[4,4′-bpyH_2][4,4′-bpyH][Cr(OH)_6(Mo_6O_(18))]和[4,4′-bpyH]_3[Al(OH)_6(Mo_6O_(18))]·2H_2O的合成及晶体结构(英文)

通过水热方法合成了两种新的B-Anderson型多钼氧酸盐[4 ,4′-bpyH2][4 ,4′-bpy H][Cr( OH)6( Mo6O18)](1)和[4 ,4′-bpyH]3[Al(OH)6( Mo6O18)].2 H2O(2) ,通过元素分析、IR光谱和单晶X射线衍射对其进行了表征.化合物1和2都是分离结构.化合物1分子由2个晶体学独立1/2 B-Anderson类型[Cr(OH)6( Mo6O18)]3 -多阴离子,1个双质子化的[4 ,4′-bpyH2]2 +阳离子和1个单质子化的[4 ,4′-bpyH]+阳离子组成,化合物2则是由1个晶体学独立完整的B-Anderson型[ Al( OH)6( Mo6O18)]3 -多阴离子, 3个单质子化的[4 ,4′-bpyH]+阳离子和2个晶格水分子组成.借助4 ,4′-bpy分子间的π-π堆积作用,化合物1和2形成三维超分子结构.     

A Novel Fused Phosphorus Heterocycle：4—（1′，2′,3′,4′—Tetrahydro—1,3,2—benzodiaaphosphorin—2′—sulfide）—3,4b,4a—thiazphosphaphenanthridine Derivative

The first example of fused phosphorus heterocyclic 4-[1′-(β-bromoethyl)-4′-oxo-3′-propyl-1′,2′,3′,4′-tetrahydro-1,3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-2′-sulfide]-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6-octahydro-6-oxo-5-propyl-3,4b,4a-thiazphosphaphenanthridine 4a,2′-dioxide was synthesized in excellent yield by refluxing a mixture of 1-(2-bromoethyl)-2,3-dihydro-3-propyl-1,3,2-benzodiazaphos phorin-4(1H)-one 2-oxide with carbon disulfide in benzene in the presence of triethylamine.     

Studies on condensed heterocyclic compounds II.Synthesis and antibacterial activity of 3-(4''''-pyridyl)-6-aroylamino/arylamino-S-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles

3-(4′-Pyridyl)-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole(1)reacted with aroyl isothiocyanates2a-1 to yield twelve novel 3-(4′-pyridyl)-6-aroylamino-S-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles,4a-1.Triethylamine was necessary for the condensation of 1 with phenyl isothiocyanate(3)to give 3-(4′-pyridyl)-6-phenylamino-S-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazole(6).The structures were confirmed bythe elemental and spectral analyses.Their antibacterial activity against B.Subtilis,E.Coli,E.aerogenes and S.aureus was observed preliminary.     

Hybrid Tungstocuprate [Cu(2,2′-bpy)_3]_2H_4[CuW_(12)O_(40)]·6H_2O Based on Keggin Polyoxoanion [CuW_(12)O_(40)]~(6-) with Cu~Ⅱas Heteroatom

A novel hybrid tungstocuprate(Ⅱ) [Cu(2,2′-bpy)3]2H4[CuW12O40]·6H2O(2,2′-bpy=2,2′-bipyridine) was synthesized via hydrothermal method and characterized using elemental analyses, IR, UV, XPS, TG-DSC, EPR, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The structural analysis shows that the complex consists of an unusual Keggin-type polyoxoanion [CuW12O40]6- and a pair of chiral complex cations [Cu(2,2′-bpy)3] together with four protons and six crystallization water molecules, and the Keggin polyoxoanion is connected with [Cu(2,2′-bpy)3] via multiple C—H…O hydrogen bonds resulting in a dimer.

本文报道3-甲硫基-5-羟基-1,2,4-三嗪-6-羧酸乙酯(4)及N~2-[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-乙氧羰基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]-3-甲硫基-5-氧代-1,2,4-三嗪-6-羧酸乙酯(8)分子内,甲硫基的氧化及其就地与取代芳胺进行亲核取代反应。3-甲砜基和N~2-[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-乙氧羰基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]作为离去基,其离去能力相近.     

