以天然生物质腰果酚、1,3-二溴丙烷及氯磺酸为原料,通过醚化、磺化及中和三步反应合成了一类新型的腰果酚基磺酸盐双子(Gemini)表面活性剂.采用傅立叶转换红外光谱仪和核磁共振谱仪表征了产物的结构;采用滴体积法测定了腰果酚Gemini表面活性剂的表面张力,研究了水溶液的表面性质,并与相应的单基腰果酚基磺酸盐表面活性剂进行了对比.结果表明:腰果酚Gemini表面活性剂水溶液的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为6.20×10-2 mmol.L-1,远小于相应的单基腰果酚表面活性剂水溶液的cmc(8.40mmol.L-1);其临界表面张力γcmc为36.92mN.m-1,与单基腰果酚表面活性剂水溶液的相近(γcmc为38.41mN.m-1).与此同时,腰果酚Gemini表面活性剂水溶液的最小分子截面积Amin为0.27nm2,比相应的单基表面活性剂水溶液的小得多.  相似文献

合成了3种具有不同疏水基团的新型磺基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂,通过红外光谱对它们的结构进行了表征。 用滴体积法测定表面活性剂水溶液在25 ℃下的表面张力,从而确定其临界胶束浓度(cmc)及临界胶束浓度下的表面张力(γcmc);采用罗氏泡沫仪考察了浓度、温度对其泡沫性能的影响;采用分水时间法考察了其乳化性能。 结果表明,随着芳环在烷基链中的体积增大,cmc以及γcmc增大,饱和吸附面积Amin增大,而饱和吸附量Γmax减小。 3种表面活性剂的起泡性随浓度增大而增加,到一定值后趋于稳定;泡沫稳定性随浓度增大逐渐增强;起泡性随着温度的升高而显著增加,泡沫稳定性随温度升高而显著降低。 3种表面活性剂的乳化能力随浓度增大而逐渐增强然后趋于稳定。  相似文献

天然产物作为一种绿色低毒、来源广泛、功能位点丰富的单体,已被广泛应用于色谱固定相的研制与开发。该文以天然可再生资源腰果酚为配体,通过一步法开环反应将其接枝到由γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)修饰的硅胶上,制备得到腰果酚键合硅胶固定相。利用傅里叶红外光谱、元素分析、热失重分析和N_(2)吸附脱附实验对固定相进行表征,结果表明成功制备了腰果酚键合硅胶色谱固定相。采用Tanaka实验试剂、烷基苯、多环芳香烃、苯酚类化合物和芳香族位置异构体为探针评价其分离性能和保留机制,并与C_(18)柱进行对比。研究发现,腰果酚键合固定相除疏水作用外,还具有π-π和氢键作用。基于上述保留作用,腰果酚键合硅胶固定相对测试探针表现出良好的分离性能。重复进样10次,各探针保留时间的RSD为0.052%~0.079%,峰面积的RSD为0.104%~0.847%,峰高的RSD为0.081%~0.272%,表明该色谱柱具有良好的重复性和稳定性。此外,腰果酚键合硅胶色谱柱对中药喜树果和吴茱萸果的粗提物具有良好的分离性能,验证了其在实际样品分析中的巨大潜力。将天然产物腰果酚用于色谱固定相的制备,为分离纯化喜树碱和吴茱萸提供了新的方法,同时拓展了腰果酚在色谱分离材料方面的应用。  相似文献

用FT-IR、1H NMR和元素分析对自制的3种磺丁基甜菜碱(SBm-4)的结构进行了表征,研究了它们的表面性能、泡沫性能和乳化性能。 获得SB12-4的cmc为2.20×10-3 mol/L,γcmc为31.48 mN/m;SB14-4的cmc为2.80×10-4 mol/L,γcmc为29.68 mN/m;SB16-4的cmc为2.30×10-5 mol/L,γcmc为32.06 mN/m。 3种磺丁基甜菜碱的cmc值随着烷基链长增加逐渐减小,γcmc先减小后增加,三者的起泡性随浓度增加而增加,到一定值后保持不变;泡沫稳定性随浓度增加逐渐增强,起泡性随着温度的增加有缓慢增加趋势,泡沫稳定性随温度增加逐渐降低。 3种表面活性剂的乳化能力随浓度增加先增加后降低。  相似文献

研究了腰果酚在无光引发剂条件下的紫外光固化反应,并用IR、UV、元素分析、GPC等分析手段分析了腰果酚的紫外光固化机理及其固化膜性能。结果表明:在紫外光辐照下,腰果酚通过侧链发生氧化聚合反应,和酚羟基的邻对位失去质子形成的自由基引起的苯环缩合反应,最终形成体型高聚物。腰果酚的紫外光固化膜的常规物理机械性能、抗溶剂性、耐化学介质腐蚀性、热稳定性和抗紫外线性能均优于腰果酚醛缩聚物(PC)涂膜。  相似文献

