Benzothiazole derivatives are a class of privileged molecules due to their biological activity and pharmaceutical applications. One route to these molecules is via intramolecular cyclization of thioureas to form substituted 2‐aminobenzothiazoles, but this often requires harsh conditions or employs expensive metal catalysts. Herein, the copper(II)‐ and gold(III)‐mediated cyclizations of thioureas to substituted 2‐aminobenzothiazoles are reported. The single‐crystal X‐ray structures of the thiourea N‐(3‐methoxyphenyl)‐N ′‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)thiourea, C13H13N3OS, and the intermediate metal complexes aquabis[5‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐yl‐κN )‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐amine‐κN 3]copper(II) dinitrate, [Cu(C13H11N3OS)2(H2O)](NO3)2, and bis{2‐[(5‐methoxy‐1,3‐benzothiazol‐2‐yl)amino]pyridin‐1‐ium} dichloridogold(I) chloride monohydrate, (C13H12N3OS)2[AuCl2]Cl·H2O, are reported. The copper complex exhibits a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal geometry, with direct metal‐to‐benzothiazole‐ligand coordination, while the gold complex is a salt containing the protonated uncoordinated benzothiazole, and offers evidence that metal reduction (in this case, AuIII to AuI) is required for the cyclization to proceed. As such, this study provides further mechanistic insight into the role of the metal cations in these transformations.  相似文献

New photoreactive calixarene derivatives containing spiro ortho ester groups (calixarenes 3a–3c ) were synthesized by the reaction of 2‐bromomethyl‐1,4,6‐trioxaspiro[4.4]nonane with 2,8,14,20‐tetramethyl‐4,6,10,12,16,18,22,24‐octakis(carboxymethoxy)calix[4]resorcinarene, 5,11,17,23,29,35‐hexamethyl‐37,38,39,40,41,42‐hexakis(carboxymethoxy)calix[6]arene, and 5,11,17,23,29,35,41,47‐octa‐tert‐butyl‐49,50,51,52, 53,54,55,56‐octakis‐(carboxymethoxy)calix[8]arene, which were prepared by the reaction of C‐methylcalix[4]resorcinarene, p‐methylcalix[6]arene, and ptert‐butylcalix[8]arene, respectively. The thermal stability of the obtained calixarene derivatives containing spiro ortho ester groups was examined with thermogravimetric analysis, and it was found that these calixarene derivatives had good thermal stability. The photoinitiated cationic polymerization of spiro ortho ester groups in calixarene derivatives 3a–3c was examined with certain photoacid generators in the film state. Interestingly enough, the reaction of calixarene derivatives did not proceed with only photoirradiation; however, the reaction proceeded smoothly when the photoirradiation was followed by heating. Furthermore, calixarene 3a , composed of a C‐methylcalix[4]resorcinarene structure, showed the highest photochemical reactivity in this reaction system. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The structures of three syn‐1,3‐dialkoxythiacalix[4]arenes with unusual conformations in the solid state are reported. The pinched cone conformation of syn‐22,42‐dihydroxy‐12,32‐bis(prop‐2‐enyloxy)thiacalix[4]arene, C30H24O4S4, (3a), is stabilized by two intramolecular hydrogen bonds, remarkably formed from both OH groups to the same ether O atom. In syn‐22,42‐dihydroxy‐15,25,35,45‐tetranitro‐12,32‐bis(prop‐2‐enyloxy)thiacalix[4]arene acetone disolvate, C30H20N4O12S4·2C3H6O, (3b1), the molecule is found in the 1,3‐alternate conformation. The crystallographic C2 symmetry is due to a twofold rotation axis running through the centre of the calixarene ring. The hydroxy groups cannot form intramolecular hydrogen bonds as in (3a) and both are bonded to an acetone solvent molecule. The molecule of the pseudo‐polymorph of (3b1) in which the same compound crystallized without any solvent, viz. (3b2), is located on a crystallographic mirror plane. Only one of the two hydroxy groups forms a hydrogen bond, and this is with a nitro group of a neighbouring molecule as acceptor. Molecular mechanics calculations for syn‐1,3‐diethers suggest a preference of the 1,3‐alternate over the usual cone conformation for thiacalix[4]arene versus calix[4]arene and for para‐nitro versus para‐H derivatives.  相似文献

