The thermal decomposition of the magnesium oxalate dihydrate in a static air atmosphere was investigated by TG-DTG techniques. The intermediate and residue of each decomposition were identified from their TG curve. The kinetic triplet, the activation energy E, the pre-exponential factor A and the mechanism functionsf(a) were obtained from analysis of the TG-DTG curves of thermal decomposition of the first stage and the second stage by the Popesou method and the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method.  相似文献

The curves of thermal decomposition temperature and pressure versus time for the systems were obtained. The curves of temperature rising-rate versus thermal decomposition temperature were also obtained. The kinetics of decomposition of 3, 5, 5-trimethylhexanoyl peroxide (1) in benzene has been studied at 30, 40 and 50`C and the cage effect of decomposition has been determined by scavenging method. The relative amounts of the main products of decomposition of 1 at 50`C with change of initial concentration have been determined. The results showed that the decomposition of 1 followed first plus three halves order kinetics as reported for lauroyl peroxide (2), but had a larger cage effect of 0.6. The mechanism of decomposition of 1 is practically the same as what we have proposed for 2. The faster rate and larger cage effect but less induced decomposition of 1 than that of 2 are attributed to the branching of the molecule of 1, especially to the presence of β-methyl group, which causes a larger entropy increase in the transition state.  相似文献

The decomposition behaviour of ammonium perchlorate (AP) has been investigated in the presence of Cu nanopowder by DTA. The results show that nanometer Cu powder decreased the first and second thermal decomposition temperature of AP by 35.1 ℃ and 130.2 ℃, respectively, and the DTA heat release of AP in the presence of Cu nanopowders increased to 1.20 kJ·g-1, showing good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP. The catalytic effect of Cu micron-size powder on the thermal decomposition of AP was less than that of Cu nanopowder. With the increase in content, Cu nanopowder enhanced its catalytic effect on the high temperature decomposition of AP, however, it weakened its catalytic effect on the low temperature decomposition of AP. The mechanism of catalysis for the thermal decomposition of AP is as follows: (1) metal oxider acts as the intermedium in the process of election tranfer, (2) Cu nanopowder reacts with the decomposed product of AP, (3) Cu nanopowder has special surface effect.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition behavior and nonisothermal reaction kinetics of the double-base gun propellants containing the mixed ester of triethyleneglycol dinitrate(TEGDN) and nitroglycerin(NG) were investigated by thermogravimetry(TG) and differential thermogravimetry(DTG), and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) under the high-pressure dynamic ambience. The results show that the thermal decomposition processes of the mixed nitric ester gun propellants have two mass-loss stages. Nitric ester evaporates and decomposes in the first stage, and nitrocellulose and centralite II(C2) decompose in the second stage. The mass loss, the DTG peak points, and the terminated temperatures of the two stages are changeable with the difference of the mass ratio of TEGDN to NG. There is only one obvious exothermic peak in the DSC curves under the different pressures. With the increase in the furnace pressure, the peak temperature decreases, and the decomposition heat increases. With the increase in the content of TEGDN, the decomposition heat decreases at 0.1 MPa and rises at high pressure. The variety of mass ratio of TEGDN to NG makes few effect on the exothermic peak temperatures in the DSC curves at different pressures. The kinetic equation of the main exothermal decomposition reaction of the gun propellant TG0601 was determined as: dα/dt=1021.59(1-α)3e-2.60×104/T. The reaction mechanism of the process can be classified as chemical reaction. The critical temperatures of the thermal explosion(Tbe and Tbp) obtained from the onset temperature(Te) and the peak temperature(Tp) are 456.46 and 473.40 K, respectively. ΔS≠, ΔH≠, and ΔG≠ of the decomposition reaction are 163.57 J·mol^-1·K^-1, 209.54 kJ·mol^-1, and 133.55 kJ·mol^-1, respectively.  相似文献

A new ternary Fe-based alloy catalyst FeCuP applied to decompose PH_3 was prepared with low-cost material by chemical reduction deposition method.The properties of it were characterized by XRD,ICP and SEM.Its catalytic activity on the decomposition of PH_3 and the decomposition conditions were studied.FeCuP alloy exhibits high thermal stabilities and high catalytic activity.Using it as catalyst,the decomposition temperature of phosphine decreases from over 800℃to 400-500℃.The decomposition rate of phosphine achieved 100%.  相似文献

通过电化学合成前驱体和溶胶-凝胶法在Ti表面修饰一层纳米TiO_2膜,SEM, XRD测试表明晶型为锐钛矿型,晶粒平均尺寸为25 nm。采用循环伏安法、循环方波 伏安法和电解合成法研究了纳米TiO_2膜电极在硫酸介质中的氧化还原行为以及对 马来酸(maleic acid)还原的电催化活性。结果表明,纳米TiO_2膜电极在阴极扫 描时有两对可逆氧化还原峰,可逆半波电位E_(1/2)~r分别为-0.53 V和-0.92 V( sv. SCE,扫描速度0.05 V·s~(-1)),对应于TiO_2/Ti_2O_3和TiO_2/Ti(OH)_3两 个氧化还原电对的可逆电极过程。其中TiO_2/Ti_2O_3电对对马来酸具有异相电催 化还原活性,纳米TiO_2膜中的Ti~(IV)/Ti~(III)氧化还原电对作为媒质间接电还 原马来酸为丁二酸(butane diacid),反应机理为电化学偶联随后化学催化反应 (EC')机理。  相似文献

