrophysical properties of rubidium-ammonium hexafluorozirconates Rb2−x (NH4) x ZrF6 (1.5 ≤ x ≤ 2.0) are studied by methods of the 19F, 1H NMR spectroscopy, x-ray structure analysis, differential thermal analysis, and impedance spectroscopy. Correlations between the composition of the cationic sublattice, the character of ionic motions, and the phase transition temperature (of the type order-disorder) are established in these compounds. The salient feature of the high-temperature modifications of these fluorozirconates with x ≥ 1.5 is the translation diffusion of ions inside the fluoride and ammonium sublattices and the 19F NMR spectra are characterized by monoaxial anisotropy of the magnetic shielding tensor of the fluorine nuclei. Fluorozirconates with x > 1.5 are shown to belong with the structural type (NH4)2ZrF6. The rubidium cations isomorphically replace the ammonium cations. The electrophysical characteristics of the compounds are examined in the temperature interval 300 to 480 K. It is established that the electroconductivity of these compounds increases with x. Highly concentrated alkaline gallate solutions with 0.23≤[Ga(III)]T≤2.32 mol⋅dm−3 and 1≤[NaOH]T≤15 mol⋅dm−3 have been prepared and investigated by Raman and 71Ga-NMR spectroscopy. Both the Raman and 71Ga-NMR spectra are consistent with the presence of only one Ga-bearing species in these solutions, the tetrahedral hydroxocomplex, Ga(OH)4. Contact ion pairs were found to cause variations in the Raman and 71Ga-NMR parameters that are at the edge of detectability. Other species that have been claimed to exist in the literature, like higher hydroxo complexes (i.e., Ga(OH)63−) or the μ-oxo-bridged dimer (i.e., (OH)3Ga-O-(OH)32−), were not detected by these spectroscopic techniques. If such solution species exist at all, their concentrations are below the detection limit of Raman and 71Ga-NMR spectroscopy. The behavior of gallium appears to be very similar to that of aluminium under identical conditions, except that the dimeric species detected in aluminate solutions is undetectable in analogous gallates.  相似文献

Various compositions (1−x)BaTiO3 + xPbF2 + xLiF were prepared, shaped to pellets then sintered at 900°C for 2 h in gold sealed tubes. The purity and the symmetry of the obtained samples were checked by X-ray diffraction. A new solid solution with Ba1−x Pb x (Ti1−x Li x ) O3−3x F3x formula occurs in the composition range 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.20. SEM observations were performed on polished and fractured ceramics. The complex permittivity was measured as a function of temperature (−120°C ≤ T ≤ 250°C) and frequency (50 Hz ≤ f ≤ 4 × 107 Hz). The dielectric performances are the best for ceramic Ba0.97Pb0.03(Ti0.97Li0.03)O2.91F0.09. The real component ε′, exhibits a maximum of approximately 7500 at the ferroelectric Curie temperature T C ≈ -18°C, the dielectric losses tan δ value being 0.012. At room temperature, the relaxation frequency f r is around 40 MHz for this ceramic. This novel ferroelectric oxifluoride is a promising material for applications, in particular in the field of Z5U multilayer capacitors.   相似文献

Pure and Co, Ti-substituted hexagonal barium ferrite (BaFe12O19, BaM) films were prepared by the dip-coating method from alkoxides. After repeated dipping, drying and calcining at 500°C for about 15 minutes in an oxygen atmosphere, polycrystalline films with a thickness of 1–1.8 μm on SiO2 substrates were obtained. Spectral dependencies of the Faraday rotation and the optical transmission of BaCo x Ti x Fe12−2x O19(0≤x≤0.8) films were measured in the range from 500 to 2500 nm at room temperature. The absorption coefficient did not display much structure, but specific Faraday rotation spectra of Co, Ti-ferrite films showed local maxima at 720, 1475 and 1750 nm. At those wavelengths, the magneto-optical figure of merit attains its maximum values. For comparison of the crystallization and magnetic properties, Ba(CoTi) x Fe12−2x O19 (x=0.9) powder has also been prepared by the sol-gel method.  相似文献

