A novel dichloro zinc complex (L1)ZnCl2, where L1 is N,N′-bis-(2,6-dichloro-benzyl)-(R,R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane, has been synthesized and characterized. The dimethyl derivatives, generated in situ from the well characterized dichloro zinc complexes (L1)ZnCl2 and (L2)ZnCl2, where L2 is N,N′-bis-(benzyl)-(R,R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane, were employed as initiators for the ring opening polymerization (ROP) of rac-lactide (rac-LA). The complexes were found to be highly efficient initiators yielding the polylactide (PLA) with a narrow molecular weight distribution. The catalytic activity and heterotactic selectivity of the Zn(II) complexes were affected by the substituents on the phenyl groups of benzyl moieties in (R,R)-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. The dimethyl derivative of (L2)ZnCl2 produced highly stereocontrolled PLA with Pr = 0.75 at −25 °C.  相似文献

Chiral N,N-diaryl C2-symmetric diamines and N-aryl,N′-formyl-trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane are readily accessed by copper catalyzed N,N-diarylation and N-aryl,N′-formylation of trans-(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane with aryl bromides. N,N′-diarylation using (R)-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine and iodobenzene gave the corresponding (R)-N,N-diphenyl-1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diamine derivative in 83% yield.  相似文献

Herein, we report an efficient, greener, and solvent-free novel method for the synthesis of 3-substituted quinazolin-4(3H)ones and thienopyrimidin-4(3H)ones in a one-pot sequence using methyl anthranilate or 2-aminothiophene-3-carboxylate with N,N′-dimethyl formamide dimethyl acetal and various anilines. The driving force for this reaction is the removal of N,N′-dimethylamine by various anilines resulting in 3-substituted quinazolin-4(3H)ones and thienopyrimidin-4(3H)ones.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method for the preparation of 5′-O(N)-carbamyl and 5′-O(N)-polycarbamyl nucleoside derivatives is reported. The method consisted of treatment of 2′,3′-O-protected purine (Ado, Ino) or pyrimidine nucleosides (Thd, Urd) with trichloroacetylisocyanate, followed by cleavage of the trichloroacetyl moiety by silica-gel promoted methanolysis during column chromatography. Iterative application of this method gave mono, di, and tricarbamyl derivatives in good to excellent yields (ave = 80%).  相似文献

End-capped (N,N-dimethylaminophenyl) and 2′-thienylethynyl 2,5-thiophene oligomer structures were synthesized by heterocoupling between the terminal acetylenes such as: p-(N,N-dimethylaminophenyl)ethyne (3) [or 1-(p-(N,N-dimethylaminophenyl)-2-p-(ethynylphenyl)ethyne, 4]; p-(β-ethenyl-2′-thienyl)phenylethyne (E-9) [or p-(β-ethynyl-2′-thienyl)phenylethyne, 11], and 2,5-diiodothiophene, catalyzed by the Cl2Pd(PPh3)2/CuI system, in good to excellent yields. The 2,5-di[(3′,5′-di(trimethylsilylethynyl)phenyl]x-1-ethynyl]thiophene oligomers were prepared by heterocoupling between 3′,5′-di[(trimethylsilylethynyl)phenyl]x-1-ethyne (n = 0-2) terminal acetylenes and 2,5-diiodothiophene, in excellent yields. The terminal acetylenes were efficiently prepared by a specific protection-deprotection methodology. All the ethynylphenyl compounds obtained show fluorescence radiation emission, with a bathochromic shift of the wavelength that increases with the chain conjugation.  相似文献

The title compound RFC(O)NC(NMe2)2 (2) was prepared in virtually quantitative yield by reacting RFC(O)Cl with two equivalents of N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylguanidine and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. Due to severe steric crowding, the carbonyl group approaches a perpendicular arrangement (torsion angle of 70.1(2)°) with respect to the phenyl ring.  相似文献

