1.  Hydrothermal Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Two Zinc Coordination Polymers of 1,2-Di(4-pyridyl)ethylene and Benzenedicarboxylate  被引次数:1

   Hydrothermal reactions of Zn(NO3)2•6H2O with 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene (dpe) and 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (1,4-BDC) or 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate (1,3-BDC) in water gave rise to two new metal-organic coordination polymers, [Zn(1,4-BDC)(dpe)]n (1) and [Zn4O(1,3-BDC)3(dpe)]n (2). Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy, and their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 displays a rare 5-fold interpenetrating 66-diamondoid framework while 2 possesses an interlocked 3D network formed by inclined interpenetration of 2D (4,4) networks that are constructed by μ4-oxo tetrazinc Zn4O cores and the bridging dpe and 1,3-BDC ligands. Thermal and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 were also investigated.    

2.  A Dinuclear Cu(Ⅱ)-based Coordination Framework with Two-fold Interpenetrated 3D pcu Topology Displaying Catalytic Activity

   A new Cu(II) coordination polymer, [Cu2(mip)2(bmix)], (bmix = 1,4-bis(2-methyl- imidazole-l-ylmethyl)benzene, HEmip = 5-methylisophthalic acid), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title compound belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a -- 9.435(5), b = 12.241(6), c = 13.666(6) A, β = 94.396(8)°, V= 1565.5(13) A3, Z= 2, C34H30Cu2N4Os, Mr = 749.70, Dc = 1.590 g/cm3,/l = 1.419 mm-1 and F(000) = 768. The title metal-organic coordination polymer exhibits the first two-fold interpenetrated pcu topological structure assembled by two types of dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) dusters and a flexible bis(imidazole)-based ligand. In addition, the fluorescence and catalytic performances of the complex for the degradation of Congo red azo dye in Fenton-like process were presented.    

3.  Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Two-folded Interpenetrating Three-dimensional Network from Flexible Bisimidazolyl Ligands

   The hydrothermal reaction of 1,2-bis(imidazol-1′-yl)ethane (Bime) and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O gave rise to a two-folded interpenetrating 3D coordination polymer, [Ni(Bime)3·(NO3)2]n. Singlecrystal X-ray diffraction analyses show that the complex crystallizes in rhombohedral space group R-3. Ni(II) lies on a crystallographic S6 centre and connects six bimes into a 3D porous network. Bime exhibits an anti conformation. NO3- locates as the void filler to balance the charge in the system. The framework is stable through the two-folded interpenetration among the building units.    

4.  Synthesis and Characterization of Two Binuclear Macrocyclic Zinc(Ⅱ) Complexes by Anion Exchange

   Two macrocyclic zinc(Ⅱ) complexes {[ZnL(VO3)2]·0.33H2O}n(1) and [ZnL(H2O)2][Ni(CN)4](2)(L = 5,5,7,12,12,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane) have been obtained from the reactions of [ZnL](ClO4)2 with NH4VO3 and K2[Ni(CN)4], respectively, and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XRPD, TG and X-ray diffraction. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicated that the Zn(Ⅱ) atom lies on an inversion center and is octahedrally coordinated by four nitrogen atoms of the tetradentate macrocyclic ligand in the equatorial plane and two oxygen atoms of [VO4] tetrahedra in the axial positions in 1, and two oxygen atoms of two water molecules in 2. Complex 1 shows a three-dimensional structure, which is constructed by the links of [VO3]nn- chains with [ZnL]2+, forming one-dimensional channels occupied by guest water molecules. The monomers of [ZnL(H2O)2]2+ and [Ni(CN)4]2- are connected through the intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional sheet in complex 2.    

5.  A One-dimensional Pseudo- helical Coordination Polymer with 4,4′-(Hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid)

   The title complex [Zn2(hfipbb)2(2,2′-bpy)2], 1 has been hydrothermally synthesized from Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, 4,4′-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid) and 2,2′-bipyridine. Singlecrystal X-ray analysis reveals that 1 presents a one-dimensional coordination polymer with pseudo-helical chain structure. Two Zn(Ⅱ) atoms in an unsymmetrical unit of 1 adopt distorted octahedral and square-pyramidal coordination geometries, respectively. The packing of parallel chains gives a three-dimensional supramolecular network supported by π-π stacking interactions. Crystal data: C54H32F12N4O8Zn2, Mr = 1223.58, monoclinic, space group P2 1/c, a = 27.557(6), b = 16.751(3), c = 11.350(2) A, β= 99.21(3)°, V= 5171.5(18) A^3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.572 g/cm^3, F(000) = 2464, μ= 1.030 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0552 and wR = 0.1070 for 6631 observed reflections (I〉 2σ(I)).    

