This study aimed to investigate the effect of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose on the complexation of fenofibrate and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD). Initially, phase solubility studies with an excess amount of drug in the HP-β-CD solutions with and without hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) were investigated. Both of the binary and ternary complexes were prepared by ball-milling. The complexes were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FI-IR), X-ray powder diffraction (XPRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR). The AL type phase-solubility diagram revealed that the complexes of fenofibrate and HP-β-CD were formed with molecular ratio of 1:1. The results of FT-IR, XPRD, DSC and 1H NMR analysis show the formulation of inclusion complexes. In conclusion, the interaction occurrs between fenofibrate and HP-β-CD in the complexes, and the existence of HPMC effectively improves the complexation efficiency and stability constant. The in vitro dissolution test suggests ternary complex is superior to binary complex in terms of the release of fenofibrate.  相似文献

AgSt/AgCl composite grains were prepared by adding chloride ions to a mixed solvent in which silver stearate (AgSt) grains were dispersed under the condition of controlled pH value and characterized by SEM,XRD,UV and DSC.The results showed that AgSt/AgCl composite grains were composed of plate-like AgSt grains with small face-centered cubic AgCl particles formed on the surface of AgSt.UV spectra displayed a red shift of absorption for AgSt/AgCl relative to pure AgSt or AgCl.DSC showed a new thermal phase transition of AgSt/AgCl grains.  相似文献

The adsorption of ammonia, oxygen, and the NH3 + O2 mixture on solid solutions Cd x Hg1 − x Te is studied. The low adsorbability of the mixture, as compared to that of the individual components, is established. Conclusions are drawn as to the nature of its active centers. Schemes for the combined adsorption of ammonia and oxygen are proposed. The temperature areas of tentatively highest catalytic activity of CdTe and CdHgTe in the reaction of ammonia oxidation are established. The formation of gaseous nitrogen in the final products is demonstrated. The degree of ammonia’s transformation into nitrogen is 97–99%. It increased with a rise in temperature and did not depend on the initial ammonia concentration.  相似文献

The mechanism and kinetics of the production of hydroxymethyl hydroperoxide (HMHP) in ethene/ ozone/water gas-phase system were investigated at room temperature (298±2 K) and atmospheric pressure (1×105 Pa). The reactants were monitored in situ by long path FTIR spectroscopy. Peroxides were measured by an HPLC post-column fluorescence technique after sampling with a cold trap. The rate constants (k3) of reaction CH2O2 H2O→HMHP (R3) determined by fitting model calculations to ex-perimental data range from (1.6―6.0)×10?17 cm3·molecule?1·s?1. Moreover, a theoretical study of reac-tion (R3) was performed using density functional theory at QCISD(T)/6-311 (2d,2p)//B3LYP/6-311 G(2d, 2p) level of theory. Based on the calculation of the reaction potential energy surface and intrinsic reac-tion coordinates, the classic transitional state theory (TST) derived k3 (kTST), canonical variational tran-sition state theory (CVT) derived k3 (kCVT), and the corrected kCVT with small-curvature tunneling (kCVT/SCT) were calculated using Polyrate Version 8.02 program to be 2.47×10-17, 2.47×10-17 and 5.22×10-17 cm3·molecule-1·s-1, respectively, generally in agreement with those fitted by the model.  相似文献

(1,1-Dihydroperfluoroalkyl)phenyliodonium N,N-bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imides (4, n = 0-2) were synthesized and used to transfer the corresponding 1,1-dihydroperfluoroalkyl groups to the α-amino group of (l)tyrosine. The obtained Nα-2,2,2-trifluoroethylated (l)tyrosine (6, n = 0) was further used as the N-terminus in the solid phase peptide synthesis of leucine enkephalin analogue. Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) are a class of synthetic anion clays, characterized by the formula[MⅡ1-xMⅢx (OH)2]x (An- )x/n·yH2O (where M =metal and A = anion, usually carbonate)[1-3]. A large number of LDHs with a wide variety of M Ⅱ-M Ⅲ cation pairs including M Ⅰ-M Ⅲ ( e. g. , Li-Al ) and M Ⅱ-MⅣ( e. g. , Co-Ti) have been reported. Eight novel compounds have been synthesized and they are two series of mixed tri(butyl/cyclohexyl) tin carboxylates:Bu_nCy_(3-n) SnO_2CR (n=1,2;R=n-C_3H_7,C_6H_5,4-ClC_6H_4,4-NO_2C_6H_4).Inaddition to the studies of their structures with IR,~(119)Sn and ~(13)C NMR,we tested their fungicidal,insec-ticidal and acaricidal activities.The percentage of inhibition to the aforementioned phytopathogen isabout 80—100% at 50 ppm in glasshouse and 100% for T.Uriticae at 500 ppm.Those findingsindicate that this kindof compounds have both fungicidal and acaricidal activities and mayhave a goodprospect for applications.  相似文献

