The two trinuclear nickel(Ⅱ) complexes, Ni3(C13H15N2O3)2(C5H5N)4 (1) and Ni3(C13H15N2O3)2(C5H5N)2- (C3H7NO)2 (2), were prepared by the reaction of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O with N-hexanoylsalicylhydrazide. The crystal structures of complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 takes triclinic symmetry with space group P-1 and cell dimensions of a=0.92377(2) nm, b= 1.08786(6) nm, c= 1.29391(3) nm, α=76.395(4)°, β=78.418(3)°, γ=67.378(4)°, V= 1.15772(7) nm^3, Z= 1,μ= 12.63 cm^-1. Complex 2 belongs to triclinic system and P2(1) space group and the crystallographic data: a= 1.4889(2) nm, b= 1.0389(1) nm, c= 1.4994(2) nm, β= 96.174(4)°, V=2.3058(5) nm^3, Z=2,μ= 12.70 cm^-1. The structures of the two molecules are similar. The three nickel atoms in each molecule of the two title complexes arrange in a strictly linear structure. The central nickel atom of the molecule adopts octahedral configuration, while the two nickel atoms on the two sides adopt square-planar configuration in each molecule. But the central nickel atoms of the two complexes have different axial ligands, which cause a slight difference in the bond distances of the octahedron. The antibacterial activity of compound 1 against seven common bacteria was investigated.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized, the crystal structure of which has been detorminedby the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to triclinic space group C-P1 with the unit cell parameters: a =9.535(2)A, b = 9.740(2)A, c = 15.795(4)A, α = 89.85(2)°, β = 91.80(2)°, γ = 99.37(1)°,ν = 1446.6A~3, Ζ = 2. The structure is refined to R = 0.075, R_w = 0.074 for 1903 reflections. There are diverse bonding modes of molybdenum and sulfur in this eompound. The twosulfur atoms at the center bond to three molybdenum atoms from respective sides and formthe two apices of a trigonal bipyramid. Besides, there are S_2~(-2) ligands and a polysulfur chaincomposed of three sulfur atoms. The coordination number for the three molybdenum atomsis seven. Their coordination polyhedra are somewhat distorted pentagonal bipyramid. Eachof the three NO ligands coordinated to molybdenum gives a linear group of Mo-N-O, whilethe fourth NO ligund bonded with a polysulfur chain forms a bent group of S-N  相似文献

One hexanuclear cobalt cluster [Co_2~ ⅢCo_4 ~Ⅱ(L)_4(CH_3 COO)_2(MeO)_4]·MeOH(1) was synthesized by the reaction of H_2L(H_2L=2-((2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzylideneamino)methyl)phenol) and Co(OAc)_2·4 H_2O in MeOH under solvothermal conditions. Complex 1 crystalizes in the triclinic space group ■ with a = 14.397(3), b = 16.625(3), c = 18.992(4) ?, α = 109.47(3)°, β = 99.24(3)°, γ = 112.37(3)°, Dc = 1.464 g/cm3, Z = 2, V = 3741.7(2) ?3, the final R = 0.0781 and w R = 0.1436 for 13051 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the structure of 1, two cobalt ions are in 3+ oxidation states and four cobalt ions are in 2+ valence states. The six cobalt atoms are held together by six phenolate oxygen atoms from four L2– ligands, four oxygen atoms from two chelating acetates and four μ3-O atoms from four Me O– groups. The six cobalt atoms are located at six corners of four defective cubanes. Thus, complex 1 displays tetracubane-like topology. Solid-state dc magnetic susceptibilities were measured for 1 in the 2.0~300 K range. Antiferromagnetic interactions were determined for 1.  相似文献

A novel ternary complex of Cu(pcpa)2(aben)2 (pcpa=p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid anion,aben=2-amino benzothiazole) was synthesized by the reaction of copper acetate,2-amino benzothiazole and p-chlorophenoxyacetic acid.Elemental analysis,IR,UV and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. The crystal crystalli-zes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=25.795(4),b=7.384(3),c =17.741(6),β=107.47(2)°,C30H24Cl2CuN4O6S2,Mr=735.09,V=3223.2(18) 3,Z=4,Dc=1.515 Mg/m3,λ(MoKα)=0.71073 ,μ=1.022 mm-1,F(000)=1500,the final R=0.0464 and wR=0.1244.A total of 3218 unique reflections were collected,of which 2228 with I 2σ(I) were observed. The Cu(II) atom is four-coordinated with two carboxylate oxygen atoms of the two pcpa ligands and two nitrogen atoms in thiazole rings of two aben ligands. The analysis of crystal structure shows intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds between amino-nitrogen atoms of the two aben ligands and carboxylate oxygen atoms of the two pcpa ligands. The antimicrobial properties of the title complex and its two free ligands were tested against representative bacterial and fungal strains. Results show that the antibacterial activity of the complex is less than or equal to that of 2-amino benzothiazole, but for yeasts and moulds,it exhibits excellent inhibitory effect better than that of its two free ligands.  相似文献

The reaction of zinc carbonate with o-phthalic acid and imidazole in an aqueous-alcohol solution led to the formation of colorless crystals of [Znμ-phthimi2]∞. Single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.394(2), b = 9.976(3), c = 9.959(3)A, β = 104.409(4)°, V = 807.6(4)A3, Z = 2, C14H12N4O4Zn, Mr = 365.6(5), Dc = 1.504 g/cm3, μ = 1.544 mm-1, F000 = 372, the final R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1171 for 1834 reflections with I>2σ(I). The complex displays a zigzag infinite chain structure in which each zinc(Ⅱ)center is coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to generate a ZnN2O2 distorted tetrahedral geometry. The neighboring zinc atoms are bridged by the o-phthalate ligand. Each chain is linked by hydrogen bonds with its neighbors to form a three-dimensional coordination polymer.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2)(A), α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr = 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, μ= 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献
