The adsorption of Fe(Ⅲ)ions from aqueous solution by chitosan alpha-ketoglutaric acid(KCTS)and hydroxamated chitosan alpha-ketoglutaric acid(HKCTS)was studied in a batch adsorption system.Experiments were carried out as function of pH,temperature,agitation rate and concentration of Fe(Ⅲ)ions.The Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption models were applied to describe the equilibrium isotherms and isotherm constants were determined.The Langmuir model agrees very well with experimental data.The pseudo-first-order and second-order kinetic models were used to describe the kinetic data and the rate constants were evaluated.The dynamical data fit well with the second-order kinetic model.The pseudo second-order kinetic model was indicated with the activation energy of 19.61 and 7.98 kJ/mol for KCTS and HKCTS,respectively.It is suggested that the overall rate of Fe(Ⅲ)adsorption is likely to be controlled by the chemical process.Results also showed that novel chitosan derivatives(KCTS and HKCTS)were favorable adsorbents.  相似文献

Porous chitosan(CS)/magnetic(Fe3O4 )/ferric hydroxide(Fe(OH)3 ) microsphere as novel and low-cost adsorbents for the removal of As(Ⅲ) have been synthesized via the electrospraying technology by a simple process of two steps. Characterization of the obtained adsorbents was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The adsorption kinetics and equilibrium isotherms were investigated in batch experiments. The Langmuir, Freundlich isotherm and pseudo-second order kinetic models agree well with the experimental data. The adsorption of As(Ⅲ) onto CS/Fe3O4 /Fe(OH)3 microspheres occurred rapidly and reached adsorption equilibrium after about 45 min. The maximum adsorption capacity of CS/Fe3O4 /Fe(OH)3 microspheres, calculated by the Langmuir isotherm model, was 8.47 mg g-1 , which is higher than that of CS/Fe3O4 /Fe(OH) 3 prepared by the conventional method (4.72 mg g-1 ). The results showed that the microspheres had a high adsorption capacity for As(Ⅲ) and a high separation efficiency due to their microporous structure and superparamagnetic characteristics. Present research may eventually lead to a simple and low cost method for fabricating microporous materials and application for removal of arsenic from aqueous solution.  相似文献

Thin layer chromatography(TLC) of cobalt and nickel has been performed on silica gel layers induced with alkali mediated cellulose extract.A novel combination of 10% aqueous solutions of Tween-20 and potassium thiocyanate in 1∶1(v/v) was identified as the best mobile phase for the selective separation of Co2+from Ni2+on the impregnated Silica Gel G layers.The chromatographic characteristics of the cations were studied and the limits of detection as well as the limits of quantification for Co2+and Ni2+were determined.The quantitative estimation of the cations was achieved from the digital image analysis of respective chromatograms.The proposed quantitative method was successfully applied with 0-0.50% error for the determination of Co2+from Ni2+in spiked samples of bauxite,soil and rock containing common cations such as Al3+,Fe2+,Ti4+,Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Cr6+,Mg2+,etc.under the optimized chromatographic conditions.  相似文献

A new kind of Fe-Si adsorbent was synthesized by iron oxide and diatomite after calcining and hydrothermal process. The influences of the initial Cu2+ concentration, p H and adsorption time on the Cu2+ removal efficiency were discussed. Three adsorption empirical kinetics equations and two thermodynamics equations were used to simulate the adsorption process. The microstructures of newly developed copper removal materials and properties of copper removal are characterized in details by SEM and EDS. Adsorption mechanism of the adsorbent was discussed. The suitable p H value for Cu2+ removal is 5.0 to 6.0 and the adsorption capacity increases with increasing the initial Cu2+ concentration. The adsorption kinetics of the adsorbent could be better described by pseudo second order kinetic model, whereas the adsorption isotherms highly conform to the Freundlich equation. The main crystalline phase of the adsorbent is Fe(Si O3) which can build porous structures conducive to the Cu2+ adsorption.  相似文献