The kinetics and thermodynamics of the liquid phase isomerization of an α- and β-pinene mixture on a Pd/C catalyst were studied. The effects of pinene concentration, catalyst particle size, stirring rate, reaction temperature (293–423 K) and hydrogen pressure (0.5–11 bar) on the rate of α- and β-pinene isomerization were investigated. The reaction rate of the α-pinene isomerization has the first order with respect to the α-pinene concentration and 0.5 order with respect to the hydrogen pressure. The thermodynamic parameters of the isomerization (Gibbs energy, reaction enthalpy and reaction entropy) and the equilibrium ratio of pinenes under the conditions studied were determined. The general scheme of the reaction mechanism of α- and β-pinene isomerization over the Pd/C catalyst was proposed.  相似文献

Photo‐oxidation studies on polypropylene (PP)/organoclay nanocomposites were performed. Nanocomposites of isotactic (iPP) and syndiotactic (sPP) polypropylene were prepared by melt compounding. The nanofiller was Boehmite Disperal OS2–alumina hydrates (Al(OH)O) modified by C10–C13 alkylbenzene sulfonic acid. The nanofiller content was 1, 5, and 10 wt%. There is a clear pro‐degradation effect of filler for both types of polypropylene used. The extent of this effect depends on the amount of filler and type of polypropylene used. In the case of sPP samples, the pro‐degradation effect is proportional to the amount of filler in the whole concentration range of filler content used. In the case of iPP, there is a pro‐degradation plateau at 5 wt% content of filler and higher concentration of filler (10 wt%) does not increase the rate and the course of photo‐oxidation. Two long term stabilizers of HAS family were tested ‐ commercial oligomeric stabilizer Chimassorb 944 (CHIM) and synthesized combined HAS/phenol (TMP). Stabilizing efficiency depends on the filler content. CHIM is able to stabilize just the nanocomposites with the lowest content (1 wt%) of filler. There is no stabilizing effect of this HAS in the case of the higher amount of nanofiller (5 and 10 wt%) in both types of polypropylene. By contrast, the combined HAS/phenol‐TMP revealed some stabilizing efficiency over the whole range of filler content. The possible reasons for this difference are discussed. Interactions of filler with some HAS stabilizers were studied in cyclohexane as a model liquid for polypropylene by UV‐spectroscopy. Interaction resulted in the fixing of additive on filler. Much stronger interaction has been obtained for oligomeric CHIM in comparison with low molecular HAS.  相似文献

ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolites with different content of ZSM-5 have been synthesized by adding different amount of ZSM-5 to the synthetic system of β zeolite with NaAlO2, silica sol as the source of aluminum and silica, respectively, and TEA as the template under controlled condition of the synthesis. The ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolite was studied by XRD, SEM, BET and NH3-TPD. The reaction activity of toluene alkylation was investigated with a mixture of toluene-methanol as the feedstock in a pulse micro-reactor over the ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolite. It is found that ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolite has two kinds of zeolite structure including ZSM-5 and β zeolite, not in the form of a physical mixture. The pore structure of ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolites is different from that for β zeolite, ZSM-5 and their physical mixture. In addition, the peaks of both high and low temperature desorption of ammonia over the ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolite shift 23 ℃ to lower temperatures and the acid amount of its strong acid is 3% more than the physical mixture. So the ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolite produces the highest content of xylene, which is 10.4% higher than the physical mixture. And the ZSM-5/β co-crystalline zeolite has better selectivity for toluene alkylation and weaker de-methylation than β zeolite, ZSM-5 and their physical mixture.  相似文献

The oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane into ethylene using CO2 as an oxidant at temperatures of 650–750 °C was carried out over Fe/C, Cr/C and Fe–Cr/C catalysts deposited on a carbon support. Before and after the reaction the catalysts were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), in situ magnetometry and transmission electron microscopy methods.
