The mechanisms of nitrosation of acetone through sodium enolate [CH3CO1CH2]-Na+ (1) or naked enolate [CH3CO1CH2]- (2) with methyl nitrite CH3O3NO2 (3), and the reactivity of the syn-form of 3 (syn-3) during the C-N bond formation process were investigated using ab initio molecular orbital (MO) methods. Our results have demonstrated the predominant formation of E-1-hydroxyimino-2-oxo-propane CH3COCH=NOH (4E) when the complex [CH3CO1CH2NO2(O3CH3)]-Na+ was produced kinetically via a metal-chelated pericyclic transition state (TS(CHELATED)), in which the O3 atom of syn-3 was coordinated to the Na+ atom of 1.  相似文献

The mechanisms of nitrosation of acetone through sodium enolate [CH3COCH2]- Na+ (1) or naked enolate [CH3COCH2]- (2) with tert-butyl nitrite (CH3)3CONO (3) were studied using ab initio molecular orbital (MO) methods. When the modified complex model was used in the elimination process, our results demonstrated the predominant formation of E-1-hydroxy-imino-2-oxo-propane CH3COCH=NOH (4E), in which a counter-cation of the base catalyst did not participate during the reaction. On the other hand, participation of the counter-cation during the reaction contributed to the formation of the Z-isomer of 4 (4Z).  相似文献

New ketonylplatinum(III) dinuclear complexes [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(2)COPh)](NO(3))(3) (4), [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(CH(3))COC(2)H(5))](NO(3))(3) (5), and [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(2)COCH(2)COCH(3))](NO(3))(3) (6) were prepared by treatment of platinum blue complex [Pt(4)(NH(3))(8)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(4)](NO(3))(5) (2) with acetophenone, 3-pentanone, and acetylacetone, respectively, in the presence of concentrated HNO(3). The structures of complexes 4 and 6 have been confirmed by X-ray diffraction analysis, which revealed that the C-H bonds of the methyl groups in acetophenone and acetylacetone have been cleaved and Pt(III)-C bonds are formed. Formation of diketonylplatinum(III) complex 6 provides a novel example of the C-H bond activation not at the central alpha-C-H but at the terminal methyl of acetylacetone. Reaction with butanone having unsymmetrical alpha-H atoms led to two types of ketonylplatinum(III) complexes [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(CH(3))COCH(3))](NO(3))(3) (7a) and [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(2)COCH(2)CH(3))](NO(3))(3) (7b) at a molar ratio of 1.7 to 1 corresponding to the C-H bond activation of methylene and methyl groups, respectively. Use of 3-methyl-2-butanone instead of butanone gave complex [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(2)COCH(CH(3))(2))](NO(3))(3) (8) as a sole product via C-H bond activation in the alpha-methyl group. The reactivity of the ketonylplatinum(III) dinuclear complexes toward nucleophiles, such as H(2)O and HNEt(2), was examined. The alpha-hydroxyl- and alpha-amino-substituted ketones were generated in the reactions of [Pt(2)((CH(3))(3)CCONH)(2)(NH(3))(4)(CH(2)COCH(3))](NO(3))(3) (1), 5, and a mixture of 7a and 7b with water and amine, which indicates that the carbon atom in the ketonyl group bound to the Pt(III) atom can receive a nucleophilic attack. The high electrophilicity of the ketonylplatinum(III) complexes can be accounted for by the high electron-withdrawing ability of the platinum(III) atom. A competition between the radical and electrophilic displacement pathways was observed directly in the C-H bond activation reaction with butanone giving complexes 7a and 7b. Addition of a radical trapping agent suppressed the radical pathway and gave complex 7b as the predominant product. On the contrary, 7a was formed as the main product when the reaction solution was irradiated by mercury lamp light. These results together with other mechanistic studies demonstrate that complex 7a was produced via a radical process, whereas complex 7b is produced via electrophilic displacement of a proton by the Pt(III) atom. The competitive processes were further observed in the reactions of platinum blue complex 2 with a mixture of acetone and 3-pentanone in the presence of HNO(3). The relative molar ratio of acetonyl complex 1 to pentanoyl complex 5 was 3 to 1 under room light, whereas formation of complex 5 was almost suppressed when the reaction was carried out in the dark with the addition of a radical trapping agent.  相似文献

