A large-scale synthesis was carried out for alkynyl C-nucleotide oligomers in order to clarify the structural details of the artificial DNA. A liquid-phase synthesis by means of phosphoramidite methodology enabled us to handle ~0.1 g of the DNA oligomers possessing a pseudouracil derivative (T*) as a non-natural nucleobase. 1H NMR measurements in aqueous media were carried out for the oligomers, succeeded in the accurate assignments of the protons accompanying with determination of the coupling constants (J values). These J values revealed that average conformation of the alkynylribose rings in the DNA was substantially biased toward the S-type conformers (2T1/E1/OT1). X-ray crystal analysis of the non-natural nucleoside also supported the S-type conformation (2E/2T1) as seen in natural B-DNA.  相似文献

The cooperative effects between T-shape stacking and hydrogen bond interactions in X-ben⊥pyr···H–F complexes were investigated in this work. The results indicate that the electron-withdrawing/donating substituents decrease/increase the magnitude of the binding energies compared to the unsubstituted X-ben⊥pyr···H–F (X = H) complex. The cooperative effects have been studied while using the atoms in molecules (AIM) and natural bond orbital (NBO) methods, allowing us to evaluate the interplay between T-shape stacking and hydrogen bond interactions. There are good relationships among binding energies, Hammett constants, geometrical parameters, and the results of AIM and NBO analysis in X-ben⊥pyr···H–F complexes.  相似文献

We report a combined high resolution infrared and microwave spectroscopic investigation of the acetylene-ammonia and carbonyl sulfide-ammonia complexes using a pulsed slit-nozzle multipass absorption spectrometer based on a quantum cascade laser and a pulsed nozzle beam Fourier transform microwave spectrometer, respectively. The ro-vibrational transitions of the acetylene-ammonia complex have been measured at 6 μm in the vicinity of the ν(4) band of ammonia for the first time. The previously reported pure rotational transitions have been extended to higher J and K values with (14)N nuclear quadrupole hyperfine components detected and analyzed. The spectral analysis reveals that acetylene binds to ammonia through a C-H···N weak hydrogen bond to form a C(3v) symmetric top, consistent with the previous microwave [Fraser et al., J. Chem. Phys., 1984, 80, 1423] and infrared spectroscopic study at 3 μm [Hilpert et al., J. Chem. Phys., 1996, 105, 6183]. A parallel study has also been carried out for the carbonyl sulfide-ammonia complex whose pure rotational and ro-vibrational spectra at 6 μm have been detected and analyzed for the first time. The spectral and the subsequent structural analyses, in conjunction with the corresponding ab initio calculation, indicate that the OCS-NH(3) complex assumes C(3v) symmetry with S pointing to N of NH(3), in contrast to the T-shaped geometries obtained for the isoelectronic N(2)O-NH(3) and CO(2)-NH(3) complexes.  相似文献

We present new results of experimental investigations of azimuthal director reorientation dynamics for a nematic liquid crystal on solid substrates. Two types of substrate with weak anchoring were studied: glass/polystyrene and glass/UV‐activated dye. Slow and fast relaxation processes were observed in both cases under the action of a strong ‘in‐plane’ electric field. The slow surface reorientation and memory effects were controlled by two parameters: the electric voltage and the excitation time. It was established that the increase of the excitation time results in a slowing of the relaxation of the system to the initial state after turning off the electric field. A phenomenological model of a gliding of easy axes is proposed to explain the slow relaxation process.  相似文献

Novel β-aminocyclobutanecarboxylic acid derivatives were prepared via a sequential solvent-free aza-Michael addition of benzophenone imine across 3-halopropylidenemalonates and base-induced ring closure. These highly substituted cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid derivatives were subjected to a reactivity study which demonstrated the tendency of these donor-acceptor substituted four-membered rings to be converted into their corresponding ring-opened products.  相似文献