One-pot achievement of ethyl levulinate from cassava was conducted in ethanol-water system over several simple sulfate salt catalysts.Al_2(SO_4)_3 catalyst had the best performance in synthesizing ethyl levulinate comparing with those of a series of sulfate salts.The highest yields of ethyl levulinate was up to39.27%as well as 7.78%levulinate acid when cassava was catalyzed in ethanol medium by adding 10 wt%water.~(13)C and ~1H NMR spectroscopic investigations confirmed that isomerization of glucose to fructose over Al_2(SO_4)_3 catalyst is an important step in producing ethyl levulinate and levulinate acid.Due to aggregations of Al~(3+) under hydrothermal conditions,tiny amount of Al~(3+) were detected in filtrate at the percentage of 0.32%even if in absolute water.Bronsted and Lewis acids could improve the yield of ethyl levulinate and levulinate acid by synergistic effect.All results suggested that A1_2(SO_4)_3 was a simple and efficient catalyst for ethyl levulinate and levulinate acid production.  相似文献

 研究了硫酸镍、硫酸钴、硫酸钌、硫酸铑、硫酸银、硫酸镧、硫酸铈、硫酸汞、硫酸铅、偏钒酸钠、高铼酸钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、溴化钾和氯化钾在发烟硫酸中对甲烷转化的催化作用. 结果表明,硫酸汞催化活性最高,溴化钾、硫酸银、硫酸镧和硫酸铅也有一定的催化作用. 硝酸钾可以部分催化反应中生成的二氧化硫与氧气反应变回硫酸.  相似文献

用恒电流电化学结晶法合成了一种新的基于BEDT-TIF的电荷转移盐α'-(BEDT- TIF)_2C_6H_4(SO_3)_2 [BEDT-TIF = 双亚乙基二硫四硫富瓦烯,C_6H_4(SO_3) _2~(2-) = 对苯二磺酸根]。通过四圆X射线衍射方法测定了α'-(BEDT-TTF) _2C_6H_4-(SO_3)_2的结构。晶体属于单斜晶系,P2/n空间群;晶胞参数:a = 0. 77937(17)nm, b = 0.66989(11) nm, c = 3.4422 (7) nm, β = 91.135(12) °, V = 1.7968(6) nm~3。该晶体中BEDT-TTF~+自由基沿a轴方向形成具有二聚体结构 的交错排列型柱状堆积,沿b轴方向由户并户强分子间相互作用形成一维分子链。 电荷补偿阴离子C_6H_4(SO_3)_2~(2-)则在a方向存在较强的作用。沿c轴方向, BEDT-TTF~+自由基层和阴离子层交替排列形成夹心式结构。α'-(BEDT-TTF) _2C_6H_4-(SO_3)_2在ab面的某方向的室温电导率为0.5913 Ω~(-1)·m~(-1),电 阻率-温度测定曲线表明它具有半导体导电行为。在150K附近,晶体发生了某种相 变。  相似文献

Rare-earth compound solid superacid SO42-/TiO2/La3+ was prepared. Its catalytic activity was examined under different synthetic conditions for the esterification of propanoic acid and n-butyl alcohol as probing reaction. The optimum conditions were also found, which were the pH=8, the depositing time was 24 h, the mass fraction of La(NO3)3 used in solid superacid was 5%, the concentration of H2SO4 was 1.25 mol/L, the soaking time in H2SO4 was 16 h and the calcining temperature was 500 °C. The ethyl oleate was synthesized from oleic acid and ethanol in the presence of SO42-/TiO2/La3+. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained which were the reaction time was 6 h, molar ratio of oleic acid to ethanol was 1:4 and the mass fraction of catalyst was 4%.  相似文献

 以Ag/Al2O3为催化剂,采用原位漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法研究了SO2对C3H6选择性还原NOx反应的影响. 结果表明, SO2在催化剂表面转化为硫酸盐,并且随着硫酸盐累积量的增加,其主要红外特征吸收峰由低波数向高波数漂移. 高浓度表面硫酸盐的存在不仅抑制了催化剂表面硝酸盐的生成,而且抑制了硝酸盐与表面烯醇式物种(RCH=CH-O-)或乙酸盐物种进一步反应,生成活泼的反应中间体异氰酸酯(-NCO), 这是导致Ag/Al2O3催化剂上C3H6选择性还原NOx活性降低的主要原因.  相似文献

文献上曾报导过Co(Ⅱ)离子具有加速PbO_2电极上氧阳极析出过程的作用,并表明当Co(Ⅱ)离子存在时,氧的析出过程有可能通过表面吸附的高价钴氧化物氧化水分子而形成.本文通过浓硫酸溶液中Co(Ⅱ)阳极氧化为Co(Ⅲ)以及O_2阳极析出动力学的研究,表明了O_2的析出和Co(Ⅲ)的形成是通过吸附在电极表面的高价钴(Ⅳ)的OH 基配合物分别氧化水分子和Co(Ⅱ)离子形成的,它与Cr(Ⅲ)、Mn(Ⅱ)离子的阳极氧化过程相类似,而不是通过Co(Ⅱ)离子直接放电形成的.本文利用文献所述的研究方法.在固定硫酸浓度(3.4mol·kg~(-1))下,研究CoSO_4浓度(0.05—0.35mol·drn~(-3))对于O_2和Co(Ⅲ)阳极形成过程分别的影响.在固定CoSO_4(0.2mol·  相似文献
