从杜鹃花科植物着跟着踯躅(Rhododendron molle)的果实中分离并鉴定出2种 新的木藜芦烷型二萜化合物rhodomolleins XIX(1)和XX(2)以及1种已知的木藜芦 烷型二萜化合物rhodojaponin III (3),它们的结构通过多种波谱方法测定;化合 物3在离体豚鼠心肌细胞实验中对钠离子通道电流有显著抑制作用(p < 0.05),显 示对钠离子通道有拮抗作用,从而从单细胞及离子通道水平阐明了该化合物对心肌 细胞作用的部分离子机制。 相似文献

蒙旦树脂烃化学组成及结构特征 总被引:9,自引:2,他引:7
本文对中国三种蒙旦树脂烃潦浒树脂烃(LHT),寻甸树脂烃(XDT),舒兰树脂烃(SLT)进行了GCMS分析,获取了树脂烃中单元化合物的组成和结构。结果表明,在这三种树脂烃中,主要是五环三萜烃类五环三萜烷,五环三萜烯,单环、二环、三环、四环芳构化五环三萜烷以及三环二萜烃类降松脂烷,降松香烷,降海松烷,松香烷,山达松脂烷,单环、二环芳构化三环萜烷。比较三种树脂的总离子色谱图,发现在寻甸蒙旦树脂烃和舒兰树脂烃中,五环二萜的各种化合物是该组分主要化学组成,尤其在舒兰蒙旦树脂烃中,具有四环芳构化的萜烷其含量占绝对优势。潦浒蒙旦树脂烃中,三环二萜的各种物质是其重要的化学组成。与此同时,阐述了中国蒙旦蜡精制漂白脱色不完全的原因。 相似文献

Seven new diterpenoids, classified as three cembrane-type diterpenoids boscartins I-K (1–3) and four prenylaromadendrane-type diterpenoids boscartols K-N (4–7), respectively, along with nine known diterpenoids, were isolated from the gum resin of Boswellia carterii. Their structure elucidations were achieved by spectroscopic examination. All isolates were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity against nitric oxide (NO) production and antiproliferative activity against MCF-7 human breast cancer cell in vitro. 4 and 5 exhibited potent inhibitory effects on NO production (IC50 of 2.22 and 1.10?μM, respectively), with 11 showing moderate inhibition (IC50 of 8.63?μM), and 12 and 15 demonstrated moderate antiproliferative effects against MCF-7?cell (IC50 of 9.5, and 6.3?μM, respectively). 相似文献

Two novel diterpenoids were isolated from the bulbs of Fritillaria anhuiensis S. C. Chen and S. E. Yin. Compound 1 was the first diterpenoid containing a sulfonyl group isolated from nature. Compound 2 was a novel kaurane-type diterpenoid. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis (IR, MS, NMR, and X-ray diffraction). Phytochemical investigation of the roots of Salvia chloroleuca led to the isolation and identification of a new rearranged abietane diterpenoid (1). Its structure was elucidated by interpretation of the 1D and 2D NMR spectra and completed by the analysis of the HR-ESI-MS data. Compound 1 is the secondly reported compound on a rearranged tricyclic abietane (4,5-seco-5,10-friedo-abietane) diterpenoid with a ketal functionality between C-2 and C-11. A plausible biosynthetic pathway of 1 was also proposed. 相似文献

A new ent-kaurane diterpenoid, 6α,16α-dihyroxy-ent-kaurane (1), was isolated from the stems of Ixora amplexicaulis, together with (24R)-6β-hydroxy-24-ethyl-cholest-4-en-3-one (2), 7β-hydroxysitosterol (3), maslinic acid (4), 3,3′-bis(3,4-dihydro-4-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-benzopyran) (5) and protocatechuric acid (6).