6.  Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Characterization of a Cobalt Coordination Polymer: [Co(bib)(L)]-0.5H2O

   The title coordination polymer, [Co(bib)(L)].0.5H2O 1 (bib = 1,1'-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(imidazole) and L = 4,4'-oxy(bisbenzoate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group Cc with a = 8.8568(5), b = 19.936(1), c = 26.209(2) γ, y = 97.510(1)°, V= 4587.8(5) A3, Z = 8, CoC24H23N4O5.5, Mr = 514.39, Dc = 1.489 g/cm3, F(000) = 2128, μ(MoKa) = 0.795 mm^-1, R = 0.0419 and wR = 0.1002. Compound 1 exhibits a rare two-fold interpenetrating CdSO4 type topology. The O-H...O hydrogen bonds stabilize the structure of 1.    

7.  A 2-Fold Interpenetrated Framework Assembled from Pyridine-3-carboxylate Ligand and Transition Metal:Synthesis,Structure and Photoluminescent Property

   A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer [Cd2(3-pa)4(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)].3.08H2O 1 has been synthesized by pyridine-3-carboxylate (3-pall) and CdO with exo-bidentate rigid dipyridyl ligand 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bpy) by using a hydrothermal method, its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and its luminescent property was also documented. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic space group Pbcn with a = 21.4074(14), b = 27.1119(18), c = 12.3879(8) A, V = 7189.9(8) A3, Z = 8, C34H32.16Cd2N6O12.08, Mr= 942.85, Dc = 1.742 g/cms, p = 1.255 mm-1 and F(000) = 3766. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0353 and wR = 0.0891 for 6278 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The most prominent structural feature is the mutual interpenetration of two identical 3-D open frameworks via filling the large void space, which gives a 2-fold interpenetrating architecture during the self-assembly process.    

8.  A One-dimensional Pseudo-helical Coordination Polymer with 4,4'-(Hexafluoroisopropylidene)bis(benzoic acid)

9.  Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel Tetranuclear Zinc(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer [Zn4(o-bda)4(p-pbim)4]n

   A novel tetranuclear zinc(H) coordination polymer [Zn4(o-bda)a(p-pbim)4]n 1 (p-pbim = 4-pyridylbenzimidazole, o-bda2 = o-phenylenediacetic acid dianion) has been synthesized by a hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray singlecrystal diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group of P21/n with α = 14.231(1), b = 16.257(1), c = 16.794(1) ]k, β = 100.26(1)°, V = 3823.1(2)A3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.573 g/cm^3,β = 1.321 mm^-1, F(000) = 1856, R = 0.0420 and wR = 0.111. The Zn(1) atom assumes a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry, involving three carboxyl O atoms from two different o-bda ligands and two N atoms from two p-pbim ligands. The Zn(2) atom is coordinated by two oxygens from two distinct bda2- anions and two nitrogen atoms from two p-pbim ligands to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The Zn(Ⅱ) atoms are alternately interlinked by o-bda ligands in bis-monodentate or chelating-bidentate and monodentate modes into one-dimensional undulate chains along axis c with the adjacent Zn…Zn distances of 8.32 and 8.47 A. Such neighboring chains are further extended into a 1D bi-chain structure with two different subrings A and B, which are 32- and 14-membered rings through interchain p-pbim ligands. There exists a 2D supramolecular network linked by intermolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions between the uncoordinated carboxylate 0(4) atom or coordinated carboxylate 0(7) atom and the uncoordinated imidazolyl N(2) and N(5) atoms with the O...N distances to be 2.695 and 2.807A.    

10.  Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Magnetic Properties of a Cobalt(II) Coordination Polymer with 4,4'-(Propane-2,2-diyl)dibenzoate and 4,4 '-Bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl

   A novel coordination polymer, {[Co(CBA)(BIMB)0.5]'H20}n (1, H2CBA = 4,4'- (propane-2,2-diyl)dibenzoic acid, and BIMB = 4,4'-bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl), has been hydro- thermally prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group P2/c with a = 14.909(3), b = 7.1963(15), c = 24.592(5) A, β = 104.312(2), V = 2556.5(9) A3, C26H23N2OsCo, Mr = 502.39, Dc = 1.305 g/cm3, F(000) = 1040,μ = 0.708 mm-1 and Z = 4. The final R= 0.0580 and wR = 0.1605 for 3228 observed reflections (1 〉 2a(I)). Single-crystal structure analysis shows that complex 1 exhibits a three-dimensional 2-fold interpenetrating pillared helical-layer open framework of a-Po topology based upon binuclear paddlewheel units. Moreover, its magnetic properties have also been investigated.    