Reaction of 2-butanone (1) with tert-butyl nitrite (tert-BuONO) was performed using base catalysts (RO-M+: R=CH3, C2H5; M+=Li+, Na+, K+) in alcohols (CH3OH or C2H5OH). In this report, the effects of M+ of RO-M+ on the nitrosation mechanisms were investigated. The yield of E-hydroxyimino compound (5E) increases much better in the reaction using Na+ or K+ as M+ compared with that using Li+. It is also observed that the yield of 5E increases by addition of crown ether as a cation-capturing agent. The experimental results suggested that under the conditions lowering the effects of M+ of RO-M+ on the nitrosation mechanisms, because the reactivity of naked enolate of I increases and the reaction in the C-N bond formation process tends to proceed via open-chain transition state without M+, the yield of 5E tends to increase.  相似文献

The complex singlet potential energy surface for the reaction of CH2OH with NO2, including 14 minimum isomers and 28 transition states, is explored theoretically at the B3LYP/6-311G(d,p) and Gaussian-3 (single-point) levels. The initial association between CH2OH and NO2 is found to be the carbon-to-nitrogen approach forming an adduct HOCH2NO2 (1) with no barrier, followed by C-N bond rupture along with a concerted H-shift leading to product P1 (CH2O + trans-HONO), which is the most abundant. Much less competitively, 1 can undergo the C-O bond formation along with C-N bond rupture to isomer HOCH2ONO (2), which will take subsequent cis-trans conversion and dissociation to P2 (HOCHO + HNO), P3 (CH2O + HNO2), and P4 (CH2O + cis-HONO) with comparable yields. The obtained species CH2O in primary product P1 is in good agreement with kinetic detection in experiment. Because the intermediate and transition state involved in the most favorable pathway all lie blow the reactants, the CH2OH + NO2 reaction is expected to be rapid, as is confirmed by experiment. These calculations indicate that the title reaction proceeds mostly through singlet pathways; less go through triplet pathways. In addition, a mechanistic comparison is made with the reactions CH3 + NO2 and CH3O + NO2. The present results can lead us to deeply understand the mechanism of the title reaction and may be helpful for understanding NO2-combustion chemistry.  相似文献

Coordinatively saturated To(M)MgMe (1; To(M) = tris(4,4-dimethyl-2-oxazolinyl)phenylborate) is an active precatalyst for intramolecular hydroamination/cyclization at 50 °C. The empirical rate law of -d[substrate]/dt = k'(obs)[Mg](1)[substrate](1) and Michaelis-Menten-type kinetics are consistent with a mechanism involving reversible catalyst-substrate association prior to cyclization. The resting state of the catalyst, To(M)MgNHCH(2)CR(2)CH(2)CH═CH(2) [R = Ph, Me, -(CH(2))(5)-], is isolable, but isolated magnesium amidoalkene does not undergo unimolecular cyclization at 50 °C. However, addition of trace amounts of substrate allows cyclization to occur. Therefore, we propose a two-substrate, six-center transition state involving concerted C-N bond formation and N-H bond cleavage as the turnover-limiting step of the catalytic cycle.  相似文献

In the gas-phase reactions of halonitro- and dinitrophenide anions with X (X = F, Cl, Br, NO(2)) and NO(2) groups in ortho or para position to each other with selected C-H acids: CH(3)CN, CH(3)COCH(3), and CH(3)NO(2), products of the S(N)Ar-type reaction are formed. Nitrophenide anions are generated by decarboxylation of the respective nitrobenzenecarboxylate anions in ESI ion source and the S(N)Ar reaction takes place either in the medium-pressure zone of the ion source or in the collision chamber of the triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. In the case of F, Cl, and NO(2) derivatives, the main ionic product is the respective [NO(2)-Ph-CHR](-) anion (R = CN, COCH(3), NO(2)). In the case of Br derivatives, the main ionic product is Br(-) ion because it has lower proton affinity than the [NO(2)-Ph-CHR](-) anion (for R = CN, COCH(3)). For some halonitrophenide anion C-H acid pairs of reactants, the S(N)Ar reaction is competed by the formation of halophenolate anions. This reaction can be rationalized by the single electron-transfer mechanism or by homolytic C-H bond cleavage in the proton-bound complex, both resulting in the formation of the halonitrobenzene radical anion, which in turn undergoes -NO(2) to -ONO rearrangement followed by the NO(.) elimination.  相似文献

