The cyclization of aldehyde thiosemicarbazones with ferric chloride yielded 2-amino-5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, forming 2-chloro-5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles in the Sandmeyer reaction. The mass-spectrometric behavior of the 2-amino- and 2-chloro-5-aryl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles was studied; the typical routes of fragmentation characteristic of each group of compounds were found.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 10, pp. 1416–1419, October, 1986.  相似文献

Novel 2-acetylamino-4-acetyl-5-aryl(heteryl)-1,3,4-thiadiazolines, 2-acetylamino-5-aryl(heteryl)-1,3,4-thiadiazoles, and some of their salts were prepared and studied by multinuclear 1H, 13C, 15N, 19F and 2D NMR spectroscopy. The acetylation of thiosemicarbazones is accompanied by ring closure to form the corresponding 1,3,4-thiadiazolines and 1,3,4-thiadiazoles. 15N NMR spectroscopy is a unique method for the identification of thiadiazole pyridinium salts.  相似文献

Diazotization of 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles gave 1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-diazonium sulfates which were converted to 2-azido-1,3,4-thiadiazoles. The latter reacted with ethyl acetoacetate in the presence of sodium methoxide in methanol to produce 1-(5-R1-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-5-R2-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives. The reactions of 2-azido-5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole and 2-azido-1,3-thiazole with ethyl 3-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-oxopropanoate led to the formation of 1,2,3-triazole ring under milder conditions (K2CO3, DMSO). Various 1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid derivatives were synthesized.  相似文献

A new series of thiadiazole-enaminones 4 were synthesized via reactions of 5-acetyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 3 with dimethylformamide-dimethylacetal (DMF-DMA). The simple phenyl substituted thiadiazole-enaminone 4f was used as a synthetic precursor for the preparation of a wide variety of new heterocyclic compounds, including the 5-substituted-1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13, which were obtained via reactions of 4f with nitrogen nucleophiles. Also, reactions of enaminone 4f with carbon nucleophiles afforded the respective 1,3,4-thiadiazoles 8a-d. In addition, the results of the antimicrobial activities of thiadiazole-enaminones 4 and their precursors 2 and 3 indicate that some members of this series display promising activities against all tested microorganisms.  相似文献

The synthesis of ten new substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazolyl-4(3H)-quinazolinones 8–11, 13, 17 , and 20–23 is reported. Compounds 8–11 were prepared by condensation of 5-fluoro-2-methyl-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one (3) and 5-substituted 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 4–7. Compound 13 was obtained by condensation of 5-fluoro-2-methyl-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one (3) with DL-α-amino-?-caprolactam (12) . Compound 17 was synthesized by condensation of 6-bromo-2-methyl-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one (16) and 2-amino-5-t-butyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole (5) . Compounds 20–23 were obtained by condensation of 5-chloro-6,8-dibromo-2-methyl-3,1-benzoxazin-4-one (19) and 5-substituted 2-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 4–7, respectively. The substituted 3,1-benzoxazin-4-ones 3, 16, and 19 were obtained in good yield by refluxing the appropriate anthranilic acid, 1,15 , and 18 with acetic anhydride (2) .  相似文献

Mesoionic 2-carbamoylimino-, 2-thiocarbamoylimino-, and 2-methacryloylmnno-1,3,4-thiadiazoles were obtained by reaction of α-alkylthioacylhydrazines with the appropriate acyl isothiocyanates. 2-Acylimino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles were obtained from 1-methyl-1-thioacylhydrazines and the appropriate acyl isothiocyanates, while 2-benzoylimino-1,3,4-oxadiazole was obtained from 1-phenyl-1-benzoylhydrazine and benzoyliminocarbonic acid dichloride. The mesoionic structure of the compounds obtained was proved by their IR and mass spectra. The compounds styryl 1,3,4-thiadiazoles were prepared adopting one and two step methodologies to optimize the yield of the products. The two-step methodology via benzohydrazide followed by treatment with Lawesson’s reagent in the presence of Propylphosphonic anhydride and triethylamine produced styryl 1,3,4-thiadiazoles in excellent yields. The olefin moiety in these compounds is utilized to develop pyrazole and isoxazole rings by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition methodology followed by oxidation.  相似文献

Title thiadiazoles were obtained by reaction of sulfur and methylpyridines in the presence of alkyloxybenzoylhydazines. Corresponding oxadiazoles together with symmetrical 2,5-dialkyloxyphenyl-1,3,4-thiadiazoles were also isolated as by-products. The formation of different reaction products is rationalized.  相似文献
