The title CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C15H8O5)(H2O)]n or [Cd(bpdc)(H2O)]n [H2bpdc is 2‐(4‐carboxybenzoyl)benzoic acid], has been prepared and characterized using IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Each CdII centre is six‐coordinated by two O atoms from one 2‐(4‐carboxylatobenzoyl)benzoate (bpdc2−) ligand in chelating mode, three O‐donor atoms from three other bpdc2− anions and one O atom from a coordinated water molecule in an octahedral coordination environment. Two crystallographically equivalent CdII cations are bridged by one O atom of the 2‐carboxylate group of one bpdc2− ligand and by both O atoms of the 4‐carboxylate group of a second bpdc2− ligand to form a binuclear [(Cd)2(O)(OCO)] secondary building unit. Adjacent secondary building units are interlinked to form a one‐dimensional [Cd(OCO)2]n chain. The bpdc2− ligands link these rod‐shaped chains to give rise to a complex two‐dimensional [Cd(bpdc)]n framework with a 4,4‐connected binodal net topology of point symbol {43.62.8}. The compound exhibits a strong fluorescence emission and typical ferroelectric behaviour in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Four novel mixed‐ligand complexes were obtained from the reaction of maleic acid, diimine chelating ligands and Cd(OH)2 or CdO in a mixed solvent of water and methanol. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The results show that all the four complexes are coordination polymers. [Cd(phen)(H2O)(male)]n · 2nH2O ( 1 ) and [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(male)]n · 2nH2O ( 2 ) (male = maleate; phen = 1, 10‐phenanthroline, bipy = 2, 2′‐bipyridine) are isomorphic, and the asymmetric unit is constructed by one CdII atom, a maleate group, a diimine ligand and two crystal water molecules. Each maleate group links two CdII atoms in a bis(bidentate) chelating mode, resulting in a 1D helical chain. Within [Cd(phen)(H2O)2(male)]n · 2nH2O ( 3 ), the maleate group bridges two CdII atoms in a bis(monodentate) chelating mode into a 1D helical chain along the [100] direction. The helical chain is decorated by phen groups alternatively at the two sides, and each phen plane of one chain is inserted in the void space between two adjacent phen ligands from an adjacent chain, resulting in a double zipper‐like chain. The asymmetric unit of [Cd2(phen)2(male)2]n ( 4 ) contains a CdII cation, one phen molecule, and a maleate group, and one bridging maleate group links three CdII atoms resulting in a 2D layer extending in [011] plane. The 2D networks are constructed by four kinds of rings formed by the central metal atom and maleate dianion. The thermostabilities of the four complexes were investigated.  相似文献

Three metal‐organic coordination polymers, namely {[Cd(L1)(1,2‐chdc)] · 2H2O}n ( 1 ), {[Ni(L2)(1,2‐chdc)] · H2O}n ( 2 ), and [Cd(L2)(npht)]n ( 3 ) [L1 = 1,2‐bis(2‐methylbenzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 1,2‐bis(5,6‐dimethylbenzimidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)benzene, 1,2‐H2chdc = 1,2‐cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, H2npht = 3‐nitrophthalic acid] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction methods, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and elemental analysis. In compound 1 , two 1,2‐chdc2– ligands connect two neighboring Cd atoms to form a dinuclear [Cd2(1,2‐chdc)2] subunit, which is further linked by L1 ligands to construct a 1D ladder‐like chain. Compound 2 exhibits a 2D (4,4) coordination network with {44.62} topology, whilst compound 3 shows a 1D helical chain structure. The fluorescence, UV/Vis diffuse reflection spectra, and catalytic properties of complexes 1 – 3 for the degradation of the congo red azo dye in a Fenton‐like process are investigated.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers [Cd(1,2‐BDC‐F4)(H2O)2(py)]n ( 1 ) and {[Cd(1,2‐BDC‐F4)(H2O)2](DMF)}n ( 2 ) were prepared from the vapor diffusion reactions of CdII acetate with tetrafluorophthalic acid (1,2‐H2BDC‐F4) under different solvent atmospheres, and structurally characterized by single‐crystal diffraction technique. Both complexes reveal polymeric coordination architectures. Complex 1 is a one‐dimensional (1D) double chain, which crystallizes in the space group, P212121. In 1 , each CdII ion is hexacoordinate by five oxygen atoms from two terminal water and three 1,2‐BDC‐F4 anions with a μ3‐bridging mode, as well as one nitrogen donor from one pyridine molecule. Complex 2 is a two‐dimensional (2D) layered network, which crystallizes in the P\bar{1} space group. In 2 , each CdII ion is heptacoordinate by seven oxygen atoms from two terminal water and four 1,2‐BDC‐F4 anions with a μ4‐bridging mode. The results clearly suggest that the judicious choice of solvent systems does play a critical role in the construction of coordination frameworks with distinct dimensionality and connectivity. Their spectroscopic, thermal, and fluorescence properties have also been investigated.  相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer, [Cd(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2]n, possesses a one‐dimensional zigzag chain structure built from CdII centers bridged sequentially by pairs of O and N atoms of the 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligand. The CdII center is in a distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two O atoms from two coordinated water molecules [Cd—O = 2.322 (7) and 2.364 (7) Å], and by two N atoms [Cd—N = 2.222 (6) and 2.232 (6) Å] and two carboxyl O atoms [Cd—O = 2.383 (6) and 2.414 (6) Å] from two 5‐carboxyimidazole‐4‐carboxylate ligands.  相似文献

