The paper reviews the contribution from our group to the studies of heteroallenes. The transient 1,3-phosphasilaallene ArP=C=Si(Ph)Tip (Ar = 2,4,6-tri-tert-butylphenyl, Tip = 2,4,6-triisopropylphenyl) and 1,3-phosphagermaallene ArP=C=GeMes2 (Mes = 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl) were characterized below –40 °C by NMR spectroscopy and chemical trapping. These compounds dimerize above –40 °C through two routes. With increased steric hindrance on germanium, the phosphagermaallene ArP=C=Ge(But)Tip was stabilized as monomer at room temperature. 3-Chloro-2-lithio-1,3-phosphasilapropene ArP=C(Li)Si(Cl)CMeR2 (CMeR2 = 9-methylfluorenyl) behaves, at least in some cases, as a synthetic equivalent of the functionalizable allene ArP=C=Si(Cl)CMeR2. Arsaallene ArAs=C=CR2, phosphaarsaallenes ArP=C=AsAr and ArP=C=AsDmt (Dmt = 2,6-dimesityl-4-methylphenyl), and diarsaallene ArAs=C=AsAr exhibit a higher thermal, air, and moisture stability than the above phosphasilaallenes and phosphagermaallenes. The physicochemical data for the arsaallenes and diarsaallenes, particularly, their X-ray structural parameters, display a bonding system close to allenes. On going down the Periodic table, the stabilization becomes more difficult. For this reason, tin allenic derivatives are very rare and antimony allenic compounds have not yet been isolated.  相似文献

A nonlocal density functional theory (DFT) method has been applied to the calculations on optimized geometry, Mulliken atomic net charges and interatomic Mulliken bond orders as well as total bonding energies (E) in the binary transition metal carbonyl anions with different reduced states [M(CO)n]z (M=Cr, n=5, 4, 3, z=2, 4, 6; M=Mn, n=5, 4, 3, z=1, 3, 5; M=Fe, n=4, 3, 2, z=2, 4, 6; M=Co, n=4, 3, 2, z=1, 3, 5). For comparison of relative stability, a relative stabilization energy D is defined as D=E([M(CO)n]z)-nE(CO). The calculated C-O distances are lengthened monotonously with the increase of the anionic charge, but the M-C distances are significantly lengthened only in the higher reduced states. The relative stabilization energy calculated is a considerable negative value in the lower reduced states, but a larger positive value in the higher reduced states. The DFT calculations show that with the increase of the anionic charge, the Mulliken net charges on the M, C, and O atoms all increase, however, an excess of the anionic charge is mainly located at the central metal atom. The calculated C-O Mulliken bond orders decrease consistently with the increase of the anionic charge, but the M-C bond orders exhibit an irregular behavior. However, the total bond orders calculated clearly explain the higher reduced states to be considerably unstable. From analysis of the calculated results, it is deduced that the stability of the binary transition metal carbonyl anions [M(CO)n]z studied are associated with the coordination number n and the anionic charge z, further, it is possible for the anions studied to be stable if nz, conversely, it is impossible when n<z.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectroscopic properties, and chemical reactions of the stable (neopentylimino)-, (mesitylimino)-, and (o-tert-butylphenylimino)propadienones (6) are reported. Nucleophilic addition of amines affords the malonic amidoamidines 7 and 8. 3,5-Dimethylpyrazole reacts analogously to form 9b. Addition of 1,2-dimethylhydrazine produces pyrazolinones 10-12. Addition of N,N'-dimethyldiaminoethane, -propane, and -butane gives diazepine, diazocine, and diazonine derivatives 13-15, respectively (X-ray structures of 13c, 14a, and 15a are available). The mesoionic pyridopyrimidinium olates 18 are obtained by addition of 2-(methylamino)pyridine (X-ray structure of 18b available). Primary 2-aminopyridines afford the pyridopyrimidininones 20-29 and 31 (X-ray structure of 21a available), and 2-aminopyrimidines and 2-aminopyrazine afford pyrimidopyrimidinones and pyrazinopyrimidinones 33-35. Pyrimidoisoquinolinone 36 results from 1-aminoisoquinoline and pyridoquinolinone 40 from 8-aminoquinoline. 2-Aminothiazoline and 2-aminothiazole afford thiazolopyrimidinone derivatives 41-43 (X-ray structure of 43a available).  相似文献