The electronic structure and geometries of (Z)- and (E)-H-CON- N+(CH3)3 have been examined at two levels of theory: B3LYP (basis sets 6-311+G(d,p), 6-311++G(d,p), and 6-311G(3df,3pd)) and MP2(full)/6-311++G(d,p). The (Z) conformation about the C(O)-N(-) bond is thermodynamically preferred over the (E) configuration. Natural bond orbital calculation locates one lone pair of the N- in the HOMO, which is the p(z) natural hybrid orbital (perpendicular to the O=CN- N+ plane). The second lone pair (of lower energy) of N- occupies the HOMO-3, which is the natural hybrid orbital sp(1.12) (sp(1.01) for the (E) conformation, sp(1.74) in the rotational transition state). The carbonyl pi bond is the HOMO-2. The charge-transfer ability of the negative nitrogen in H-CON- N+ (CH3)3 is more powerful than that of the neutral amidic nitrogen in dimethylformamide. The following facts convincingly sustain this view: (1) the higher rotational barrier (stronger C-N(-) bond) in the case of H-CON- N+ (CH3)3, (2) natural resonance theory analysis predicts almost equal weights for the (Z)-H-C(=O)N- N+ (CH3)3 and the (Z)-H-C(O-)=NN+ (CH3)3 canonical resonance structures whereas the weight of the HCON(CH3)2 structure is almost twice as large as that of HC(O-)=N+ (CH3)2, and (3) the second-order perturbation stabilization, as a result of the donor (N-)/acceptor (carbonyl) interaction, is 101.3 kcal/mol for H-CON- N+ (CH3)3 and only 64.4 kcal/mol for dimethylformamide.  相似文献

The CH3(X2A1)+SH(X2Pi) channel of the photodissociation of CH3SH has been investigated at several wavelengths in the first 1 1A"<--X 1A' and second 2 1A"<--X1A' absorption bands by means of velocity map imaging of the CH3 fragment. A fast highly anisotropic (beta=-1+/-0.1) CH3(X2A1) signal has been observed in the images at all the photolysis wavelengths studied, which is consistent with a direct dissociation process from an electronically excited state by cleavage of the C-S bond in the parent molecule. From the analysis of the CH3 images, vibrational populations of the SH(X2Pi) counterfragment have been extracted. In the second absorption band, the SH fragment is formed with an inverted vibrational distribution as a consequence of the forces acting in the crossing from the bound 2 1A" second excited state to the unbound 1 1A" first excited state. The internal energy of the SH radical increases as the photolysis wavelength decreases. In the case of photodissociation via the first excited state, the direct production of CH3 leaves the SH counterfragment with little internal excitation. Moreover, at the longer photolysis wavelengths corresponding to excitation to the 1 1A" state, a slower anisotropic CH3 channel has been observed (beta=-0.8+/-0.1) consistent with a two step photodissociation process, where the first step corresponds to the production of CH3S(X2E) radicals via cleavage of the S-H bond in CH3SH, followed by photodissociation of the nascent CH3S radicals yielding CH3(X2A1)+S(X3P0,1,2).  相似文献

