在溶剂热体系中,以N,N-二乙基乙二胺为结构导向剂,合成了Al/P为3/4的层状磷酸铝[Al6P8O32][(C2H5)2NHCH2CH2NH3]2·[C2H5NH2CH2CH2NH2C2H5]单晶,并通过X射线单晶衍射结构分析.XRD,ICP,元素分析,差热-热重分析等手段进行了表征.该化合物属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.90945(2)nm,b=1.46424(4)nm,c=1.87572(5)nm,β=102.672(2)°,Z=4.其阴离子层由AlO4四面体和PO3(=O)四面体单元交替连接构成,形成四、六、八元环拓扑结构,无机层以ABAB方式堆积,两种质子化的有机胺分子N,N-二乙基乙二胺及其重排产物N,N′-二乙基乙二胺填充在层间.用分子动力学模拟方法,考察了标题化合物中有机胺与无机层间的相互作用,讨论了这两种有机胺的共模板作用.  相似文献

首次合成了[CH3NH3][NH3(CH2)6NH3]H3[P2Mo2W16O62]·H2O,通过元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对合成产物进行了表征,并用TGA-DSC研究了化合物的热稳定性.晶体属单斜晶系,P21/m空间群,a=1.2596(3)nm,b=1.8715(4)nm,c=1.9816(4)nm,α=γ=90°,β=90.16(3)°,V=4.671(2)nm3,Z=2,Mr=4358.66,Dc=3.100g·cm-3,μ=19.978mm-1,F(000)=3792,R=0.0835,Rw=0.2026.结果表明,在晶体结构内形成了0.7364nm×0.8354nm的微孔.  相似文献

采用常温晶化法合成了1个新的金属配合物与氟化锆的复合物[Co(en)3]2(Zr2F12)(ZrF6H2O)·H2O(1), 并对其单晶结构进行了解析. 该化合物属单斜晶系, C2/c 空间群, a=3.06110(17) nm, b=0.877680(5) nm, c=1.50811(9) nm, β=118.897(4)°, V =3.547(4) nm3, Z=8. 该化合物由双核氟化锆阴离子簇 [Zr2F12]4-和单核氟化锆阴离子簇 [ZrF6H2O]2-与钴胺配合物阳离子 [Co(en)3]3+ 及水分子组成, 氟化锆与钴胺配合物之间存在大量的氢键. 该化合物的表面光电压谱在339 nm处出现了光电信号. 这种特殊的光电现象有可能归因于该化合物的钴胺配合物阳离子与氟化锆阴离子簇之间存在的协同作用.  相似文献

用水热法合成了含三价砷阴离子AsS3-4的化合物[InAsS4(2,2′-bipy)]2。 该化合物晶体为单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数a=0.89799(9) nm,b=2.1794(2) nm,c=1.43736(14) nm,β=91.274(2)°,V=2.8123(5) nm3。 在此化合物中用金属螯合物[In(2,2′-bipy)]3+稳定了不常见的三价砷阴离子AsS3-4,讨论了金属价态对最终产物结构的影响,并且研究了该化合物的半导体性质(禁带带宽1.35 eV)。  相似文献

合成了含Fe2+的脂氧合酶模型化合物[Fe(CTB)Cl]Cl.3CH3CH2OH.H2O(CTB为N,N,N,'N'-四(2'-苯并咪唑甲基)邻二胺反式-环己烷).该配合物属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群.晶胞参数a=1.12938(7)nm,b=1.49004(9)nm,c=2.69346(17)nm,β=91.9530(10),°V=4.5300(5)nm3,Z=4;R=0.0602,wR=0.1629.中心离子Fe2+只与六齿配体CTB的3个苯并咪唑的3-位氮和两个烷胺氮配位,氯离子占据着第六配位位点,整个配合物呈变形八面体构型.该化合物可催化亚油酸氧化断链成丙二醛(酸)、壬烯醛和壬醛酸等低分子醛和ω-氧酸.  相似文献