The present work is aimed to the preliminary analysis of the applicability of cardanol derivatives as renewable plasticizers for soft PVC. Two different plasticizers were studied, obtained by esterification of the cardanol hydroxyl group (cardanol acetate) and further epoxidation of the side chain double bonds (epoxidated cardanol acetate). Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) was used to study the miscibility between PVC and cardanol derived plasticizers. The miscibility was correlated to the chemical structure of plasticizer by means of the Hansen solubility parameter analysis. Results obtained indicated that esterification of cardanol yields a partial miscibility with PVC, whereas esterification and subsequent epoxidation yield a complete miscibility with PVC. Therefore cardanol acetate, obtained by solvent-free esterification of cardanol, was used as a secondary plasticizer of PVC. Mechanical and rheological analysis showed that the cardanol acetate can partially replace DEHP in PVC formulation.  相似文献

以腰果酚与4-溴甲基二苯甲酮为原料,合成了具有光引发活性的腰果酚衍生物,收率86%。 该衍生物的光引发活性优于普通的二苯甲酮。 在不加其它光引发剂的情况下,UV光照30 s该液体衍生物即可固化。 该衍生物与腰果酚不同比例的混合物,也可进行UV 固化,腰果酚含量越高,所需固化时间越长。膜的硬度为3H-5H,且具有较好的耐溶剂与耐酸碱性能,可望用于防腐漆中。  相似文献

Large unilamellar liposomes were prepared by hydration of 1-palmitoyl-2-oleylphosphatydilcholine (POPC) films and subsequent extrusion of the obtained liposomal suspension. Inclusion of cholesterol and cardanol brings about a stabilization of the membranes of the liposomes, as determined by their rates of release of entrapped 5(6)-carboxyfluorescein. The liposome breakdown was promoted by a non-ionic surfactant (Triton X-100) and the kinetic measurements were carried out by fluorimetry in water at 25 degrees C. Morphological analyses of giant POPC liposomes in the presence and in the absence of both guests were also performed. The results obtained suggest the use of cardanol (an easy available natural product) as a replacement for cholesterol as a new possibility for stabilizing liposomes in drug targetting.  相似文献

Series of cardanol polyoxyethylene ether carboxylates were synthesized with biomass cardanol as material to study their physicochemical properties at the interface. The surface tensions of the cardanol nonionic-anionic surfactants were measured at 25?°C and the thermodynamic parameters of adsorption were also calculated. The surface activity and thermodynamic properties of the cardanol nonionic-anionic surfactants were correlated to their chemical structures. With increasing of the number of the ethoxylation unit in the hydrophilic group, a decrease in adsorption efficiency and an increase in surface tension at critical micelle concentration and thermodynamic free energy of adsoption were observed and were attributed to a decrease in adsorption of the cardanol nonionic-anionic surfactants at the interface. Series of the cardanol nonionic-anionic surfactants have good wettability and foaming property. The foaming capacity and the foaming stability of the solution of the cardanol nonionic-anionic surfactants increase by decreasing in the ethoxylation unit and by increasing the double bond of the hydrophobic group. The physicochemical properties of the cardanol nonionic-anionic surfactants at the interface are correlated to the chemical structures of the investigated surfactants, and there is the synergy effect between the nonionic hydrophilic group and the anionic hydrophilic group at the interface.  相似文献

An emulsification liquid phase microextraction followed by on-line phase separation coupled to high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is introduced based on a novel idea for the separation of dispersed organic phase from aqueous phase. In this method, the dispersed organic extraction phase was filtered using an in-line filter and it was separated from the water sample. The new approach is simple and, in addition to improving some limitations of the conventional emulsification liquid phase microextraction, eliminates the need for centrifugation in the phase separation step.  相似文献

A novel star-shaped sulfonate surfactant, synthesized with triethanolamine, was identified as a hydrophilic emulsifier which could form a stable water-in-oil emulsion. The interfacial film strength was measured by suspension drop method. The emulsification properties of emulsions were obtained by the emulsification rate experiment and demulsification voltage measurement. The emulsion shows an excellent emulsification effect when the addition of star-shaped anionic surfactant into oil-based drilling fluid was 2.0?wt%. In addition, the properties of surfactant in drilling fluid with different adding amounts were studied by rheological properties, thermal stability analysis and filtration experiments. The results show that star-shaped anionic surfactant used as emulsifier can improve the performance in oil-based drilling fluid, which maybe provides a new idea for this type of surfactant.  相似文献

Phenol‐modified cardanol–formaldehyde novolac resins have been synthesized using equal proportions of phenol and cardanol. To this mixture of phenol and cardanol, 0.6 and 0.8 mol of formaldehyde were added separately, under acidic conditions, at five different temperatures ranging between 80 and 120°C with an interval of 10°C. This was carried out for a maximum period of 6 h. The free formaldehyde and free phenol contents were determined at regular time intervals to check the completion of the reaction. The synthesized novolacs have been studied by infrared spectroscopic analysis (FT‐IR). The reaction between cardanol, phenol, and formaldehyde was found to follow a second‐order rate kinetics. The overall rate constant (k) increased with the increase of temperature. Based on the value of rate constants, various other parameters such as activation energy (Ea), change in enthalpy (Δ H) and entropy (Δ S), and free energy change (Δ G) of the reaction were also evaluated.