Several tellurometalates of the general formula [MTe(7)](n)()(-) (n = 2, 3) have been isolated as salts of organic cations by reaction of suitable metal sources with polytelluride solutions in DMF. The [HgTe(7)](2)(-) anion has the same structure in both the NEt(4)(+) and the PPh(4)(+) salts except for a minor change in the ligand conformation. The [AgTe(7)](3)(-) and [HgTe(7)](2)(-) anions contain metal atoms coordinated in trigonal-planar fashion to eta(3)-Te(7)(4)(-) ligands. The central Te atom of an eta(3)-Te(7)(4)(-) ligand is coordinated to the metal atom and to two Te atoms in a "T"-shaped geometry consistent with a hypervalent 10 e(-) center. The planar [AuTe(7)](3)(-) anion may best be described as possessing a square-planar Au(III) atom coordinated to an eta(3)-Te(5)(4)(-) ligand and to an eta(1)-Te(2)(2)(-) ligand. The reaction of [NEt(4)](n)()[MTe(7)] (M = Hg, n = 2; M = Au, n = 3) with the activated acetylene dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) has yielded the products [NEt(4)](n)()[M(Te(2)C(2)(COOCH(3))(2))(2)] (M = Hg, n = 2; M = Au, n = 1). The metal atoms are coordinated to two Te(COOCH(3))C=C(COOCH(3))Te(2)(-) ligands, for M = Hg in a distorted tetrahedral fashion and for M = Au in a square-planar fashion.  相似文献

Herein we report on our systematic investigations on the solution processed synthesis and characterization of transition metal halides (guanidinium, formamidinium, and methylammonium nickel bromides and chlorides as well as methylammonium manganese bromide) with the composition ABX3 (A = organic cation; B = Mn, Ni; X = Cl, Br). The investigations were carried out with respect to possible applications of 3d transition metal compounds for the perovskite solar cell. All the compounds represent different variants of the hexagonal perovskite structure (2H). Crystal structures and symmetry relations are discussed. Additionally, (CH3NH3)2MnI4, which consists of tetrahedral coordinated Mn2+, and the water containing compounds (CH3NH3)MnBr3 · 2H2O, which forms chains of edge sharing octahedra, as well as (CH3NH3)NiCl3 · 2H2O, which consists of dimers of octahedra, are presented. Investigations on the crystal structures are supported by vibrational and optical spectroscopy.  相似文献

Magnetic Properties of SEPtX-Compounds (SE = Rare Earth Element, X = P, As) The magnetic properties of SEPtP and SEPtAs (SE = Sm, Gd, Tb, Tm, Yb, Lu) in the temperature range between 4 and 300 K were measured. The compounds crystallize in a modified AlB2-type structure (phosphides) and a related type, respectively. GdPtAs and TbPtP show at low temperatures ferromagnetic behaviour, SmPtAs and GdPtP are antiferromagnetic. At temperatures below 10 K TmPtP and TmPtAs are converted into a magnetic order too. Paramagnetism is observed in the cases of LuPtAs and LuPtAs (Pauli-Paramagnetism) and SmPtP (temperature- independent Paramagnetism) · YbPtP and YbPtAs follow the law of Curie-Weiss, the arsenide is one of the phases with dynamic intermediate valency.  相似文献

In order to shed light upon the nature and mechanism of 4f-3d magnetic exchange interactions, a series of binuclear complexes of lanthanide(3+) and chromium(3+) with the general formula [Ln(L)5(H2O)2Cr(CN)6]·mL· nH2O (Ln=La (1), Ce (2), Pr (3), Nd (4); x=5, y=2, m=1 or 2, n=2 or 2.5; L=2-pyrrolidinone) and [Ln(L)4(H2O)3Cr(CN)6] ·nH2O (Ln=Sm (5), Eu (6), Gd (7), Tb (8), Dy (9), Er (10); x=4, y=3, m=0, n= 1.5 or 2.0; L=2-pyrrolidinone) were prepared and the X-ray crystal structures of complexes 2, 6 and 7 were determined. All the compounds consist of a Ln-CN-Cr unit, in which Ln^3+ in a square antiprism environment is bridged to an octahedral coordinated Cr^3+ ion through a cyano group. The magnetic properties of the complexes 3 and 6-10 show an overall antiferromagnetic behavior. The fitting to the experimental magnetic susceptibilities of 7 give g= 1.98, J=0.40 cm^-1, zJ'= -0.21 cm^-1 on the basis of a binuclear spin system (Scd=7/2, Scr=3/2), revealing an intra-molecular Gd^3+-Cr^3+ ferromagnetic interaction and an inter-molecular antiferromagnetic interaction. For 7 the calculation of quantum chemical density functional theory (DFT), combined with the broken symmetry approach, showed that the calculated spin coupling constant was 20.3 cm^-1, supporting the observation of weak ferromagnetic intra-molecular interaction in 7. The spin density distributions of 7 in both the high spin ground state and the broken symmetry state were obtained, and the spin coupling mechanism between Gd^3+ and Cr^3+ was discussed.  相似文献

