研究了氟喹诺酮作为钯催化Heck反应的有效配体. 碘苯、溴苯和其它芳基卤衍生物与丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等取代乙烯类化合物在钯和氟喹诺酮的催化下发生Heck反应. 讨论了配体、催化剂用量、碱和溶剂对Heck反应产率的影响. 该反应的最优化条件是: 钯源为Pd(OAc)2 (0.1 mol%), 诺氟沙星作为配体(0.2 mol%), K2CO3作为碱, DMA作为溶剂, 取代碘苯及溴苯和它们的衍生物与丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯等乙烯基化合物的反应均可以得到高收率的目标偶联产物. 相似文献

壳聚糖基聚合物负载钯配合物的制备及对Heck反应催化性能 总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9
以壳聚糖为基本原料制得壳聚糖缩水杨醛负载钯配合物(S-CTS-Pd)和交联壳聚糖缩水杨醛负载钯配合物(CL-S-CTS-Pd)两种催化剂,利用XPS、TG、DTA等手段对其进行了表征.两种催化剂不需在惰性气体氛围中就能有效地催化芳基碘与丙烯酸、苯乙烯的Heck反应,高产率地得到反式肉桂酸、1,2二苯乙烯,芳基碘上吸电子和供电子取代基的存在对反应没有明显影响.与S-CTS-Pd相比,CL-S-CTS-Pd在较低的温度或较少的催化剂用量下,对Heck反应仍有较高的催化活性.负载催化剂CL-S-CTS-Pd重复使用性能的研究表明,在催化碘苯与丙烯酸反应重复10次后,肉桂酸的产率仍达75.3%. 相似文献

磁性纳米颗粒负载钯催化剂对Heck反应的催化活性 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用水热法合成了碳包埋磁性纳米复合颗粒C/(Au@Fe),并以之为载体制备了纳米钯催化剂,利用透射电镜、X射线光电子能谱和振动样品磁强计等手段对催化剂进行了表征,评价了催化剂对Heck反应的催化活性.结果表明,催化剂的平均粒径约为300nm,表面覆盖着一层粒径为12nm的钯颗粒,整个催化剂呈现超顺磁性.对于碘代苯与丙烯酸之间的Heck反应,在乙酸钠或三乙胺碱性条件下反应4h,碘代苯转化率可达95%以上.催化剂重复使用10次时仍可保持很高的催化活性(碘代苯转化率88%).对于其他不同反应底物之间的Heck反应,催化剂同样显示有较高的催化活性.催化剂可稳定分散于反应体系中,并可在外磁场作用下快速与反应体系分离. 相似文献

以苯酚、三氯氧磷为原料,以无水三氯化铝为催化剂合成了氯化磷酸二苯酯;采用正交试验研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量和原料配比对反应收率的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件;并利用红外光谱和核磁共振谱表征了产物的结构.结果表明,影响反应收率的几种因素的排序为:反应温度>原料配比>催化剂用量>反应时间;最佳反应条件为:温度70℃、反应时间15h、原料配比(n苯酚∶n三氯氧磷)2∶1、催化剂用量0.8g(相对于苯酚的质量分数为4.25%).与此同时,采用加水后处理方法可以提高产品收率和可操作性. 相似文献

KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives. 相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines. 相似文献
