二乙烯联苯及其衍生物是一种可发射蓝光的小分子空穴型有机发光材料, 通过Wittig-Horner反应, 将电子传输型噁二唑环“嵌入”其中, 设计合成了6个2,5-二[4-(2-芳基乙烯基)苯基]-1,3,4-噁二唑化合物. 经光谱分析和元素分析等方法确认了它们的化学结构. IR和UV-vis分析数据表明标题化合物分子结构中的C=C双键均为反式结构特征. 研究结果表明: 2,5-二[4-(2-对二甲氨基苯基乙烯基)苯基]-1,3,4-噁二唑具有良好的蓝色发光性能; 取代基对标题化合物的UV-vis吸收光谱和发光特性的影响显着.  相似文献

The synthesis of 2-(p-chlorophenyl)-5-[1′,2′,3′,4′,5′-penta-O-benzoyl-D-galactopentitol-1-yl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole is described. Its debenzoylation gave an equilibrium mixture of the 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative without protection of the hydroxyl group and the N-benzoyl-D-galactono-1,4-lactonehydrazone. A similar equilibrium was observed by debenzoylation of 2-phenyl-5-[1′,2′,3′,4′,5′-penta-O-benzoyl-D-galactopentitol-1-yl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole. The 1H, 13C nmr and ms spectra of these compounds are presented.  相似文献

The fluorescence spectra of bichromophore compounds 2-(ω-biphenylylpolymethylene)-5-biphenylyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole ( 1—4 ) and its corresponding model compounds 2-methyl-5-biphenylyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole ( 5 ) and 2,5-dibiphenylyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole ( 6 ) have been determined. The formation of intra- and intermolecular excimers and exciplexes have been studied. The relationship between the molecular configuration and the formation of intra exciplex have been discussed. From the experimental results, it can be seen that when the number of the carbon atoms of the methylene bridge is odd, intra exciplex is readily formed.  相似文献

通过Wittig法合成了一种新型三苯胺-噁二唑超支化共轭聚合物HPTPA-OXD, 通过IR, 1H NMR, 凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等对其结构进行了表征. 测定了HPTPA-OXD在不同溶剂中的紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱、荧光寿命及量子产率. HPTPA-OXD在甲苯, CHCl3, THF, CH2Cl2, DMF溶液中的荧光发射峰分别为473, 497, 507, 522和547 nm, 在CH2Cl2, 甲苯和THF中量子产率分别为0.33, 0.31和0.18, 在THF, CH2Cl2, DMF中的荧光寿命分别为1.24, 1.39和1.14 ns. 电化学性能用循环伏安法测定, 超支化荧光聚合物HPTPA-OXD的HOMO和LUMO能级分别为-4.91和-2.44 eV. HPTPA-OXD的分解温度为440 ℃, 热稳定性良好.  相似文献

2-(4-tert-Butylphenyl)-5-(4-ethynylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole reacts with a series of heteroaryl iodides under standard Sonogashira cross-coupling conditions (Pd[PPh(3)](2)Cl(2), CuI, triethylamine, THF) to yield products 2a-g in 40-79% yields (heteroaryl = 2-pyridyl, 3-pyridyl, 4-pyridyl, 2-pyrazyl, 5-bromo-2-pyrimidyl, 2-thienyl and 3-thienyl, respectively). Compound 2f was lithiated followed by electrophilic iodination (BuLi, perfluorohexyl iodide) to give 3, which by a two-step sequence gave the terminal ethynylthienyl derivative 5. Conversion of 5 into the terminal ethynylaldehyde derivative 7, via acetal derivative 6, proceeded in high yield. Starting from 2-iodo-5-methoxycarbonylthiophene, a five-step sequence afforded 2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-5-(4-ethynylthienyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole 13 (13% overall yield). Reactions of 13 gave terminal pyridyl, pyrazyl, pyrimidyl and thienyl derivatives, analogous to those obtained from 1. Two-fold reaction of 13 with 2,5-diiodothiophene gave the bis(ethynylthienyl)thiophene derivative 15 (30% yield). Solution UV-Vis absorption and photoluminescence spectra establish that replacement of the phenyl ring in the 2,5-diphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole series 2a-g by a thienyl ring [i.e. the 2-phenyl-5-(2-thienyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole series 14a-g] leads to a red shift in the lowest energy band in both the absorption spectra and emission spectra. The X-ray crystal structures of compounds 2d, 2g, 5 and 14d.CHCl(3) reveal that the molecular structures are approximately planar although there are substantial differences in the conformations.  相似文献

