采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取茵陈中挥发性成分挥发油,用气相色谱–质谱联用技术(GC–MS)对茵陈挥发油成分进行分析鉴定,并采用峰面积归一化法测定其相对含量。共检出52种挥发性成分,鉴定了其中31种主要挥发性成分,含量较高的组分为石竹素(15.27%)、(–)-斯巴醇(6.64%)、石竹烯(4.89%)等。GC–MS法适用于茵陈挥发性成分的定性分析,具有灵敏度高、分析速度快的特点。  相似文献

报道了用微波照射-同时蒸馏萃取法提取苦杏仁挥发性物质,测得苦杏仁挥发油的含量为4.5%(ω),利用GC-MS法分离确认出18种化学成分,用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对含量;其中主要成分为苯甲醛,占总挥发油的89.1%;又用加成分解法分离出苯甲醛,并用IR、EI-MS法对其进行分析鉴定加以确认。  相似文献

用水蒸汽蒸馏法从曼陀罗果实中提取挥发油,并用气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术对其化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定,用峰面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果确定了68种化合物,占挥发油总量的82.83%,其主要成分为6-戊基-5,6-二氢化吡喃-2-酮(9.13%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六碳烯-1-醇(6.71%)、二苯酮(6.16%)和1-己醇(6.10%)等。  相似文献

用GC/MS进行浙江野艾蒿和艾蒿挥发油成分分析.鉴定出野艾蒿31个化合物,占挥发油含量的83.27%.主要成分为:桉叶素(21.82%)、胡椒烯(10.48%)、β-石竹烯(8.86%)、樟脑(8.50%)、侧柏酮(7.28%).鉴定出艾蒿24种化合物,占挥发油含量的77.70%.主要成分为:异蒿属酮(37.01%)、桉叶素(12.81%)、异蒿属醇(9.30%)等.两种同属植物含有18种相同化合物.  相似文献

采用索氏提取法对棉籽中棉籽油进行了提取,以气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行了分析,分离鉴定出10种脂肪酸,占棉籽油总量的99.52%。并对其主要成分进行了鉴定,主要化学成分为:棕榈酸26.68%,亚油酸66.05%。用蒸馏-萃取法提取棉花籽中挥发性物质,测得棉籽挥发油的量为0.80%,用GC/MS法从棉籽挥发油中分离并确定出16种化学成分。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统,得出各化学成分在挥发油中的质量分数。其中主要成分为:石竹烯量高达33.27%。  相似文献

采用同时蒸馏萃取提取得到荷叶挥发油,通过吹扫脯集-热脱附法(P&T-TD)对上述提取物中挥发性成分进行富集,以气质联用(GC/MS)进行定性检测,同时与直接进样GC/MS法分析的成分进行比较.两种方法成功分离分析出有机酸、酯、醛、醇、酚、烷烃、芳香烃、烯烃以及含氮、硫、氧杂原子的化合物等共计84种成分.其中P&T-TD GC/MS鉴定出63种有机化合物,C-C/MS鉴定出41种有机化合物,有20种成分共同检出.对比分析表明:P&T-TD GC/MS的吹扫/捕集-热脱附过程能富集各种组分,相比GC/MS分析,可以鉴定出微量成分及更多挥发性和半挥发性成分,在精油等挥发性成分的分析检测中使用优势明显.  相似文献

 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从孜然芹中提取挥发性成分,并用气相 质谱法(GC MS)联机分析,共分离出60余峰,鉴定出了49种物质,用面积归一法确定了相对含量。在所分离出的化合物中,碳氢化合物16种,烃类含氧衍生物32种。主要成分为枯茗醛和藏花醛,它们分别占测得组分的32 26%和26 49%。另有9种含量在1%以上的物质,主要是萜类中的单萜、倍半萜和芳香族醛、酮醚类物质。低含量组分主要为萜烯类的醇、醛、酮、酯和部分芳香族化合物。在气相分析中,选择了合适的条件,采用中等极性的DB 210柱,对孜然芹挥发油中的中等极性和非极性成分有较好的分离效果。  相似文献

