A series of novel chiral C2-symmetric bis (oxazoline) ligands have been synthesized.The copper and magnesium complexes,prepared in situ from copper(Ⅱ)-triflate of magnesium triflate with the new enantiopure oxazoline ligands,were evaluated as chiral catalysts in the enantioselective Diels-Alder reaction of cyclopentadiene with N-crotenoyl-oxazolidin-2-one.Primary results showed that diastereoselectivity up to 94% and enantioselectivity up to 68% ee for endo products were observed respectively with these ligands.  相似文献

Ligand design and synthesis occupy a central theme in asymmetric catalysis. [1] In developing chiral ligands, their design should provide an opportunity for tuning through easy modification of substituents. In a large number of cases, this means starting from a new chiral source. We have been interested in design/synthesis of novel chiral ligands that allow for diversity to be introduced with ease. We have designed a new ligand system containing a core dihydropyrazole moiety with chiraliuy residing remotely to the fluxional group as shown in Scheme 1. A new way for synthesizing styrenic type of chiral resins grafting to multidentate ligand has been found. The synthetic scheme is proved to be practical by means of elemental anaysis, IR spectra and metal adsorbility. The resolving power of the new chiral ligand resins coordinated with copper (Ⅱ) as stationary phases has been discussed based on HPLC, and some points of view about the compositions of mobil phase and mechanism of resolution are presented.  相似文献

Development of new or improved methods for the asymmetric preparation of chiral propargylic alcohols has gained considerable significance during the past years because they are useful building blocks for the synthesis of many biologically active compounds and natural products.[1] A series of chiral tridentate ligands were conveniently synthesized from amino acids with good yields (Scheme 1).[2] A preliminary study of the enantioselective alkynylation of benzaldehyde catalyzed by this chiral tridentate ligand was carried out and up to 83% ee of chiral propargyl alcohols was obtained (Table 1 ). Over the last decade, C2-symmetric chiral oxazoline metal complexes have been recognized as an effective classof chiral catalyst in a variety of transition metal catalyzed asymmetric reactions. [1] High catalytic activities and enantiomeric excesses have been obtained using C2-symmetric chiral ligands in conjunction with suitable transition metal ion, for example, the hydrosilylation of ketone, allylic alkylation, Michael addition, Diels-Alder cycloaddition, and cyclopropanation. Palladium complexes of chiral spiro phosphoramidite and phosphite ligands are effective catalysts in the asymmetric hydrovinylation of vinylarenes with ethylene. The hydrovinylation products were obtained in modest selectivity with enantioselectivities up to 92% ee. The structures of the palladium catalysts have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The active catalyst contained one monodentate ligand. A kinetic resolution accompanied the isomerization of the hydrovinylation product in the reaction.  相似文献

A series of bulky monodentate phosphoramidite ligands, based on biphenol, BINOL and TADDOL backbones, have been employed in the Pd-catalysed allylic alkylation reaction. Reaction of disodium diethyl 2-methyl malonate with monosubstituted allylic substrates in the presence of palladium complexes of the phosphoramidite ligands proceeds smoothly at room temperature. The regioselectivities observed depend strongly on the leaving group and the geometry of the allylic starting compounds. Mono-coordination occurs when these ligands are ligated in [Pd(allyl)(X)] complexes (allyl=C3H5, 1-CH3C3H4, 1-C6H5C3H4, 1,3-(C6H5)2C3H3; X=Cl, OAc). The solid-state structure determined by X-ray diffraction of [Pd(C3H5)(1)(Cl)] reveals a non-symmetric coordination of the allyl moiety, caused by the stronger trans influence of the phosphoramidite ligand relative to X-. In all of these complexes, the syn,trans isomer is the major species present in solution. Because of fast isomerisation and high reactivity of the syn,cis complex, the major product formed upon alkylation is the linear product, especially for monosubstituted phenylallyl substrates in the presence of halide counterions. In the case of biphenol- and BINOL-based phosphoramidites, however, a strong memory effect is observed when 1-phenyl-2-propenyl acetate is employed as the substrate. In this case, nucleophilic attack competes effectively with the isomerisation of the transient cinnamylpalladium complexes. The asymmetric allylic alkylation of 1,3-diphenyl-2-propenyl acetate afforded the chiral product in up to 93 % ee. Substrates with smaller substituents gave lower enantioselectivities. The observed stereoselectivity is explained in terms of a preferential rotation mechanism, in which the product is formed by attack on one of the isomers of the intermediate [Pd[1,3-(C6H5)2C3H3](L)(OAc)] complex.  相似文献

A small library of novel chiral monodentate phosphoramidite ligands, characterized by a dihydroazepine-biferrocene backbone was prepared. In order to obtain this biferrocene substructure, a mild and efficient homocoupling was developed. This allowed to synthesize the dihydroazepine ligand precursor and the phosphoramidite ligands with good overall yields and high enantiomeric excess. These ligands were successfully tested in a rhodium(I)-catalyzed hydrogenation of activated olefins.  相似文献

The use of phosphoramidite ligands in the rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric conjugate addition of potassium organotrifluoroborates to various enones in the absence of water is described. A systematic search for effective catalysts has been performed by use of high-throughput screening methods. Initially, we have screened reaction conditions, catalyst precursors, and focused ligand libraries. In the next stage we have used the monodentate ligand combination approach, and finally we have made a library of 96 different phosphoramidites by parallel synthesis in the robot (instant ligand libraries) and have tested these in the vinylation of cyclohexenone (up to 88% enantiomeric excess, ee) and 4-phenyl-3-buten-2-one (up to 42% ee). Arylation of cyclohexenone by use of potassium phenyltrifluoroborate gave 3-phenylcyclohexanone with 99% ee.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Using a combination of chiral monodentate phosphoramidite ligands in the rhodium-catalyzed conjugate addition of boronic acids to three different substrates, we have shown for the first time that the ligand combination approach is applicable for C-C bond formation. Chiral catalysts based on hetero-combinations of ligands are found to be more effective than the homo-combinations. A new family of chiral bis(1-ferrocenylethyl)amine-derived monodentate phosphoramidite ligands has been prepared and successfully applied in the Cu-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-conjugate addition of diethylzinc to a variety of α,β-unsaturated compounds, in which up to 99% ee was obtained for nitroalkenes at ?78 °C and >98% ee for cyclohexenone at ?30 °C, comparable to or higher than those obtained with the most efficient monophosphoramidite ligands reported so far.  相似文献

The first Rh-catalyzed enantioselective hydrogenation of dimethyl 2-methyleneglutarate and its derivatives has been reported. For the hydrogenation of dimethyl 2-methyleneglutarate with a chiral ferrocene-based monodentate phosphoramidite ligand (FAPhos), good enantioselectivity (over 90% ee) with full conversions was achieved. In contrast, the hydrogenation of substrates bearing an aryl substituent at a methylene moiety proved to be more difficult, in which the best enantioselectivity of up to 81% ee was obtained by the use of a P-stereogenic BoPhoz-type ligand.  相似文献
