A mixed-valent molybdenotungstophosphate, Nax(Mo, W)2O3(PO4)2 (x 0.75) has been isolated for the first time. It crystallizes in the space group P 21/m with a = 7.200(1) Å, b = 6.369(1) Å, c = 9.123(1) Å, and β = 106.29(1)°. Its structure consists of M2PO13 units built up of two M O6 octahedra (M = Mo, W) and one PO4 tetrahedron sharing their apices as already observed in several molybdenum phosphates. These units share their apices with PO4 tetrahedra forming [M2P2O15] chains running along . The host lattice [(Mo, W)2P2O11] can be described by the assemblage of such chains or by the assemblage of [MPO8] chains running along , in which one PO4 tetrahedron alternates with one MO6 octahedron. The tridimensional framework [Mo, WP2O11] delimits tunnels running along , occupied by sodium with two kinds of coordination, 6 and 5. The distribution of the different species, in the octahedral sites according to the formulation Na0.75(MoVI0.42WVI0.58)M1 (MoV0.75WVI0.25)2O3(PO4)2, is discussed.  相似文献

A novel polyoxometalate [Cu(phen)2]3{PW4VIW5VV3IVO40(VIVO)3[Cu(en)2]}4H2O 1 (en=ethylenediamine, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, XPS, TG, EPR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure analysis shows that compound 1 contains a novel highly reduced tri-capped and mono-supported pseudo-Keggin-type heteropolyanion, {PW4VIW5VV3IVO40(VIVO)3[Cu(en)2]}6−, three [Cu(phen)2]2+ cations and four lattice water molecules. They are further linked to form three-dimensional supramolecular networks through extensive hydrogen bonding and ππ stacking interactions. Interestingly, the water dimer and terminal oxygen of the cluster polyanion constitute a beautiful supramolecular helix chain. The heteropolyanion is the first example of tri-capped and mono-supported pseudo-Keggin-type tungstovanadophosphate and the pH value is crucial for obtaining compound 1 in synthetic procedure.  相似文献

Slow crystallization of an HCl solution containing cucurbituril (C36H36N24O12) and a triangular molybdenum cluster aqua complex [Mo3S4(aq)]4+ yielded a supramolecular adduct of { [Mo3S4(H2O)7Cl2]×(C36H36N24O12)Cl2·10H2O composition. The molecular and crystal structure of the adduct were established by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Double complex salts (DCSs) [Co(NH3)6][Fe(CN)6] (I) and [Co(NH3)6]2[Cu(C2O4)2]3 (II) and complex [Co(NH3)6]2(C2O4)3·4H2O (III) are synthesized and investigated by single crystal XRD, crystal optics, and elemental analysis. The crystalline phases of I, II, and III (R-3, P21/c, and Pnnm space groups respectively) have the following crystallographic characteristics: a = 10.9804(2) ?, b = 10.9804(2) ?, c = 10.8224(3) ?, V = 1130.03(4) ?3, Z = 3, d x = 1.65 g/cm3 (I); a = 9.6370(2) ?, b = 10.2452(2) ?, c = 13.2108(3) ?, V = 1932.90(9) ?3, Z = 2, d x= 1.97 g/cm3 (II), and a = 11.7658(3) ?, b = 11.7254(3) ?, c = 14.1913(4) ?, V = 1304.34(5) ?3, Z = 2, d x = 1.68 g/cm3 (III). This paper investigates the products of DCS thermolysis in a hydrogen atmosphere: the intermetallic compound CoFe with the bcc parameter a = 2.852 ? for I and a heterogeneous mixture of Co and Cu in the decomposition of II. The coordinated CN and C2O42− groups then turn into NH3, hydrocarbons, and CO2. The dominant hydrocarbon is methane.  相似文献

