Abstract

A series of novel side group-modified cyclotriphosphazene derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene [N3P3Cl6] with 2,2′-diphenol and the potassium salt of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, and subsequent reduction of aldehyde groups to alcohol groups by the use of sodium borohydride. The bromination reaction was carried out with PBr3 to give N3P3(O2C12H8) (p-BrCH2-C6H4-O-)4. This compound was employed in reactions with macrocyclic polyamides, imidazole, or morpholine to produce title compounds. The target compounds were characterized by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, 13C NMR, and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.

The geometric structure of monophenoxy-substituted cyclotriphosphazene P3N3Cl5OC6H5 conformers and nongeminally substituted cis, nongeminally substituted trans, and geminally substituted trans-P3N3Cl4(OC6H5)2 diphenoxy derivatives of cyclotriphosphazene was determined by the nonempirical Hartree-Fock and Kohn-Sham methods. These compounds can be used as templates for valence and programmed supramolecular synthesis. Secondary interactions between phenoxy groups stabilizing the molecular structure of the template were revealed and quantitatively analyzed in terms of electron and electron energy densities for nongeminally substituted cis-P3N3Cl4(OC6H5)2.  相似文献

The reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene (1) with p-aminophenol (2) produced two new products: the open chain compound N3P3Cl5(NHC6H4OH) (3), and the bridged compound N3P3Cl5(NHC6H4O)N3P3Cl5(4). The compounds 3 and 4 were separated and characterized by elemental analysis, massspectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of compounds 3 and 4 were determined by X-ray crystallography. Compound 3 is the first example of cyclotriphosphazene including (p-hydroxyphenyl) amino group and compound 4 was the first example of the N-substituted p-aminophenoxy group with cyclotriphosphazene.  相似文献

A Cu(II)-methylmalonate complex, (C3H7N6)4[Cu(II)(C4H4O4)2](H2O)4Cl2 (1) (where C3H7N6 = protonated melamine, C4H4O4 = methylmalonic acid), has been synthesized from aqueous media and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The anionic Cu(II)-methylmalonate complex mediated formation of interesting supramolecular assemblies in the solid state by means of ionic interactions with protonated melamine. Moreover, other forces such as antielectrostatic H-bonding and π+π+ interactions also play a crucial role in defining the final 3-D architecture of 1. An interesting stacking among protonated melamine molecules is studied by DFT calculations. Lattice water molecules and chlorides form various hydrogen bonds to take part in the self-assembly processes.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-thiazoline-2-thione (TZDSH) with SnR2Cl2 (R=Ph 1, Me 2, Bu 3) in dry ethanol in the presence of sodium ethoxide leads to [SnR2(C3H4NS2)2] (1, 2, and 3), respectively. Reaction between TZDSH and SnPh2Cl2 in dichloromethane and dry ethanol in an inert atmosphere produces [SnPh2Cl2(C3H5NS2)2] (4). The yields of the products were over 80%. These new complexes have been characterized by IR, UV-Vis, multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry, as well as elemental analysis.  相似文献

