In the construction of coordination polymers, many factors can influence the formation of the final architectures, such as the nature of the metal centres, the organic ligands and the counter‐anions. In the coordination polymer poly[aqua(μ‐benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O 1,O 1′:O 2,O 2′)[μ‐2‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole‐κ2N 2:N 3]cadmium(II)], [Cd(C12H12N4)(C8H4O4)(H2O)]n or [Cd(immb)(1,2‐bdic)(H2O)]n , each CdII ion is seven‐coordinated by two N atoms from two symmetry‐related 2‐(1H‐imidazol‐1‐ylmethyl)‐6‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole (immb) ligands, by four O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdic2−) ligands and by one water molecule, leading to a CdN2O5 distorted pentagonal bipyramidal coordination environment. The immb and 1,2‐bdic2− ligands bridge CdII ions and form a two‐dimensional network structure. O—H…O and N—H…O hydrogen bonds stabilize the structure. In addition, the IR spectroscopic properties, PXRD patterns, thermogravimetric behaviour and fluorescence properties of the title polymer have been investigated.  相似文献

In recent years, N‐heterocyclic carboxylate ligands have attracted much interest in the preparation of new coordination polymers since they contain N‐atom donors, as well as O‐atom donors, and have a rich variety of coordination modes which can lead to polymers with intriguing structures and interesting properties. A new two‐dimensional coordination polymer, namely poly[[μ3‐2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(4‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐5‐carboxylato)‐κ6O4,N3,N3′,O4′:O5:O5′]manganese(II)], [Mn(C16H8N4O8)]n or [Mn(H4Phbidc)]n, has been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OAc)2·4H2O (OAc is acetate) with 2,2′‐(1,2‐phenylene)bis(1H‐imidazole‐4,5‐dicarboxylic acid) (H6Phbidc) under solvothermal conditions. In the polymer, each MnII ion is six‐coordinated by two N atoms from one H4Phbidc2− ligand and by four O atoms from three H4Phbidc2− ligands, forming a significantly distorted octahedral MnN2O4 coordination geometry. The MnII ions are linked by hexadentate H4Phbidc2− ligands, leading to a two‐dimensional structure parallel to the ac plane. In the crystal, adjacent layers are further connected by N—H…O hydrogen bonds, forming a three‐dimensional structure in the solid state.  相似文献

The crystal structures of three quinuclidine‐based compounds, namely (1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ylidene)hydrazine monohydrate, C7H13N3·H2O ( 1 ), 1,2‐bis(1‐azabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ylidene)hydrazine, C14H22N4 ( 2 ), and 1,2‐bis(1‐azoniabicyclo[2.2.2]octan‐3‐ylidene)hydrazine dichloride, C14H24N42+·2Cl? ( 3 ), are reported. In the crystal structure of 1 , the quinuclidine‐substituted hydrazine and water molecules are linked through N—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds, forming a two‐dimensional array. The compound crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/c. Compound 2 was refined in the space group Pccn and exhibits no hydrogen bonding. However, its hydrochloride form 3 crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric space group Pc. It shows a three‐dimensional network structure via intermolecular hydrogen bonding (N—H…C and N/C—H…Cl). Compound 3 , with its acentric structure, shows strong second harmonic activity.  相似文献

NH?C5H3N)] and 2,3‐diaminopyridines [F3CC(O)CH?CR1(2‐NH2‐3‐NH? C5H3N)], where R1 = H, Me, C6H5, 4‐FC6H4, 4‐CIC6H4, 4‐BrC6H4, 4‐CH3C6H4, 4‐OCH3C6H4, 4,4′‐biphenyl, 1‐naphthyl, 2‐thienyl, 2‐furyl, is reported. The corresponding series of 2‐aryl(heteroaryl)‐4‐trifluoromethyl‐3H‐pyrido[2,3‐b][1,4]diazepin‐4‐ols obtained from intramolecular cyclization reaction of the respective trifluoroacetyl enamines or from the direct cyclocondensation reaction of 4‐methoxy‐1,1,1‐trifluoroalk‐3‐en‐2‐ones with 2,3‐diaminopyridine, under mild conditions, is also reported.  相似文献