A series of Werner complexes featuring the tridentate ligand smif, that is, 1,3-di-(2-pyridyl)-2-azaallyl, have been prepared. Syntheses of (smif)(2)M (1-M; M = Cr, Fe) were accomplished via treatment of M(NSiMe(3))(2)(THF)(n) (M = Cr, n = 2; Fe, n = 1) with 2 equiv of (smif)H (1,3-di-(2-pyridyl)-2-azapropene); ortho-methylated ((o)Mesmif)(2)Fe (2-Fe) and ((o)Me(2)smif)(2)Fe (3-Fe) were similarly prepared. Metatheses of MX(2) variants with 2 equiv of Li(smif) or Na(smif) generated 1-M (M = Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Zn, Ru). Metathesis of VCl(3)(THF)(3) with 2 Li(smif) with a reducing equiv of Na/Hg present afforded 1-V, while 2 Na(smif) and IrCl(3)(THF)(3) in the presence of NaBPh(4) gave [(smif)(2)Ir]BPh(4) (1(+)-Ir). Electrochemical experiments led to the oxidation of 1-M (M = Cr, Mn, Co) by AgOTf to produce [(smif)(2)M]OTf (1(+)-M), and treatment of Rh(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(4) with 4 equiv Na(smif) and 2 AgOTf gave 1(+)-Rh. Characterizations by NMR, EPR, and UV-vis spectroscopies, SQUID magnetometry, X-ray crystallography, and DFT calculations are presented. Intraligand (IL) transitions derived from promotion of electrons from the unique CNC(nb) (nonbonding) orbitals of the smif backbone to ligand π*-type orbitals are intense (ε ≈ 10,000-60,000 M(-1)cm(-1)), dominate the UV-visible spectra, and give crystals a metallic-looking appearance. High energy K-edge spectroscopy was used to show that the smif in 1-Cr is redox noninnocent, and its electron configuration is best described as (smif(-))(smif(2-))Cr(III); an unusual S = 1 EPR spectrum (X-band) was obtained for 1-Cr.  相似文献

Clusters XY2Z species are theoretically investigated with density functional theory (DFT) method. The results show that for LiP2C, LiAs2Ge and KAs2C species, the C2v isomer is the most stable planar structure, while for other species the Cs isomer is the most stable planar structure at the B3LYP/6-311+G* level. Wiberg Bond Index (WBI) and Nucleus-Independent Chemical Shift (NICS) values indicate the existence of delocalization in stable planar structures. A detailed Molecular Orbital (MO) analysis further reveals that planar isomers of these species have strong aromatic character, which strengthens the structural stability and makes them closely connect with the concept of aromaticity.  相似文献

A series of novel noncentrosymmetric borates, MM'4(BO3)3 (M = Na, M' = Ca; M = K, M' = Ca, Sr), have been successfully synthesized via a standard solid-state reaction. The crystal structures have been determined by the SDPD (structure determination from powder diffraction) method. They crystallize in the noncentrosymmetric space group Ama2 with the following lattice parameters: a = 10.68004(11) A, b = 11.28574(11) A, c = 6.48521(6) A for NaCa4(BO3)3; a = 10.63455(10) A, b = 11.51705(11) A, c = 6.51942(6) A for KCa4(BO3)3; and a = 11.03843(8) A, b = 11.98974(9) A, c = 6.88446(5) A for KSr4(BO3)3. The fundamental building units are isolated BO3 anionic groups. Their second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficients were one-half (NaCa4(BO3)3), one-third (KCa4(BO3)3), and two-thirds (KSr4(BO3)3) as large as that of KH2PO4 (KDP). The infrared and UV-vis spectra of the three compounds are discussed. Moreover, a comparison of the structures of these novel compounds and three other novel cubic compounds with the same formula, MM'4(BO3)3 (M = Li, M' = Sr; M = Na, M' = Sr, Ba), is presented here.  相似文献