A total of 95 volatile compounds from the essential oil in buds of Syringa oblata Lindl (lilac) were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with heuristic evolving latent projections (HELP) and moving subwindow searching (MSS). The identified compounds are mainly aliphatic, terpenes and aromatic compounds. Their temperature-programmed retention indices (PTRIs) on HP-5MS and DB-35MS at three heating rates of 2, 4 and 6 degrees C/min from 80 to 290 degrees C were obtained, which showed that aliphatic compounds give nearly constant PTRIs and PTRIs of terpenoids do not vary much at different heating rates. But PTRIs of aromatic compounds exhibit relatively large temperature dependence. PTRIs vary much more on DB-35MS than those on HP-5MS according to the compound types. In general, differences of PTRIs between the two columns increase from aliphatic compounds to terpenoids to polycyclic aromatic compounds. The PTRIs in different heating rates were used as cross-references in the identification of components in the essential oil. When they were used in analysis of essential oil from flowers of lilac, good results were obtained. These PTRIs would be a part of our PTRI database being constructed on components from plant essential oils. The results also showed that efficiency and reliability were improved greatly when chemometric method and PTRIs were used as assistants of GC-MS in identification of chemical components in plant essential oils.  相似文献

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) combined with Chemometric resolution techniques were proposed as a method for the analysis of volatile components of Iranian damask rose oil. The essential oil of damask rose was extracted using hydrodistillation method and analyzed with GC-MS in optimized conditions. A total of 70 components were identified using similarity searches between mass spectra and MS database. This number was extended to 95 components with concentrations higher than 0.01% accounting for 94.75% of the total relative content using Chemometric techniques. For the first time in this work, an approach based upon subspace comparison is used for determination of the chemical rank of GC-MS data. The peak clusters were resolved using heuristic evolving latent projection (HELP) and multivariate curve resolution-alternating least square (MCR-ALS) by applying proper constraints, and the combination of both methods for some cases. It is concluded that a thorough analysis of the complex mixtures such as Iranian damask rose requires sophisticated GC-MS coupled with the Chemometric techniques.  相似文献

The antibacterial activity of Dracocephalum polychaetum and D. surmandinum essential oils and two main components were investigated. Essential oils of the plants were analysed by GC and GC-MS. Twenty-three components were characterised in the essential oil of D. polychaetum. The oil was rich in oxygenated (73.1%) and hydrocarbon (25.0%) monoterpenes including perilla aldehyde (63.4 %) and limonene (22.1%) as the major constituents. From 25 identified compounds (97.8%) in the oil of D. surmandinum perilla aldehyde (54.3%) and limonene (30.1%) were the main constituents. The bioassays exhibited that all of the Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria tested were highly inhibited in the presence of the oils and main components investigated. The most sensitive microorganism to the oils was found to be Staphylococcus epidermidis with the lowest MIC value of 0.3?mgmL(-1). The resistant Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa was highly inhibited by the oil of D. polychaetum with MIC value of 2.4?mgmL(-1).  相似文献

采用色谱-质谱联用技术结合化学计量学方法对不同光照生长条件的鱼腥草挥发性成分进行分析。水蒸气蒸馏法提取鱼腥草挥发油,气相色谱-质谱进行分析。色谱指纹图谱结合主成分分析与相似度评价以探究不同光照挥发油成分的异同。直观推导式演进特征投影法(Heuristic evolving latent projections,HELP)分辨重叠色谱峰,NIST标准质谱库结合相关文献进行定性,峰面积归一化法定量,t-检验比较不同光照组成分含量间是否有显著性差异。3种光照下的鱼腥草挥发油指纹图谱存在一定的共性和差异,共鉴定出33种化合物,共有化合物26种。随着光照强度的减少,单萜类化合物含量减少,非萜类含量增多,倍半萜类变化不大。癸酰乙醛和甲基正壬酮在全光照组的含量明显低于遮光组的含量。研究结果表明,适度的遮光有利于鱼腥草挥发性有效成分含量的提高,鱼腥草药材挥发性成分种类及含量与生长条件密切相关。  相似文献