Syntheses and structure determination of TbIII and ErIII complexes with nitrilotriacetic acids (nta) are reported. Their crystal and molecular structures, molecular formulas, and compositions were determined by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses and elementary analyses, respectively. The crystal of the (NH4)3[TbIII(nta)2(H2O)]·4H2O complex belongs to the monoclinic crystal system and C2/c space group. Crystal data are as follows: a = 16.357(8) Å, b = 8.552(4) Å, c = 17.390(9) Å, β = 104.748(7)°, V = 2352.6(19) Å3, Z = 4, Mr = 675.32, Dc = 1.932 g·cm−3, μ = 3.112 mm−1, and F(000) = 1368. The final R and Rw are 0.0220 and 0.0494 for 2357 (I > 2σ(I)) unique reflections, R and Rw are 0.0266 and 0.0510 for all 5613 reflections, respectively. The TbIIIN2O7 moiety in the [TbIII(nta)2(H2O)]3− complex anion has a pseudo-monocapped square antiprismatic nine-coordinate structure, in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from two nta ligands and the water molecule is coordinated to the central TbIII ion directly as the ninth coordinate atom. The crystal of the (NH4)3[ErIII(nta)2] complex belongs to the trigonal crystal system and R-3c space group. Crystal data are as follows: a = 7.9181(16) Å, b = 7.9181(16) Å, c = 54.27(2) Å, γ = 120°, V = 2946.7(14) Å3, Z = 6, Mr = 597.61, D c = 2.021 g·cm−3, μ = 4.345 mm−1, and F(000) = 1770. The final R and Rw are 0.0295 and 0.0673 for 677 (I > 2σ(I)) unique reflections, R and Rw are 0.0366 and 0.0700 for all 4827 reflections, respectively. The ErIIIN2O6 part in the [ErIII(nta)2]3− complex anion is an eight-coordinate structure with a pseudo-dicapped octahedron, in which the eight coordinate atoms (two N and six O) are from two nta ligands.Original Russian Text Copyright © 2004 by J. Crystal structures of chelate compounds Ni[(iso-C4H9)2PS2]2 (I) and Pd[(iso-C4H9)2PS2]2 (II) have been determined by X-ray diffraction: diffractometer X8-APEX, MoK α∔ -radiation, 1048 F hkl , R = 0.0544 for I and CAD-4 diffractometer, MoK α∔ -radiation, 1283 F hkl , R = 0.0347 for II. The crystals are rhombic: a = 12.921(5) Å, b = 17.094(5) Å, c = 22.971(5) Å; V = 5074(3) Å3, Z = 8, calc = 1.250 g/cm3, space group Pbca for I and a = 13.312(3) Å, b = 16.130(7) Å, c = 23.171(5) Å; V = 4975(3) Å3, Z = 8, ρcalc = 1. 208 g/cm3, space group Pbca for II. Single crystals of diammonium tetranitratouranylate (NH4)2[UO2(NO3)4] (I) and a new diammonium tetranitratouranylate complex with 18-crown-6 [(NH4)(18C6)]2[UO2(NO3)4] (II) have been synthesized by the reaction of diaquadinitratouranyl tetrahydrate with ammonium nitrate in a nitric acid solution and the reaction of the same reagents with 18C6 in an ethanol solution, respectively. The X-ray diffraction analysis of compounds I and II has been performed. Crystals of compounds I and II are monoclinic, Z = 2, space group P21/n, a = 6.4075(5) ?, b = 7.7851(7) ?, c = 12.4461(12) ?, β = 101.239(1)°, V = 608. 94(9) ?3 for compound I and a = 10.542(9) ?, b = 8.590(8) ?, c = 22.5019(19) ?, β = 101.632(1)°, V = 2058.3(3) ?3 for compound II. The [UO2(NO3)4]2− complex anion in compounds I and II contains two monodentate and two bidentate cyclic nitrato groups, and the coordination number of uranyl is 6. The 18C6 molecule in the structure of compound II has the classic crown conformation and combined with the ammonium ion by three hydrogen bonds. Compounds I and II formed by electrostatic attraction forces between counterions are stabilized by (NH4+)NH...O(NO3) interionic hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Mono benzoxazine appended N-capped amino bis(disubstitutedphenol) ligands [ II ( a–c )] upon reaction with VVO(OEt)3 in a 1 : 1 molar ratio in EtOH/MeOH give [{VVO}en(3,5-dtbb)3] ( 1 ), [{VVO}en(3-tb,5-mb)3] ( 2 ) and [{VVO}en(3,5-dmb)3] ( 3 ). During the reaction, the benzoxazine ring opens with the loss of methylene group and the newly formed ligands, N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-disubstitutedbenzyl)-N’-2-hydroxy-3,5-disubstituted benzyledene-1,2-diaminoethane [ III ( a–c )], behave as tribasic pentadentate in these complexes. Under similar conditions, when [MVIO2(acac)2] (M=Mo or W; Hacac=acetylacetone) reacts with II ( a–c ), these ligands retain their identity and form cis-[MVIO2] complexes, [{MoVIO2}{en(3,5-dtbb)2(6,8-dtbbenzox)}] ( 4 ), [{MoVIO2}{en(3-tb,5-mb)2(6-tb,8-mbbenzox)}] ( 5 ) and [{MoVIO2}{en(3,5-dmb)2(6,8-dmbenzox)}] ( 6 ), [{WVIO2}{en(3,5-dtbb)2(6,8-dtbbenzox)}] ( 7 ), and [{WVIO2}{en(3-tb,5-mb)2(6-tb,8-mbbenzox)}] ( 8 ). However, the benzoxazine ring ruptures in case of ligand IIc under these conditions and form [{WVIO2}{en(3,5-dmb)3}] ( 10 ), similar to complexes 1–3 . Complex [{WVIO2}{en(3,5-dmb)2(6,8-dmbenzox)}] ( 9 ), having structure similar to 4–8 , could only be obtained when the reaction was carried out in toluene. Not only 9 , even complexes 4–8 can be isolated in toluene. Rupturing of both benzoxazine rings has also been experienced when ligands 1,2-bis(6,8-disubstitutedbenzo[e][1,3]oxazin-3(4H)-yl)ethane [ I ( a–c )] react with [MVIO2(acac)2] (M=Mo or W) in MeOH and give salan type complexes [(MVIO2)en(3,5-dtbb)2] [M=Mo ( 11 ), M=W ( 14 )], [(MVIO2)en(3-tb,5-mb)4] [M=Mo ( 12 ), M=W ( 15 )] and [(MVIO2)en(3,5-dmb)4] [M=Mo ( 13 ), M=W ( 16 )]. Complexes 1–9 have been used as catalyst for the multicomponent Biginelli reaction for the synthesis of 3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2(1H)-ones (DHPMs) and oxidative bromination of phenol derivatives.  相似文献