A single step synthesis of 2,3-dialkyl-6-nitro-quinazolin-4(3H)-imines and 3,5-dialkyl-9-nitro-imidazo-[1,2-c]-quinazolin-2(3H)-ones from simple carbonyl compounds, primary amines or amino acid methyl esters and 2-azido-5-nitro-benzonitrile was developed. Key intermediates were N,N′-disubstituted amidines obtained by rearrangement of 4,5-dihydrotriazoles; the new heterocyclic rings were formed by spontaneous intramolecular reaction of the amino and cyano groups which are present in the intermediates.  相似文献

The solution structure of one of dithymidine monophosphate (TpT) analogues, containing an (N-acetyl)imino backbone linkage (NCOCH3) of 3′-O-(acetylimino)3′-de(phosphinico)-thymidylyl-(3,5′)-deoxythymidine (TNT), has been determined by proton NMR. Two structures, designated as major and minor forms, in a ratio of about 3:2 coexist when the solution temperature is <25°C. Both forms adopt anti conformation with respect to the glycosidic bond, S-type deoxyribofuranose pucker, and have no base stacking. The backbone torsion angles ε′, φON, φNC, and γ′ are trans, gauche+, gauche+, and gauche+ for the major form; and gauche, gauche, gauche, and gauche+ for the minor form. Only major form is found at >25°C.  相似文献

The asymmetric synthesis of (−)-(S,S)-homaline was achieved in 8 steps from commercially available starting materials using the diastereoselective conjugate addition of the novel lithium amide reagent lithium (R)-N-(3-chloropropyl)-N-(α-methyl-p-methoxybenzyl)amide to methyl cinnamate to install the correct stereochemistry. Subsequent functional group manipulation of the resultant β-amino ester and Sb(OEt)3-mediated macrolactamisation was followed by homodimerisation to give (−)-(S,S)-homaline in 18% overall yield, representing the first asymmetric, and by far the most efficient synthesis of this natural product reported to date.  相似文献

The reactions of [RuH(CO)Cl(PPh3)3] with N,N-bis(salicylidine)-hydrazine (H2bsh) and N,N-bis(salicylidine)-p-phenylene diammine (H2bsp) in presence of KOH in methanol led in the formation of neutral mononuclear complexes with the formulations [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(L)] (LHbsh or Hbsp). These present the first examples where the ligands H2bsh or H2bsp provide only two of its available donor sites for interaction with the metal centre. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, FAB-MS, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR and electronic spectral studies. Molecular structure of the representative complex [RuH(CO)(PPh3)2(Hbsh)] have been determined by single crystal X-ray analysis.  相似文献

In search for conglomerates of stereochemically labile organometallic reagents, three new complexes between diethylzinc and diamine ligands have been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Ligands include N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylethylenediamine (teeda), N-isopropyl-N,N′,N′-trimethylethylenediamine (itmeda), and (−)-sparteine (spa). Diethylzinc forms monomeric complexes, exhibiting a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry around zinc in all three complexes, viz. [ZnEt2(teeda)] (1), [ZnEt2(itmeda)] (2), and [ZnEt2(spa)] (3). Both 1 and 2 are stereochemically labile and exhibit chiral complexes, displaying different types of conformational chirality, but they form racemic crystals. By using the chiral crystals of 3 in a nucleophilic addition to benzaldehyde in the absence of solvent at low temperature, an increase in ee from approximately 8 to 10% was obtained (compared to the same reaction in solution). It thus seems feasible, not only to retain the enantioselectivity obtained in solution, but perhaps even to increase the ee by using solventless reactions.  相似文献