Accurate lower and upper bounds for the nonrelativistic lowest energies1 E 0 and3 E 0 of the singlet and triplet-system of the4He-Isotop are calculated with the linearized method of variance minimization. The same was done for1 E 1 the energy of the first excitedS-state 21 S. The results especially for1 E 0 and3 E 0 in a.u. are −2.903307699751 E 0 ≤ −2.90330769218 −2.174932426373 E 0 ≤ −2.17493242459 i.e. the values are determined with an absolute error smaller than 0.00167 cm−1 for1 E 0 and 0.00039 cm−1 for3 E 0.  相似文献

X-ray, electrical conductivity and reflectance studies of the system ZnMn2-2xNixTixO4 have been carried out. The system is tetragonal in the range 0 ≤x ≤ 0.25 and cubic in the range 0.5 ≤x ≤ 1. Electrical resistivity temperature behaviour obeys Wilson’s law for all the compounds and the thermoelectric coefficient values vary between 325 and-290 μV/K. The activation energy and pRT decrease gradually with increase in concentration of charge carriers atB-site except for ZnNiTiO4. Reflectance spectral studies indicate the presence of Ni2+ at the octahedral site.  相似文献

A new oxide-ion conductor of Aurivillius family with a general formula Bi2Al x V1 − x O5.5 − x − δ; 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.20 (BIALVOX) was synthesized by the sol-gel citrate route. Powder X-ray diffraction and simultaneous thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses confirmed that the calcination of BIALVOX xerogels is fully completed at around 500°C after three hours of thermal treatment. It has been found that the β-orthorhombic phase is stabilized with compositions x ≤ 0.07, whereas the stabilization of the γ′-phase takes place for x ≥ 0.10. AC impedance spectroscopic investigation suggested that the charge accumulation at grain boundaries is thermally activated process. However, the maximum electrical conductivity (7.73 × 10−5 S cm−1) noticed for BIALVOX.13 at 300°C was attributed to the maximum vacancy concentration in the equatorial planes, responsible for the ion diffusion through the structure. This has been further evidenced by the temperature dependence of dielectric permittivity.  相似文献

The displacement adsorption enthalpies (ΔH) of denatured α-Amylase (by 1.8 mol L−1 GuHCl) adsorbed onto a moderately hydrophobic surface (PEG-600, the end-group of polyethylene glycol) from solutions (x mol L−1 (NH4)2SO4, 0.05 mol L−1 KH2PO4, pH 7.0) at 298 K are determined by microcalorimeter. Further, entropies (ΔS), Gibbs free energies (ΔG) and the fractions of ΔH, ΔS, and ΔG for net adsorption of protein and net desorption of water are calculated in combination with adsorption isotherms of α-Amylase based on the stoichiometric displacement theory for adsorption (SDT-A) and its thermodynamics. It is found that the displacement adsorptions of denatured α-Amylase onto PEG-600 surface are exothermic and enthalpy driven processes, and the processes of protein adsorption are accompanied with the hydration by which hydrogen bond form between the adsorbed protein molecules favor formation of β-sheet and β-turn structures. The Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis shows that the contents of ordered secondary structures of adsorbed α-Amylase increase with surface coverages and salt concentrations increment.  相似文献

A5–4xZrxZr(PO4)3 (A=Na, K;0≤x≤1.25), Na1-xCd0.5xZr2(PO4)3 (0≤x≤1), Na5–xCd0.5xZr(PO4)3 (0≤x≤4) compositions which belong to the NZP structural family were synthesized using the sol-gel method. The lattice thermal expansion of members of these rows were determined up to 600°C by high-temperature X-ray diffractometry. The axial thermal expansion coefficients change from -5.8·10-6to 7.5·10-6 °C-1a) and from 2.6·10–6 to 22·10–6 °C-1c). These results, in addition to those for other NZP compounds allow us to explain their low thermal expansion. The mechanism can be attributed to strongly bonded three-dimensional network structure, the existence of structural holes capable to damp some of the thermal vibrations and anisotropyin the thermal expansion of the lattice. Electrolytes of Ce1-x-y Y x Mg y O2-0.5x-y were prepared with citrate method and were characterized by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry, energy dispersive spectrometry, powder X-ray diffraction, and impedance spectroscopy. The effect of composition on the structure, conductivity, and stability of the electrolytes were investigated. When 0≤x≤ about 0.2 and 0≤y≤ about 0.05, the electrolytes were all single phase materials of ceria-based solid solution. However, when y> about 0.05, the electrolytes became two-phase materials, Y3+ and Mg2+ co-doped ceria-based solid solution and free MgO. The sample with nominal composition of Ce0.815Y0.065Mg0.12O2-d showed ionic conductivity at 973 K close to or even a little higher than that of similarly prepared Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95, but had lower cost of raw materials and a little better stability in reducing atmosphere. The existing of free MgO improved the stability of the electrolytes in reducing atmosphere, but too much free MgO reduced the conductivity.  相似文献