A new amide-based 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative ligand 2,5-bis[2-(N,N-diethyl-1'-oxopropylamide)phenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole (L) and its complexes, Ln(NO3)3L (Ln=La, Eu, Gd, Tb, Er), were synthesized. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectra and conductivity. The lanthanide ions were coordinated by O atoms from CO. The fluorescence properties of Eu(NO3)3L and Tb(NO3)3L in the solid state and in different solvents were investigated. Under the excitation of UV light, these complexes exhibit characteristic fluorescence of europium and terbium ions. The solvent factors influencing the fluorescent intensity were discussed.  相似文献

In the present study, we report design, synthesis and screening of new novel 5-substituted-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole analogues appended to oxaprozin for their in vitro anticancer and antibacterial activity. The synthesised compounds were characterized using various spectroscopic techniques. Furthermore, the structure of 5b (2-(2-[4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-yl]ethyl)-5-(ethylthio)-1,3,4-oxadiazole) was unequivocally confirmed by X-ray analysis. Among the series 5c (2-(2-[4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-yl]ethyl)-5-(propylthio)-1,3,4-oxadiazole) showed most promising anticancer activity against A549 cancer cell line and all the reported analogues manifested satisfactory safety profiles against human normal cell line HEK293T. The products exhibited good antibacterial activity and among the tested 5j (2-(2-[4,5-diphenyloxazol-2-yl]ethyl)-5-([4-fluorobenzyl]thio)-1,3,4-oxadiazole) exhibited most potent.  相似文献

A novel pi-conjugated small molecule VNCO, 2,5-bis{3'-[3'-vinyl-9'-(alpha-naphthyl)carbazolyl]phenyl}-1,3,4-oxadiazole, containing hole-transporting carbazole moieties, electron-injecting 1,3,4-oxadiazole moieties and chromophore naphthalene was designed and synthesized by Wittig reaction of 2,5-bis(3-tolylene-triphenylphosphonium bromide)-1,3,4-oxadiazole and 3-formyl-9-(alpha-naphthyl)carbazole. The UV-vis absorption, fluorescence excitation and emission spectra have been obtained in solution for VNCO. The photoluminescence (PL) of VNCO were examined in different solvents and the luminescence quantum yield was 0.746 in chloroform. It emitted blue and blue-green light, with the band gap of 3.30 eV estimated from the onset absorption. In addition, the light-emitting can be quenched by both electron donor (N,N-dimethylaniline) and electron acceptor (dimethylterephalate). Furthermore, the molecular interactions of VNCO with fullerene (C60) or carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were also carefully investigated.  相似文献

A new green protocol was developed for the S-alkylation of 2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole by the reaction of 5-substituted-2-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazole with propargyl bromide in sodium bicarbonate in water. The newly synthesized 5-[(substitutedphenoxy)methyl]-2-[(prop-2-yn-1-yl)sulfanyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole when reacted with azidomethyl coumarins underwent regioselective reaction yielding 4-(((4-((5-((substitutedphenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)sulfanylmethyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl)-6-methyl)-2H-chromene-2-one or 1-((4-((5-((substitutedphenoxy)methyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)sulfanylmethy)-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl-)methyl)-3H-benzo[f]chromene-3-one. Structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by spectral and analytical data. The compounds were screened for their in-vitro antioxidant property.  相似文献

A chiral random grain boundary (RGB) phase was recently observed in a hockey-stick biphenyl-substituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative. In the RGB phase, achiral molecules self-assemble into randomly oriented blocks of chiral smectic layers and the motif of the unique microstructure is attributed to the similarity of hockey-stick molecules both to bent-core and to rod-like molecules. In order to explore the effect of molecular structure on the RGB phase in detail, we systematically change the molecular design. When the flexible tail decreases, the high-temperature Smectic A (SmA) phase is replaced by a nematic phase, showing a phase sequence of Iso-N-SmA-RGB-Cryst in 2-(4-dodecyloxyphenyl)-5-biphenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole. However, when we replace the 1,3,4-oxadiazole group by the 1,3,4-thiadiazole group, the bending angle increases in the 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives and the RGB phase disappears. Or when the length of the arm becomes short in naphthalene-substituted 1,3,4-oxadiazole, these molecules exhibited only normal rod-like molecules’ mesomorphism. These results will provide deep insights on the relationship of molecular structure and mesophase structural property.  相似文献