In the crystal structures of the conformational isomers hydrogen {phosphono[(pyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino]methyl}phosphonate monohydrate (pro‐E), C6H10N2O6P2·H2O, (Ia), and hydrogen {phosphono[(pyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino]methyl}phosphonate (pro‐Z), C6H10N2O6P2, (Ib), the related hydrogen {[(2‐chloropyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl)amino](phosphono)methyl}phosphonate (pro‐E), C6H9ClN2O6P2, (II), and the salt bis(6‐chloropyridin‐3‐aminium) [hydrogen bis({[2‐chloropyridin‐1‐ium‐3‐yl(0.5+)]amino}methylenediphosphonate)] (pro‐Z), 2C5H6ClN2+·C12H16Cl2N4O12P42−, (III), chain–chain interactions involving phosphono (–PO3H2) and phosphonate (–PO3H) groups are dominant in determining the crystal packing. The crystals of (Ia) and (III) comprise similar ribbons, which are held together by N—H...O interactions, by water‐ or cation‐mediated contacts, and by π–π interactions between the aromatic rings of adjacent zwitterions in (Ia), and those of the cations and anions in (III). The crystals of (Ib) and (II) have a layered architecture: the former exhibits highly corrugated monolayers perpendicular to the [100] direction, while in the latter, flat bilayers parallel to the (001) plane are formed. In both (Ib) and (II), the interlayer contacts are realised through N—H...O hydrogen bonds and weak C—H...O interactions involving aromatic C atoms.  相似文献

The crystal structures of [(Z)‐2‐methylbut‐1‐en‐1‐yl][4‐(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]iodonium trifluoromethanesulfonate, C12H13F3I+·CF3O3S?, (I), (3,5‐dichlorophenyl)[(Z)‐2‐methylbut‐1‐en‐1‐yl]iodonium trifluoromethanesulfonate, C11H12Cl2I+·CF3O3S?, (II), and bis{[3,5‐bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl][(Z)‐2‐methylbut‐1‐en‐1‐yl]iodonium} bis(trifluoromethanesulfonate) dichloromethane solvate, 2C13H12F6I+·2CF3O3S?·CH2Cl2, (III), are described. Neither simple acyclic β,β‐dialkyl‐substituted alkenyl(aryl)idonium salts nor a series containing electron‐deficient aryl rings have been described prior to this work. Compounds (I)–(III) were found to have distorted square‐planar geometries, with each I atom interacting with two trifluoromethanesulfonate counter‐ions.  相似文献

The structures of five compounds consisting of (prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine complexed with copper in both the CuI and CuII oxidation states are presented, namely chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(I) 0.18‐hydrate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]·0.18H2O, (1), catena‐poly[[copper(I)‐μ2‐(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ5N,N′,N′′:C2,C3] perchlorate acetonitrile monosolvate], {[Cu(C15H17N3)]ClO4·CH3CN}n, (2), dichlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) dichloromethane monosolvate, [CuCl2(C15H17N3)]·CH2Cl2, (3), chlorido{(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II) perchlorate, [CuCl(C15H17N3)]ClO4, (4), and di‐μ‐chlorido‐bis({(prop‐2‐en‐1‐yl)bis[(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]amine‐κ3N,N′,N′′}copper(II)) bis(tetraphenylborate), [Cu2Cl2(C15H17N3)2][(C6H5)4B]2, (5). Systematic variation of the anion from a coordinating chloride to a noncoordinating perchlorate for two CuI complexes results in either a discrete molecular species, as in (1), or a one‐dimensional chain structure, as in (2). In complex (1), there are two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit. Complex (2) consists of the CuI atom coordinated by the amine and pyridyl N atoms of one ligand and by the vinyl moiety of another unit related by the crystallographic screw axis, yielding a one‐dimensional chain parallel to the crystallographic b axis. Three complexes with CuII show that varying the anion composition from two chlorides, to a chloride and a perchlorate to a chloride and a tetraphenylborate results in discrete molecular species, as in (3) and (4), or a bridged bis‐μ‐chlorido complex, as in (5). Complex (3) shows two strongly bound Cl atoms, while complex (4) has one strongly bound Cl atom and a weaker coordination by one perchlorate O atom. The large noncoordinating tetraphenylborate anion in complex (5) results in the core‐bridged Cu2Cl2 moiety.  相似文献