Functional detergents (FD) based on pyridine and containing aldoximate, ketoximate, and hydroxamate groups were synthesized. Their reactivity in FD/CTAB comicelles toward 4-nitrophenyl 4-toluenesulfonate (NPTS), diethyl phosphate (NPDEP), and diethylphosphonate (NPDEPS) in weakly alkaline media was investigated. Functional detergents based on pyridine are effective in the decomposition of ecotoxicants; the half-lives for the transformation of the substrates into the reaction products in the presence of a functional detergent containing, for example, a ketoximate group amounts to ∼40 s (NPTS), ∼120 s (NPDEP), and ∼5 s (NPDEPS). By analyzing the results it was possible to establish the paths to further modification of the head group of the surfactant, i.e., by varying the structure of the oximate group at various positions of the pyridinium ring aimed at the production of low-basicity functional detergents. Propofol is a general anaesthetic that exerts its action by interaction with the GABA(A) receptor. Crystallographic studies suggest that there is a direct interaction between propofol and the phenolic residue of a tyrosine in the channel. In this study we create propofol···phenol clusters by their co-expansion in jets. The complex is probed using a set of mass-resolved spectroscopic strategies: 2-color REMPI, UV/UV hole-burning, IR/UV double resonance and the novel technique IR/IR/UV triple resonance. The existence of at least six different isomers in the expansion is demonstrated. All the isomers are stabilized by interactions between their aromatic rings. Additionally, in some conformers the OH moieties form hydrogen bonds in some of the isomers, with propofol and phenol alternating their donor-acceptor roles, while in others the -OH···OH angle points to a dipole-dipole interaction. Interpretation of the data in the light of dispersion-corrected DFT calculations shows that shallow barriers separate all the isomers, both in the ground and excited electronic states. Comparison of the structures of the complex with the X-ray diffraction data is also offered.  相似文献

Summary The enantioseparation of amphetamine, methamphetamine and various ring-substituted amphetamines by use of a chiral stationary phase carrying immobilized native -cyclodextrin (-CyD) selectors is reported. The system is evaluated for resolving the specified compounds directly without any derivatization and after derivatization with phenyl isothiocyanate (PITC), naphthyl isothiocyanate (NITC) and 6-aminoquinolyl-N-hydroxysuccinimidyl carbamate (AQC). This direct enantioseparation is compared with the features of indirect separation of diasteromeric derivatives after reaction with the optically pure Marfey's reagent employing a simple non-chiral alkyl-silica (RP-8) column. A selection of those methods best suited for each single amphetamine is given.Seventeen different samples of amphetamine, confiscated by the Swedisch police, were analyzed with respect to their enantiomeric composition. Within this set of samples synthesized by the same method no significant deviation from a racemic ratio could be observed.  相似文献

A novel bis-iodurated polyether compound, based on an unprecedented tetra-THF backbone, has been isolated as a trace by-product of the oxidation of squalene with the catalytic system RuO?(cat.)/NaIO?. The double erythro configuration of the central portion of the molecule furnishes the first indirect support of the previously postulated pathway operating in the oxidative pentacyclization of the isoprenoid substrate. A bidirectional double oxidative bis-cyclization is invoked to explain the formation of this compound. The isolated substance was successfully subjected to a double rearrangement-ring expansion to give a novel bis-THF-bis-THP compound.  相似文献

Structures of the indole···pyridine dimer and (indole)2···pyridine trimer have been investigated in a supersonic jet using resonant two-photon ionization (R2PI) and IR-UV double resonance spectroscopic techniques combined with quantum chemistry calculations. R2PI spectra of the dimer and the trimer recorded by electronic excitation of the indole moiety show that the red-shift in the band origin of the dimer with respect to the 0(0)(0) band of the monomer is larger compared to that of the trimer. The presence of only one conformer in the case of both the dimer and the trimer has been confirmed from IR-UV hole-burning spectroscopy. The structures of the dimer and the trimer have been determined from resonant ion dip infrared (RIDIR) spectra combined with ab initio as well as DFT/M05-2X and DFT/M06-2X calculations. It has been found that the dimer, observed in the experiment, has a V-shaped geometry stabilized by N–H···N and C–H···N hydrogen bonding interactions, as well as C–H···π and π···π dispersion interactions. The geometry of the trimer has been found to be a cyclic one stabilized by N–H···N, N–H···π, C–H···π, and C–H···N interactions. The most important finding of this current study is the observation of the mixed dimer and trimer, which are stabilized by hydrogen bonding as well as dispersion interactions.  相似文献

