Artificial base pairs,from the perspective of synthetic biology,are designed to contain the features of modularity,orthogonality,and manipulability.And the development of artificial base pairs has beat endowed with responsibility to understand the biological process,improve the recognition capacity and stability of aptamers,and develop the nucleoside drugs,diagnosis,and drag delivery.In this review,we first gave a concise introduction of artificial base pairs based on their interaction modes including alternative hydrogen bonding,hydrophobic interaction,and metal coordination.Then we displayed the detailed information of artificial base pairs with hydrogen bonding interaction,and analyzed how the changes of their structures affect their functions.Subsequently,we highlighted the applications of functional artificial base pairs in aptamer discovery,diagnosis,and drug delivery.Finally,an insight into the remaining challenges and future perspective of the artificial bases was provided.  相似文献

An important challenge facing K-ion batteries lies in exploring earth-abundant and safe cathode materials that can provide high capacity with high migration rate of K ions.Here,we propose a simple and efficient method for searching potential K cathode materials with first principles calculations.Our screening is based on combinations of weight capacity,K ion occupation ratio,volume change per K,and valence limit.With this screening method we predicted a series of potential K ions cathodes with favorable electrochemical performance,such as K2VPO4CO3-like structures with 1 D diffusion channels,3 D channel structures K2CoSiO4,layered materials KCoO2,KCrO2,KVF4 and K5V3F14,and others.These potential cathodes have small volume changes,suitable voltage,and high capacity,with small diffusion barriers.They may be useful in K-ion batteries with high energy density and rate performance.  相似文献

Layered Li-rich Mn-based oxides are promising cathode materials for Li-ion batteries due to their high capacity and high operation voltage.However,their commercial applications are hindered by irreversible capacity loss in the first charge-discharge process,voltage decay during cycling,inefficient cyclability and rate capability.Many attempts have been performed to solve such issues,including the mechanism study and strategies to improve the electrochemical performance.This article provides a brief review and future perspective on the main challenges of the high-capacity Li-rich Mn-based cathodes for Li-ion batteries.  相似文献

The aqueous rechargeable Zn-ion batteries based on the safe,low cost and environmental benignity aqueous electrolytes are one of the most compelling candidates for large scale energy storage applications.However,pursuing suitable insertion materials may be a great challenge due to the strong electrostatic interaction between Zn^(2+)and cathode materials.Hence,a novel NaV6O15/V2O5 skin-core heterostructure nanowire is reported via a one-step hydrothermal method and subsequent calcination for high-stable aqueous Zn-ion batteries(ZIBs).The NaV6O15/V2O5 cathode delivers high specific capacity of 390 m Ah/g at 0.3 A/g and outstanding cycling stability of 267 m Ah/g at 5 A/g with high capacity retention over 92.3%after 3000 cycles.The superior electrochemical performances are attributed to the synergistic effect of skin-core heterostructured NaV6O15/V2O5,in which the sheath of NaV6O15 possesses high stability and conductivity,and the V2O5 endows high specific capacity.Besides,the heterojunction structure not only accelerates intercalation kinetics of Zn2+transport but also further consolidates the stability of the layers of V2O5 during the cyclic process.This work provides a new perspective in developing feasible insertion materials for rechargeable aqueous ZIBs.  相似文献

The perovskite transition metal oxide(TMO) has been considered in electrocatalysis for the modern clean energy technologies as its high electrochemical activity and low cost. The atomic scale engineering to the local stoichiometry of single crystal TMO provides a clue of the relation between electronic structure and catalytic performance. Here we report a hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) activity enhancement ~ 1761% of Bi0.85Sr0.15FeO_3 compared to the pure BiFeO_3. By the systemic investigation of the Sr doping level of Bi1-xSr_xFeO_3(BSFO), it is found that the HER enhancement originates from the improvement of ferromagnetism of BSFO without obvious scarification of the ferroelectricity at the room temperature. The multiple ferroic orderings in BSFO are beneficial for HER activity, which offers the strengthen of hybridization of Fe 3d and O2 p orbitals from the view of ferromagnetism, and the assistance of electron drift by spontaneous electric polarization. Our study not only affords the strategy of developing multiple ferroic orderings in TMO, but also facilitates the atomic scale understanding of the improved HER activity.  相似文献

The effect of electrolytes on the micellar behavior of an amphiphilic drug,chlorpromazine(CPZ)hydroehloride,was studied using cloud point(CP)and dye solubilization techniques.In the presence of KBr,increase because of deprotonation of drug molecules at high pH. The visible absorbance increased(due to dye solubilization)with the increase in pH from 6.5 to 6.9,which indicated micellar growth.At fixed pH(6.7),addition of inorganic salts(KF,KC1,effecfiveness being in the order:F-Na >K ,which Was explained by considering cognizance of their hydrated radii.Compared with anions,their effect was small.Increase in[CPZ]caused micellar growth and hence the CP as well as the visible absorbance increased.The overall behavior Was discussed in terms of electrostatic interactions and micellar growth.  相似文献