In the hydrated adduct N,N′‐dimethylpiperazine‐1,4‐diium bis(3‐carboxy‐2,3‐dihydroxypropanoate) dihydrate, [MeNH(CH2CH2)2NHMe]2+·2(C4H5O6)?·2H2O or C6H16N22+·2C4H5O6?·2H2O, formed between racemic tartaric acid and N,N′‐dimethylpiperazine (triclinic P, Z′ = 0.5), the cations lie across centres of inversion. The anions alone form chains, and anions and water molecules together form sheets; the sheets are linked by the cations to form a pillared‐layer framework. The supramolecular architecture thus takes the form of a family of N‐dimensional N‐component structures having N = 1, 2 or 3.  相似文献

Although it has not proved possible to crystallize the newly prepared cyclam–methylimidazole ligand 1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane (LIm1), the trans and cis isomers of an NiII complex, namely trans‐aqua{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate) monohydrate, [Ni(C15H30N6)(H2O)](ClO4)2·H2O, (1), and cis‐aqua{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate), [Ni(C15H30N6)(H2O)](ClO4)2, (2), have been prepared and structurally characterized. At different stages of the crystallization and thermal treatment from which (1) and (2) were obtained, a further two compounds were isolated in crystalline form and their structures also analysed, namely trans‐{1‐[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}(perchlorato)nickel(II) perchlorate, [Ni(ClO4)(C15H30N6)]ClO4, (3), and cis‐{1,8‐bis[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane}nickel(II) bis(perchlorate) 0.24‐hydrate, [Ni(C20H36N6)](ClO4)2·0.24H2O, (4); the 1,8‐bis[(1‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl)methyl]‐1,4,8,11‐tetraazacyclotetradecane ligand is a minor side product, probably formed in trace amounts in the synthesis of LIm1. The configurations of the cyclam macrocycles in the complexes have been analysed and the structures are compared with analogues from the literature.  相似文献

Much attention has been paid by chemists to the construction of supramolecular coordination compounds based on the multifunctional ligand 5‐sulfosalicylic acid (H3SSA) due to the structural and biological interest of these compounds. However, no coordination compounds have been reported for the multifunctional amino‐substituted sulfobenzoate ligand 2‐amino‐5‐sulfobenzoic acid (H2asba). We expected that H2asba could be a suitable building block for the assembly of supramolecular networks due to its interesting structural characteristics. The reaction of cadmium(II) nitrate with H2asba in the presence of the auxiliary flexible dipyridylamide ligand N,N′‐bis[(pyridin‐4‐yl)methyl]oxamide (4bpme) under ambient conditions formed a new mixed‐ligand coordination compound, namely bis(3‐amino‐4‐carboxybenzenesulfonato‐κO1)diaquabis{N,N′‐bis[(pyridin‐4‐yl)methyl]oxamide‐κN}cadmium(II)–N,N′‐bis[(pyridin‐4‐yl)methyl]oxamide–water (1/1/4), [Cd(C7H6NO5S)2(C14H14N4O2)2(H2O)2]·C14H14N4O2·4H2O, (1), which was characterized by single‐crystal and powder X‐ray diffraction analysis (PXRD), FT–IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TG), and UV–Vis and photoluminescence spectroscopic analyses in the solid state. The central CdII atom in (1) occupies a special position on a centre of inversion and exhibits a slightly distorted octahedral geometry, being coordinated by two N atoms from two monodentate 4bpme ligands, four O atoms from two monodentate 4‐amino‐3‐carboxybenzenesulfonate (Hasba) ligands and two coordinated water molecules. Interestingly, complex (1) further extends into a threefold polycatenated 0D→2D (0D is zero‐dimensional and 2D is two‐dimensional) interpenetrated supramolecular two‐dimensional (4,4) layer through intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The interlayer hydrogen bonding further links adjacent threefold polycatenated two‐dimensional layers into a three‐dimensional network. The optical properties of complex (1) indicate that it may be used as a potential indirect band gap semiconductor material. Complex (1) exhibits an irreversible dehydration–rehydration behaviour. The fluorescence properties have also been investigated in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