Abstract

Three novel cyclotriphosphazene derivatives were designed. Abstract

The reactions of cyclotriphosphazene (1) with 2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-ethanol (2) were investigated. 2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-ethanol (2) is a tri-functional reagent consisting of both aliphatic hydroxyl and the secondary amino groups and its nucleophilic substitution reactions with cylotriphosphazene can lead to different product types; open chain, spiro, ansa, bridged and their mixtures. The reactions with one, two and three equimolar ratios of 2-(2-hydroxyethylamino)-ethanol, in the presence of NaH at 0–10?°C and at room temperature gave the following cyclotriphosphazene derivatives: one mono-spiro, N3P3Cl4[O–(CH2)2–NH–(CH2)2–O] (3, 1:1, r.t.); its isomer mono-ansa (5, 1:1, r.t.); one dispiro, N3P3Cl2[O–(CH2)2–NH–(CH2)2–O]2 (4, 1:1, r.t.); its isomer spiro-ansa (6, 1:2, r.t.); and one single-bridged compound with spiro substituted units, N3P3Cl3[O–(CH2)2–NH–(CH2)2–O]3N3P3Cl3 (7, 1:3, at 0–10?°C); as well as single-, N3P3Cl5[O–(CH2)2–NH–(CH2)2–O]N3P3Cl5 (8, 1:2, r.t.), double-, N3P3Cl4[O–(CH2)2–NH–(CH2)2–O]2N3P3Cl4 (9, 1:2, r.t.), and tri-bridged, N3P3Cl3[O–(CH2)2–NH–(CH2)2–O]3N3P3Cl3 (10, 1:3, at 0–10?°C) derivatives. Triple-bridged derivative is the major product in this system. The structures of the novel-derived compounds were characterized by TLC-MS, FT-IR, elemental analysis, 1H, and 31P NMR spectral.  相似文献

Adducts of cucurbit[6]uril with Ca2+ and trinuclear cluster chloroaquacomplexes (H9O4)2(H7O3)2[(Ca(H2O)5)2(C36H36N24O12)]Cl8·0.67H2O (1) and [(Ca(H2O)5)2(C36H36N24O12)]× [Mo3O2S2Cl6(H2O)3]2·13H2O (2) are obtained and structurally characterized. The structures of both compounds contain polymeric [Ca(H2O) n ]22 CB[6]∞ cations that form infinite columns; the space between them is filled with Cls- (1) and [Mo3O2S2Cl6(H2O)3]2s- (2). A new (H7O3)2(H5O2)× [Mo3S4Cl6.25Br0.25(H2O)2](C36H36N24O12)·CH2Cl2·6H2O complex (3) is also obtained and structurally characterized.  相似文献

Abstract

From the reactions of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl6 (1) with pentane-1,5-diol (2) in dichloromethane solution, the following derivatives have been isolated: 2,2-spiro(1′,5′-pentanedioxy)-4,4,6,6-tetrachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl4[O(CH2)5O] (3); its ansa isomer, 1,3-ansa(1′,5′-pentanedioxy)-1,3,5,5-tetrachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene, (4); bis spiro(1′,5′-pentanedioxy)-6,6-dichlorocyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl2[O(CH2)5O]2 (5); its spiro-ansa isomer, (1′,5′-pentanedioxy)-1,3-dichlorocyclotriphosphazatriene (6); as well as the bino(1,5-pentanedioxy)-di-(pentachlorocyclotriphosphazatriene), N3P3Cl5 [O(CH2)5O]N3P3Cl5 (7), and tri-bino(1,5-pentanedioxy)-di (trichlorocyclotriphosphazatriene), N3P3Cl3[O(CH2)5O]3N3P3Cl3, (8) derivatives. Their structures were established by MS and NMR with the use of 1H, 13C, and 31P spectroscopy. Product types and relative yields are compared with those of the previously investigated diol derivatives. The yield of the mono-ansa product (25%) obtained in this system was considerably increased relative to those of the propane-1,3-diol derivative (11.2%) and decreased relative to the 2,2-dimethyl-propane-1,3-diol (36.2%), and bis(2-hydroxyethyl) ether (34.5%) derivatives.  相似文献

The reaction of N9,N9′-(tri or tetramethylene)-bisadenines (Ade2Cx; x = 3 or 4) in HCl 2 M at 50 °C with MCl2 · 2H2O [M = Zn(II), Cd(II)] yields outer sphere compounds like the previously described [(H-Ade)2C3][ZnCl4] · H2O (3) and [(H-Ade)2C3]2[Cd2Cl8(H2O)2] · 4H2O (4) for Ade2C3 and the new {[(H-Ade)2C4][Cd2Cl6(H2O)2] · 2H2O}n (5) for Ade2C4. On the other hand, only in case of Zn(II) complexes by changing [HCl] to 0.1 M, the inner sphere compounds [H-(Ade)2C3(ZnCl3)] (6) and [H-(Ade)2C4(ZnCl3)] · 1.5H2O (7) are obtained. X-ray diffraction study of compound 6, which represents the first inner sphere complex with a N9,N9′-bisadenine, shows a zwitterionic form with one adenine ring protonated at N(1) while the other ring is coordinated via N(7) to a ZnCl3 moiety as in other alkyl-adenine derivatives. In addition, with Ade2C4, is also possible to obtain another inner sphere complex: [(H-Ade)2C4(ZnCl3)2] · 3H2O (8).  相似文献