Two novel polyoxometalate derivatives, {XIVWVI10WV2O40[Cu(en)2(H2O)]3} [X=V (1), Si (2); en=ethylenediamine], have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, XPS, EPR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. They represent the first classical Keggin polyoxoanion supported by three transition metal complex moieties, which further act as the neutral molecular unit for the construction of the interesting three-dimensional supramolecular frameworks. The magnetic properties of 1 have also been studied in the temperature range of 4–300 K, and its magnetic susceptibility obeys the Curie–Weiss law, showing antiferromagnetic coupling.  相似文献

Two new potassium vanadium phosphates have been prepared and their structures have been determined from analysis of single crystal X-ray data. The two compounds, K3(VO)(V2O3) (PO4)2(HPO4) and K3(VO)(HV2O3)(PO4)2(HPO4), are isostructural, except for the incorporation of an extra hydrogen atom into the nearly identical frameworks. The structures consist of a three-dimensional network of [VO]n chains connected through phosphate groups to a [V2O3] moiety. Magnetic susceptibility experiments indicate that in the case of the di-hydrogen compound, there are no significant magnetic interactions between the three independent vanadium (IV) centers. Crystal data: for K3(VO)(V2O3)(PO4)2 (HPO4), Mr = 620.02, orthorhombic space group Pnma (No. 62), a = 7.023(4) Å, b = 13.309(7) Å, c = 14.294(7) Å, V = 1336(2) Å3, Z = 4, R = 5.02%, and Rw = 5.24% for 1238 observed reflections [I > 3σ(I)]; for K3(VO)(HV2O3)(PO4)2(HPO4), Mr = 621.04, orthorhombic space group Pnma (No. 62), a = 6.975(3) Å, b = 13.559(7) Å, c = 14.130(7) Å, V = 1336(1) Å3, Z = 4, R = 6.02%, and Rw = 6.34% for 1465 observed reflections [I > 3σ(I)].  相似文献

Adducts of cucurbit[6]uril with Ca2+ and trinuclear cluster chloroaquacomplexes (H9O4)2(H7O3)2[(Ca(H2O)5)2(C36H36N24O12)]Cl8·0.67H2O (1) and [(Ca(H2O)5)2(C36H36N24O12)]× [Mo3O2S2Cl6(H2O)3]2·13H2O (2) are obtained and structurally characterized. The structures of both compounds contain polymeric [Ca(H2O) n ]22 CB[6]∞ cations that form infinite columns; the space between them is filled with Cls- (1) and [Mo3O2S2Cl6(H2O)3]2s- (2). A new (H7O3)2(H5O2)× [Mo3S4Cl6.25Br0.25(H2O)2](C36H36N24O12)·CH2Cl2·6H2O complex (3) is also obtained and structurally characterized.  相似文献

