采用HF/6-31G*方法,对6种联吡啶构造异构体进行了构象分析.之后采用B3LYP/6-311G**方法对处于势能面上的能量极小构象异构体进行全自由度几何优化和频率分析,并且寻找构象异构化过渡态.采用自洽反应场极化导体模型溶剂理论,探讨了水溶剂对优势构象异构体的几何结构和能量的影响.  相似文献

采用BH-HLYP/6-311+G**方法对10种气相和水相中可能存在的5-氟胞嘧啶互变异构体进行了几何全优化, 并计算出它们的总能量和吉布斯自由能. Onsager反应场溶剂模型用于水相的计算. 计算结果表明, 5-氟胞嘧啶在气相中主要以烯醇式-氨基式形式存在, 在水相中主要以酮式-氨基式形式存在. 溶剂化自由能与异构体的气相偶极矩存在相关性.进一步求得互变异构化以及构象异构化和顺反异构化的过渡态, 探讨异构化过程中的几何结构和能量的变化.  相似文献

用密度泛函B3LYP/6-311++G**方法,对气相和水相中的5-醛基-1,2,3-三唑互变异构体进行了几何构型全自由度优化,获得了它们在气相和水相中的几何结构和电子结构.讨论了不同的取代基团和溶剂化效应对互变异构体的几何结构、能量以及互变异构反应活化能的影响.并进一步研究了N1-H、N2-H和N3-H型三唑之间的互变异构机理:(a)分子内质子转移;(b)水助质子转移.计算结果表明,途径(b)所需要的活化能较小,平均为101.31kJ/mol,途径(a)为211.70kJ/mol.  相似文献

采用HF/3-21G方法, 对6种气相和水相中可能存在的5-氟尿嘧啶(和5-氯尿嘧啶)互变异构体进行了构象分析.采用B3LYP/6-311+G**方法对处于优势构象时的各互变异构体进行了几何全优化, 并计算出它们的总能量、焓、熵、吉布斯自由能. Onsager反应场溶剂模型用于水相的计算. 计算结果表明, 5-氟尿嘧啶和5-氯尿嘧啶在气相中和水相中主要以双酮形式存在. 5-氟尿嘧啶和5-氯尿嘧啶的熵效应小, 对互变异构平衡没有显著的影响, 而焓变对互变异构产生了主要的影响. 讨论了水溶剂化作用对异构体的能量、电荷分布和偶极矩的影响. 溶剂化自由能与异构体的气相偶极矩存在相关性. 另外, 详细地将5-氟尿嘧啶和5-氯尿嘧啶与尿嘧啶进行了对比, 获得三者最稳定异构体间电子结构异同的有用信息.  相似文献

在密度泛函B3LYP/6-311G**水平下,对14种气相和水相中可能存在的6-硫代黄嘌呤异构体进行了几何构型的全自由度优化,并计算出它们的总能量、焓、熵、吉布斯自由能。Onsager反应场溶剂模型用于水相的计算.计算结果表明,6-硫代黄嘌呤在气相中和水相中主要以硫酮的形式存在.在气相和水相中,硫酮-N7(H)均比硫酮-N9(H)更稳定.计算结果同已有实验结果一致.6-硫代黄嘌呤异构化的熵效应小,对互变异构平衡几乎没有显著的影响,而焓变对互变异构产生了主要的影响.较详细地讨论了水溶剂化作用对异构体的能量、几何结构、电荷分布和偶极矩的影响.  相似文献

本文对乙酰胆碱水解反应历程进行了从头算分子轨道研究。首先, 我们在RHF/6-31G级别上研究了乙酰胆碱的水解反应的势能面, 找到了反应过程中的两个过渡态和连接这两个过渡态的中间体。然后进行了RHF/6-31G**级别上的单点能量计算。优化结果表明在两个过渡态中都包含有四元环状结构, 而且, 两个过渡态的四元环中存在着不同的分子内氢键。计算结果还表明,乙酰胆碱最终分解成胆碱和乙酸盐部分时, 酯键的断裂发生在羰基碳和酯基氧之间。最后, 进一步考虑溶剂化效应, 我们还运用量子Onsager模型, 在RHF/6-31G**级别上对整个水解反应的反应物、产物、中间体和过渡态分别进行了从头算自洽反应场能量计算, 求出了包含溶剂化效应在内的反应的能垒及总反应热。  相似文献