Abstract

Reactions of non-gem-hexanedioxytetrachlorocyclotriphosphazene (1) with monofunctional nucleophilic reagents, 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)thiophene (2), benzyl alcohol (3) and 1,1,3,3-tetramethylguanidine (4) were investigated. The reactions, using an excess of NaH, in THF solutions, under refluxing conditions and with 1:2?mole ratios allow the synthesis of the following novel cyclotriphosphazene derivatives: 2,4-dichloro-2,4-(hexane-1,6-dioxy)-6,6-[2-(2-ethoxy)hiophene]-cyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl2[O(CH2)6O-(C6H8OS)2] (5); 2,4-(hexane-1,6-dioxy)-2,4,6,6-[2-(2-ethoxy) thiophene]-cyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3[O(CH2)6O-(C6H8OS)4] (6); 2,4-dichloro-2,4-(hexane-1,6-dioxy)-6,6-(methoxybenzene)-cyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl2[O(CH2)6O-(C6H5CH2O)2] (7); 2,4-(hexane-1,6-dioxy)-2,4,6,6-(methoxybenzene)-cyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3[O(CH2)6O-(C6H5CH2O)4] (8); and 2,4-dichloro-2,4-(hexane-1,6-dioxy)-6,6-(1,1,3,3-tetramethyguanidine)-cyclotriphosphazatriene, N3P3Cl2[O(CH2)6O-HN-CN2(CH3)4] (9). The structures of the synthesized compounds (5–9) have been characterized by elemental analysis, TLC-MS, 1H, 13C and 31P {+1H} and {?1H} NMR spectral data.  相似文献

Sulfur/oxygen-bridged incomplete cubane-type triphenylphosphine molybdenum and tungsten-clusters [Mo3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·3THF (1A), [Mo3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·2THF (2A), [Mo3OS3Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·2THF (1B), and [W3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3]·2THF (1C) were prepared from the corresponding aqua clusters and PPh3 in THF/MeOH. On recrystallization from THF, procedures with and without addition of hexane to the solution gave 1A and 2A, respectively, while the procedures gave no effect on the formation of 1B and 1C. Crystallographic results obtained are as follows: 1A: monoclinic, P21/n, a=17.141(4) Å, b=22.579(5) Å, c=19.069(4) Å, =96.18(2)°, V=7337(3) Å3, Z=4, R(R w)=0.078(0.102); 1C: monoclinic, P2 1/c, a=12.635(1) Å, b=20.216(4) Å, c=27.815(3) Å, =96.16(1)°, V=7062(2) Å3, Z=4, R(R w)=0.071(0.083). If the phenyl groups are ignored, the molecule [Mo3S4Cl4(H2O)2(PPh3)3] in 2A has idealized CS symmetry with the mirror plane perpendicular to the plane determined by the metal atoms, while the molecule in 1A does not have the symmetry. The tungsten compound 1C is isomorphous with the molybdenum compound 2A. 31P NMR spectra of 1A, 2A, and 1C were obtained and compared with similar clusters with dmpe (1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane) ligands.  相似文献

