Two new Schiff base complexes of nickle(Ⅱ) [C18H20NiN2O4]·1.5H2O(1) and [C18H20N2NiO4]·H2O(2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV-Vis and X-ray crystal structure analysis.Both 1 and 2 crystallize in the orthorhombic system.Crystal 1:space group Pbcn with a = 12.8591(19),b = 14.779(2),c = 19.749(3) ,V = 3753.3(10) 3,C18H23N2NiO5.5,Mr = 414.07,Z = 8,Dc = 1.445 g/cm3,μ = 1.067 mm-1,F(000) = 1712,S = 1.037,the final R = 0.0741 and wR = 0.2101 for 4353 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) and R = 0.1157 and wR = 0.2380 for all data.Crystal 2:space group P21 with a = 9.4673(17),b = 11.559(2),c = 16.347(3) ,V = 1788.9(6) 3,C18H22N2NiO5,Mr = 405.07,Z = 4,Dc = 1.497 g/cm3,μ = 1.116 mm-1,F(000) = 840,S = 1.085,the final R = 0.0330 and wR = 0.0869 for 3151 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) and R = 0.0362 and wR = 0.0887 for all data.Each Ni atom of 1 and 2 is six-coordinated with two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms from two salicylidene-2-ethanolamine ligands yielding a distorted octahedral geometry.Dimer structure is observed in the packing diagram of 1.The thermal stability of complex 2 is also studied.  相似文献

A novel Schiff base complex with π-conjugated system, [Ni(L1)2(py)2] 1 (L1 = (E)-N'-(2,4-dichlorobenzylidene)-2-oxidobenzohydraizide), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray determination. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8286(10), b = 16.3573(13), c = 19.0206(14) , β = 108.2920(10)o, V = 3789.6(5) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 833.17, Dc = 1.460 g/cm3, μ = 0.843 mm-1, F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0537 and wR = 0.0640 for 3836 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the molecular structure of 1, the NiII atoms are six-coordinated by two N and two O atoms from two Schiff base ligands (L1) and two N atoms from two pyridine solvent molecules to form a distorted octahedral geometry. The cytotoxic activities of complex 1 have been experimentally studied against a human HeLa cell in vitro.  相似文献

A new O,O'-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)dithiophosphate complex Ni[SSP(OC6H4But- p)2]2 (1) was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 12.8440(3), b = 6.18686(12), c=26.3018(5) , β=92.6135(18)°, V = 2087.87(7) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.345 g/cm3, μ = 0.780 mm-1, the final R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0748 (Ⅰ >2σ(Ⅰ)). A total of 4269 unique reflections were collected, of which 3621 with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ) were observed. The NiII atom lies on an inversion center and is chelated by two (p-ButC6H4O)2PSS-ligands in a [NiS4] square-planar geometry with Ni-S bonds of 2.2408(5) and 2.2444(5) , respectively. A stepwise 1D chain structure is constructed via intermolecular S…S and C-H…S interactions. According to our knowledge this is the first case that intermolecular S…S interaction is observed in mononuclear transition metal complex of O,O'-dialkyldithiophosphates.  相似文献