The reaction of the arylated Fischer carbene complexes [(CO)5M=C(OEt)Ar] (Ar=Ph; M = Cr, W; 2-MeC6H4; 2-MeOC6H; M = W) with the phosphaalkenes RP=C(NMe2), (R=tBu, SiMe3) afforded the novel phosphaalkene complexes [[RP=C(OEt)Ar]M(CO)5] in addition to the compounds [(RP=C(NMe2)2]M(CO)5]. Only in the case of the R = SiMe3 (E/Z) mixtures of the metathesis products were obtained. The bis(dimethylamino)methylene unit of the phosphaalkene precursor was incorporated in olefins of the type (Me2N)2C=C(OEt)(Ar). Treatment of [(CO)5W=C(OEt)(2-MeOC6H4)] with HP=C(NMe2)2 gave rise to the formation of an E/Z mixture of [[(Me2N)2CH-P=C(OEt)(2-MeOC6H4)]W(CO)5] the organophosphorus ligand of which formally results from a combination of the carbene ligand and the phosphanediyl [P-CH(NMe2)2]. The reactions reported here strongly depend on an inverse distribution of alpha-electron density in the phosphaalkene precursors (Pdelta Cdelta+), which renders these molecules powerfu] nucleophiles.  相似文献

Four related quaternary compounds containing rare‐earth metals have been synthesized employing the molten flux method and metathesis. The reactions of Eu and Rb2S5 with Si and Ge in evacuated fused silica ampoules at 725 °C for 150 h yielded RbEuSiS4 ( I ) and RbEuGeS4 ( II ), respectively. On the other hand, a reaction between CeCl3 and K4Ge4Se10 at 650 °C for 148 h has yielded KCeGeSe4 ( III ) and KPrSiSe4( IV ) was obtained by the reaction of elemental Pr, Si and Se in KCl flux at 850 °C for 168 h. Crystal data for these compounds are as follows: I , orthorhombic, space group P212121 (#19), a = 6.392(1), b = 6.634(2), c = 17.001(3) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, Z = 4; II , monoclinic, space group P21/m (#11), a = 6.498(2), b = 6.689(3), c = 8.964(3) Å, β = 108.647(6)°, Z = 2; III , monoclinic, space group P21 (#4), a = 6.852(2), b = 7.025(2), c = 9.017(3) Å, β = 108.116(2)°, Z = 2; IV , monoclinic, space group P21 (#4), a = 6.736(2), b = 6.943(2), c = 8.990(1) Å, β = 108.262(2)°, Z = 2. The crystal structures of I ‐ IV contain two‐dimensional corrugated anionic layers of the general formula, [LnEQ4]? (Ln = Ce, Pr, Eu; E = Si, Ge and Q = S, Se) alternately piled upon layers of alkali cations. In addition to structural elucidation, Raman and UV‐visible spectroscopy, and magnetic measurements for compound III (KCeGeSe4) are also discussed.  相似文献

A series of novel borates, MM'4(BO3)3 (M = Li, M' = Sr; M = Na, M' = Sr, Ba), have been successfully synthesized by standard solid-state reaction. The crystal structures have been determined from powder X-ray diffraction data. They crystallize in the cubic space group Iad with large lattice parameters: a = 14.95066(5) A for LiSr4(BO3)3, a = 15.14629(6) A for NaSr4(BO3)3, and a = 15.80719(8) A for NaBa4(BO3)3. The structure was built up from 64 small cubic grids, in which the M' atoms took up the corner angle and the BO3 triangles or MO6 cubic octahedra filled in the interspaces. The isolated [BO3]3- anionic groups are perpendicular to each other, distributed along three 100 directions. The anisotropic polarizations were counteracting, forming an isotropic crystal. Sr and Ba atoms were found to be completely soluble in the solid solution NaSr(4-)xBax(BO3)3 (0 < or = x < or = 4). The photoluminescence of samples doped with the ions Eu2+ and Eu3+ was studied, and effective yellow and red emission was detected, respectively. The results are consistent with the crystallographic study. The DTA and TGA curves of them show that they are chemically stable and congruent melting compounds.  相似文献