A new silicated cyclotriphosphazene N3P3(O2C12H8)2(OC6H4Si(CH3)3)(OC6H4Br) 1 has been synthesized and characterized. The solid state pyrolysis of 1 in air gives a nanostructured SiP2O7 3D network. The morphology of the network strongly depends on the temperature of the pyrolysis. Spinal-like columns and ring-shaped SiP2O7 are formed at 800 °C, while, at 600 °C, fused grains of about 300 nm were observed. Based on air TG and DSC thermal studies, we propose the mechanism of formation for the nanostructured network.  相似文献

The title complex, bis[μ3cisN‐(2‐aminopropyl)‐N′‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)oxamidato(3−)]‐1:2:4κ7N,N′,N′′,O:O′,O′′:O′′′;2:3:4κ7O′′′:N,N′,N′′,O:O′,O′′‐bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)‐2κ2N,N′;4κ2N,N′‐dichlorido‐1κCl,3κCl‐tetracopper(II) dihydrate, [Cu4(C12H12N3O4)2Cl2(C10H8N2)2]·2H2O, consists of a neutral cyclic tetracopper(II) system having an embedded centre of inversion and two solvent water molecules. The coordination of each CuII atom is square‐pyramidal. The separations of CuII atoms bridged by cisN‐(2‐aminopropyl)‐N′‐(2‐carboxylatophenyl)oxamidate(3−) and carboxyl groups are 5.2096 (4) and 5.1961 (5) Å, respectively. A three‐dimensional supramolecular structure involving hydrogen bonding and aromatic stacking is observed.  相似文献

In this paper, we have illustrated the utilisation of a second-sphere coordination approach to construct supramolecular inclusion solids with varieties of guest molecules. A flexible molecule N,N,N′,N′-tetra-p-methylbenzyl-ethylenediamine (L1) bearing doubly protonated H-bond donors was designed, capable of forming N–H…Cl hydrogen bonds with a crystallographically unique chloride anion, to construct an anion-directed ligand. The pillared double-layered host framework was constructed by an anion-directed ligand and primary coordination sphere [CoCl4]2 ?  through weak C–H…Cl hydrogen-bonding interactions. A variety of guest molecules, such as p-anisaldehyde, 1,4-dimethoxy-2,5-bis(methoxymethyl)benzene, can be included, leading to the formation of novel supramolecular inclusion solids: [L1]·4[H]+·[CoCl4]2 ? ·2Cl·1.5[C8H8O2]·0.25[CH3OH] (1) and [L1]·4[H]+·[CoCl4]2 ? ·2Cl·1.5[C12H20O4]·0.5[CH3OH] (2).

We have presented herein the utilisation of a second-sphere coordination approach to construct supramolecular inclusion solids with a variety of guest molecules. A novel type of a pillared double-layered host framework was constructed by a second-sphere coordination between the anion-directed ligand (L1 = N,N,N′,N′-tetra-p-methylbenzyl-ethylenediamine) and [CoCl4]2 ?  through weak C–H…Cl hydrogen-bonding interaction, and a variety of guest molecules, such as p-anisaldehyde, 1,4-dimethoxy-2,5-bis(methoxymethyl)benzene, can be included, leading to the formation of supramolecular inclusion solids: [L1]·4[H]+·[CoCl4]2 ? ·2Cl·1.5[C8H8O2]·0.25[CH3OH] (1) and [L1]·4[H]+·[CoCl4]2 ? ·2Cl·1.5[C12H20O4]·0.5[CH3OH] (2)

Three Ln(III)/K(I) (Ln = La, Ce and Nd) heterobismetal-capped cucurbit[5]uril molecular capsules, {[LaK(C30H30N20O10)Cl]Cl(H2O)3}Cl2·8H2O (1), {[CeK(C30H30N20O10)Cl]Cl(H2O)3}Cl4(H3O)2 2 + ·8H2O (2) and {[NdK(C30H30N20O10)Cl]Cl(H2O)3}Cl2·12.5H2O (3), were synthesised by self-assembly in aqueous solution, and their anion encapsulation property was confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The effect of the lanthanide cation radius on the structure of the heterobismetal-capped cucurbit[5]uril molecular capsules has been investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, C13H8Cl4N5O6P3, consists of a non‐planar trimeric phosphazene ring and a bulky 2,2′‐methylenebis(4‐nitrophenoxy) side group which predominantly determines the molecular shape. With respect to the corresponding values in the reference compound N3P3Cl6, the endocyclic angle around one P atom is the same, but the exocyclic angle is increased, while the endocyclic and exocyclic angles about another P atom are both decreased. This situation is different from that in other reported phosphazene derivatives.  相似文献