The crystal structure of K2Cu3(As2O6)2 was determined from single-crystal X-ray data by a direct method strategy and Fourier summations [a = 10.359(4) Å, B = 5.388(2)Å, C = 11.234(4) Å, β = 110.48(2)°; space group C2/m; Z = 2; Rw = 0.025 for 1199 reflections up to sin /λ = 0.81 Å−1]. In detail, the structure consists of As(V)O4 tetrahedra and As(III)O3 pyramids linked by a common O corner atom to [As(V)As(III)O6]4− groups with symmetry m. The bridging bonds As(V)---O [1.749(3) Å] and As(III)---O [1.838(2) Å] are definitely longer than the other As(V)---O bonds [mean 1.669 Å] and As(III)---O bonds [1.764(2) Å, 2×]. The angle As(V)---O---As(III) is 123.0(1)°. The Cu atoms are [4 + 2]- and [4 + 1]-, and the K atom is [9]-coordinated to oxygen atoms. The As2O6 groups and the Cu coordination polyhedra are linked to sheets parallel to (001). These sheets are connected by the K atoms. Single crystals of K2Cu3(As2O6)2 suitable for X-ray work were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions.  相似文献

The trimeric, cyclic dimethyltin-containing tungstophophate [{(Sn(CH3)2)(Sn(CH3)2O)(A-PW9O34)}3]21− (1) has been synthesized in aqueous acidic medium and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, electrochemistry, and FT-ICR MS. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on Cs12Na9[{(Sn(CH3)2)(Sn(CH3)2O)(A-PW9O34)}3]·20H2O (1a), which crystallizes in the trigonal system, space group R3, with a = b = 29.7445(7) ?, c = 15.5915(7) ? and Z = 3. Polyanion 1 is composed of three trilacunary (A-PW9O34) Keggin fragments that are linked on one side via three isolated dimethyltin groups and on the other side by a (Sn3(CH3)6O3) unit and three cesium ions, resulting in a cyclic assembly with C 3v symmetry. The discrete molecular, hybrid organic–inorganic 1 was synthesized by reaction of (CH3)2SnCl2 with Na9[A-PW9O34] in 0.5 M sodium acetate buffer (pH 4.8). Comparison of several characteristics of the cyclic voltammograms of 1 and (A-PW9O34)9−, including the potential location of their reduction peaks, the difference in their current intensities and their qualitative relative electron transfer speeds, supports the conclusion that the solid-state structure of 1 is retained in solution. The presence of (PW9O34)-based species in solutions of 1 was also confirmed by FT-ICR mass spectrometry. Dedicated to Professor Günter Schmid on the occasion of his 70th birthday.  相似文献

A lithium Mo(V) diphosphate LiMoOP2O7 has been synthesized for the first time. It crystallizes in the space group P 21/n with a = 16.046(4) Å, b = 11.951(2) Å, c = 9.937(2) Å, β = 104.62(2)°. Its original structure is built up from P2O7 groups and MoO6 octahedra forming intersecting tunnels, where the Li+ cations are located with a tetrahedral coordination. This phase belongs to the IB class of Mo(V) phosphates defined by Costentin et al. The [MoP2O8] framework indeed consists of MoP2O11 units built up from one P2O7 group sharing two apices with the same MoO6 octahedron; the MoP2O11 units share their apices forming [MoP2O10]∞ chains running along a and b and the [ 04] direction. This phase exhibits a classical paramagnetic behavior, with 0 = -9.8 K and μ = 1.58 μB.  相似文献

Single crystals of (CN3H6)2[(UO2)2(C2O4)(SeO3)2] were synthesized and studied by IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 7.1169(12) ?, b = 7.4874(10) ?, c = 8.9748(14) ?, α = 88.243(6)°, β = 74.546(6)°, γ = 81.445(6)°, space group P[`1]P\bar 1, Z = 1, R = 0.0304. The main structural units of the crystals are layers of the [(UO2)2(C2O4)(SeO3)2]2− composition; the layers belong to the crystal chemical group A 2 K 02 T 23 (A = UO22+ K 02 = C2O42−, T 3 = SeO3) of uranyl complexes. Uranium-containing complex groups are linked by electrostatic interactions and a network of hydrogen bonds with CN3H6+ guanidinium ions to form a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