采用激光拉曼光谱、X射线荧光光谱、红外吸收光谱等方法对盱眙出土的夹纻胎漆器进行了分析研究.研究发现漆膜中的红色颜料和暗黑色颜料分别是HgS和CuS;漆灰的填料以粘土类物质为主,存在着加入骨灰的工艺;生漆被使用在漆灰制作、色漆调制等方面,起到了成膜剂的作用;麻胎之间采用漆灰作为胶合剂.  相似文献

Hierarchical ZSM-11 microspheres with intercrystalline mesoporous properties and rod-like crystals intergrowth morphology have been synthesized using a spot of tetrabutylammonium as a single template.XRD,FTIR,SEM,TEM and N2 adsorption analysis revealed that each individual particle was composed of nanosized rod crystals inserting each other and the intercrystalline voids existing among rods gave a significant mesopore size distribution.Steam treatment result demonstrated the excellent hydrothermal stability of samples.Various crystallization modes including constant temperature crystallization (one-stage crystallization) and two-stage temperature-varying crystallization with different 1st stage durations were investigated.The results suggested that the crystallization modes were mainly responsible for the adjustable particle size and textural properties of samples while the small amount of tetrabutylammonium bromide was mainly used to direct the formation of both ZSM-11 framework and its intergrowth morphology.Furthermore,the performance of optimal ZSM-11 as an active component for the catalytic pyrolysis of heavy oil was also investigated.Compared with the commercial pyrolysis catalyst,the hierarchical ZSM-11 catalyst exhibited a high selectivity to desired products(LPG+gasoline+diesel),as well as a much lower dry gas and coke yield,plus a high selectivity and yield of light olefins(C=3 C=4)and very poor selectivity to benzene.Therefore,fully open micropore-mesopore connectivity would make such hierarchically porous ZSM-11 zeolites very attractive for applications in clean petrochemical catalysis field.  相似文献

Volume expansion and polysulfide shuttle effect are the main barriers for the commercialization of lithium-sulfur(Li-S) battery.In this work,we in-situ polymerized a cross-linked binder in sulfur cathode to solve the aforementioned problems using a facile method under mild conditions.Polycarbonate diol(PCDL),triethanolamine(TEA) and hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) were chosen as precursors to prepare the cross-linked binder.The in-situ polymerized binder(PTH) builds a strong network in sulfur cathode,which could restrain the volume expansion of sulfu r.Moreover,by adopting functional groups of oxygen atoms and nitrogen atoms,the binder could effectively facilitate transportation of Li-ion and adsorb polysulfide chemically.The Li-S battery with bare sulfur and carbon/sulfur composite cathodes and cross-linked PTH binder displays much better electrochemical performance than that of the battery with PVDF.The PTH-bare S cathode with a mass loading of 5.97 mg/cm^2 could deliver a capacity of 733.3 mAh/g at 0.2 C,and remained 585.5 mAh/g after 100 cycles.This in-situ polymerized binder is proved to be quite effective on restraining the volume expansion and suppressing polysulfide shuttle effect,then improving the electrochemical performance of Li-S battery.  相似文献

Fluorescence switch plays a vital role in bioelectronics and bioimaging.Herein,we presented a new kind of facile electrostatic complex nanoparticles(ECNs)for fluorescence switching in cells and marking of individual cell.The ECNs were prepared by mixing positively charged poly(6-(2-(thiophen-3-yl)ethoxy)hexyl trimethylammonium bromide)(PT)and negatively charged diarylethene sodium salt(DAECOONa).DAE-COONa is a photoswitchable molecule which can be transformed between the ring-closed fo rm and ring-open form under the irradiation of UV or visible light.The closed-form of DAE-COONa can efficie ntly quench the fluorescence of PT through intermolecular energy transfer,while the open form of DAE-COONa does not influence the emission of PT.Thus,the fluorescence of ECNs can be modulated by light irradiation,and the ECNs with good fluorescence switching performance have been employed for fluorescence imaging and individual cell lighting up process successfully.We demonstrate that the electrostatic complex strategy provides a facile method to construct fluorescence switch fo r selective cell marking and imaging applications.  相似文献