Due to their versatile coordination modes and metal‐binding conformations, triazolyl ligands can provide a wide range of possibilities for the construction of supramolecular structures. Seven mononuclear transition metal complexes with different structural forms, namely aquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]zinc(II), [Zn(C14H11N4)2(H2O)], (I), bis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]bis(nitrato‐κO )zinc(II), [Zn(NO3)2(C14H12N4)2], (II), bis(methanol‐κO )bis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]zinc(II), [Zn(C14H11N4)2(CH4O)2], (III), diiodidobis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]cadmium(II), [CdI2(C14H12N4)2], (IV), bis[5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐κ2N 3,N 4]bis(nitrato‐κO )cadmium(II), [Cd(NO3)2(C14H12N4)2], (V), aquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]cobalt(II), [Co(C14H11N4)2(H2O)], (VI), and diaquabis[3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazolato‐κ2N 1,N 5]nickel(II), [Ni(C14H11N4)2(H2O)2], (VII), have been prepared by the reaction of transition metal salts (ZnII, CdII, CoII and NiII) with 3‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐5‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1H‐1,2,4‐triazole (pymphtzH) under either ambient or hydrothermal conditions. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. All the complexes form three‐dimensional supramolecular structures through hydrogen bonds or through π–π stacking interactions between the centroids of the pyridyl or arene rings. The pymphtzH and pymphtz entities act as bidentate coordinating ligands in each structure. Moreover, all the pyridyl N atoms are coordinated to metal atoms (Zn, Cd, Co or Ni). The N atom in the 4‐position of the triazole group is coordinated to the Zn and Cd atoms in the crystal structures of (II), (IV) and (V), while the N atom in the 1‐position of the triazolate group is coordinated to the Zn, Co and Ni atoms in (I), (III), (VI) and (VII).  相似文献

Reaction of copper(I) thiocyanate and triphenylphosphane with the bidentate Schiff base N,N′‐bis(trans‐2‐nitrocinnamaldehyde)ethylenediamine {Nca2en, (1); systematic name (1E,1′E,2E,2′E)‐N,N′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐imine]}, C20H18N4O4, in a 1:1:1 molar ratio in acetonitrile resulted in the formation of the complex {(1E,1′E,2E,2′E)‐N,N′‐(ethane‐1,2‐diyl)bis[3‐(2‐nitrophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐imine]‐κ2N,N′}(thiocyanato‐κN)(triphenylphosphane‐κP)copper(I)], [Cu(NCS)(C20H18N4O4)(C18H15P)] or [Cu(NCS)(Nca2en)(PPh3)], (2). The Schiff base and copper(I) complex have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, electronic and 1H NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography [from synchrotron data for (1)]. The molecule of (1) lies on a crystallographic inversion centre, with a trans conformation for the ethylenediamine unit, and displays significant twists from coplanarity of its nitro group, aromatic ring, conjugated chain and especially ethylenediamine segments. It acts as a bidentate ligand coordinating via the imine N atoms to the CuI atom in complex (2), in which the ethylenediamine unit necessarily adopts a somewhat flattened gauche conformation, resulting in a rather bowed shape overall for the ligand. The NCS ligand is coordinated through its N atom. The geometry around the CuI atom is distorted tetrahedral, with a small N—Cu—N bite angle of 81.56 (12)° and an enlarged opposite angle of 117.29 (9)° for SCN—Cu—P. Comparisons are made with the analogous Schiff base having no nitro substituents and with metal complexes of both ligands.  相似文献