Pentanuclear linear chain Pt(II,III) complexes [[Pt2(NH3)2X2((CH3)3CCONH)2(CH2COCH3)]2[PtX'4]].nCH3COCH3 (X = X' = Cl, n = 2 (1a), X = Cl, X' = Br, n = 1 (1b), X = Br, X' = Cl, n = 2 (1c), X = X' = Br, n = 1 (1d)) composed of a monomeric Pt(II) complex sandwiched by two amidate-bridged Pt dimers were synthesized from the reaction of the acetonyl dinuclear Pt(III) complexes having equatorial halide ligands [Pt2(NH3)2X2((CH3)3CCONH)2(CH2COCH3)]X' ' (X = Cl (2a), Br (2b), X' ' = NO3-, CH3C6H4SO3-, BF4-, PF6-, ClO4-), with K2[PtX'4] (X' = Cl, Br). The X-ray structures of 1a-1d show that the complexes have metal-metal bonded linear Pt5 structures, and the oxidation state of the metals is approximately Pt(III)-Pt(III)...Pt(II)...Pt(III)-Pt(III). The Pt...Pt interactions between the dimer units and the monomer are due to the induced Pt(II)-Pt(IV) polarization of the Pt(III) dimeric unit caused by the electron withdrawal of the equatorial halide ligands. The density functional theory calculation clearly shows that the Pt...Pt interactions between the dimers and the monomer are made by the electron transfer from the monomer to the dimers. The pentanuclear complexes have flexible Pt backbones with the Pt chain adopting either arch or sigmoid structures depending on the crystal packing.  相似文献

The E(CO)2 elimination reactions of alkyl hydroperoxides proceed via abstraction of an alpha-hydrogen by a base: X(-) + R(1)R(2)HCOOH --> HX + R(1)R(2)C=O + HO(-). Efficiencies and product distributions for the reactions of the hydroxide anion with methyl, ethyl, and tert-butyl hydroperoxides are studied in the gas phase. On the basis of experiments using three isotopic analogues, HO(-) + CH3OOH, HO(-) + CD3OOH, and H(18)O(-) + CH3OOH, the overall intrinsic reaction efficiency is determined to be 80% or greater. The E(CO)2 decomposition is facile for these methylperoxide reactions, and predominates over competing proton transfer at the hydroperoxide moiety. The CH3CH2OOH reaction displays a similar E(CO)2 reactivity, whereas proton transfer and the formation of HOO(-) are the exclusive pathways observed for (CH3)3COOH, which has no alpha-hydrogen. All results are consistent with the E(CO)2 mechanism, transition state structure, and reaction energy diagrams calculated using the hybrid density functional B3LYP approach. Isotope labeling for HO(-) + CH3OOH also reveals some interaction between H2O and HO(-) within the E(CO)2 product complex [H2O...CH2=O...HO(-)]. There is little evidence, however, for the formation of the most exothermic products H2O + CH2(OH)O(-), which would arise from nucleophilic condensation of CH2=O and HO(-). The results suggest that the product dynamics are not totally statistical but are rather direct after the E(CO)2 transition state. The larger HO(-) + CH3CH2OOH system displays more statistical behavior during complex dissociation.  相似文献

The transition state for the metal-ligand bifunctional addition step in Noyori's enantioselective ketone hydrogenation was investigated using intramolecular trapping experiments. The bifunctional addition between the Ru dihydride trans-[Ru((R)-BINAP)(H)(2)((R,R)-dpen)] and the hydroxy ketone 4-HOCH(2)C(6)H(4)(CO)CH(3) at -80 °C exclusively formed the corresponding secondary ruthenium alkoxide trans-[Ru((R)-BINAP)(H)(4-HOCH(2)C(6)H(4)CH(CH(3))O)((R,R)-dpen)]. Combined with the results of control experiments, this observation provides strong evidence for the formation of a partial Ru-O bond in the transition state.  相似文献

