Four new complexes, [Cu2(Bpca)2(L1)(H2O)2] · 3H2O (I), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L2)(H2O)2] (II), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L3)] · 2H2O (III), [Cu2(Bpca)2(L1)(H2O)] · 2H2O (IV) (Bpca = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amido, H2L1 = glutaric acid, H2L2 = adipic acid, H2L3 = suberic acid, H2L4 = azelaic acid) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods (CIF files CCDC nos. 1432836 (I), 1432835 (II), 817411 (III), and 817412 (IV)), elemental analyses, IR spectra. Structural analyses reveal that compounds I, II, and IV have similar structures [Cu(Bpca)]+ units bridged by dicarboxylate forming dinuclear units, whereas the dinuclear of compound III are edge-shared through two carboxylate oxygen atoms of different suberate anions. Hydrogen bonds are response for the supramolecular assembly of compounds I to IV. The temperature-dependent magnetic property of III was also investigated in the temperature range of 2 to 300 K, and the magnetic behaviour suggests weak antiferromagnetic coupling exchange.  相似文献

Some mixed ligand copper(I) complexes of general formula [Cu(L)(PPh3)3]X (X = Cl (1), ClO4 (2), BF4 (3) or PF6 (4); L = 2-(benzen-1-yl)methyleneamino-3-aminomaleonitrile) were prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study of [Cu(L)(PPh3)3]CIO4 (2) revealed that the copper atom is four coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Electrochemical studies of complexes 14 show quasireversible redox behavior corresponding to the Cu(I)/Cu(II) couple. Room temperature luminescence is observed for all four complexes. These complexes proved to be effective catalysts for the Sonogashira coupling of terminal alkynes with aryl halides at 90 °C.  相似文献

By using the neutral bidentate nitrogen-containing ligands; bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L0″), bis(3,5-diisopropyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L1″), bis(3-tertiary-butyl-5-isopropyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L3″), and bis(3,5-ditertiary-butyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L4″), the copper(II) nitrato complexes [Cu(L0″)2(NO3)]NO3 (1NO3), [Cu(L0″)(NO3)2] (2), [Cu(L1″)(NO3)2] (3), [Cu(L3″)(NO3)2] (4), and [Cu(L4″)(NO3)2] (5), chloro complexes [Cu(L0″)2Cl]2(CuCl4) (6CuCl4), [Cu(L0″)2Cl]2(Cu2Cl6) (6Cu2Cl6), [Cu(L1″)Cl2] (7), and [Cu(L3″)Cl2] (8), nitrito complexes [Cu(L0″)(ONO)2] (9) and [Cu(L1″)(ONO)2] (10), and the complexes with perchlorate ions [Cu(L0″)2(CH3OH)](ClO4)2 (11ClO4) and [Cu(L1″)2(H2O)](ClO4)2 (12ClO4) were systematically synthesized and fully characterized by X-ray crystallography and by IR, far-IR, UV–Vis absorption, and ESR spectroscopy. In comparison with the obtained complexes with four bis(pyrazolyl)methanes having different bulkiness at pyrazolyl rings, the second coordination sphere effects on the ligands are discussed in detail. Moreover, the structures and physicochemical properties of these obtained complexes are compared with those of the related complexes with the neutral tridentate tris(pyrazolyl)methane ligand.  相似文献