Reactions in an Al(OBus)3-(COOH)2 (OA)-tetrahydrofuran (THF)/(CD3)2SO (DMSO-d6) system (Al(OBus)3: THF : DMSO-d6: OA = 1 : 5 : 5 : x, x = 0.01 –3) were studied, without the addition of water and the process was monitored by NMR. When x 0.3, homogeneous solutions were obtained, whereas white precipitates formed with x 0.7. The formation of sec-butyl alcohol was evident with x 0.6, indicating that oxalate groups coordinate to aluminum to release sec-butyl alcohol. 13C NMR spectra of the solutions after 1 day suggest the presence of polymeric species if 0.03 x 0.6. The addition of a small amount of water resulted in the formation of a white precipitate (Al(OBus)3: THF : DMSO-d6 : OA : H2O = 1 : 5 : 5 : 0.3 : y,y = 0.03–0.3), indicating that water, possibly formed by esterification in the Al(OBus)3-OA-THF/DMSO-d6 system, does not take a major role in the present system.  相似文献

Solid solution phases of a formula Fe8V10W16–xMoxO85 where 0≤x≤4, have been obtained, possessing a structure of the compound Fe8V10W16O85. It was found on the base of XRD and DTA investigations that these solution phases melted incongruently, with increasing the value of x, in the temperature range from 1108 (x=0) to 1083 K (x=4) depositing Fe2WO6 and WO3. The increase of the Mo6+ ions content in the crystal lattice of Fe8V10W16O85 causes the lattice parameters a=b contraction with cbeing almost constant. IR spectra of the Fe8V10W16–xMoxO85 solid solution phases have been recorded.  相似文献

The phase and chemical composition of precipitates formed in Mg(VO3)2-VOSO4-H2O system at initial pH from 1 to 7 and temperature from 80 to 90°C was studied. Polyvanadates of variable composition Mg x V y 4+V12-y 5+1O31–δ · nH2O (0.7 ≤ x ≤ 1.3, 1.2 ≤ y ≤ 2.4, 0.7 ≤ δ = 1.4) were formed at pH from 1 to 4 and V4+/V5+ ratio from 0.43 to 9. Compounds with the general formula Mg x V y 4+V6-y 5+O16-δ · nH2O (0.7 ≤ x ≤ 0.65, y = 1.0, 0.8 ≤ δ ≤ 0.85) were formed at pH from 6.0 to 7.0 and V4+/V5+ ratios from 0.11 to 0.25. The maximum V4+ concentration (y = 2.4) in the precipitates was achieved at the VV4+/V5+ solution ratio of 1.0 and pH = 3. The precipitates in solutions with pH 3 were formed only upon addition of VO2+ ions with the maximum rate at a V4+/V5+ ratio of 0.33. These processes were limited by second-order reactions on the surface of polyvanadates.  相似文献

A synthesis method with the use of polymer-salt compositions (calcination temperature 800°C) provides the preparation of various solid solutions of a La1−x Ca x FeO3−δ series in the 0≤ x≤ 0.7 range, which belong to the perovskite structure type. A morphotropic phase transition occurs from the orthorhombic perovskite modification (0≤ x ≤ 0.4) to the cubic one (0.5 ≤ x≤ 0.7). A growing number of microdistortions in the perovskite structure and the formation of a microblock structure in the morphotropic phase transition region are observed with increasing degree of calcium substitution for lanthanum. Calcination of solid solutions with x = 0.6 and 0.7 at temperatures above 1000°C in the air or under conditions of reduced oxygen partial pressure (laboratory vacuum of 10−3 Torr) results in the formation of a nanostructured state with coherently grown blocks of perovskite and Grenier phase, which is due to irreversible oxygen loss.  相似文献