11.  Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Three Cadmium(II) Coordination Complexes Based on Flexible 1,2-Bis(imidazol-1~ˊ-yl)ethane

   Three Cd(II) coordination complexes,{[Cd(bime)3](NO3)2·(H2O)3}n(1),[Cd(bime)Br2]n(2) and [(H2bime)(CdBr4)(H2O)]n(3)(bime = 1,2-bis(imidazol-1-yl)ethane),have been prepared and characterized.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1~3 crystallize in the trigonal space group P-3,monoclinic space group C2/c and triclinic space group P1,respectively.In 1,bime bridges six-coordinated Cd(II) to generate a two-fold interpenetrating 3D coordination polymer,in which NO3- is not involved in coordination,but serves as a void filler to balance the charge of the 3D framework.The six NO3- and six uncoordinated water molecules form an unprecedented 24-membered macrocycle through hydrogen bonding interaction.In 2,bime in an anti-conformation links the CdBr2 units into a zigzag chain.In 3,bime does not take part in coordination,but is protonated to act as a counter cation of [CdBr4 ]2-.The hydrogen bonds between H2bime and [CdBr4]2- result in the formation of a supramolecular chain.    

12.  Synthesis and Structure of One New Metal-organic Framework Based on Flexible Tetrapyridines and Aliphatic Polycarboxylate Acids

   One new complex has been produced under solvothermal reactions of tetrakis(4-pyridyloxymethylene)methane(TPOM) with glutaric acid(GA) in the presence of nitrates of cuprum in DMF/H2O(1:5, v/v), namely, {Cu2(TPOM)·GA)2}n. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2/c with a = 11.556(4), b = 8.713(3), c = 23.602(9) ?, V = 2376.5(15) ?3, C35H36Cu2N4O12, Mr = 831.76, Z = 2, Dc = 1.162 g·cm-3, F(000) = 856, μ = 0.947mm-1, R = 0.0547 and wR = 0.1718(I 2σ(I)). This complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. It is the first complex synthesized by coordinating with TPOM and catenulate aliphatic polycarboxylate acid ligands. The structural analyses show that the complex is a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D architecture.    

13.  Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel 1D Magnesium (Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Constructed by L-Cysteic Acid

   A novel coordination polymer [Mg(L)(H2O)2]·H2O] (LH2=L-cysteic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a=5.962(3), b=11.224(6), c=13.664(7)(A), V=914.3(8) (A)3, Z=4, Mr=245.50, Dc=1.783 g/cm3,μ=0.445 mm-1,flack parameter=0.32(16), F(000)=512, the final R=0.0458 and wR=0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Mg(Ⅱ) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. In the structure there are extensive hydrogen bonds,through which the complex completes its 3D framework structure.    

14.  Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Novel 1D Magnesium (Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer Constructed by L-Cysteic Acid

15.  Structure of Palladium( Ⅱ ) Complex with 2-Hydroxy-propane 1, 3-diamine-N,N,N' N',-tetraacetic Acid

   The reaction of PdCl2 in water with 2-hydroxypropane-1, 3-diaminetetraacetic acid (HPDTA) gave the complex Pd (C11H16N2O9)·1. 5H2O, which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction data show that Pd ( Ⅱ ) is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two car-boxylic oxygen atoms. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic space group Pc with a = 1. 1240(2), b=1. 1183(2), c=1. 2597(3) nm, β=96. 33(2)°V=1. 5737(6) nm3, Z = 4, R= 0.038. The structure contains two crystallographically independent molecules which have slightly different orientations and are connected by hydrogen bonds.    

16.  Solvothermal Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Luminescent Property of a Dy(Ⅲ) Coordination Polymer Constructed by 1,2,4,5-Benzenetetracarboxylic Acid

   A three-dimensional coordination polymer {[Dy(H2btec)2/4(btec)3/6(H2O)]·2H2O} n has been synthesized through the reaction of DyCl3·6H2O and 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid by solvothermal technique, and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The Dy(Ⅲ) coordination polymer crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a=10.7063(1), b=7.1491(1), c=17.1197(3), α=90, β=97.10, γ=90°, V=1300.31(3)3 , C10H9DyO11 , Dc=2.389g/cm3 , Z=4, F(000)=892, the final R=0.0165 and wR=0.0448 for I > 2σ(I). The title coordination polymer possesses a three-dimensional framework consisting of nine-coordinate Dy(Ⅲ) centers and two kinds of coordination modes for the 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid ligands. Every btec4- ligand (deprotonated four protons from 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid) in the title coordination polymer can clamp three Dy atoms like forceps, which could make the Dy atoms closer in the area of metal-metal interaction. The 3-D framework of the coordination polymer has many channels occupied by the free guest water molecules, and the hydrogen bonds between the coordinated carboxylic groups and guest water molecules could stabilize the crystal structure of the title coordination polymer. In addition, the luminescence properties were also studied.    