A novel Mo(V) diphosphate Sr(MoO)2P2O7 has been synthesized. It crystallizes in the space group P21/n with a=7.925(1) Å, b=7.739(1) Å, c=9.485(1) Å and β=91.05(1)°. Its original framework consists of MoP2O11 units built up of one P2O7 group sharing two apices with one MoO6 octahedron. The MoP2O11 units share corners, forming [MoP2O10] chains running along [101]. The assemblage of these chains forms the [Mo2P4O16] intersecting tunnel framework. The Sr2+ cations are located at the tunnel intersection, showing a distorted cubic coordination. This structure is compared to those of Ba(MoO)2P2O7 and LiMoOP2O7, which are also built up of MoP2O11 units forming [MoP2O10] chains, but with different configurations.  相似文献

New polar vanadium tellurite enantiomers have been synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions through the use of sodium metavanadate, sodium tellurite and enantiomerically pure sources of either R-3-aminioquinuclidine or S-3-aminioquinuclidine. [R-C7H16N2][V2Te2O10] and [S-C7H16N2][V2Te2O10] contain [V2Te2O10]n2n layers constructed from [(VO2)2O(TeO4)2] monomers. Steric effects associated with the hydrogen-bonding network between the [V2Te2O10]n2n layers and [C7H16N2]2+ result in polar structures and crystallization in the space group P21 (no. 4). Electron localization functions were calculated to visualize the tellurite stereoactive lone pairs. Both iterative and non-iterative Hirshfeld techniques were evaluated as means to determine atomic partial charges, with iterative Hirshfeld charges more accurately representing charge distributions in the reported enantiomers. These charges were used to calculate both component and net dipole moments. [R-C7H16N2][V2Te2O10] and [S-C7H16N2][V2Te2O10] exhibit dipole moments of 17.37 and 16.62D, respectively. [R-C7H16N2][V2Te2O10] and [S-C7H16N2][V2Te2O10] both display type 1 phase-matching capabilities and exhibit second harmonic generation activities of ∼50×α-SiO2.  相似文献

[O2]2+2[Ti7F30]2? has been obtained by reaction of TiO2 with a mixture of fluorine and oxygen (pF2/O2 ≈ 300–3500 atm., t ≈ 300–450°C) either as colourless powder or in form of colourless, clear needles. From single crystal studies the spacegroup is P3 - C3i1 (No. 147) with a = 10.192, c = 6.50o Å, Z = 1. The crystal structure has been refined to R = 0.086 [Rw = 0.058] (748 unique reflexions [Fo > 2σ(Fo)]). From the structure determination [O2]2+2[Ti7F30]2? has isolated columns of partially distorted [TiF6] octahedra (- column structure) which are connected only quite loosely by (disordered) O2+ cations. νO2+ is at 1857 cm?1, the magnetic moment μeff = 2.35 B.M. (295 K) is quite as expected for a ‘spin-only’ case.  相似文献

A solvothermal reaction of 2-pyrazinic acid with Zn(SO4)2 · 7H2O yielded the title complex of the formula {[Zn2(Pyz)2(H2O)4] · SO4} n (I). X-ray diffraction study shows that the complex I crystallizes in mono-clinic system, space group P21/c, with lattice parameters a = 11.2687(6), b = 7.3511(4), c = 11.8506(7) ?, β = 95.070(2)°, V = 977.83(9) ?3, Z = 4, and ρcalcd = 2.184 mg m−3.  相似文献

Protonation equilibrium has been studied for the acyclic gold(III) tetraaza metallocomplex [AuB]2+ [B = N, N′-bis(2-aminoethyl)-2,4-pentanediiminato(1−)] in aqueous solution. The synthetic procedure is described. The crystal and molecular structure of the protonated form of the [AuHB](H5O2)(ClO4)4 complex has been determined. Monoclinic crystals with unit cell dimensions a = 11.964(2) Å, b = 13.789(3) Å, c = 15.496(3) Å, β = 109.00(3)°, V = 2417.1(8) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 2.243 g/cm3, space group P21/n. The structure is built of nearly planar [Au(C9H20N4)]3+ complex cations, (H5O2)+ cations, and [ClO4] anions. The gold atom coordinates four nitrogen atoms of the ligand, forming a square plane. The six-membered chelate ring of the ligand is protonated at the central β-carbon atom and contains imine C=N bonds. The oxygen atoms of the perchlorate ions are hydrogen bonded to the (H5O2)+ dihydroxonium ion and to the nitrogen atoms of the NH2 groups of the [AuHB]3+ cation.