2-Acylimino-1,3,4-thiadiazoles were obtained from 1-methyl-1-thioacylhydrazines and the appropriate acyl isothiocyanates, while 2-benzoylimino-1,3,4-oxadiazole was obtained from 1-phenyl-1-benzoylhydrazine and benzoyliminocarbonic acid dichloride. The mesoionic structure of the compounds obtained was proved by their IR and mass spectra. 本文通过芳氧基负离子在2—甲磺酰基—苯基—1,3,4—噁二唑环2—位上的亲核取代反应制得9个新的2—芳氧基—5—苯基—l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物。所有化合物的结构经元素分析,IR,~1H NMR和MS确认。初步抗菌实验表明这些化合物具有一定的抑制枯草芽孢杆菌繁殖的活性。 2,5—二取代l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物具有广泛的生物活性,如抗菌,抗黄球菌,除草杀棉花牙虫等。Madhavan等曾通过芳胺在2— 甲磺酰基—5—芳基1,3,4—噁二唑环上的亲核取代反应,制得了2—芳氨基—5—芳基—l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物,我们也曾通过酰肼等亲核试剂在2—甲磺酰基—5—(3,4,5—三甲氧基苯基)—1,3,4—噁二唑环上的亲核取代反应,得到了2—取代酰肼基—5—(3,4,5—三甲氧基苯基)—l,3,4—噁二唑衍生物。在此基础上,我们拟通过Aro在2—甲磺酰基  相似文献

1,3,4-噁二唑类材料具有优良的电子传输性及很好的耐热性和抗氧化性,是目前应用最广泛的电子传输材料。然而由于小分子化合物性质不稳定,尤其是其热稳定性差以及易重结晶,从而影响电致发光器件的使用寿命。本文引入均三嗪基团对其进行化学修饰以改善其电子传输性能和稳定性,合成了几种2-苯基-5-(对氨基苯基)-1,3,4-噁二唑取代的二氯均三嗪及其衍生物。合成路线如下。  相似文献

The UV photoelectron spectra are reported for isoxazole and 1,3,4-oxadiazole (He(I) region), oxazole and 1,2,5-oxadiazole (He(I) and He(II) regions). Marked fine structure is apparent on some of the spectra. The spectra have been assigned on the basis of ab initio calculations, and by comparison with the azoles and thiazoles. Variations in the lone pairs levels at O-, S- and N- across the azoles, oxazoles, thiazoles and azines are discussed. It is suggested that “through-bond” interactions are more widespread in the azines than previously noted.  相似文献

The one-pot CuAAC synthesis of (1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl-1,3,4-oxadiazole and (1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole derivatives via three-component reaction of consequent nucleophilic substitution of chlorine, with azide, and its further “click” reaction, with alkynes, in the presence of CuI was studied. The utility of newly synthesized 2-(azidomethyl)-1,3,4/1,2,4-oxadiazoles and chloromethyl-1,3,4/1,2,4-oxadiazole derivatives was explored, and their limitations were determined. Novel 5-([4-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl]methyl)-3-(aryl)-1,2,4-oxadiazoles, 2-([4-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl]methyl)-5-(aryl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles were obtained in good yields.  相似文献

Poly(1,3,4-oxadiazole-ether-imide)s were prepared by thermal imidization of poly(amic-acid) intermediates resulting from the solution polycondensation reaction of a bis(ether-anhydride), namely 2,2′-bis-[(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenyl]-1,4-phenylenediisopropylidene dianhydride, with different aromatic diamines containing 1,3,4-oxadiazole ring, such as 2,5-bis(p-aminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole, 2,5-bis[p-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]-1,3,4-oxadiazole, 2-(4-dimethylaminophenyl)-5-(3,5-diaminophenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole. Poly(1,3,4-oxadiazole-ether-imide)-polydimethylsiloxane copolymers were prepared by polycondensation reaction of the same bis(ether-anhydride) with equimolar quantities of an aromatic diamine having 1,3,4-oxadiazole ring and a bis(aminopropyl)polydimethylsiloxane oligomer of controlled molecular weight. A solution imidization procedure was used to convert quantitatively the poly(amic-acid) intermediates to the corresponding polyimides. All the polymers were easily soluble in polar organic solvents such as N-methylpyrrolidone and N,N-dimethylacetamide. The polymers showed good thermal stability with decomposition temperature being above 400 °C. Solutions of some polymers in N-methylpyrrolidone exhibited blue fluorescence, having maximum emission wavelength in the range of 370-412 nm.  相似文献