The N‐heterocyclic ligand 2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole (imb) has a rich variety of coordination modes and can lead to polymers with intriguing structures and interesting properties. In the coordination polymer catena‐poly[[cadmium(II)‐bis[μ‐benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylato‐κ4O1,O1′:O2,O2′]‐cadmium(II)‐bis{μ‐2‐[(1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl]‐1H‐benzimidazole}‐κ2N2:N32N3:N2] dimethylformamide disolvate], {[Cd(C8H4O4)(C11H10N4)]·C3H7NO}n, (I), each CdII ion exhibits an irregular octahedral CdO4N2 coordination geometry and is coordinated by four O atoms from two symmetry‐related benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate (1,2‐bdic2−) ligands and two N atoms from two symmetry‐related imb ligands. Two CdII ions are connected by two benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate ligands to generate a binuclear [Cd2(1,2‐bdic)2] unit. The binuclear units are further connected into a one‐dimensional chain by pairs of bridging imb ligands. These one‐dimensional chains are further connected through N—H…O hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions, leading to a two‐dimensional layered structure. The dimethylformamide solvent molecules are organized in dimeric pairs via weak interactions. In addition, the title polymer exhibits good fluorescence properties in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The title saccharinate complexes, aqua[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐onato 1,1‐dioxide‐N]bis(1,10‐phenanthroline‐N,N′)manganese(II) 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐onate 1,1‐dioxide,[Mn(C7H4NO3S)(C12H8N2)2(H2O)](C7H4NO3S), and aqua[1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐onato 1,1‐dioxide‐N]bis(2,2′‐bipyridine‐N,N′)cobalt(II) 1,2‐benzisothiazol‐3(2H)‐onate 1,1‐dioxide, [Co(C7H4NO3S)(C10H8N2)2(H2O)](C7H4NO3S), have been prepared and their crystal structures determined at 150 K. The structure of the manganese complex consists of repeated alternating [Mn(phen)2(sac)(H2O)]+ cations and non‐coordinated saccharinate anions. The water molecule, bound to manganese as part of a slightly distorted octahedral arrangement, is hydrogen bonded to an O atom of the SO2 group in the saccharinate counter‐ion. In contrast, the cobalt complex has one pseudo‐octahedral [Co(bipy)2(sac)(H2O)]+ cation, with the cobalt‐bound water molecule hydrogen bonded to the N atom of the accompanying free saccharinate anion.  相似文献

Tin(IV) complexes of the series of dianionic terdentate Schiff bases N‐[(2‐pyrroyl)methylidene]‐N′‐tosylbenzene‐1,2‐diamine, (H2L1), N‐[(2‐hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]‐N′‐tosylbenzene‐1,2‐diamine (H2L2) and some R substituted 2‐{[(2‐hydroxyphenyl)imino]methyl}phenols [R = H (H2L3), 4,6‐(OCH3)2 (H2L4), 3‐(OC2H5) (H2L5) and 3,5‐Br2 (H2L6)] have been synthesized. The compounds were obtained by the electrochemical oxidation of a tin anode in a cell containing an acetonitrile solution of the corresponding ligand. The complex [SnL12] was also obtained by reaction of SnCl2·2H2O and H2L1 in methanol in the presence of triethylamine. The crystal structure of the ligand [H2L6] and the complexes [SnL12] (1) , [SnL22] (2) , [SnL32] (3) and [SnL62] (6) were determined by X‐ray diffraction. In the complexes, the tin atom is in an octahedral environment coordinated by two dianionic terdentate ligands. Spectroscopic data for the complexes (IR, 1H and 119Sn NMR and mass spectra) are discussed and related to structural information.  相似文献

The first primary 2‐aminocarba‐closo‐dodecaborates [1‐R‐2‐H2N‐closo‐CB11H10]? (R=H ( 1 ), Ph ( 2 )) have been synthesized by insertion reactions of (Me3Si)2NBCl2 into the trianions [7‐R‐7‐nido‐CB10H10]3?. The difunctionalized species [1,2‐(H2N)2closo‐CB11H10] ( 3 ) and 1‐CyHN‐2‐H3N‐closo‐CB11H10 (H‐ 4 ) have been prepared analogously from (Me3Si)2NBCl2 and 7‐H3N‐7‐nido‐CB10H12. In addition, the preparation of [Et4N][1‐H2N‐2‐Ph‐closo‐CB11H10] ([Et4N]‐ 5 ) starting from PhBCl2 and 7‐H3N‐7‐nido‐CB10H12 is described. Methylation of the [1‐Ph‐2‐H2N‐closo‐CB11H10]? ion ( 2 ) to produce 1‐Ph‐2‐Me3N‐closo‐CB11H10 ( 6 ) is reported. The crystal structures of [Et4N]‐ 2 , [Et4N]‐ 5 , and 6 were determined and the geometric parameters were compared to theoretical values derived from DFT and ab initio calculations. All new compounds were studied by NMR, IR, and Raman spectroscopy, MALDI mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. The discussion of the experimental NMR chemical shifts and of selected vibrational band positions is supported by theoretical data. The thermal properties were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The pKa values of 2‐H3N‐closo‐CB11H11 (H‐ 1 ), 1‐H3N‐closo‐CB11H10 (H‐ 7 ), and 1,2‐(H3N)2closo‐CB11H10 (H2‐ 3 ) were determined by potentiometric titration and by NMR studies. The experimental results are compared to theoretical data (DFT and ab initio). The basicities of the aminocarba‐closo‐dodecaborates agree well with the spectroscopic and structural properties.  相似文献