A two step facile synthesis of new steroidal linear and angular pyranones having anti-mycobacterial activity

Title compounds 2′,2′-dimethylcholesta-2,4-dien[3,2-b]-pyran-4′-one(3),2′,2′-dimethyl-3β-substituted cholesta-4,6-dien[7,6- b]-pyran-4′-one(6a,b)and(6c)were prepared by the cyclization of 2-acetylcholesta-2,4-dien-3-ol(2),6-acetyl-3β-substituted- cholesta-4,6-dien-7-ol(5a,b)and(5c)respectively,with pyrrolidine,dry benzene and dry acetone using Dean Stark separator through conventional heating.Furthermore,compounds were also found to be active against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.     

Synthesis, Characterization, Spectroscopic and Electrochemical Properties of New Mono- and Binuclear Copper（Ⅰ） Complexes with Substituted 2,2′-Bipyridine

The mono- and binuclear Cu(Ⅰ) complexes with substituted 2,2′-bipyridine and iodide ligands, [CuL2]BF4(L=4-methoxycarbonyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (a), 6-(4-hydroxymethylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (b) and 6-(4-methoxylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (c)) and [Cu2(μ-I)2L2] were prepared, and the crystal structures of the complexes were obtained from signal-crystal X-ray diffractional analysis. The spectroscopic properties of the complexes in dichloromethane are dominated by low energy MLCT bands from 360 to 650 nrn. The electrochemical studies of mononuclear complexes reveal that the complexes have stable copper(Ⅰ) state.

氯化N-[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-甲基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]吡啶?盐(Ⅱ)在吡啶中于室温通入硫化氢或与硫化氢饱和的硫氢化钠反应,均得到3-甲硫基-5-巯基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅲ);于较高温度与硫化氢反应,得3,5-二巯基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅳ).二者均可于氢氧化钠溶液中与碘甲烷反应,得到3,5-二甲硫基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅴ).Ⅱ在呲啶水溶液中与邻甲苯酚、闻甲苯酚、苯酚、间硝基苯酚、邻硝基苯酚或对硝基苯酚作用,得到相应的5-取代苯氧基化合物(Ⅶ_(a-f));与硫酚作用,得5-苯硫基化合物(Ⅷ);在吡啶中与无水乙醇作用,得5-乙氧基化合物(Ⅸ).化合物Ⅱ在吡啶水溶液中与Ⅲ作用,得S-[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-甲基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]-3-甲硫基-5-巯基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅻ);与3-甲硫基-5-氧代-6-甲基-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅰ)作用,得N~4_[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-甲基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]-3-甲硫基-5-氧代-6-甲基-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪(ⅩⅧ);与3-甲硫基-5-氧代-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪(ⅪⅩ)作用,得N~4-[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-甲基)-1′2′4′-三嗪基]-3-甲硫基-5-氧代-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪(ⅩⅩ);与3-甲硫基-5-氧代-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪-6-羧酸乙酯(ⅩⅩⅢ)作用,得N~4_[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-甲基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]-3-甲硫基-5-羰基-4,5-二氢-1,2,4-三嗪-6-羧酸乙酯(ⅩⅪⅤ);与喹唑酮-4(ⅩⅩⅦ)作用,得N~3_[5′-(3′-甲硫基-6′-甲基)-1′,2′,4′-三嗪基]-4-氧代-3,4-二氢喹唑啉(ⅩⅩⅧ).这些化合物的结构系通过其水解反应、胺解反应、红外吸收光谱、紫外吸收光谱或核磁共振谱等研究予以证明.3-甲硫基-5-对硝基苯氧基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅶ_f)与苯胺或对甲苯胺反应,得到3-甲硫基-5-取代苯胺基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪对硝基苯酚复合物(X_(a,b).后者用碱处理,得3-甲硫基-5-取代苯胺基-6-甲基-1,2,4-三嗪(Ⅺ_(a,b)及对硝基苯酚.     

Approach to 2′-(Dialkylamino)-1-alkyl-4′H-spiro[indoline-3,5′-oxazole]-2,4′-diones and 1,3-Oxazin-4-ones via Cyclization of Vilsmeier Salts withα-Hydroxy andβ-Carbonyl Amides

A straiglitforward and efficient synthetic method of 2′-(dialkylammo)-l-alkyl-4′H-spiro[indoline-3,5′-oxazole]-2,4′-diones and 2-(dialkylamino)-5,6-dihydro-4H-naphtho[2,1-e][1,3]oxazin-4-one-derivatives have been developed from a-hydroxy andβ-carbonyl amides and various Vilsmeier salts.A wide range of heterocyclic compounds were obtained in excellent yields(up to 97%),which will provide promising candidates lor chemical biology and drug discovery.