Seven new cobalt(II) complexes based on the Schiff bases, 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(isonicotinoylhydrazone) (H2L1) and 2,6-diacetylpyridine bis(nicotinoylhydrazone) (H2L2), are synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction analysis: [Co(H2L1)(NCS)2] · 2.25H2O (I), [Co(H2L2)(NCS)2] · CH3OH (II), [Co(H2L2)(NCS)(H2O)]NCS (III), [Co(H4L1)(NCS)2](NO3)2 · 2H2O (IV), [Co(H4L1)(NCS)2][Co(NCS)4] · 0.75H2O (V), [Co(H4L2)(NCS)2][Co(NCS)4] · 1.75H2O (VI), and [Co(H2L2)(NCS)(CH3OH)]2[Co(NCS)4] · 2CH3OH (VII) (CIF files CCDC 941186 (I), 1457906 (Ia), 1457905 (II), 941187 (III), 1457907 (IV), 1457908 (V), 1457909 (VI), and 941188 (VII)). The organic ligands in the complexes act as pentadentate neutral H2L or doubly protonated (H4L)2+ coordinated through the same set of donor atoms N3O2. In all compounds IVII, the coordination polyhedron of the Co2+ ion in a complex with the Schiff bases has a shape of a pentagonal bipyramid. The hydrazones are arranged in the equatorial plane of the bipyramid. Its axial vertices are occupied by the nitrogen atoms of the NCS ̄ anions in compounds I, II, and IV–VI and by the nitrogen atoms of NCS ̄ and oxygen of the water molecule in compound III or methanol in compound VII. The NO 3 - anions or [Co(NCS)4]2 ̄ complex anions obtained by the reactions are involved along with the NCS ̄ anions in the formation of compounds IV–VII.  相似文献

Three ternary copper(II) complexes [Cu(L1)(phen)] (1), [Cu(L2)(phen)] (2), and [Cu(L3)(phen)]·2H2O (3) (L1 = 4-fluoro-2-(picolinamido)benzoic acid, L2 = 4,5-difluoro-2-(picolinamido)benzoic acid, L3 = 4,5-difluoro-2-((2-hydroxybenzylidene)amino)benzoic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) have been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. In addition, X-ray crystallography showed that the Cu atoms in each of the complexes are five-coordinate, adopting distorted square pyramidal or trigonal bipyramidal geometries. The interactions of the complexes with calf-thymus DNA were investigated by UV absorption, fluorescence spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. In addition, the complexes were screened for in vitro cytotoxicity against A549 (human pulmonary carcinoma cells), Jurkat (human T lymphocyte cell line) and HepG-2 (human liver hepatocellular carcinoma cells); these experiments showed that complex 3 exhibited the most effective cytotoxicities (IC50 = 1.224–7.099 µM). Antibacterial studies revealed that complex 3 also exhibited highest activity, consistent with the DNA binding affinities.  相似文献

By self-assembly of delocalized organic ligands (L1 and L2) with Cd(SCN)2, ZnI2 and Zn(NCS)2, three luminescent complexes ZnI2(L1)2 (I), [Cd(L1)21,3-SCN)2] n (II) and Zn(NCS)2(L2)2 (III) were obtained (L1 = 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridine-4-yl)ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile and L2 = 2-{5,5-dimethyl-3-[2-(pyridine-3-yl)ethenyl]cyclohex-2-enylidene}propanedinitrile). The structures of the complexes were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 1406116 (I), 1406115 (II), and 1400360 (III)). In complex I, Zn(II) is coordinated by two functional organic ligands and two I ions, to form a I2N2 distorted tetrahedral geometry. In 1D coordination polymer II, the Cd(II) centers show six-coordinated geometries, two organic ligands and four SCN ions involve in coordination with each Cd(II) center. The thiocyanate groups show μ1,3-SCN bridging coordination modes and the adjacent Cd(II) ions are bridged by double μ1,3-SCN ions to form an infinite chain. In complex III, Zn(II) is coordinated by two functional organic ligands and two NCS groups, to form a N4 distorted tetrahedral geometry. Compared with the free ligands, the complexes show superior luminescent property with red-shift and enhancement of fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

The phenolic azide bridged dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni2(L1)2(N3)(H2O)(μ1,1-N3)] · EtOH (I), and the thiocyanate bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(L2)21,1-NCS)2] (II), where L1 and L2 are the deprotonated forms of 2-mothoxy-6-[(2-piperidin-1-ylethylimino)methyl]phenol and 2,4-dichloro-6-[(2-methylaminoethylimino)methyl]phenol, respectively, were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of I is orthorhombic: space group Pbca, a = 12.172(1), b = 20.953(1), c = 29.779(2) Å, V = 7594.8(9) Å3, Z = 8. The crystal of II is monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 8.7615(11), b = 19.672(2), c = 16.568(2) Å, β = 99.449(2)°, V = 2816.9(6) Å3, Z = 4. The Ni atoms in I are in octahedral coordinations, and the Cu atoms in II are in square-pyramidal coordinations.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of Co(II) salt with 1,4-di(1-imidazolyl)benzene (L1) and 4,4’-oxydiphthalic acid (H4OA) yields a new complex [Co3(HOA)2(L1)4(H2O)4] (I). [Ni(L2)2SO4] · 0.5H2O (II) can be obtained via the hydrothermal reaction of NiSO4 · 6H2O with 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene (L2). Complexes I and II have been characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1019291 (I) and 1019292 (II)), IR, elemental, and thermogravimetric analyses. Complex I exhibits the uninodal six-connected 3D pcu framework structure of I with (412 · 63) topology; Complex II consists of the uninodal four-connected 2D sql (44 · 62) networks. In addition, magnetic property of I was investigated.  相似文献