In 4‐fluoroisoquinoline‐5‐sulfonyl chloride, C9H5ClFNO2S, (I), one of the two sulfonyl O atoms lies approximately on the isoquinoline plane as a result of minimizing the steric repulsion between the chlorosulfonyl group and the neighbouring F atom. In (S)‐(−)‐4‐fluoro‐N‐(1‐hydroxypropan‐2‐yl)isoquinoline‐5‐sulfonamide, C12H13FN2O3S, (II), there are two crystallographically independent molecules (Z′ = 2). The molecular conformations of these two molecules differ in that the amine group of one forms an intramolecular bifurcated hydrogen bond with the F and OH groups, whilst the other forms only a single intramolecular N—H...F hydrogen bond. The N—H...F hydrogen bonds correspond to weak coupling between the N(H) and 19F nuclei, observed in the 1H NMR solution‐state spectra. In (S)‐(−)‐4‐[(4‐fluoroisoquinolin‐5‐yl)sulfonyl]‐3‐methyl‐1,4‐diazepan‐1‐ium chloride, C15H19FN3O2S+·Cl, (III), the isoquinoline plane is slightly deformed, suggestive of a steric effect induced by the bulky substituent on the sulfonyl group.  相似文献

Two polymorphs of biphenyl‐4,4′‐diaminium bis(3‐carboxy‐4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate) dihydrate, C12H14N22+·2C7H5O6S·2H2O, have been obtained and crystallographically characterized. Polymorph (I) crystallizes in the space group P21/c with Z′ = 2 and polymorph (II) in the space group P with Z′ = 0.5. The benzidinium cation in (II) is located on a crystallographic inversion centre. In both (I) and (II), the sulfonic acid H atoms are transferred to the benzidine N atoms, forming dihydrated 1:2 molecular adducts (base–acid). In the crystal packings of (I) and (II), the component ions are linked into three‐dimensional networks by combinations of X—H...O (X = O, N and C) hydrogen bonds. In addition, π–π interactions are observed in (I) between inversion‐related benzene rings [centroid–centroid distances = 3.632 (2) and 3.627 (2) Å]. In order to simplify the complex three‐dimensional networks in (I) and (II), we also give their rationalized topological analyses.  相似文献

The syntheses of three bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)methane derivatives, namely bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)methanone, C17H10OS2, (I), 1,1‐bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)‐3‐(trimethylsilyl)prop‐2‐yn‐1‐ol, C22H20OS2Si, (II), and 1,1‐bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)prop‐2‐yn‐1‐ol, C19H12OS2, (III), are described and their crystal structures discussed comparatively. The conformation of ketone (I) and the respective analogues are rather similar for most of the compounds compared. This is true for the interplanar angles, the Caryl—Cbridge—Caryl angles and the dihedral angles. The best resemblance is found for a bioisotere of (I), viz. 2,2′‐dinaphthyl ketone, (VII). By way of interest, the crystal packings also reveal similarities between (I) and (VII). In (I), the edge‐to‐face interactions seen between two napthyl residues in (VII) are substituted by S…π contacts between the benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl units in (I). In the structures of the bis(benzo[b]thiophen‐2‐yl)methanols, i.e. (II) and (III), the interplanar angles are also quite similar compared with analogues and related active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) containing the dithiophen‐2‐ylmethane scaffold, though the dihedral angles show a larger variability and produce unsymmetrical molecules.  相似文献