Thermal behavior of xGa2O3–(50 − x)PbO–50P2O5 (x = 0, 10, 20, and 30 mol.% Ga2O3) and xGa2O3–(70 − x)PbO–30P2O5 (x = 0, 10, 20, 30, and 40 mol.% Ga2O3) glassy materials were studied by thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA) and differential thermal analysis (DTA). Replacement of PbO for Ga2O3 is accompanied by increasing glass-transition temperature (263 ≤ T g/°C ≤ 535), deformation temperature (363 ≤ T d/°C ≤ 672), crystallization temperature (396 ≤ T c/°C ≤ 640) and decreasing of coefficient of thermal expansion (5.1 ≤ CTE/ppm K−1 ≤ 16.7). Values of Hruby parameter were determined (0.1 ≤ K H ≤ 1.3). The thermal stability of prepared glasses increases with increasing of concentration of Ga2O3.  相似文献

Perovskite-type compounds, Li x La(1− x )/3NbO3 and (Li0.25La0.25)1− x Sr0.5 x NbO3 as lithium ionic conductors, were synthesized by a solid-state reaction. From powder X-ray diffraction, the solid solution ranges of the two compounds were determined to be 0≤x≤0.25 and 0≤x≤0.125, respectively. In the Li x La(1− x )/3NbO3 system, the ionic conductivity of lithium at room temperature, σ25, exhibited a maximum value of 4.7 × 10−5 S · cm−1 at x = 0.10. However, because of the decrease in the lattice parameters with increasing Li concentration , σ25 of the samples decreased with increasing x from 0.10 to 0.25. Also, in the (Li0.25La0.25)1− x Sr0.5 x NbO3 system, the lattice parameter increased with the increase of Sr concentration and the σ25 achieved a maximum (7.3 × 10−5 S · cm−1 at 25 °C) at x = 0.125. Crystalline substances formed in the (MF)1−x −(M′F) x −SbF3−H2O systems (M, M′=Na, K, Rb, Cs, and NH4;x=0 to 1) were investigated by121,123Sb NQR spectroscopy at 77 K. The effect of Fe2+ substitution by Ni2+ in the complex of iron(II) nitrate with 4- amino- 1,2,4- triazole Fe(ATr)3(NO3)2 on the character of the1A1 5T2 spin transition (ST) is studied by magnetic susceptibility and calorimetry methods. Solid phases of FexNi1- x(ATr)3(NO3)2 (0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.9) were synthesized. The temperature dependences of the effective magnetic moment were measured in the range of 78– 360 K. Heat capacities were measured in the range of 210– 340 K for 0.1 ≤ x ≤ 0.5 and in the range of 230– 340 K for 0.6 ≤x ≤ 0.9. As x decreases, the transition temperature (TC), hysteresis (δTC, and transition enthalpy (δH) decrease and the ST is leveled. The results are compared with the data obtained previously for the solid phases of FexZn1- x(ATr)3(NO3)2 (0.01 ≤ x ≤ 0.8). The dependence Μeff(T) is analyzed theoretically in terms of both the domain model and the spin equilibrium model. A series of Ba1-xSrxTi1-yZryO3 (0≤x≤0.5, 0≤y≤0.4) and BA1?xZnxTi1?ySnyO3 (0≤x≤0.3, 0≤y≤0.3) solid solutions were synthesized by low-temperature/low-pressure hydrothermal method below 170°C, 0.8 MPa. XRD pattern and cell parameters-composition figures of these prepared powders demonstrated that they are completely miscible solid solutions based on BaTiO3. Furthermore, TEM showed that they have a shape of uniform, substantially spherical particles with an average particle size of 70 nm in diameter. The sintered ceramics of those powders doped by Sr2+ and Zr4+ or Zn2+ and Sn4+ have dielectric constant twelve times higher than and dielectric loss 1/6 those of pure BaTiO3 phase at room temperature.  相似文献

Owing to the high lability of cations in the three-dimensional framework of K1+x Mo12S14 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1.6), first-principles calculations and electrochemical methods have been carried out to study the insertion of cations in the empty channels of this compound. The cavity microelectrode that is a suitable electrode for powder material analysis has been used in voltammetric experiments. Results obtained for Li+, Na+, Rb+, K+, Cs+ and NH4 + cations are presented and discussed.  相似文献