Novel condensation reaction of tropone with N-substituted and N,N′-disubstitued barbituric acids in Ac2O afforded 5-(cyclohepta-2′,4′,6′-trienylidene)pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (8a-f) in moderate to good yields. The 13C NMR spectral study of 8a-f revealed that the contribution of zwitterionic resonance structures is less important as compared with that of 8,8-dicyanoheptafulvene. The rotational barriers (ΔG) around the exocyclic double bond of mono-substituted derivatives 8a-c were obtained to be 14.51-15.03 kcal mol−1 by the variable temperature 1H NMR measurements. The electrochemical properties of 8a-f were also studied by CV measurement. Upon treatment with DDQ, 8a-c underwent oxidative cyclization to give two products, 7 and 9-substituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborates (11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4) in various ratios, while that of disubstituted derivatives 8d-f afforded 7,9-disubstituted cyclohepta[b]pyrimido[5,4-d]furan-8(7H),10(9H)-dionylium tetrafluoroborate (11d-f·BF4) in good yields. Similarly, preparation of known 5-(1′-oxocycloheptatrien-2′-yl)-pyrimidine-2(1H),4(3H),6(5H)-trione derivatives (14a-d) and novel derivatives 14e,f was carried out. Treatment of 14a-c with aq. HBF4/Ac2O afforded two kinds of novel products 11a-c·BF4 and 12a,c·BF4 in various ratios, respectively, while that of 14d-f afforded 11d-f. The product ratios of 11a-c·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 observed in two kinds of cyclization reactions were rationalized on the basis of MO calculations of model compounds 20a and 21a. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of 11a-f·BF4 and 12a-c·BF4 were studied, and structural characterization of 11c·BF4 based on the X-ray crystal analysis and MO calculation was also performed.  相似文献

Xylene/N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and xylene/ethanol were employed as mixed solvents, respectively, for the reverse atom transfer radical polymerization (R-ATRP) of styrene with the azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN)/CuBr2/N,N,N′,N′′,N′′-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine (PMDETA) initiating system. With a limited amount of DMF added in, CuBr2/PMDETA complex could dissolve well in the reaction system, so the control of polymerization was enhanced compared with the one in which simplex xylene was used as solvent. But the polarity of DMF leaded kinetics to deviation from first order. Ethanol could also improve the solubility of catalyst and be scavenged quickly by argon at 110°, therefore the impact of polarity of solvent on kinetics was negligible. Induction periods were not observed here indicating rapidly establishment of equilibrium between Cu(I) and Cu(II). This method that adding a little amount of polar solvent with low boiling point into non-polar solvent gives a new way to solve the problem of poor solubility of the catalyst in R-ATRP.  相似文献

The tetraruthenium cluster complex [Ru444-dmpu)(CO)10], H2dmpu = N,N′-bis(6-methylpyrid-2-yl)urea, has been prepared by treating [Ru3(CO)12] with H2dmpu in toluene at reflux temperature. An X-ray diffraction study has determined that this cluster has a butterfly metallic skeleton hold up by a doubly-deprotonated N,N′-bis(6-methylpyrid-2-yl)urea ligand (dmpu). This ligand has the pyridine N atoms attached to the wing-tip Ru atoms and the amido N atoms spanning Ru-Ru wing-edges, in such a way that the cluster has C2 symmetry. The donor atoms of doubly-deprotonated N,N′-dipyrid-2-ylureas seem to be appropriately arranged to hold butterfly tetranuclear clusters.  相似文献

Heating 1-carbamoylmethyl-2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolinium chloride in the presence of hydrazine bishydrate produces regioselectively the five-membered heterocycle 1-amino-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydro-9,9,9a-trimethylimidazo[1,2-a]indol-2(9H)-one. The assignment of the structure is based on extensive 1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectroscopic studies. No ring-chain tautomerism of the 1-amino-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]indol-2(9H)-one was observed to open-chain hydrazides or the corresponding six-membered 1,2,10,10a-tetrahydro[1,2,4]triazino[4,3-a]indol-3(4H)-one. Further transformations of 1-amino-1,2,3,9a-tetrahydroimidazo[1,2-a]indol-2(9H)-one were performed by treatment with aromatic aldehydes, acid chlorides and isocyanates giving access to 40 novel hydrazones, N,N′-diacylhydrazines, N-acyl-N′-carbamoylhydrazines and 1,3,4-oxadiazoles.  相似文献