The Pb(Ⅱ)ion-imprinting electrospun crosslinked chitosan nanofiber mats were fabricated by one-step electrospinning and ion-imprinting methods and their application as adsorbents for metal ions was also investigated.The resulting chitosan nanofiber mats were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The Pb(Ⅱ)ion-imprinting electrospun crosslinked chitosan nanofiber mats were used as adsorbents for the removal of Pb(Ⅱ)ions from aqueous or acid solutions.The effects of p H values,contact time,content of crosslinker(glutaraldehyde)on Pb(Ⅱ)ions adsorption were studied.The results indicated that the Pb(Ⅱ)ion-imprinting electrospun crosslinked chitosan nanofiber mats had the highest adsorption capacity of 110.0 mg/g at p H 7.The kinetic study demonstrated that the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ)ions followed the pseudo-second-order model.The equilibrium isotherm data showed that the Langmuir model was the most suitable for predicting the adsorption isotherm of the studied system.The Pb(Ⅱ)ion-imprinting electrospun crosslinked chitosan nanofiber mats had good adsorption selectivity,which illustrates the equilibrium adsorption capacity in the order of Pb(Ⅱ)Cu(Ⅱ)Zn(Ⅱ)Cd(Ⅱ)Ni(Ⅱ).The Pb(Ⅱ)ion-imprinting electrospun crosslinked chitosan nanofiber mats were stable and had good reuse ability.  相似文献

A method has been established to study the competing binding of metal ions with protein by a combined technique of microdialysis with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Ni2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Cu2+ and human serum albumin (HSA) were chosen as model metal ions and protein. The experimental results show that Ni2+ and Cu2+ share a common primary binding site on HSA, and Zn2+ and Cd2+ share a different common primary binding site from them, but there is a common multi-metal binding site for all of those four metal ions. This method show advantages of fast sampling, easily to be operated and especially to be useful when ideal spectroscopic probes are not available for the study of interaction between protein and metal ions.  相似文献

The transfer of Pb2+ facilitated by interfacial complexation with 5-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-6H-1,3,4-thiadiazin-2-amine(PPTA) at the polarized water/1,2-dicholoroethane(1,2-DCE) interface was investigated by cyclic voltammetry.We synthesized the thiadiazine derivative,PPTA,firstly.The transfer was performed at different metal concentrations and scan rates,and the obtained voltammetric transfer peaks toward Pb2+ ion over other divalent cations(Zn2+,Co2+,Ni2+,Cd2+,Hg2+,and Cu2+) were reversible.The dependence of the half-wave potentials of the Pb2+ ion on the concentration of PPTA in the organic phase indicates that the ion transfer is facilitated by the formation of 1:2(metal:ligand) complex in the organic phase with the association constant(lgβ2) of(17.1±0.2).  相似文献

A novel wastewater purification material was prepared by a hydrothermal method. It was mainly made from oyster shells with the merits of long service time, large surface area, high lead removal efficiency and excellent recyclable properties. The technological conditions were decided respectively based on the lead removal efficiencies. At pH = 5 and 30 ℃, for the wastewater with the initial concentration of Pb2+ to be 5 mg/L, adsorption time 24 h, and 1 mg to 40 mL of mass ratio between adsorbent and Pb2+, the maximum adsorption capacity can reach 0.19 mg/g. The lead removal material prepared by hydrothermal method has excellent recycle performance. The equilibrium adsorption capacity can get to 9.71 mg/g and the average Pb2+ removal rate is as high as 66.39%. After reusing for 60 times, the SEM observation shows that the hydrates of reticular formation is formed after hydrothermal modification, which provides a good attachment position for Pb2+, indicating the physical adsorption is dominant.  相似文献