Coordination compounds of iron(II) thiocyanate with tris(3,5-dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)methane (HC(3,5-Me2Pz)3), [Fe(HC(3,5-Me2Pz)3)2](NCS)2] (I) and [Fe(HC(3,5-Me2Pz)3)(Рhz)(NCS)2] · H2O (II), where Рhz is phthalazine, are synthesized. The complexes are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis, diffuse reflectance and IR spectroscopy, and static magnetic susceptibility measurements. The single crystals are obtained, and the molecular and crystal structures of complex II and compounds [Fe(HC(3,5-Me2Pz)3)(3,5-Me2Pz)(NCS)2] · С2H5OH (III), where 3,5-Me2Pz is 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, and [Fe(HC(3,5-Me2Pz)3)2][Fe(HC(3,5-Me2Pz)3)(NCS)3]2 (IV) are determined (CIF files CCDC 1415452 (II), 1415453 (III), and 1415454 (IV)). The study of the temperature dependence μeff(Т) in a range of 2–300 K shows exchange interactions of the antiferromagnetic character between the iron(II) ions in complexes I and II.  相似文献

Two copper complexes with long rigid ligands, Cu(Tta)2(L1) (I), and Cu(Tta)2(L2) (II), where L1 = (E)-3-(4-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)-(4-phenyl)phenyl)-1-phenylprop-2-en-1-one, L2 = (E)-3-(4-(1H-imidazol-1-yl)phenyl)-1-(4-phenyl)phenyl)prop-2-en-1-one), have been synthesized and characterized. The single-crystal X-ray analysis (CIF files CCDC nos. 1409671 (I) and 1409672 (II)) for complexes I and II demonstrates that each copper ion assumes a distorted square-pyramidal MO4N polyhedron in which four oxygen atoms come from the Tta ligands, and one nitrogen atom comes from the N-donor ligand. Both of the complexes are linked into 3D networks through weak intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

This paper describes the synthesis of (pyridyl)benzoazole Zn(II) and Cu(II) complexes and their applications as catalysts in ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of ε-caprolactone (ε-CL). Reactions of 2-(3-pyridyl)-1H-benzimidazole (L1), 2-(2-pyridyl)-1H-benzothiazole (L2) and 2-(2-pyridyl)-1H-benzimidazole (L3) with Zn(II) and Cu(II) acetates produced the corresponding complexes; [Zn2(L1)2(OAc)4)] (1), [Cu2(L1)2(OAc)4] (2), [Zn(L2)(OAc)2)] (3), [Zn(L3)(OAc)2)] (4) and [Cu(L3), (OAc)2)] (5). Molecular structures of complexes 2 and 5a revealed that while L1 adopts a monodentate binding mode, through the pyridyl nitrogen atom, L3 exhibits a bidentate coordination mode. All the complexes formed active catalysts in the ROP of ε-CL to afford moderate molecular weight polymers. The kinetics of the ROP reactions of ε-CL were pseudo-first-order with respect to monomer and catalysts.  相似文献

Two new copper(II) complexes, [Cu(L1)2] (I) and [Cu(L2)2] (II), where L1 = 2-bromo-4-chloro- 6-(isopropyliminomethyl)phenolate and L2 = 2-bromo-4-chloro-6-[(2-hydroxyethylimino)methyl]phenolate, have been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography (CIF files CCDC nos. 1445936 (I) and 1445935 (II)). In both complexes, the Cu atoms are coordinated by two phenolate oxygen and two imino nitrogen, giving square planar geometry. The complexes have been tested on various strains of bacteria to study their antibacterial effects.  相似文献