Following our interest in nitrogen chemistry, we now describe the synthesis, structure, and bonding of labile disilylated diazene, its GaCl3 adduct, and the intriguing trisilylated diazenium ion [(Me3Si)2N?N‐SiMe3]+, a dark blue and highly labile (Tdecomp>?30 °C) homoleptic cation of the type [R3N2]+. Although direct silylation of Me3Si‐N?N‐SiMe3 failed, the [(Me3Si)2N?N‐SiMe3]+ ion was generated in a straightforward two‐electron oxidation reaction from mercury(II) dihydrazide and Ag[GaCl4]. Moreover, previous structure data of Me3Si‐N?N‐SiMe3 were revised on the basis of new data.  相似文献

The assembly sequence of the coordination cluster [Zn5(H2Ln)6](NO3)4]⋅8 H2O⋅2 CH3OH ( Zn5 , H3Ln=(1,2‐bis(benzo[d]imidazol‐2‐yl)‐ethenol) involves in situ dehydration of 1,2‐bis(benzo[d]imidazol‐2‐yl)‐1,2‐ethanediol (H4L) through the formation of the [Zn(H3L)2]+ monomer, dimerization to [Zn2(H3L)2]+, dehydration of the ligand to [Zn2(H2Ln)2]+, and the final formation of the pentanuclear cluster. The cluster has the following special characteristics: 1) high stability in both refluxing 37 % HCl and 27 % NH3, 2) low cytotoxicity, and 3) pH‐sensitive fluorescence in the visible‐to‐near‐infrared (Vis/NIR) region in the solid state and in solution. We have applied it as a fluorescent probe both in vivo and in vitro. Its H‐bonding ability is the key to its affinity and selectivity for imaging lysosomes in HeLa cells and tumors in male BALB/C mice. It provides a new type of sensitive and biocompatible fluorescent probe for detecting small tumors (13.5 mm3).  相似文献

Five‐coordinate Cr(N)(salen) {salen is 2,2′‐[ethane‐1,2‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolate} reacts with [RhCl(COD)]2 (COD is 1,5‐cyclooctadiene) to yield the heterobimetallic nitride‐bridged title compound, namely chlorido‐2κCl‐[2(η4)‐1,5‐cyclooctadiene]{2,2′‐[ethane‐1,2‐diylbis(nitrilomethylidyne)]diphenolato‐1κ4O,N,N′,O′}‐μ‐nitrido‐1:2κ2N:N‐chromium(V)rhodium(I), [CrRh(C16H14N2O2)ClN(C8H12)]. The Cr—N bond of 1.5936 (14) Å is elongated by only 0.035 Å compared to the terminal Cr—N bond in the precursor. The nitride bridge is close to being linear [173.03 (9)°] and the Rh—N bond of 1.9594 (14) Å is very short for a monodentate nitrogen‐donor ligand, indicating significant π‐acceptor character of the Cr[triple‐bond]N group.  相似文献

The structures of three compounds with potential antimalarial activity are reported. In N,N‐diethyl‐N′‐(7‐iodoquinolin‐4‐yl)ethane‐1,2‐diamine, C15H20IN3, (I), the molecules are linked into ribbons by N—H⋯N and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. In N‐(7‐bromoquinolin‐4‐yl)‐N′,N′‐diethylethane‐1,2‐diamine dihydrate, C15H20BrN3·2H2O, (II), two aminoquinoline molecules and four water molecules form an R54(13) hydrogen‐bonded ring which links to its neighbours to form a T5(2) one‐dimensional infinite tape with pendant hydrogen bonds to the aminoquinolines. The phosphate salt 7‐chloro‐4‐[2‐(diethylammonio)ethylamino]quinolinium bis(dihydrogenphosphate) phosphoric acid, C15H22ClN32+·2H2PO4·H3PO4, (III), was prepared in order to establish the protonation sites of these compounds. The phosphate ions form a two‐dimensional hydrogen‐bonded sheet, while the aminoquinoline cations are linked to the phosphates by N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds from each of their three N atoms. While the conformation of the quinoline region hardly varies between (I), (II) and (III), the amino side chain is much more flexible and adopts a significantly different conformation in each case. Aromatic π–π stacking interactions are the only supramolecular interactions seen in all three structures.  相似文献