在溶剂热条件下, 以原位反应为基础合成了两个碘化物(C6H8N3)+I3-(1, C6H8N3=2,3-dihydroimi-dazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-1-ium, 2,3-二氢咪唑[1,2-α]-嘧啶鎓阳离子)和[(Cu3I4)(C8H17N2)](2, C8H17N2=N-ethyl-4-aza-1-azonia-bicyclo[2.2.2]octane, N-乙基三乙烯二铵阳离子). 用元素分析、粉末X射线衍射及单晶X射线衍射等对化合物进行了表征. 结果表明, 化合物1属于三斜晶系, P1空间群, a=0.74281(15) nm, b=0.84241(17) nm, c=0.9993(2) nm, α=82.02(3)°, β=83.30(3)°, γ=82.92(3)°, V=0.6114(2) nm3. 化合物2属于单斜晶系, P21/c空间群, a=0.68924(14) nm, b=1.0786(2) nm, c=2.2779(5) nm, β=94.84(3)°, V=1.6874(6) nm3. 在两个化合物合成中存在两种不同类型的配体原位合成反应, 即化合物1的2-氨基嘧啶和乙醇的成环反应与化合物2的三乙烯二胺和乙醇的烷基化反应.  相似文献

在含有HF的体系中, 用乙二胺作模板剂, 通过水热方法合成了一个新的三维亚磷酸铟[In4(HPO3)7(H2O)3](NH3CH2CH2NH3)·(H2O), 并对其进行了红外光谱、热重、ICP和CHN元素分析等表征. 单晶X射线衍射分析结果表明, 该化合物属于三方晶系, P3空间群, 晶胞参数a=1.37883(7) nm, c=0.93450(9) nm, V=1.53862(2) nm3, Z=2, Dc=2.489 Mg/m3, 最终一致性因子R1[I >2σ(I)]=0.0526, wR2[I>2σ(I)]=0.1328, GOF=1.082. 其结构中的InO6八面体、InO5(H2O)八面体和HPO3假四面体通过O原子共顶点连接, 分别沿a, b轴方向形成含有十二元环的交叉孔道, 客体水分子和双质子化的乙二胺分子存在于孔道中.  相似文献

Four new zinc diphosphonate compounds with formulas [NH(3)(CH(2))(2)NH(3)]Zn(hedpH(2))(2).2H(2)O, 1, [NH(3)(CH(2))(n)()NH(3)]Zn(2)(hedpH)(2).2H(2)O, (n = 4, 2; n = 5, 3; n = 6, 4) (hedp = 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonate) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 110 degrees C and in the presence of alkylenediamines NH(2)(CH(2))(n)()NH(2) (n = 2, 4, 5, 6). In compound 1, two of the phosphonate oxygens are protonated. The metal ions are bridged by the hedpH(2)(2-) groups through three of the remaining four phosphonate oxygens, forming a one-dimensional infinite chain. The protonated ethylenediamines locate between the chains in the lattice. In compounds 2-4, only one phosphonate oxygen is protonated. Compounds 2 and 3 have a similar three-dimensional open-network structure composed of [Zn(2)(hedpH)(2)](n) double chains with strong hydrogen bonding interactions between them, thus generating channels along the [100] direction. The protonated diamines and water molecules reside in the channels. Compound 4 contains two types of [Zn(2)(hedpH)(2)](n) double chains which are held together by strong hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network. The interlayer spaces are occupied by the [NH(3)(CH(2))(6)NH(3)](2+) cations and water molecules. The significant difference between structures 2-4 is also featured by the coordination geometries of the zinc atoms. The geometries of those in 2 can be described as distorted octahedral, and those in 3 as distorted square pyramidal. In 4, two independent zinc atoms are found, each with a distorted octahedral and a tetrahedral geometry, respectively.  相似文献