The title compound, [Ni(C8N3H7)3]4[Mo8O26]2·6H2O 1, has been synthesized from the reaction of 2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-pyridine (L) with (NH4)2MoO4·2H2O and NiCl2·6H2O. Elemental analysis, IR, UV spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure of the compound. Crystal data: C96H96Mo16N36Ni4O58, Mr = 4451.97, monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a = 20.846(5), b = 14.825(5), c = 23.122(5) A ,β= 91.594(5)°, V = 7143(3)A^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 4344, Dc = 2.070 g/cm^3,μ = 1.968 mm^-1, R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.1056 for 17102 independent reflections (Rint = 0.0442) and 11074 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Structural analysis indicates that two kinds of octamolybdates ([α-Mo8026]^4- and [β-Mo8026]^4-) co-exist in the compound. A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex,[Cu2(HL)2(H2O)6] 1(H3L = 2,4,6-tri(3-carboxy-phenylthio)-1,3,5-triazine),was synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR and thermal analysis.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 is a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex,which is further extended to a 3D network by weak interactions such as O…H-O hydrogen bonds and noncovalent S...S interactions.The crystal of compound 1 belongs to monoclinic,space group C2/c,with a = 50.15(2),b = 6.789(3),c =15.667(8) ,β = 90.588(9)o,V = 5334(4) 3,Z = 4,C48H38Cu2N6O18S6,Mr = 1306.28,Dc = 1.627 g/cm3,F(000) = 2664,Rint = 0.0631,T = 293(2) K,μ = 1.112 mm-1,the final R = 0.0661 and wR = 0.1850 for 3782 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Mg(L)(H2O)2]·H2O] (LH2 = L-cysteic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 5.962(3), b = 11.224(6), c = 13.664(7) , V = 914.3(8) 3, Z = 4, Mr = 245.50, Dc = 1.783 g/cm3, μ = 0.445 mm–1, flack parameter = 0.32(16), F(000) = 512, the final R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.1172 for 1578 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Mg(II) atom shows an octahedral geometry defined by two carboxyl O atoms from two different L-cysteic acid ligands, one carboxyl O atom and one amino N atom from the adjacent ligand, and two aqua ligands. The Mg(II) atoms are bridged by L-cysteic acid ligands, leading to a 1D infinite zigzag chain. In the structure there are extensive hydrogen bonds, through which the complex completes its 3D framework structure.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(ClO4)2·6H2O with 3,3'-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)-2,2'-dipyridine (L) gave a mononuclear zinc(II) complex: [ZnL2](ClO4)2·2DMF·4H2O, which was structurally characterized by EA, IR, UV, 1H NMR, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal (C54H54Cl2N14O14Zn, Mr = 1259.38) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.874(2), b = 14.9953(16), c = 20.462(3) , β = 101.553(2)°, V = 6274.8(13) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.333 g/cm3, F (000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.548 mm–1, R = 0.0682 and wR = 0.1931 for 4984 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Zn(II) is four-coordinated in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry through four N atoms from four benzimidazole units of two ligands. In the crystal lattice, the [ZnL2]2+ cations are linked to each other by extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds between nitrogen atoms of benzimidazole rings, water and DMF molecules.  相似文献

A new complex [Co(4,4'-bpy)2(H2O)2(4-FBA)2]·(4,4'-bpy)(1) has been hydro-thermally synthesized using cobalt,4,4'-bipyridyl(4,4'-bpy) and 4-fluorobenzoic acid(4-HFBA),and characterized by thermal analysis,single-crystal X-ray diffraction and magnetic property.The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system,space group P,Z = 1.Crystal data:C54H44CoF2N8O6,Mr = 997.90,a = 9.134(2),b = 11.555(2),c = 12.867(3) ,α = 66.02(3),β = 77.96(3),= 73.11(3)°,V = 1180.9(4) 3,Dc = 1.403 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.433 mm-1,F(000) = 517,the final R = 0.0633 and wR = 0.1171 for 2152 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).The title complex is assembled into 1D supramolecular chains parallel to [001] based on the adjacent molecular ··· stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds.The variable temperature magnetic measurements show a weak ferromagnetic behavior over 300-160 K followed by antiferromagnetic behavior below 160 K for the title complex.  相似文献