Various sized siloxides (Cy(3)SiO > (t)Bu(3)SiO > (t)Bu(2)PhSiO > (t)Bu(2)MeSiO approximately (i)Pr(2)(t)BuSiO > (i)Pr(3)SiO > (t)Bu(2)HSiO) were used to make (R(2)R'SiO)(3)TaCl(2) (R = (t)Bu, R' = H (1-H), Me (1-Me), Ph (1-Ph), (t)Bu (1); R = (i)Pr, R' = (t)Bu (1-(i)Pr(2)); R = R' = (i)Pr (1-(i)Pr(3)); R = R' = (c)Hex (Cy)). Product analyses of sodium amalgam reductions of several dichlorides suggest that [(R(2)R'SiO)(3)Ta](2)(mu-Cl)(2) may be a common intermediate. When the siloxide is large (1-(t)Bu), formation of the Ta(III) species ((t)Bu(3)SiO)(3)Ta (6) occurs via disproportionation. When the siloxide is small, the Ta(IV) intermediate is stable (e.g., [((i)Pr(3)SiO)(3)Ta](2)(mu-Cl)(2) (2)), and when intermediate sized siloxides are used, solvent bond activation via unstable Ta(III) tris-siloxides is proposed to occur. Under hydrogen, reductions of 1-Me and 1-Ph provide Ta(IV) and Ta(V) hydrides [((t)Bu(2)MeSiO)(3)Ta](2)(micro-H)(2) (4-Me) and ((t)Bu(2)PhSiO)(3)TaH(2) (7-Ph), respectively.  相似文献

The [M=Fe (1), x=2.08, y=1.58; M=Co (2), x=2.5, y=2; Ni (3), x=2.5, y=2] compounds have been synthesized using mild hydrothermal conditions at 170 °C during five days. Single-crystals of (1) and (2), and polycrystalline sample of (3) were obtained. These isostructural compounds crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group Aba2, with a=9.9598(2), b=18.8149(4) and c=8.5751(2) Å for (1), a=9.9142(7), b=18.570(1) and c=8.4920(5) Å for (2) and a=9.8038(2), b=18.2453(2) and c=8.4106(1) Å for (3), with Z=8 in the three phases. An X-ray diffraction study reveals that the crystal structure is composed of a three-dimensional skeleton formed by [MO5F] and [MO4F2] (M=Fe, Co and Ni) octahedra and [HPO3] tetrahedra, partially substituted by [PO4] tetrahedra in phase (1). The IR spectra show the vibrational modes of the water molecules and those of the (HPO3)2− tetrahedral oxoanions. The thermal study indicates that the limit of thermal stability of these phases is 195 °C for (1) and 315 °C for (2) and (3). The electronic absorption spectroscopy shows the characteristic bands of the Fe(II), Co(II) and Ni(II) high-spin cations in slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements indicate the existence of global antiferromagnetic interactions between the metallic centers with a ferromagnetic transition in the three compounds at 28, 14 and 21 K for (1), (2) and (3), respectively. Compound (1) exhibits a hysteresis loop with remnant magnetization and coercive field values of 0.72 emu/mol and 880 Oe, respectively.  相似文献

The sodium silyl chalcogenolates NaESiR(t)Bu(2) (R = Ph, (t)Bu; E = S, Se, Te), accessible by the nucleophilic degradation of S, Se, or Te by the sodium silanides NaSiR(t)Bu(2) (R = Ph, (t)Bu), have been characterized by X-ray structure analysis. Protonolysis of the sodium silyl chalcogenolates yields the corresponding chalcogenols. The Cu and Zn chalcogenolates, [Cu(SSiPh(t)Bu(2))](4) and [ZnCl(SSi(t)Bu(3))(THF)](2), have been synthesized by metathesis reactions of CuCl with NaSSiPh(t)Bu(2) and of ZnCl(2) with NaSSi(t)Bu(3), respectively. The solid-state structures of the transition metal thiolates have been determined. The compounds (t)Bu(2)RSiE-ESiR(t)Bu(2) (R = Ph, (t)Bu; E = S, Se, Te) are accessible via air oxidation. With the exception of (t)Bu(3)SiS-SSi(t)Bu(3), these compounds were analyzed using X-ray crystallography and represent the first structurally characterized silylated heavy dichalcogenides. Oxidative addition of (t)Bu(3)SiTe-TeSi(t)Bu(3) to Fe(CO)(5) yields [Fe(TeSi(t)Bu(3))(CO)(3)](2), which has also been structurally characterized.  相似文献