A series of complexes obtained from the reaction of trans-[(CH3NH2)2PtII] with unsubstituted cytosine (CH) and its anion (C), respectively, has been prepared and isolated or detected in solution: trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(CH-N3)Cl]Cl.H2O (1), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(CH-N3)2](ClO4)2 (1a), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(C-N3)2].2H2O (1b), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(CH-N3)2](ClO4)(2).2DMSO (1c), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(CH-N1)2] (NO3)(2).3H2O (2a), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(C-N1)2].2H2O (2b), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(CH-N1)(CH-N3)](ClO4)2 (3a), trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(C-N1)(C-N3)] (3b), and trans-[Pt(CH3NH2)2(N1-CN3)(N3-C-N1)Cu(OH)]ClO(4).1.2H2O (4). X-ray crystal structures of all these compounds, except 3a and 3b, are reported. Complex 2a is of particular interest in that it contains the rarer of the two 2-oxo-4-amino tautomer forms of cytosine, namely that with the N3 position protonated. Since the effect of PtII on the geometry of the nucleobase is minimal, bond lengths and angles of CH in 2a reflect, to a first approximation, those of the free rare tautomer. Compared to the preferred 2-oxo-4-amino tautomer (N1 site protonated) of CH, the rare tautomer in 2a differs particularly in internal ring angles (7-11 sigma). Formation of compounds containing the rare CH tautomers on a preparative scale can be achieved by a detour (reaction of PtII with the cytosine anion, followed by cytosine reprotonation) or by linkage isomerization (N3-->N1) under alkaline reaction conditions. Surprisingly, in water and over a wide pH range, N1 linkage isomers (3a, 2a) form in considerably higher amounts than can be expected on the basis of the tautomer equilibrium. This is particularly true for the pH range in which the cytosine is present as a neutral species and implies that complexation of the minor tautomer is considerably promoted. Deprotonation of the rare CH tautomers in 2a occurs with pKa values of 6.07 +/- 0.18 (1 sigma) and 7.09 +/- 0.11 (1 sigma). This value compares with pKa 9.06 +/- 0.09 (1 sigma) (average of both ligands) in 1a.  相似文献

Theoretical calculations on the metathesis process, [Tp(PH3)MR(eta 2-H[bond]CH3)] --> [Tp(PH3)M(CH3)(eta 2-H[bond]R)] (M=Fe, Ru, and Os; R=H and CH3), have been systematically carried out to study their detailed reaction mechanisms. Other than the one-step mechanism via a four-center transition state and the two-step mechanism through an oxidative addition/reductive elimination pathway, a new one-step mechanism, with a transition state formed under oxidative addition, has been found. Based on the intrinsic reaction coordinate calculations, we found that the trajectories of the transferring hydrogen atom in the metathesis processes studied are similar to each other regardless of the nature of reaction mechanisms.  相似文献

Platinum(IV) complexes containing monodentate sulfonamide ligands, fac-(dppbz)PtMe(3)(NHSO(2)R) (dppbz = o-bis(diphenylphosphino)benzene; R = p-C(6)H(4)(CH2)(3)CH(3) (1a), p-C(6)H(4)CH(3) (1b), CH(3) (1c)), have been synthesized and characterized, and their thermal reactivity has been explored. Compounds 1a-c undergo competitive C-N and C-C reductive elimination upon thermolysis to form N-methylsulfonamides and ethane, respectively. Selectivity for either C-N or C-C bond formation can be achieved by altering the reaction conditions. Good yields of the C-N-coupled products were observed when the thermolyses of 1a-c were conducted in benzene-d(6). In contrast, exclusive C-C reductive elimination occurred upon themolysis of 1a,b in nitrobenzene-d(5). When the thermolyses of 1a were performed in the presence of sulfonamide anion NHSO2R- in benzene-d(6), ethane elimination was completely inhibited and C-N reductive elimination products were formed in high yield. Mechanistic studies support a two-step reaction pathway involving initial dissociation of NHSO(2)R(-) from the platinum center, followed by nucleophilic attack of this anion on a methyl group of the resulting five-coordinate platinum(IV) cation to form MeNHSO(2)R and (dppbz)PtMe(2). C-C reductive elimination to form ethane occurs directly from the five-coordinate Pt(IV) cation.  相似文献