A series of aliphatic organoimido derivatives of hexamolybdate based on amantadine, namely (nBu4N)2[Mo6O18(?NC10H15)] ( 1 ), (nBu4N)2 {cis‐[Mo6O17(?NC10H15)2]} ( 2 ), (nBu4N)2{trans‐[Mo6O17(?NC10H15)2]} ( 3 ), and (nBu4N)2[Mo6O16(?NC10H15)3] ( 4 ), was synthesized in reasonable yield by dehydration with N,N′‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC). They were characterized by IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy, elemental analysis, ESI mass spectrometry, and single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis. The spectral and structural similarities and differences between monosubstituted, cis‐disubstituted, and trans‐disubstituted organoimido derivatives were elucidated and may provide guidance for related work on organoimido‐functionalized Lindqvist‐type polyoxometalates. In addition, trans‐disubstituted and polysubstituted derivatives containing aliphatic organoimido ligands have not yet been reported, and the crystal structure of the trans isomer may lead us to a deeper understanding of disubstituted derivatives. Furthermore, proliferation and morphology of MCF‐7 cells were studied with compound 1 . The present results show that the DCC‐dehydrating protocol could be an efficient approach to covalently graft bioactive ligands such as amantadine onto POMs and enhance their application in clinical cancer treatment.  相似文献

Carbon monoxide (CO) has recently been identified as a gaseous signaling molecule that exerts various salutary effects in mammalian pathophysiology. Photoactive metal carbonyl complexes (photoCORMs) are ideal exogenous candidates for more controllable and site‐specific CO delivery compared to gaseous CO. Along this line, our group has been engaged for the past few years in developing group‐7‐based photoCORMs towards the efficient eradication of various malignant cells. Moreover, several such complexes can be tracked within cancerous cells by virtue of their luminescence. The inherent luminecscent nature of some photoCORMs and the change in emission wavelength upon CO release also provide a covenient means to track the entry of the prodrug and, in some cases, both the entry and CO release from the prodrug. In continuation of the research circumscribing the development of trackable photoCORMs and also to graft such molecules covalently to conventional delivery vehicles, we report herein the synthesis and structures of three rhenium carbonyl complexes, namely, fac‐tricarbonyl[2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐κ2N ,N ′](4‐vinylpyridine‐κN )rhenium(I) trifluoromethanesulfonate, [Re(C7H7N)(C12H8N2S)(CO)3](CF3SO3), ( 1 ), fac‐tricarbonyl[2‐(quinolin‐2‐yl)‐1,3‐benzothiazole‐κ2N ,N ′](4‐vinylpyridine‐κN )rhenium(I) trifluoromethanesulfonate, [Re(C7H7N)(C16H10N2S)(CO)3](CF3SO3), ( 2 ), and fac‐tricarbonyl[1,10‐phenanthroline‐κ2N ,N ′](4‐vinylpyridine‐κN )rhenium(I) trifluoromethanesulfonate, [Re(C7H7N)(C12H8N2)(CO)3](CF3SO3), ( 3 ). In all three complexes, the ReI center resides in a distorted octahedral coordination environment. These complexes exhibit CO release upon exposure to low‐power UV light. The apparent CO release rates of the complexes have been measured to assess their comparative CO‐donating capacity. The three complexes are highly luminescent and this in turn provides a convenient way to track the entry of the prodrug molecules within biological targets.  相似文献