Reactions of sparfloxacin (Hsf) with Cu(II), in the absence or presence of auxiliary ligands (bpy, 2,2′-bipyridine; dmbpy, 4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bipyridine) under similar conditions, afforded three coordination complexes, [Cu(Hsf)2(ClO4)](ClO4)(CH3OH)2(H2O)3.75 (1), [Cu(Hsf)(bpy)(ClO4)](ClO4)(H2O) (2), and [Cu2(Hsf)2(dmbpy)2(ClO4)3](ClO4)(C2H5OH)3(H2O)0.75 (3). All three complexes have been structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In their crystal structures, distinct extended metallosupramolecular architectures, specifically 3D (for 1), 2D (for 2), and 2D + 1D (for 3), are constructed with the aid of secondary interactions involving H-bonding and aromatic stacking.  相似文献

The flexible ditopic ligand 1,2-bis(3-(4-pyridyl)pyrazol-1-yl)ethane (L4Et) displays remarkable versatility in the complexes that it forms with transition metals with products ranging from 1D chains to interpenetrating 3D networks. The L4Et ligand itself crystallises in the space group P21, adopting a helical twist, although it is found in a variety of other conformations in its complexes. Coordination polymers containing the L4Et ligand vary from almost straight, parallel 1D chains of [Ag2(L4Et)2(ClO4)2(DMF)]·DMF (1), through interdigitating helical complexes containing tetrahedral Zn(II), [Zn(NCS)2(L4Et)]·DMF·H2O (2) to 2D sheets of [Cu(L4Et)2(H2O)2](PF6)2·xH2O (3) and the three-fold interpenetrating 3D network of [Co(L4Et)2(NCS)2] (4). The 3D network adopts an unusual 3D 4-connected dmp (65.8) topology. Dimensionality can be limited by the use of chelating co-ligands, demonstrated by the formation of the dinuclear complex [{Cu(py-2,6-CO2)(H2O)}2(L4Et)] (5).  相似文献

Two new copper(II) complexes with 1,3-bis(5-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)propane (H2L), [Cu2(HL)Cl3] · H2O (I) and [Cu(H2L)](ClO4)2 (II), were described. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and magnetochemical data. According to X-ray diffraction data (CIF files CCDC nos. 1497511 (I), 1497512 (II)), complex I is binuclear and the metal cations are bound by the nitrogen atoms of the triazole ring and by the chloride anion. Complex II is mononuclear. Analysis of the temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility of I attests to the antiferromagnetic coupling of paramagnetic centers (–2J = 18 cm–1). Exchange channels are analyzed by means of density functional theory (B3LYP/6-311G(d)) using the broken symmetry approach.  相似文献

The syntheses of a mononuclear zinc(II) complex [ZnCl(L1)(Amp)] (I) and a mononuclear nickel(II) complex [Ni(L2)(HL2)](BF4) · 0.5H2O (II) (HL1 = 4-methyl-2-[(4-methylpyridin-2-ylimino) methyl]phenol, HL2 = 4-methyl-2-[(pyridin-2-ylmethylimino)methyl]phenol; Amp = 2-amino-4- methylpyridine) were prepared under microwave irradiation. The complexes were characterized by a combination of elemental analyses, and IR and electronic spectra. Their structures were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray crystallography (СIF files CCDC nos 1437737 (I), 1437738 (II)). The Zn atom in the monomeric complex I is in tetrahedral coordination. The Ni atoms in the dimeric complex II are in octahedral coordination. Crystals of the complexes are stabilized by hydrogen bonds. In order to evaluate the biological activity of the complexes, in vitro antibacterial against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was assayed. The complexes have strong activity against Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献

Mononuclear Co(III), Ni(II) and Cu(II) coordination compounds of (E)-1-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-2-(phthalazin-1-yl)hydrazine (LH) were prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The metal-to-ligand ratio was found to be 1:2 in [Co(L)2]Cl·2H2O (1) and [Ni(L)2]·2H2O (2), while it is 1:1 in [Cu(L)Cl]·2CH3OH (3). The X-ray crystal structures of LH and complex 1 is are reported. LH shows monobasic behavior, coordinating through NNO donor atoms. The complexes were investigated for their antimicrobial properties. Complexes 1 and 3 show excellent antibacterial and antifungal activities, respectively.  相似文献