设计了一种简易同时蒸馏萃取(SSDE)装置并用于八角茴香挥发油提取及其气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析。 该装置由圆底烧瓶、恒压滴液漏斗和回流冷凝管构成。 通过对八角茴香挥发油组分的GC-MS分析,比较SSDE法和水蒸汽蒸馏提取法(HD)提取植物源挥发油的效果。 结果表明,SSDE法所得挥发油相对含量在0.1%以上的19种化合物占挥发油总量的98.84%(相对标准偏差(RSD)(n=3)均不大于5.59%,其中RSD﹤5%的17种化合物占鉴定组分89.5%。SSDE法和HD法挥发油平均收率分别为7.30%(RSD=2.37%(n=5))和6.67%(RSD=5.26%(n=5))。 SSDE法简便、快速,适用于八角茴香挥发油的提取。  相似文献

Yellow-orange and pink-violet colours of flower plants of Lantana camara from Madagascar were studied with a focus on essential oil (EO) in order to characterize chemotype EO variability. The chemical composition of 73 samples of aerial part EO of L. camara collected each month of the year, at various location, have been characterized by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Among the 50 peaks characterized, 43 were identified. The main components changed within the two flower colour types. EO from yellow-orange colour of flowers compared to pink-violet flowers is characterized by high content in terpenic compounds and lower amount in oxygenated compounds. Similar results were observed during seasons, showing that the chemical composition is relatively stable all year long. The components characterizing the pink-violet flower chemotype are: sabinene (9.4-11.3%), 1,8-cineole (3.7-4.6%), linalool (4.8-6.1%), β-caryophyllene (11.3-13.6%), α-humulene (4.4-5.2%), β-bisabolene (1.7-2.3%), γ-cadinene (0.1-0.4%), ar-curcumene (1.0-1.6%), caryophyllene oxide (1.2-0.7%) and davanone (22.6-25.9%). The components characterizing the yellow-orange flower chemotype are: sabinene (9.0-14.3%), 1,8-cineole (0.8-1.0%), linalool (0.4-1.4%), β-caryophyllene (25.8-30.8%), α-humulene (2.4-2.6%), β-bisabolene (13.6-14.9%), γ-cadinene (0.6-5.2%), ar-curcumene (0.7-2.8%), caryophyllene oxide (0.1-0.4%) and davanone (0.0-0.6%). Chemical composition of nine L. camara industrial EO show that they are composed of mixture of yellow-orange and pink-violet colour of flower chemotypes. Davanone is found in all samples with a mean of 12.4%, linalool (5.4%) and 1,8-cineole (4.1%). For sesquiterpenes, the main are β-caryophyllene (15.9%), β-bisabolene (1.8%) and γ-muurolene (1.4%).  相似文献

Essential oils are a mixture of volatile compounds, products of the secondary metabolism of plants. Once extracted, they can be deteriorated losing their organoleptic and therapeutic properties due to various environmental factors, being light exposure in aerobic conditions the main cause. In this work, the oregano essential oil extraction and characterization from Origanum vulgare plants grown in the experimental field of the FTU-UNSL and its photodegradation in MeOH:H2O 60:40 v/v solvent were studied. Characterization by EIMS and NIST Mass Spectrometry indicates the main compounds of oregano essential oil, quantified in the extracted oil by GC-MS, are carvacrol (7.14%) and thymol (47.37%). Degradation of essential oil and its two major components can be caused by reactive oxygen species photogenerated from endogenous sensitizers as riboflavin. Our results suggest degradation occurs involving singlet molecular oxygen. Interaction of carvacrol and thymol with singlet oxygen is mainly a physical process, while essential oil has an important reactive component, which indicates there might be other constituents which could contribute to reactive photoprotection. The effect of simultaneous presence of oregano essential oil and tryptophan amino acid—used as a photooxidizable model under riboflavin-photosensitizing conditions—was studied in order to evaluate the possible photoprotection exerted by the essential oil.  相似文献