1‐[6‐(1H‐Pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl)pyridin‐2‐yl]‐1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐7‐ium tetrachloridoferrate(III), (C19H14N5)[FeCl4], (II), and [2,6‐bis(1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl‐κN7)pyridine‐κN]bis(nitrato‐κO)copper(II), [Cu(NO3)2(C19H13N5)], (III), were prepared by self‐assembly from FeCl3·6H2O or Cu(NO3)2·3H2O and 2,6‐bis(1H‐pyrrolo[2,3‐b]pyridin‐1‐yl)pyridine [commonly called 2,6‐bis(azaindole)pyridine, bap], C19H13N5, (I). Compound (I) crystallizes with Z′ = 2 in the P space group, with both independent molecules adopting a transtrans conformation. Compound (II) is a salt complex with weak C—H...Cl interactions giving rise to a zigzag network with π‐stacking down the a axis. Complex (III) lies across a twofold rotation axis in the C2/c space group. The CuII center in (III) has an N3O2 trigonal–bipyramidal environment. The nitrate ligand coordinates in a monodentate fashion, while the bap ligand adopts a twisted tridentate binding mode. C—H...O interactions give rise to a ribbon motif.  相似文献

The structures of new oxaindane spiropyrans derived from 7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐carbaldehyde (SP1), namely N‐benzyl‐2‐[(7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐yl)methylidene]hydrazinecarbothioamide, C27H25N3O3S, (I), at 120 (2) K, and N′‐[(7‐hydroxy‐3′,3′‐dimethyl‐3′H‐spiro[chromene‐2,1′‐isobenzofuran]‐8‐yl)methylidene]‐4‐methylbenzohydrazide acetone monosolvate, C27H24N2O4·C3H6O, (II), at 100 (2) K, are reported. The photochromically active Cspiro—O bond length in (I) is close to that in the parent compound (SP1), and in (II) it is shorter. In (I), centrosymmetric pairs of molecules are bound by two equivalent N—H...S hydrogen bonds, forming an eight‐membered ring with two donors and two acceptors.  相似文献

In the title coordination compound, catena‐poly[[[bis[diaquacadmium(II)]‐μ2trans‐1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene]bis{μ2‐2,2′‐[(5‐carboxymethoxy‐m‐phenylene)dioxy]diacetato}] trans‐1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene solvate dihydrate], {[Cd2(C12H10O9)2(C12H10N2)(H2O)4]·C12H10N2·2H2O}n, (I), each CdII centre adopts a pentagonal–bipyramidal coordination geometry. The incompletely deprotonated 2,2′‐[(5‐carboxymethoxy‐m‐phenylene)dioxy]diacetate (TCMB) ligands and trans‐1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethene (bpe) ligands both act as bidentate bridges, linking the CdII centres into one‐dimensional ladders, which are connected into an undulating two‐dimensional (6,3) layer through O—H...N hydrogen bonds between the carboxylate groups of the TCMB ligands and the N atoms of the uncoordinated bpe ligands. Each undulating layer polycatenates two other identical layers, exhibiting the unusual combination of both 2D → 2D parallel and 2D → 3D parallel interpenetration (2D and 3D are two‐ and three‐dimensional, respectively).  相似文献

(Z)‐3‐(1H‐Indol‐3‐yl)‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C15H10N2S, (I), and (Z)‐3‐[1‐(4‐tert‐butylbenzyl)‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl]‐2‐(3‐thienyl)acrylonitrile, C26H24N2S, (II), were prepared by base‐catalyzed reactions of the corresponding indole‐3‐carboxaldehyde with thiophene‐3‐acetonitrile. 1H/13C NMR spectral data and X‐ray crystal structures of compounds (I) and (II) are presented. The olefinic bond connecting the indole and thiophene moieties has Z geometry in both cases, and the molecules crystallize in space groups P21/c and C2/c for (I) and (II), respectively. Slight thienyl ring‐flip disorder (ca 5.6%) was observed and modeled for (I).  相似文献