Molybdenum(II) Halide Clusters with two Alcoholate Ligands: Syntheses and Crystal Structures of (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl12(OCH3)2] and (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl12(OC15H11)2] · 2C4H6O3 . Reaction of Mo6Cl12 with two equivalents of sodium methoxide in the presence of 2,2,2-crypt yields (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl12(OCH3)2] ( 1 ), which can be converted to (C18H36N2O6Na)2[Mo6Cl12(OC15H11)2] · 2C4H6O3 ( 2 ) by metathesis with 9-Anthracenemethanole in propylene carbonate. As confirmed by X-ray single crystal structure determination ( 1 : C2/m, a=25.513(8) Å, b=13.001(3) Å, c=10.128(3) Å, β=100.204(12)°; : C2/c, a=15.580(5) Å, b=22.337(5) Å, c=27.143(8) Å, β=98.756(10)°) the compounds contain anionic cluster units [Mo6ClCl(ORa)2]2? with two alcoholate ligands in terminal trans positions ( 1 : d(Mo—Mo) 2.597(2) Å to 2.610(2) Å, d(Mo—Cli) 2.471(3) Å to 2.493(4) Å, d(Mo—Cla) 2.417(8) Å and 2.427(8) Å, d(Mo—O) 2.006(13) Å; 2 : d(Mo—Mo) 2.599(3) Å to 2.628(3), d(Mo—Cli) 2.468(8) Å to 2.506(7) Å, d(Mo—Cla) 2.444(8) Å and 2.445(7) Å, d(Mo—O) 2.012(19) Å).  相似文献

Abstract

The synthesis and the chemical, physical and spectral properties of N-aminoglyphosate ethylester (hydrazino-N′-carbethoxymethyl-N′-methylphosphonic acid) 4a, H2OPCH2N(NH2)CH2CO2C2H5, of hydrazino-N′-carbethoxymethyl-N′-methyl-P-methylphosphinic acid 4b, CH3(HO2)PCH2N(NH2)-CH2CO2C2H5, and of azaglyphosate ethylester (hydrazino-N-carbethoxymethyl-N-methyl-phosphonic acid 9, H2O3PCH2NHNHCH2CO2C2H5, are described. 4a, 9 and 10 exhibit plant growth regulating properties.  相似文献

A functionalized cyclotriphosphazene with four pyrazolyl substituents, N3P3(MeNC2H4O)(dmp)4 where dmp = 3,5-dimethylpyrazole, has been synthesized and characterized. The reaction of this potentially multi-site coordinating cyclotriphosphazene with diorganotin(IV) dichlorides, SnR2Cl2 (R = Ph, Me), leads to dinuclear [(SnPh2Cl2)2{N3P3(MeNC2H4O)(dmp)4}] (1) and mononuclear [(SnMe2Cl2){N3P3(MeNC2H4O)(dmp)4}] (2) complexes. These new compounds were characterized by elemental analysis and IR, 1H, 31P and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. On the basis of these data, in the complex 1 pyrazolylcyclotriphosphazene acts as a bis-bidentate ligand and coordinates to two SnPh2Cl2 molecules via two geminal pyrazolyl nitrogen atoms. As for complex 2, coordination to one SnMe2Cl2 molecule occurs through two nongeminally substituted pyrazolyl nitrogens. The 119Sn NMR data are consistent with the increasing of coordination number of tin(IV) in solution.  相似文献