The preparation of coordination polymers (CPs) based on either transition metal centres or rare‐earth cations has grown considerably in recent decades. The different coordination chemistry of these metals allied to the use of a large variety of organic linkers has led to an amazing structural diversity. Most of these compounds are based on carboxylic acids or nitrogen‐containing ligands. More recently, a wide range of molecules containing phosphonic acid groups have been reported. For the particular case of Ca2+‐based CPs, some interesting functional materials have been reported. A novel one‐dimensional Ca2+‐based coordination polymer with a new organic linker, namely poly[[diaqua[μ4‐(4,5‐dicyano‐1,2‐phenylene)bis(phosphonato)][μ3‐(4,5‐dicyano‐1,2‐phenylene)bis(phosphonato)]dicalcium(II)] tetrahydrate], {[Ca2(C8H4N2O6P2)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n, has been prepared at ambient temperature. The crystal structure features one‐dimensional ladder‐like 1[Ca2(H2cpp)2(H2O)2] polymers [H2cpp is (4,5‐dicyano‐1,2‐phenylene)bis(phosphonate)], which are created by two distinct coordination modes of the anionic H2cpp2− cyanophosphonate organic linkers: while one molecule is only bound to Ca2+ cations via the phosphonate groups, the other establishes an extra single connection via a cyano group. Ladders close pack with water molecules through an extensive network of strong and highly directional O—H…O and O—H…N hydrogen bonds; the observed donor–acceptor distances range from 2.499 (5) to 3.004 (6) Å and the interaction angles were found in the range 135–178°. One water molecule was found to be disordered over three distinct crystallographic positions. A detailed solution‐state NMR study of the organic linker is also provided.  相似文献

Three new metal(II)–cytosine (Cy)/5‐fluorocytosine (5FC) complexes, namely bis(4‐amino‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one‐κN3)diiodidocadmium(II) or bis(cytosine)diiodidocadmium(II), [CdI2(C4H5N3O)2], ( I ), bis(4‐amino‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one‐κN3)bis(nitrato‐κ2O,O′)cadmium(II) or bis(cytosine)bis(nitrato)cadmium(II), [Cd(NO3)2(C4H5N3O)2], ( II ), and (6‐amino‐5‐fluoro‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one‐κN3)aquadibromidozinc(II)–6‐amino‐5‐fluoro‐1,2‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐one (1/1) or (6‐amino‐5‐fluorocytosine)aquadibromidozinc(II)–4‐amino‐5‐fluorocytosine (1/1), [ZnBr2(C4H5FN3O)(H2O)]·C4H5FN3O, ( III ), have been synthesized and characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. In complex ( I ), the CdII ion is coordinated to two iodide ions and the endocyclic N atoms of the two cytosine molecules, leading to a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The structure is isotypic with [CdBr2(C4H5N3O)2] [Muthiah et al. (2001). Acta Cryst. E 57 , m558–m560]. In compound ( II ), each of the two cytosine molecules coordinates to the CdII ion in a bidentate chelating mode via the endocyclic N atom and the O atom. Each of the two nitrate ions also coordinates in a bidentate chelating mode, forming a bicapped distorted octahedral geometry around cadmium. The typical interligand N—H…O hydrogen bond involving two cytosine molecules is also present. In compound ( III ), one zinc‐coordinated 5FC ligand is cocrystallized with another uncoordinated 5FC molecule. The ZnII atom coordinates to the N(1) atom (systematic numbering) of 5FC, displacing the proton to the N(3) position. This N(3)—H tautomer of 5FC mimics N(3)‐protonated cytosine in forming a base pair (via three hydrogen bonds) with 5FC in the lattice, generating two fused R22(8) motifs. The distorted tetrahedral geometry around zinc is completed by two bromide ions and a water molecule. The coordinated and nonccordinated 5FCs are stacked over one another along the a‐axis direction, forming the rungs of a ladder motif, whereas Zn—Br bonds and N—H…Br hydrogen bonds form the rails of the ladder. The coordinated water molecules bridge the two types of 5FC molecules via O—H…O hydrogen bonds. The cytosine molecules are coordinated directly to the metal ion in each of the complexes and are hydrogen bonded to the bromide, iodide or nitrate ions. In compound ( III ), the uncoordinated 5FC molecule pairs with the coordinated 5FC ligand through three hydrogen bonds. The structures of 3‐amino‐1,2R,4S,5‐tetraammoniopentane tetrachloride monohydrate, C5H21N54+·4Cl?·H2O, and 1,2R,3,4S,5‐pentaammoniopentane tetrachlorozincate trichloride monohydrate, (C5H22N5)[ZnCl4]Cl3·H2O, have been determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. Both compounds show a complex network of N—H?O, O—H?Cl and N—H?Cl hydrogen bonds. There are a total of 14 H atoms of the tetra‐cation and 15 H atoms of the penta‐cation available for hydrogen bonding. However, due to the particular shape of the primary linear polyammonium cations, only a certain number of H atoms can be involved in hydrogen‐bond formation. It is further shown that hydrogen bonding has an influence on the conformation of such alkylammonium cations.  相似文献