Four novel coordination polymers, [Zn(HL1)2(phen)2]·2CH3OH·2H2O (1), [ZnCl(HL1)(4,4′-bipy)0.5] n (2), [Cd(HL1)(L2)0.5(2,2′-bipy)2]·3H2O (3), [Zn(L3)0.5(N3)1.5(phen)] n (4) (H2L1 = 9-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-10-carboxyl anthracene, H2L2 = 9,10-di-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl) anthracene, HL3 = 9-(1H-tetrazole-5-yl)-10-cyan anthracene, 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine), have been constructed by in situ ligands synthesis system. The formation of tetrazole-based ligands H2L1, H2L2 and H2L3 involves the in situ Sharpless [2 + 3] cycloaddition reaction between 9,10-dicyanoanthracene (DCA) and NaN3 in the presence of Zn2+/Cd2+ ions as Lewis-acid catalysts under hydro/solvothermal conditions. At the same time, there is also another in situ carboxyl ligand synthesis reaction by hydrolysis from nitrile in compounds 1 and 2. The four compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 exhibits a butterfly-shaped mononuclear structure. Compound 2 represents a 2D framework constructed by six-membered {Zn6} rings as secondary building units (SBUs). Compound 3 presents a dinuclear {Cd2} structure with two butterflies “flying side by side” fashion. While compound 4 displays a 1D chain structure based on a dinuclear {Zn2} SBUs. Moreover, the luminescence properties of 1–4 have been also investigated.  相似文献

We report the preparation of bromo-aryl functionalized bis(diphenylphosphino)amine ligands of the type Ph2PNArPPh2 (1, Ar = p-BrC6H4; 2, Ar = p-BrC6H4–C6H4) and their coordination properties. Mono- and dinuclear complexes were formed with Cu(I), Au(I), Pd(II), Pt(II) and tetranuclear cobalt carbonyl clusters were obtained. The crystal structures of [PdCl2(1)] (3), [PdCl2(2)] (4), [(AuCl)(μ-1)] (6), [Co4(CO)5(μ-CO)3(μ-dppa)(μ-1)] (dppa = Ph2PNHPPh2) (8) and [Co4(CO)5(μ-CO)3(μ-dppm)(μ-1)] (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) (9) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Whereas the diphosphine ligands chelate the metal center in 3 and 4, and in the Pt(II) complex 5 which is analogous to 3, ligand 1 acts as a bridge in 6 where the separation between the two Au(I) centers is 3.0402(5) Å. In the tetranuclear clusters 8 and 9, and in the cluster 10 analogous to 9 with 2 as bridging ligand, two orthogonal Co–Co edges are bridged by a diphosphine ligand and each cobalt center is thus coordinated by one P donor. Complex 3 was shown to react with the Pd(0) complex [Pd(dba)2] (dba = dibenzylideneacetone) to afford a tetranuclear complex resulting from both the insertion of Pd(0) into the ligand C–Br bond and Pd(II)/Pd(0) comproportionation to form a doubly ligand-bridged Pd(I)–Pd(I) core.  相似文献

Two new oxidovanadium(V) complexes, [VO(L1)(L)] (I) and [VO(L2)(L)] (II), where L1 and L2 are the dianionic form of N'-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylidene)pivalohydrazide (H2L1) and N'-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)pivalohydrazide (H2L2), respectively, and L is the monoanionic form of 8-hydroxyquinoline (HL), were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and electronic spectra, and 1H NMR spectra. Structures of the complexes were further confirmed by single crystal X-ray determination (CIF files CCDC nos. 1477854 (I), 1477856 (II)). H2L1 and H2L2 coordinate to the V atoms through the phenolate O, imino N, and enolate O atoms. 8-Hydroxyquinoline coordinates to the V atoms through bidentate ON donor set. The V atoms of the complexes are in octahedral coordination with the oxo group furnished the octahedral geometry. The complexes show effective antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis.  相似文献