17.  Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Complex Constructed from a Flexible Tetrapyridyl Ligand

   The title complex [Cd2(NO3)2(OCH3)2(TPOM)2]·8H2O (TPOM=tetrakis(4-pyri- dyloxymethylene) methane) has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system Ccca with a=17.125(2), b=40.751(3), c=24.938(2) , β = 90.00o, V= 7403(3) ·3, C26H27N5O8Cd, Mr = 649.93, Z=16, F(000) = 5280, Dc = 0.992 mg/m3, μ(MoKα) =0.538 mm-1, S=1.080, the final R = 0.0533 and wR=0.1449 for 6627 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). The crystal structure shows that each Cd atom is coordinated to four pyridyl nitrogen atoms from four TPOM ligands and each tetrahedral TPOM ligand links up four Cd atoms into a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D framework. The TG analysis shows that the framework of the title complex is stable up to 300 ℃.    

18.  One—dimensional Zigzag Chain Coordination Polymer [Zn(μ—phth)(imi)2]∞ Bridged by o—Phthalato  被引次数:1

   The reaction of zinc carbonate with o-phthalic acid and imidazole in an aqueous-alcohol solution led to the formation of colorless crystals of [Znμ-phthimi2]∞. Single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group Pn with a = 8.394(2), b = 9.976(3), c = 9.959(3)A, β = 104.409(4)°, V = 807.6(4)A3, Z = 2, C14H12N4O4Zn, Mr = 365.6(5), Dc = 1.504 g/cm3, μ = 1.544 mm-1, F000 = 372, the final R = 0.0466 and wR = 0.1171 for 1834 reflections with I>2σ(I). The complex displays a zigzag infinite chain structure in which each zinc(Ⅱ)center is coordinated by two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms to generate a ZnN2O2 distorted tetrahedral geometry. The neighboring zinc atoms are bridged by the o-phthalate ligand. Each chain is linked by hydrogen bonds with its neighbors to form a three-dimensional coordination polymer.    

19.  Synthesis,Structure and Luminescent Property of a Zn(Ⅱ) Complex with Mixed Multi-N Donor and 2,5-Dihydroxy-terephthalic Acid Ligands

   A new complex, [Zn_2(HL)_2(2,5-OH-pbda)]n(1, L = 1-(1 H-imidazol-4-yl)-4-(4 Htetrazol-5-yl)benzene(H_2L) and 2,5-OH-H_2 pbda = 2,5-dihydroxy-terephthalic acid), has been hydrothermally prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and PXRD. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2_1/n with a = 8.8101(10), b = 17.105(2), c = 9.4014(11) ?, β = 105.704(2)o, V = 1363.9(3) ?`3, Z = 4, C_(14)H_9N_6O_3Zn, M_r = 374.64, D_c = 1.824 g/cm~3, μ = 1.831 mm~(-1), S = 1.042, F(000) = 756, the final R = 0.0309 and w R = 0.1003 for 3130 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The H_2L ligand was deprotonated to be an HL-anion, and coordinated with Zn~(2+) to form two-dimensional(2D) Zn_2(HL~-)_2~(2+) sheets, which were pillared by the 2,5-OH-pbda2-ligands to form a three-dimensional(3D) dmc net with Point(Schl?fli) symbol of(4·82)(4·85). The large vacancy of the dmc net is filled via mutual interpenetration of another independent framework, leading to the formation of a 2-fold interpenetrating architecture. Solid state luminescent property of 1 has been investigated.    

20.  Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a 1-D Chain Zinc(Ⅱ) Coordinated Polymer with N-p-Tolysulfonyl-glutamine

   A novel coordination polymer {[Zn(ts-gln)(bipy)]3H2O}n (ts-glnH2=N-p-toly-sulfonyl-glutamine,bipy=2,2-bipyridine) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method. It crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group P212121 with a=8.2622(5),b=16.6244(10),c=18.2807(10) ,V=2510.9(3) 3,C22H28N4O8SZn,Mr=573.91,Z=4,Dc= 1.518 g/cm3,μ(MoKa)=1.115 mm-1,F(000)=1192,the final R=0.0262 and wR=0.0662 for 5691 independent reflections with Rint=0.0240. The zinc(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by N(3) and N(4) atoms of a bipy molecule,two carboxylate O(1) and O(2A) and amino N(1) atoms of ts-gln ligands,resulting in a square-pyramidal geometry. The title complex consists of an infinite zigzag chain of zinc(Ⅱ) ions linked by the carboxylate of N-p-tolysulfonyl-glutamine.