The title compound, poly[aqua(μ2‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylato‐κ3N3,O:O′)hemi(μ2‐oxalato‐κ4O1,O2:O1′,O2′)cadmium(II)], [Cd(C4H3N2O2)(C2O4)0.5(H2O)]n, exhibits a two‐dimensional network. The CdII cation is coordinated to one N atom and two carboxylate O atoms from two 1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxylate (Himc) ligands, two carboxylate O atoms from the bridging oxalate anion and one ligated water molecule; these six donor atoms form a distorted octahedral configuration. The oxalate anion lies on a centre of inversion. The Himc ligands connect the CdII cations to form –Cd–Himc–Cd–Himc–Cd– zigzag chains, with a Cd...Cd separation of 5.8206 (6) Å along the b direction, which are further linked by tetradentate oxalate anions to generate a two‐dimensional herringbone architecture in the ab plane. These layers are extended to form a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework via O—H...O and N—H...O hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. The solid‐state photoluminscent behaviour of the title compound has been investigated at room temperature.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cd3(C8H10O4)3(C12H9N3)2(H2O)2]n or [Cd3(chdc)3(4‐PyBIm)2(H2O)2]n, was synthesized hydrothermally from the reaction of Cd(CH3COO)2·2H2O with 2‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐benzimidazole (4‐PyBIm) and cyclohexane‐1,4‐dicarboxylic acid (1,4‐chdcH2). The asymmetric unit consists of one and a half CdII cations, one 4‐PyBIm ligand, one and a half 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one coordinated water molecule. The central CdII cation, located on an inversion centre, is coordinated by six carboxylate O atoms from six 1,4‐chdc2− ligands to complete an elongated octahedral coordination geometry. The two terminal rotationally symmetric CdII cations each exhibits a distorted pentagonal–bipyramidal geometry, coordinated by one N atom from 4‐PyBIm, five O atoms from three 1,4‐chdc2− ligands and one O atom from an aqua ligand. The 1,4‐chdc2− ligands possess two conformations, i.e.e,etrans‐chdc2− and e,acis‐chdc2−. The cis‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands bridge the CdII cations to form a trinuclear {Cd3}‐based chain along the b axis, while the trans‐1,4‐chdc2− ligands further link adjacent one‐dimensional chains to construct an interesting two‐dimensional network.  相似文献

A twofold interpenetrating three‐dimensional CdII coordination framework, [Cd(C8H3NO6)(C14H14N4)]n, has been prepared and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, thermal analysis and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The asymmetric unit consists of a divalent CdII atom, one 1,3‐bis(2‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)benzene (1,3‐BMIB) ligand and one fully deprotonated 5‐nitrobenzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylate (NO2‐BDC2−) ligand. The coordination sphere of the CdII atom consists of five O‐donor atoms from three different NO2‐BDC2− ligands and two imidazole N‐donor atoms from two different 1,3‐BMIB ligands, forming a distorted {CdN2O5} pentagonal bipyramid. The NO2‐BDC ligand links three CdII atoms via a μ1‐η11 chelating mode and a μ2‐η21 bridging mode. The title compound is a twofold interpenetrating 3,5‐connected network with the {42.65.83}{42.6} topology. In addition, the compound exhibits fluorescence emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three Htrz‐based metal complexes, [Cd(trz)(CH3OH)(nb)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(Htrz)(H2O)(nb)2]n ( 2 ), and {[Mn(Htrz)2(H2O)4] · 2nb} ( 3 ) (Htrz = 1,2,4‐triazole, Hnb = 4‐nitrobenzoic acid), have been synthesized by diffusion or solvent evaporation method and structurally characterized by single crystal X‐ray crystallography, elemental analysis, IR and fluorescence spectroscopy, and TG‐DTA. Structural determinations revealed that complex 1 has a two‐dimensional (2D) layer structure constructed by tridentate μN1,N2,N4‐bridging trz anions and CdII ions. Complex 2 presents a 1D polymeric chain structure bridged by bidentate μN1,N4‐bridging Htrz molecule and CdII ions, whereas compound 3 is a supramolecular assembly containing a mononuclear [Mn(Htrz)2(H2O)4]2+ dication and two free nb anions for charge compensation. Thus, the structural diversity of the three complexes is significantly governed by the coordination modes of the neutral/deprontated Htrz ligand, rather than the terminal/lattice nb anion. Additionally, the thermal stability of the complexes is observed to be dependent on the polymeric or discrete structure nature. At room temperature, the three solid complexes show Htrz‐based intraligand fluorescent emission.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers, namely, [CuL0.5] ( 1 ), [Co(H2L)(H2O)2][H2O] ( 2 ), and [(CdCl)0.5Cd0.25(H2L)0.5] ( 3 ) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions from the corresponding CuII, CoII, and CdII salts with a multidentate ligand of 2,2′,2′′,2′′′‐[2,3,5,6‐tetramethyl‐1,4‐phenylenebis(methylenenitrilo)]tetraacetic acid (H4L). The complexes were characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, IR, thermogravimetric, and elemental analyses. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca and has a three‐dimensional architecture with infinite two‐dimensional networks linked together by weak Cu–O interactions. Complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1) and displays a 2D network. Complex 3 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group P4(2)/ncm and exhibits an infinite 3D architecture that has unusual [Cd2(CO2)4Cl2] dinuclear paddle‐wheel units and [Cd(CO2)4] dodecahedron units. The results showed that the coordination arrangement of central metal atoms and the conformation and coordination mode of organic ligands play an important role in determining the structure of the complexes. The luminescence property of complex 3 was studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献