We use a combination of crossed laser-molecular beam experiments and velocity map imaging experiments to investigate the primary photofission channels of chloroacetone at 193 nm; we also probe the dissociation dynamics of the nascent CH(3)C(O)CH(2) radicals formed from C-Cl bond fission. In addition to the C-Cl bond fission primary photodissociation channel, the data evidence another photodissociation channel of the precursor, C-C bond fission to produce CH(3)CO and CH(2)Cl. The CH(3)C(O)CH(2) radical formed from C-Cl bond fission is one of the intermediates in the OH + allene reaction en route to CH(3) + ketene. The 193 nm photodissociation laser allows us to produce these CH(3)C(O)CH(2) radicals with enough internal energy to span the dissociation barrier leading to the CH(3) + ketene asymptote. Therefore, some of the vibrationally excited CH(3)C(O)CH(2) radicals undergo subsequent dissociation to CH(3) + ketene products; we are able to measure the velocities of these products using both the imaging and scattering apparatuses. The results rule out the presence of a significant contribution from a C-C bond photofission channel that produces CH(3) and COCH(2)Cl fragments. The CH(3)C(O)CH(2) radicals are formed with a considerable amount of energy partitioned into rotation; we use an impulsive model to explicitly characterize the internal energy distribution. The data are better fit by using the C-Cl bond fission transition state on the S(1) surface of chloroacetone as the geometry at which the impulsive force acts, not the Franck-Condon geometry. Our data suggest that, even under atmospheric conditions, the reaction of OH with allene could produce a small branching to CH(3) + ketene products, rather than solely producing inelastically stabilized adducts. This additional channel offers a different pathway for the OH-initiated oxidation of such unsaturated volatile organic compounds, those containing a C=C=C moiety, than is currently included in atmospheric models.  相似文献

Sulfated alumina (AlS), a highly Br?nsted acidic sulfated metal oxide, is prepared by the impregnation of gamma-alumina with 1.6 M H(2)SO(4), followed by calcination at 550 degrees C for 3 h. (13)C CPMAS NMR spectroscopy of the chemisorbed (13)C(alpha)-enriched organozirconium hydrocarbyl Cp'(2)Zr((13)CH(3))(2) (2)/AlS (Cp' = eta(5)-(CH(3))(5)C(5)) reveals that the chemisorption process involves M[bond]C sigma-bond protonolysis at the strong surface Br?nsted acid surface sites to yield a "cation-like" highly reactive zirconocenium electrophile, Cp'(2)Zr(13)CH(3)(+). In contrast, chemisorption of 2 on dehydroxylated alumina (DA) yields a similar cation via methide transfer to surface Lewis acid sites, while chemisorption onto dehydroxylated silica yields a mu-oxo Cp'(2)Zr((13)CH(3))-OSi[triple bond] species. Two complementary active site kinetic assays for benzene hydrogenation show that, unlike typical heterogeneous and supported organometallic catalysts, 97 +/- 2% of all Cp'ZrMe(3) (3)/AlS sites are catalytically significant, demonstrating that the species identified by (13)C CPMAS NMR is indeed the active species. 3/AlS mediates benzene hydrogenation with a turnover frequency of 360 h(-1) at 25 degrees C/1.0 atm H(2). Active site assays were also conducted for ethylene polymerization and reveal that 87 +/- 3% of 3/AlS sites are catalytically active, again demonstrating that nearly all zirconium sites are catalytically significant. Relative rates of ethylene homopolymerization mediated by the catalysts prepared via Cp(2)Zr(CH(3))(2) (1), Cp'(2)Zr(CH(3))(2) (2), Cp'Zr(CH(3))(3) (3), Zr(CH(2)TMS)(4) (4), and Zr(CH(2)Ph)(4) (5) (Cp = eta(5)-C(5)H(5)) chemisorption on AlS are 5/AlS > or = 4/AlS > or = 3/AlS > 2/AlS > or = 1/AlS for ethylene homopolymerization at 150 psi C(2)H(4), 60 degrees C. Under identical conditions, the polymerization rate for 3/DA is approximately 1/10th that for 3/AlS.  相似文献