用密度泛函B3LYP/6-311 G**方法,对气相和水相中的1,2,3三,-唑及5-卤(-F、C l和-B r)代1,2,3,-三唑互变异构体进行了几何构型全自由度优化,获得了它们在气相和水相中的几何结构和电子结构。计算结果显示,在气相和水相中1,2,3三-唑和5-卤代1,2,3三-唑的N2-H型要比对应的N1-H型和N3-H型稳定。讨论了不同的取代基团和溶剂化效应对互变异构体的几何结构、能量和电荷分布以及互变异构反应活化能的影响带。并进一步研究了N1-H、N2-H和N3-H型三唑之间的互变异构机理:(a)分子内质子转移;(b)水助质子转移。计算结果表明,途径(b)所需要的活化能较小,为120.06KJ/mol,途径(a)为204.12KJ/mol。  相似文献

应用密度泛函理论在B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平上对新型除草剂单嘧磺隆绕脲桥部分两个C—N键的内旋转势能面进行计算, 然后对势能面上的驻点进行构型优化和过渡态搜索, 得到单嘧磺隆4种稳定构象和构象转换过程所涉及的8个过渡态结构. 研究结果表明, 单嘧磺隆晶体构象-活性构象转换过程中涉及4种稳定构象和8条转换途径, 脲桥部分NH基团与嘧啶环上N原子所形成的分子内氢键对于构象的稳定性及转换过程起着十分重要的作用. 应用极化连续介质溶剂模型(PCM)在B3LYP/6-31++G(d, p)水平下进行溶剂化效应计算, 结果表明单嘧磺隆从晶体构象转换成活性构象主要是在水相中进行的.  相似文献

对3-硝基-5-氨基-1,2,4-三唑(ANTA)的三种异构体,1H-ANTA(Ⅰ),2-ANTA(Ⅱ)和4H-ANTA(Ⅲ)在,bainitio-HF/3-21G和DFT-B3LYP/3-21G势能面计算的基础上,进行6-311G^**几何参数全优化,MP2总能量和SCRF溶剂(四氢呋喃)效应计算。以振动分析和统计热力学为基础,作标题物热力学性质以及Ⅰ和Ⅱ之间的互变异构反应计算,求得分子几何,电子结构和300~1000K范围的焓、熵和热容以及Ⅰ和Ⅱ互变异构平衡常数和速率常数。发现在三种异构体中在通常温度下以Ⅱ在气相下最稳定,Ⅰ在溶液中最稳定。低温下难以发生异构化反应,温度可提高Ⅰ与Ⅱ之间的互变速率,在800K时两种异构体在气相中等量共存;大于800K时Ⅰ更为稳定。  相似文献

Computational studies on three tautomeric forms of four 1,5,6,7-tetrahydro- 4H-indazol-4-one derivatives: 1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-indazol-4-one (1), 6,6-dimethyl- 1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-indazol-4-one (2), 3-methyl-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-indazol-4-one (3) and 3,6,6-trimethyl-1,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-indazol-4-one (4), have been performed at different levels, ranging from semiempirical AM1, ab initio Hartree-Fock HF/6-31G* and HF/6-31G** to B3LYP/6-31G** density functional calculations. These calculations have been used to establish the most stable tautomer, which in all cases was in agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

We investigated the protomeric tautomerism of N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NV2P) and N-vinyl-3-pyrrolidinone (NV3P) molecules, and considered the three neutral tautomers for NV2P (1a, 1b, 1c) and the five for NV3P (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e). Full geometry optimizations were carried out at the HF/6-31G**, HF/6-31+G** and B3LYP/6-31+G** levels in the gas phase and in water. Additionally, single-point MP2/6-31+G** calculations were performed on the HF/6-31+G** optimized geometries. The tautomerization processes in water (=78.54) were studied using the self-consistent reaction field theory. According to our estimations, the tautomerization of NV2P and NV3P molecules are not strongly influenced by the polar solvents, the improvement of the basis set quality and the electron correlation effects in the gas phase and in water. The calculated relative free energies (ΔG) predict that 1a and 2a are the energetically preferred tautomers in the gas phase and in water.  相似文献