Racemic 2,2′-bis[diarylstibano]-1,1′-binaphthyls [(±)-BINASbs] and 2,2′-bis[di(p-tolyl)bismuthano]-1,1′-binaphthyl [(±)-BINABi], which are the antimony and bismuth congeners of BINAP, have been prepared from 2,2′-dibromo-1,1′-binaphthyl (DBBN) via 2,2′-dilithio-1,1′-binaphthyl intermediate by treatment with the appropriate metal halides [(p-Tol)2SbBr, Ph2SbBr and (p-Tol)2BiCl]. The optical resolution of the (±)-BINASbs could be achieved via the separation of a mixture of the diastereomeric Pd-complexes derived from the reaction of (±)-BINASbs with di-μ-chlorobis{(S)-2-[1-(dimethylamino)-ethyl]phenyl-C1,N}dipalladium(II). Optically active (R)-BINASb and (R)-BINABi could be also obtained from optically active (R)-DBBN by the same procedure. The enantiopure BINASbs have been shown to be effective chiral ligands for the rhodium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of ketones.  相似文献

The following p-phenylenediamines (PPD): N,N,N,N-tetramethyl-p-phenylenediamine (TMPPD), N,N-dimethylbutyl-p-phenylenediamine (6PPD), N,N-diaryl-p-phenylenediamine (DPPD), tris-(N-dimethylpentyl-p-phenylenediamine)-N,N,N-1,3,5-triazine (6PPDTZ), have been oxidized under the action of O3 in diluted solutions. In all cases the radical cation or semiquinone radical was the first derivative formed by monoelectronic oxidation of the substrate. The radical cation has been studied by electronic spectroscopy and the electronic spectral changes of all mentioned PPD has been followed as function of the ozonation time. The results have been discussed in the frame of the antiozonant properties of these PPD which are used as antiozonant agents in diene rubber protection. It is shown that the antiozonant activity of each PPD considered correlates with the free enthalpy of formation of the respective radical cation. The lowest is the free energy of formation of a PPD radical cation and the highest is the antiozonant activity in a diene rubber compound.  相似文献

Mixed-ligand zinc complexes with N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmen) and R-salicylaldehyde N(4)-allyl thiosemicarbazones (R: 3-OCH3 (L1), 5-Br(L2)), [ZnL1,2(tmen)], were synthesized and the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, atomic absorption spectrometer, magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, electrospray ionization (ESI) and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (APCI) mass spectra and IR, UV–Vis, 1H NMR and 15N spectroscopies. Crystal of [ZnL2(tmen)] have a slightly distorted square pyramid involving O, N, S atoms of thiosemicarbazone and one N atom of tmen in basal plane and the other N atom of tmen in apex of the pyramid. The non-coordinated allyl group is disordered.  相似文献

Two series of new polyamides containing flexible ether linkages and laterally attached side rods (3a-i and 4a-i) were synthesized from 2,5-bis(4-aminophenoxy)-[1,1;4,1]terphenyl (1a) and 2,5-bis(4-amino-2-trifluoromethylphenoxy)-[1,1;4,1]terphenyl (1b), respectively, with various aromatic dicarboxylic acids by the direct phosphorylation polycondensation. The polymers were produced with high yields and moderate to high inherent viscosities (0.41-0.97 dl/g) that corresponded to weight-average molecular weights (by size exclusion chromatography) of 47,000-65,000. Except for some polyamides that derived from rigid diacids, the obtained polyamides were readily soluble in aprotic polar solvents, such as N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and could afford flexible and tough films via solvent casting. The polymer films cast from DMAc solutions possessed tensile strengths of 85-106 MPa and initial moduli of 1.82-2.96 GPa. These polyamides showed glass-transition temperatures (Tg) in the range of 206-263 °C (by DSC) and softening temperatures (Ts) in the range of 211-253 °C (by TMA). Decomposition temperatures (Td) for 10% weight loss all occurred above 400 °C (by TGA) in both nitrogen and air atmospheres. The polyamides 4a-i derived from trifluoromethyl-substituted diamine 1b generally showed a higher solubility, Tg and Ts but lower thermal stability as compared to the analogous polyamides 3a-i based on diamine 1a.  相似文献