Two different one‐dimensional supramolecular chains with CoII cations have been synthesized based on the semi‐rigid ligand 2‐[1‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl]quinoline (L), obtained by condensation of 2‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)quinoline and 4‐(chloromethyl)pyridine hydrochloride. Starting from different CoII salts, two new compounds have been obtained, viz. catena‐poly[[[dinitratocobalt(II)]‐μ‐2‐[1‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl]quinoline] dichloromethane monosolvate acetonitrile monosolvate], {[Co(NO3)2(C22H16N4)]·CH2Cl2·CH3CN}n, (I) and catena‐poly[[[dichloridocobalt(II)]‐μ‐2‐[1‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl]quinoline] methanol disolvate], {[CoCl2(C22H16N4)]·2CH3OH}n, (II). In (I), the CoII centres lie in a distorted octahedral [CoN3O3] coordination environment. {Co(NO3)2L}n units form one‐dimensional helical chains, where the L ligand has different directions of twist. The helical chains stack together via interchain π–π interactions to form a two‐dimensional sheet, and another type of π–π interaction further connects neighbouring sheets into a three‐dimensional framework with hexagonal channels, in which the acetonitrile molecules and disordered dichloromethane molecules are located. In (II), the CoII centres lie in a distorted trigonal–bipyramidal [CoCl2N3] coordination environment. {CoCl2L}n units form one‐dimensional chains. The chains interact via C—H...π and C—H...Cl interactions. The result is that two‐dimensional sheets are generated, which are further linked into a three‐dimensional framework via interlayer C—H...Cl interactions. When viewed down the crystallographic b axis, the methanol solvent molecules are located in an orderly manner in wave‐like channels.  相似文献

Different extended packing motifs of dichlorido[2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,10‐phenanthroline]copper(II), [CuCl2(C17H11N3)], are obtained, depending on the crystallization conditions. A triclinic form, (I), is obtained from dimethylformamide–diethyl ether or methanol, whereas crystallization from dimethylformamide–water yields a monoclinic form, (II). In each case, the CuII centre is in a five‐coordinate distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. The extended packing for both forms can be described as a highly offset π‐stacking arrangement, with interlayer distances of 3.674 (3) and 3.679 (3) Å for forms (I) and (II), respectively. The reaction of diprotonated Pt(tmpip2NCN)Cl [tmpip2NCN = 2,6‐bis(2,2,6,6‐tetramethylpiperidylmethyl)benzyl] with AgPF6 under acidic conditions, followed by the addition of 2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,10‐phenanthroline, results in a hydrogen‐bonded cocrystal, 2,2,6,6‐tetramethyl‐4‐oxopiperidinium hexafluorophosphate–2‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)‐1,10‐phenanthroline (1/1), C9H18NO+·PF6·C17H11N3, (III). The extended packing maximizes π–π interactions in a parallel face‐to‐face arrangement, with an interlayer stacking distance of 3.4960 (14) Å.  相似文献

Both 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile and 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐4‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile crystallize from dimethylformamide solutions as stoichiometric 1:1 solvates, viz. C29H21N5·C3H7NO, (I), and C29H21N5O·C3H7NO, (II), respectively; however, 6‐(1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine‐5‐carbonitrile, C31H25N5O3, (III), crystallizes in the unsolvated form. The heterocyclic components of (I) are linked by C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds to form cyclic centrosymmetric dimers, from which the solvent molecules are pendent, linked by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. In (II), the heterocyclic components are linked by a combination of C—H...N and C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds into chains containing two types of centrosymmetric ring, and the pendent solvent molecules are linked to these chains by N—H...O hydrogen bonds. Molecules of (III) are linked into simple C(12) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, and these chains are weakly linked into pairs by an aromatic π–π stacking interaction.  相似文献

A second polymorphic form (form I) of the previously reported compound {2‐[(2‐hydroxyethyl)iminiomethyl]phenolato‐κO}dioxido{2‐[(2‐oxidoethyl)iminomethyl]phenolato‐κ3O,N,O′}molybdenum(VI) (form II), [Mo(C9H9NO2)O2(C9H11NO2)], is presented. The title structure differs from the previously reported polymorph [Głowiak, Jerzykiewicz, Sobczak & Ziółkowski (2003). Inorg. Chim. Acta, 356 , 387–392] by the fact that the asymmetric unit contains three molecules linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. These trimeric units are further linked through O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a chain parallel to the [11] direction. As in the previous polymorph, each molecule is built up from an MoO22+ cation surrounded by an O,N,O′‐tridentate ligand (OC6H4CH=NCH2CH2O) and weakly coordinated by a second zwitterionic ligand (OC6H4CH=N+HC2H4OH). All complexes are chiral with the absolute configuration at Mo being C or A. The main difference between the two polymorphs results from the alternation of the chirality at Mo within the chain.  相似文献