A series of NixCo1-xCo2O4(0 ≤ x ≤ 1) spinel catalysts were prepared by the co-precipitation method and used for direct N2O decomposition. The decomposition pathway of the parent precipitates was characterized by thermal analysis. The catalysts were calcined at 500 °C for 3 h and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared, and N2 adsorption-desorption. Nickel cobaltite spinel was formed in the solid state reaction between NiO and Co3O4. The N2O decomposition measurement revealed significant increase in the activity of Co3O4 spinel oxide catalyst with the partial replacement of Co2+ by Ni2+. The activity of this series of catalysts was controlled by the degree of Co2+ substitution by Ni2+, spinel crystallite size, catalyst surface area, presence of residual K+, and calcination temperature.  相似文献

The transition-metal-catalyzed [2+2+2] cyclotrimerization of a diyne and an alkyne provides a convergent route to highly-substituted aromatic rings. This reaction possesses distinct drawbacks, especially low chemo- and regioselectivities, which hamper its application in combinatorial synthesis. These problems have been solved by the development of solid-supported [2+2+2]-cycloaddition reactions. If conducted on a solid-support, this reaction enables rapid combinatorial access to diverse sets of carbo- and heterocyclic small-molecule arrays. The scope of this methodology has been investigated by examining different immobilization strategies, different diyne precursors, and a variety of functionalized alkyne reaction partners. Overall, isoindoline, phthalan, and indan libraries were assembled in good to excellent yields and with high purities.  相似文献

Metal-mediated intracellular reactions are becoming invaluable tools in chemical and cell biology, and hold promise for strongly impacting the field of biomedicine. Most of the reactions reported so far involve either uncaging or redox processes. Demonstrated here for the first time is the viability of performing multicomponent alkyne cycloaromatizations inside live mammalian cells using ruthenium catalysts. Both fully intramolecular and intermolecular cycloadditions of diynes with alkynes are feasible, the latter providing an intracellular synthesis of appealing anthraquinones. The power of the approach is further demonstrated by generating anthraquinone AIEgens (AIE=aggregation induced emission) that otherwise do not go inside cells, and by modifying the intracellular distribution of the products by simply varying the type of ruthenium complex.  相似文献

Participation of alkenes and allenes in [2+2+2] cycloaddition reactions has attracted much attention recently. This version of the well‐established alkyne cyclotrimerization renders interesting products, such as cyclohexadienes and other polycycles, through cascade processes. Many mechanistic variations are observed when using certain metal complexes as catalysts. The frequent generation of stereogenic centers has prompted the development of efficient asymmetric versions. This Minireview summarizes the efforts reported to date on the use of double bonds as partners in [2+2+2] cyclotrimerizations.  相似文献

Photoionization mass spectrometer techniques have been employed to study the charge transfer reactions: Xe+ + O2 → O+2 + Xe and O+2 + Xe → Xe+ + O2. The results show the reaction of Xe+(2P32) ions with O2 molecules is much more efficient than the reaction of Xe+(2P12) ions with O2 molecules. The charge transfer reaction of O+2 ions with Xe atoms was detected for O+2 ions in the a 4Πu state.  相似文献

Abstract

A new inorganic ion exchanger, lead antimonate has been synthesized having an Pb:Sb ratio of 1:5 and cation exchange capacity of 1.46 mequiv./g. It is fairly stable in water and dilute solutions of acids, bases and salts. Ion distribution studies on twenty metal ions have been determined on this gel at pH 1,2,3 and 5. The following mixtures have been separated: Mg2+ - Pb2+, Zn2+ - Pb2+, Zn2+ - Pb2+, Cu2+ - Pb2+, Al3+ - Pb2+, Zn2+ - Cd2+ and Mg2+ - Cd2+. Mg2+ and Al3+ were removed with 0.4 M ammonium nitrate, Cu2+ and Zn2+ with 0.4 M ammonium nitrate + 0.1M nitric acid (1:1), Pb2+ with 0.5M nitric acid and Cd2+ with 0.25M nitric acid. A tentative structure of this material is proposed on the basis of chemical analysis, pH titrations, thermogravimetry and IR spectrophotometry.  相似文献

An efficient, modular synthesis of triptycene derivatives is presented, in which the triptycene ring system is constructed from readily available anthraquinone and alkyne starting materials.