A μ1,1,3 formic bridging Ni2+ complex [Ni3(HCOO)6·H2O]]n 1 has been synthesi- zed under hydrothermal conditions. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that 1 exhibits a 3D open microporous tube formed by covalent and coordination bonds. A three-dimensional Cu2+ supramolecular complex [Na2Cu(BTA)2(H2O)8]·H2O 1 (H2BTA = bistetrazolylamine) was synthesized by reacting the aqueous solution of CuSO4·5H2O and H2BTA under stirring. The crystal structure of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The result indicates that 1 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1,with a = 7.0518(2),b = 12.2692(2),c = 13.8583(3) ,α = 115.7260(10),β = 93.2440(10),γ = 98.3610(10)o,Mr = 573.90,V = 1059.01(4) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.800 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 1.155 mm-1,F(000) = 586.0,S = 1.074,the final R = 0.0273 and wR = 0.0744 for 4334 observed reflections with Ⅰ > 2σ(Ⅰ). The Cu2+ ion is five-coordinated with a N4O1 donor set with τ = 0.153 according to the method of Addison et al. And the Na+ ions form an infinite main chain through bridging O atoms from coordinated water molecules. In 1,a three-dimensional supramolecular network is formed by O-H···O,O-H···N,N-H···O and N-H···N hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Two mononuclear metal-organic complexes, [Co(Hmpdc)2(H2O)4]·4H2O 1 and [Ni(Hfmpdc)2(H2O)4]·6H2O 2, were prepared from 2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (Hzmpdc) and 4-furyl-2,6-dimethylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2fmpdc) with M(NO3)2 salts, respectively, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, and photoluminescent measurement. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.634(5), b = 8.695(5), c = 10.757(6)A, α = 69.647(7), β = 69.957(8), γ = 83.733(7)°, V = 628.9(7)A^3, Dc = 1. 561 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.763 mm^-1, F(000) = 309, Z = 1, the final R = 0.0553 and wR = 0.1469 for 1909 observed reflections (Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). Complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 9.5934(16), b = 12.422(2), c = 14.826(3) A, β = 105.201(2)°, V = 1705.0(5)A3, Dc = 1. 479 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.655 mm^-1, F(000) = 796, Z = 2, the final R= 0.0351 and wR = 0.0889 for 2387 obsevved reflections (Ⅰ 〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the crystal structures of 1 and 2, diverse supramolecular motifs from 1-D chains/ladders to 3-D networks are constructed from corresponding distinct [M^Ⅱ(H2O)8] ion clusters as the second building units, respectively. Reactions of NiCl2·6H2O with dmpzm and formic or acetic acid at PH = 7 pro- duced the two title compounds, [Ni(dmpzm)2(HCO2)]Cl·2H2O 1 and [Ni(dmpzm)2(OAc)]Cl·3H2O 2 (dmpzm = 1,1'-methylenebis(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole)). 1 and 2 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analysis. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pcca with a = 18.700(2), b = 8.6843(9), c = 18.098(2) , V = 2939.1(5) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.319 g/cm3, T = 193 K, C23H37ClN8NiO4, Mr = 583.75, F(000) = 1232, μ(MoKα) = 0.792 cm-1, S = 1.079, R = 0.0772 and wR = 0.1958 for 2265 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pcca with a = 17.011(3), b = 18.630(4), c = 19.300(4) , V = 6117(2) 3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.337 g/cm3, T = 193(2) K, C24H41ClN8NiO5, Mr = 615.79, F(000) = 2608, μ(MoKα) = 0.768 cm-1, S = 1.059, R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1109 for 5124 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Ni atoms in 1 or 2 are chelated by two dmpzm ligands and one formate or acetate anion, forming slightly distorted octahedral geometries. In the crystals of 1 or 2, intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions result in the formation of 2D hydrogen-bonded frameworks.  相似文献

The crystal belongs to tetragonal, space group I4(1)/a with a = 17.4903(3), b = 17.4903(3), c = 28.3403(5) , Z = 16, V = 8669.6(3) 3, Dc = 1.340 g·cm-3, μ(MoKɑ) = 0.319 mm-1, F(000) = 3648, R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.711 for 2714 observed reflections I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5) and N(1) on the new pyridine ring are slightly distorted, forming a distorted boat conformation.  相似文献

The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P , with a = 9.5687(15), b = 11.2470(17), c = 13.686(2) , α = 78.262(3), β = 89.271(4), γ = 81.292(3)°, V = 1425.2(4) 3, C60H56N6O16Co3, Mr = 1293.90, Dc = 1.508 g/cm3, F(000) = 667, μ = 0.940 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0707 and wR = 0.1413 for 4950 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, the bta ligand acts as a four-dentate bridging ligand to link up cobalt atoms into lamellar frameworks which are further interlinked by the dpe ligands to generate a trinodal (3,4,6)-connected (4.62)2(42.68.83.102)(64.82) net.  相似文献

In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted tetrahedron consisting of four coordinate atoms (one nitrogen atom, two oxygen anions, and one chlorine atom). Two copper(II) atoms are bridged by two oxygen anions (O(1) and O(1a)) of two phenolates to form a Cu(II)–Cu(II) binuclear entity, and the distance between two copper(II) atoms is 3.0144(15) .  相似文献