Keto-enol tautomerism in hydroxycyclopropenone (2-hydroxy-2-cyclopropen-1-one) has been studied using ab initio methods, the B3LYP functional of density functional theory, as well as complete basis set (CBS-QB3 and CBS-APNO) and G3 methods. Absolute and relative energies were calculated with each of the methods, whereas computations of geometries and harmonic frequencies for hydroxycyclopropenone and 1,2-cyclopropanedione were computed in the gas phase but were limited to HF, MP2 and CCSD levels of theory, and the B3LYP functional, in combination with the 6-31++G** basis set. Using the MP2/6-31++G** gas phase optimized structure, each species was then optimized fully in aqueous solution by employing the polarizable continuum model (PCM) self-consistent reaction field approach, in which HF, MP2 and B3LYP levels of theory were utilized, with the same 6-31++G** basis set. In both gas and aqueous solution phases, the keto form is higher in energy for all of the model chemistries considered. The presence of the solvent, however, is found to have very little effect on the bond lengths, angles and harmonic frequencies. From the B3LYP/6-31++G** Gibbs free energy, the keto-enol tautomeric equilibrium constant for 2-hydroxy-2-cyclopropen-1-one <==> 1,2-cyclopropanedione is computed to be K(T)(gas) = 2.35 x 10(-6), K(T)(aq) = 5.61 x 10(-14). It is concluded that the enol form is overwhelmingly predominant in both environments, with the effect of the solvent shifting the direction of equilibrium even more strongly in the favor of hydroxycyclopropenone. The almost exclusive nature of this species is attributed to stabilization resulting from aromaticity. Confirmation is provided by comparison of the simulated vibrational spectra of hydroxycyclopropenone with the measured infrared spectrum in an argon matrix.  相似文献

The molecular structure, conformafional stability, and vibrational frequencies of ten-butyl N-(2- bromocyclohex-2-enyl)-N-(2-furylmethyl)carbamate (TBBFC) were investigated by utilizing the Hartree-Fock (HF) and density functional theory (DFT) ab initio calculations with 6-31G ^* and 6-31G^* * basis sets. The optimized bond length and angle values obtained by HF method showed the best agreement with the experimental values. Comparison of the observed and calculated fundamental vibrational frequencies indicated that B3LYP was superior to the scaled HF approach for molecular problems. Optimal uniform scaling factors calculated for the title compound are 0.899/0.904, 0.958/0.961, and 0.988/0.989 for HF, B3LYP, and BLYP (6-31G ^*/6-31G ^* *), respectively.  相似文献

用从头算方法HF/6-31G^*^*和密度函方法B3LYP/6-31G^*^*,对Si~2Cl~6分子的平衡几何构型进行优化,优化的结果与实验结果吻合得较好.并用上述两种不同的方法计算Si~2Cl~6分子的内旋转能垒,结果分别为8.786和6.694kJ/mol,其中DFT方法的计算结果与实验结果4.18kJ/mol吻合得较好.对Si~2Cl~6分子的振动基频进行计算.用HF/6-31G^*^*SQM力场所计算的频率理论值与实验值的平均误差为7.3cm^-^1,用B3LYP/6-31G^*^*未标度的力场所计算的频率理论值与实验值的平均误差为6.0cm^-^1.该密度泛函方法(B3LYP/~6-31G^*^*)的理论计算值比用HF/6-31G^*^*标度后的SQM力场计算的频率与实验值(除Si--Si键扭转振动基频之外的11条振动基频)吻合得更好.并给出了Si--Si键扭转振动基频的预测值。  相似文献

对 3 酰基 2 ,4 吡咯烷二酮 (1)及其N 酰基衍生物 (2 )的各种异构体 (a -e)分别进行了HF/6 31G和HF/6 31G 水平上的优化计算 ,并考虑电子相关效应 (MP2 /6 31G )对其能量进行了校正 ,探讨了计算水平对体系相对稳定性的影响。HF/6 31G 及MP2 /6 31G 上的计算结果表明 1d和 2a分别为化合物 1和 2的最稳定结构形式 ,与实验观察到的结果一致。同时对N 位取代酰基引起的优势结构的变化给出了较合理的解释。  相似文献

2-(4-Fluorobenzylideneamino)-3-mercaptopropanoic acid (4-FC) was synthesized through the reaction of 4-fluorobenzaldehyde and l-cysteine in refluxing EtOH. Its structure was verified by (1)H NMR, FT-IR and Raman. The ground-state geometries were optimized at B3LYP/6-31G**, B3LYP/6-31G*, HF/6-31G** and HF/6-31G* levels without symmetry constrains, respectively. The vibrational wavenumbers of 4-FC were calculated at same level. The scaled theoretical spectra using B3LYP methods, which are in a good agreement with the experimental ones, are superior to those using HF methods.  相似文献