Halogen-hydride interactions between Z-X (Z = CN, NC and X = F, Cl, Br) as halogen donor and H-Mg-Y (Y = H, F, Cl, Br, CH(3)) as electron donor have been investigated through the use of Becke three-parameter hybrid exchange with Lee-Yang-Parr correlation (B3LYP), second-order M?ller-Plesset perturbation theory (MP2), and coupled-cluster single and double excitation (with triple excitations) [CCSD(T)] approaches. Geometry changes during the halogen-hydride interaction are accompanied by a mutual polarization of both partners with some charge transfer occurring from the electron donor subunit. Interaction energies computed at MP2 level vary from -1.23 to -2.99 kJ/mol for Z-F···H-Mg-Y complexes, indicating that the fluorine interactions are relatively very weak but not negligible. Instead, for chlorine- and bromine-containing complexes the interaction energies span from -5.78 to a maximum of -26.42 kJ/mol, which intimate that the interactions are comparable to conventional hydrogen bonding. Moreover, the calculated interaction energy was found to increase in magnitude with increasing positive electrostatic potential on the extension of Z-X bond. Analysis of geometric, vibrational frequency shift and the interaction energies indicates that, depending on the halogen, CN-X···H interactions are about 1.3-2.0 times stronger than NC-X···H interactions in which the halogen bonds to carbon. We also identified a clear dependence of the halogen-hydride bond strength on the electron-donating or -withdrawing effect of the substituent in the H-Mg-Y subunits. Furthermore, the electronic and structural properties of the resulting complexes have been unveiled by means of the atoms in molecules (AIM) and natural bond orbital (NBO) analyses. Finally, several correlative relationships between interaction energies and various properties such as binding distance, frequency shift, molecular electrostatic potential, and intermolecular density at bond critical point have been checked for all studied systems.  相似文献

Summary.  DFT calculations predict the existence of three new triplet ground state silylenes: [(imino)-methylene]silylene, [(cyanoimino)methylene]silylene, and [(methoxyimino)methylene]silylene, with CNSiX formula (X = H, CN, and OMe, respectively). Discrepancies are found between DFT and some ab initio results.  相似文献

CsLnCdSe(3) (Ln = Ce, Pr, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Y) and CsLnHgSe(3) (Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Y) have been synthesized at 1123 K. These isostructural materials crystallize in the layered KZrCuS(3) structure type in the orthorhombic space group Cmcm and are group X extensions of the previously characterized Zn compounds. The structure is composed of two-dimensional [LnMSe(3)] layers that stack perpendicular to [010] and are separated by layers of face- and edge-sharing CsSe(8) bicapped trigonal prisms. Because there are no Se-Se bonds in the structure of CsLnMSe(3) (M = Zn, Cd, Hg), the formal oxidation states of Cs/Ln/M/Se are 1+/3+/2+/2-. CsSmHgSe(3) does not adhere to the Curie-Weiss law, whereas CsCeHgSe(3) and CsGdHgSe(3) are Curie-Weiss paramagnets with micro (eff) values of 2.77 and 7.90 micro (B), corresponding well with the theoretical values of 2.54 and 7.94 micro (B) for Ce(3+) and Gd(3+), respectively. Single-crystal optical absorption measurements were performed with polarized light perpendicular to the (010) and (001) crystal faces of these materials. The band gaps of the (010) crystal faces range from 1.94 eV (CsCeHgSe(3)) to 2.58 eV (CsYCdSe(3)) whereas those of the (001) crystal faces span the range 2.37 eV (CsSmHgSe(3)) to 2.54 eV (CsYCdSe(3) and CsYHgSe(3)). The largest band gap variation between crystal faces is 0.06 eV for CsYCdSe(3). Theoretical calculations for CsYMSe(3) indicate that these materials are direct band gap semiconductors whose colors and optical band gaps are dependent upon the orbitals of Y, M, and Se.  相似文献