Lenticular printing technique provides a promising way to realize stereoscopic displays,especially,when microscopic optical structures are integrated into light-emitting materials/devices.Here,we fabricated large-area periodic structures with a spatial resolution at a wavelength scale from hybrid perovskite materials via a space-confined solution growth method.It takes advantages of both high refractive index contrast and high luminescence brightness,which allows the optical modulation on not only the reflection of illumination,but also the light emission from hybrid perovskites.The distributed feedback within these periodic structures significantly improves the degree of polarization and directionality of laser actions while their threshold is also reduced.These findings enable us to present a prototype of lenticular printing laser displays that vary emission colors at different view angles,which may find applications in creating high-resolution and high-contrast holographical images.  相似文献

Aqueous zinc ion hybrid capacitors(ZIHCs)hold great potential for large-scale energy storage applications owing to their high safety and low cost,but suffer from low capacity and energy density.Herein,pyridinic nitrogen enriched porous carbon(nPC)was successfully synthesized via the growth,subsequent annealing and acid etching of bimetal organic frameworks for high capacity and safe ZIHCs with exceptional rate capability.Benefiting from the mesopores for easy ion diffusion,high electrical conductivity enabled by in-situ grown carbon nanotubes matrix and residual metal Co nanoparticles for fast electron transfer,sufficient micropores and high N content(8.9 at%)with dominated pyridinic N(54%)for enhanced zinc ion storage,the resulting nPC cathodes for ZIHCs achieved high capacities of 302 and137 m Ah g-1 at 1 and 18 A g-1,outperforming most reported carbon based cathodes.Theoretical results further disclosed that pyridinic N possessed larger binding energy of-4.99 eV to chemically coordinate with Zn2+than other N species.Moreover,quasi-solid-state ZIHCs with gelatin based gel electrolytes exhibited high energy density of 157.6 Wh kg-1 at 0.69 kW kg-1,high safety and mechanical flexibility to withstand mechanical deformation and drilling.This strategy of developing pyridinic nitrogen enriched porous carbon will pave a new avenue to construct safe ZIHCs with high energy densities.  相似文献

This study deals with the optimization of best working conditions in molten melt for the production of hydrogen(H2) gas.Limited research has been carried out on how electrochemical process occurs through steam splitting via molten hydroxide.54 combinations of cathode,anode,temperature and voltage have been investigated for the optimization of best working conditions with molten hydroxide for hydrogen gas production.All these electrochemical investigations were carried out at 225 to 300℃ temperature and 1.5 to 2.5 V applied voltage values.The current efficiency of 90.5,80.0 and 68.6% has been achieved using stainless steel anodic cell with nickel,stainless steel and platinum working cathode respectively.For nickel cathode,an increase in the current directly affected the hydrogen gas flow rate at cathode.It can be hypothesized from the noted results that increase in current is directly proportional to operating temperature and applied voltage.Higher values were noted when the applied voltages increased from 1.5 to 2.5 V at 300℃,the flow rate of hydrogen gas increased from 1.5 to 11.3 cm3 min-1,1.0 to 13 cm3 min-1 in case of electrolysis@stainless steel and@graphite anode respectively.It is observed that the current efficiency of stainless steel anodic cell was higher than the graphite anodic cell.Therefore,steam splitting with the help of molten salts has shown an encouraging alternate to current methodology for H2 fuel production.  相似文献

铜是人体必需的微量元素之一,人体内铜的含量为100~150mg。铜在人体中具有造血,促进骨骼、血管和皮肤健康的生理功能,是人体中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的重要成分。因此建立高灵敏度测定水、食物、药物中铜的方法十分重要。催化动力学光度法测定痕量铜的研究报道较多〔1-3〕,但利用KIO4氧化结晶紫(CV)作为测定铜的方法则未见报道。笔者发现在pH5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲体系中,痕量铜对KIO4氧化CV的褪色反应有明显的催化作用,探讨了反应的最佳条件,建立了催化动力学光度法测定铜的新方法,研究了动力学参数。该法可应用于水、食物、中草药中痕…  相似文献

Density and viscosity data of proline (Pro) in sodium dodecyl sulfate/cetyltrimethylammonium bromide/poly (oxyethylene) isooctyl phenyl ether in formamide were measured at 298.15, 303.15, 308.15, and 313.15K and 0.1MPa. The density data were utilized to evaluate standard partial molar volumes (φ0V) and partial molar isobaric expansibility (φ0E). The viscosity data were used to evaluate A-and B-coefficients, free energy of activation of viscous flow (⊿μ0*1) and (⊿μ0*2), per mole of solvent and solute respectively, enthalpy (⊿H*) and entropy (⊿S*) of activation of viscous flow. The results obtained were utilized in the qualitative elucidation of the Pro-surfactant/formamide and Pro-Pro interactions in the present systems.  相似文献