Aromatic dicarbonitrile bearing cyano groups in a 1,4-relationship was utilized for a phthalocyanine synthesis to give azepiphthalocyanine having a seven-membered ring unit instead of a five-membered ring unit. Closing in on azacines: We have developed a new six step approach for the rapid and enantioselective synthesis of indolizidine, pyrrolo[1,2-a]azepine, and pyrrolo[1,2-a]azocine azabicyclic systems and their respective lactam congeners, which are found in a host of natural products as well as pharmaceutical preparations. In the present work, we have investigated the structure of 7-azaindole···2-fluoropyridine dimer in a supersonic jet by employing resonant two photon ionization (R2PI), IR-UV, and UV-UV double resonance spectroscopic techniques combined with quantum chemistry calculations. The R2PI spectrum of the dimer is recorded by electronic excitation of the 7-azaindole moiety, and a few low frequency intermolecular vibrations of the dimer are clearly observed in the spectrum. The electronic origin band of the dimer is red-shifted by 1278 cm(-1) from the S(1) ← S(0) origin band of 7-azaindole monomer. The presence of a single conformer of the dimer is confirmed by IR-UV and UV-UV hole-burning spectroscopic techniques. RIDIR (Resonant ion dip infrared) spectrum of the dimer shows a red-shift of 265 cm(-1) in the N-H stretching frequency with respect to that of the 7-azaindole monomer. Two planar double hydrogen bonded cyclic structures of the dimer have been predicted from DFT calculations. Comparison of experimental and theoretical N-H stretching frequencies confirms that the observed dimer is stabilized by N-H···N and C-H···N hydrogen bonding interactions. The less stable conformer with N-H···F and C-H···N interactions are not observed in the experiment. The competition between N-H···N and N-H···F interactions in the two dimeric structures are discussed from natural bond orbital (NBO) analysis. The current results demonstrate that fluorine makes a hydrogen bond of intermediate strength through cooperative interaction of another hydrogen bond (C-H···N) present in the dimer, although fluorine is believed to be very weak hydrogen bond acceptor.  相似文献

Whether nonconventional hydrogen bonds, such as the C-H···O interaction, are a consequence or a determinant of conformation is a long-running and unresolved issue. Here we outline a solid-state and quantum mechanical study designed to investigate whether a C-H···O interaction can override the significant trans-planar conformational preferences of α-fluoroamide substituents. A profound change in dihedral angle from trans-planar((OCCF)) to cis-planar((OCCF)) observed on introducing an acceptor group for a C-H···O hydrogen bond is consistent with this interaction functioning as a determinant of conformation in certain systems. This testifies to the potential influence of the C-H···O hydrogen bond and is consistent with the assignment of this interaction as a contributor to overall conformation in both model and natural systems.  相似文献

Quantum calculations at the MP2/aug-cc-pVDZ level examine complexes pairing HSN with aliphatic amines and phosphines. Complexes are cyclic and contain two attractive interactions. The first is a SH···N/P H-bond in which the S-H covalent bond contracts and shifts its stretching frequency to the blue, more so for amines than for phosphines. The second interaction is different for the amines and phosphines. The amines engage in a NH···N H-bond comparable in strength to the aforementioned SH···N interaction. In contrast, the second interaction in the phosphine complexes is a direct N···P attraction without an intervening H. This interaction is due in part to opposite partial charges on the N and P atoms, as well as covalent forces generated by charge transfer effects.  相似文献

The trinuclear titanium(IV) β-diketonate complex, [Ti3(μ-O)3(dppd)6]?·?(DMF)(0.5EtOH) (1) (H-dppd?=?1,3-diphenylpropane-1,3-dione) has been synthesized and its crystal structure and spectroscopic properties have been studied. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group C2/c and a?=?20.954(5)?Å, b?=?18.705(4)?Å, c?=?24.617(6)?Å, β?=?111.957(4)°, Z?=?4. The complex consists of a six-membered [Ti–(μ-O)]3 ring, of which three titanium(IV) ions are linked together by bridging oxygen atoms. Each titanium(IV) possesses an octahedral geometry, with four oxygen atoms from the two β-diketonate ligands and two bridging oxygen atoms.  相似文献