Reactions between unsaturated [H(2)Os(3)(CO)(9)(PR(3))] clusters (PR(3)= PPh(3), P(4-CF(3)-C(6)H(4))(3), PEt(3)) and 2,4-hexadiyne-1,6-diol have been studied. It was found that the diyne ligand easily reacts with all these complexes to give [HOs(3)(CO)8(PR3)-[mu3, eta1:eta3:eta1)-(CH(3)-C-C=CH-CH=C-O)]] complexes (V, VI and VII, respectively) containing the "Os3C3" pentagonal pyramid cluster framework. This structural pattern is formed through the diyne cyclization, dissociation of a CO ligand and eventual coordination of the cyclized organic moiety to the osmium triangle in the [mu3, eta1:eta3:eta1) manner. In the case of the PEt(3) substituted cluster the second hydride transfer onto the organic fragment occurs to afford the nonhydride [Os(3)(CO)(8)(PR3)[mu3), eta1:eta2:eta1)-(CH(3)-CH-C=CH-CH=C-O)]] cluster, VIII, containing distorted pentagonal pyramid framework with a broken Os-C bond. Heating V, VI of VII and in hexane solutions results in formation of the regioisomers (Va, VIa and VIIa) with the phosphine ligand located at adjacent osmium atoms across the Os-Os bond bridged by the coordinated organic fragment. The most probable mechanism of the isomerization includes reversible phosphine migration between these metal centres. Solid-state structure of V, Va, VI, VIIa and VIII have been established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. A general mechanistic scheme for the diyne ligand cyclization and cluster framework transformations is suggested and discussed.  相似文献

[C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2]AlMe(2) (1) is prepared in 88% yield by the reaction of substituted pyrrole [C(4)H(4)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2] with 1 equiv of AlMe(3) in methylene chloride. Reaction of compound 1 with 1 equiv of phenyl isocyanate in toluene generates a seven-membered cycloaluminum compound [C(4)H(3)N[CH(2)NPh(CONMe(2))]-2] AlMe(2) (2). The phenyl isocyanate was inserted into the aluminum and dimethylamino nitrogen bond and induced an unusual rearrangement which results in C-N bond breaking and formation. A control experiment shows that the reaction of substituted pyrrole [C(4)H(4)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2] with 1 equiv of phenyl isocyanate in diethyl ether yields a pyrrolyl attached urea derivative [C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2-[C(=O)NHPh]-1] (3). The demethanation reaction of AlMe(3) with 1 equiv of 3 in methylene chloride at 0 degrees C afforded O-bounded and N-bounded aluminum dimethyl compounds [C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2-[C(=O)NPh]-1]AlMe(2) (4a) and [C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2-[CO(=NPh)]-1]AlMe(2) (4b) in a total 78% yield after recrystallization. Both 4a and 4b are observed in (1)H NMR spectra; however, the relative ratio of 4a and 4b depends on the solvent used. Two equivalents of AlMe(3) was reacted with 3 in methylene chloride to yield a dinuclear aluminum compound AlMe(3)[C(4)H(3)N(CH(2)NMe(2))-2-[C(=O)NPh]-1] AlMe(2) (5). Reaction of 5 with another equivalent of ligand 3 results in the re-formation of compounds 4a and 4b.  相似文献

The stationary and intersection structures on the S(0) and S(1) potential energy surfaces of CH(3)COCH(2)Cl have been determined by the CAS(10,8)/cc-pVDZ optimizations and their relative energies are refined by the CASPT2//CAS(10,8)/cc-pVDZ single-point calculations. Non-adiabatic molecular dynamics simulations were performed on the basis of the state-averaged CAS(10,8)/cc-pVDZ calculated energies, energy gradients, and Hessian matrix for the S(0) and S(1) states. It is found that the features of the S(1) potential energy surface and non-adiabatic effect control the selectivity of the two α-C-C bond fissions, which provides a reasonable explanation why one α-C-C bond was observed as a primary channel and the other is ruled out even if CH(3)COCH(2)Cl is excited at 193 nm. The β-C-Cl fission is determined to be a dominant channel once the CH(3)COCH(2)Cl molecule is excited to the S(1) state and the β-C-Cl:α-C-C branching ratio is estimated by the RRKM rate theory to be 15:1 at 193 nm, which is overestimated in comparison with the value of ~11:1 inferred experimentally. The present calculation reveals that the α-C-C fission might take place in the ground electronic state as a result of the S(1) → S(0) internal conversion upon photolysis at 308 nm. However, the measured kinetic energy distributions of the α-C-C fission products suggest that the fission does not involve internal conversion to the ground state. To solve this issue, we need to perform non-adiabatic quantum dynamics simulation on accurate S(0), S(1), and S(2) potential energy surfaces, which is still a challenging task currently.  相似文献
