前已报道四氟乙烯四聚体(全氟-3,4-甲基己烯-3)(1)、五聚体(全氟-3,4-二甲基-4-乙基己烯-2)(2)和脂肪烷氧以及脂肪胺的亲核反应.本文报道化合物1,2和芳香胺如苯胺、β-萘胺的反应.由于烯烃1、2双键处于分子中间,因而当亲核试剂进攻时,双键容易发生重排,生成的末端基烯烃更具反应性,故导致一取代、二取代、三取代以及环化降解等复杂产物.  相似文献

The crystal structures and photochromic performance of a single crystal of a diarylethene derivative possessing carboxyl groups, 1,2-bis(5-carboxyl-2-methyl-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene (1 a), and cocrystals of 1 a with 4,4'-, 2,4'-, and 2,2'-bipyridines were examined. In crystal 1 a, a discrete cyclic structure was observed, in which four 1 a molecules are linked through hydrogen bonds between the carboxyl groups. In the homocrystal, photoreactive and photoinactive conformers of 1 a exist in the ratio of 1:1. In the cocrystals of 1 a with bipyridines, O--HN-type hydrogen bonds between 1 a and pyridyl groups were formed, and all 1 a molecules are fixed in a photoreactive conformation. Both the homocrystal 1 a and the cocrystals showed photochromic performances, and color variation from bluish-violet to cyan was observed, depending on the conformation of the packed diarylethene molecules.  相似文献

The (E,Z,E)-1,3,5-hexatrienes 1a, 2a,b and 3b undergo 6pi-electrocyclization within 15-30 min upon heating to 200-215 degrees C. While the cyclohexene-annelated products 8a,b were stable, the analogous cyclopentene- and cycloheptene-annelated derivatives 7a and 9b easily underwent dehydrogenation to the corresponding aromatic compounds 10a and 12b during the work-up. The cyclohexadiene derivatives 8a,b were employed in thermal Diels-Alder reactions with 4-phenyl-3H-1,2,4-triazoline-3,5-dione (PTAD) and tetracyanoethylene (TCNE) to give the expected [4+2] cycloadducts 13a and 14a in good yields (60 and 78%). The initially formed cycloadduct of 8a and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) underwent a subsequent retro-Diels-Alder reaction to give the tetrahydronaphthalene 11b (47%). Under high pressure (10 kbar), the cycloadduct 15a was formed at room temperature and could be isolated in 44% yield. TCNE and N-phenylmaleimide with 8a under high pressure also led to the [4+2] cycloadducts 14a and 16a in good yields (60 and 77%). The 6pi-electrocyclization and subsequent Diels-Alder reaction, when performed as a one-pot domino process, provided direct access to Diels-Alder products of intermediately formed 6pi-electrocyclization products, for example from the 1,3,5-hexatrienes 1a,b, 2a,b, 3b and TCNE to the corresponding tricyclic products 17a,b, 14a,b, 18b in moderate to good yields (27-80%) depending on the nature of the alkoxycarbonyl group. Such sequential reactions with N-phenylmaleimide, maleic anhydride, dimethyl maleate and fumarodinitrile, the latter two under high pressure (10 kbar), worked as well to yield 16b (70%), 19a,b (19, 32%) and 20b (39%) and 21b (76%), respectively. With PTAD, however, the hexatrienes 2a,b reacted at ambient temperature without 6pi-electrocyclization to give the formal [4+2] cycloadducts 27a,b (48 and 46%), most probably via zwitterionic intermediates 23a,b and 25a,b.  相似文献

In this article, we deal with the question of whether a fluorine atom can substitute a hydroxyl group in such a way that will lead to a compound showing a desired biologic activity, that is, a potential new drug. It is obvious that a fluorine atom differs from a hydroxyl group, as it cannot donate hydrogen bonds. However, it can accept them. Moreover, both fluorine and oxygen are of similar size and are the most electronegative elements. Therefore, a fluorine atom is thought to be a good substitute for a hydroxyl group. However, it was shown that for conformationally labile aliphatic compounds a replacement of a hydroxyl by a fluorine increases conformational diversity, so the fluorine‐containing aliphatic molecules are present in equilibrium at room temperature as a mixture of several different conformers. In contrast, for cyclic compounds the substitution of an OH group by an F atom does not much change shape and electrostatic potential around corresponding conformers. Moreover, these compounds are present in equilibrium at room temperature in aqueous solution as a mixture of the same most favored structures. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We have developed a simple and inexpensive method that improves sensitivity of protein and antigen detection in standard PAGE procedures. Our technique uses a sample microloader device with a funnel‐like structure, filled with a 4% stacking gel. When attach to the top of a polyacrylamide slab gel, the proteins in a sample are concentrated by electrophoresis into a small volume as they emerge from the device's narrow outlet. Our microloader has several advantages over previous devices, including simple assembly, high versatility, and absence of cross‐contamination between lanes. Addition of this device to a slab gel results in a fivefold increase in the sensitivity of antigen detection in a Western blot. As a result, less protein is required for loading and signal detection. Our protocol is a straightforward modification of a standard experimental technique, and is especially useful when only limited sample quantities are available.  相似文献

Herein, we describe a reductive cross‐coupling of alkynes and aryl iodides by using a novel catalytic system composed of a catalytic amount of palladium dichloride and a promoter precursor, hafnocene difluoride (Cp2HfF2, Cp=cyclopentadienyl anion), in the presence of a mild reducing reagent, a hydrosilane, leading to a one‐pot preparation of trans‐alkenes. In this process, a series of coupling reactions efficiently proceeds through the following three steps: (i) an initial formation of hafnocene hydride from hafnocene difluoride and the hydrosilane, (ii) a subsequent hydrohafnation toward alkynes, and (iii) a final transmetalation of the alkenyl hafnium species to a palladium complex. This reductive coupling could be chemoselectively applied to the preparation of trans‐alkenes with various functional groups, such as an alkyl group, a halogen, an ester, a nitro group, a heterocycle, a boronic ester, and an internal alkyne.  相似文献

Hydrazide group has a potential of immobilizing an antibody on a sensor surface in a way that ensures an optimal orientation and efficiency of the antibody. However, a multi-step chemical process, required for the preparation of a hydrazide group, is a barrier to its extensive application. This paper describes a new method to introduce a hydrazide group to a sensor surface by a one-step process using dodecanoic hydrazide. The method is based on an ability of the dodecanoic hydrazide to be incorporated into a hybrid bilayer membrane (HBM) layer, thereby presenting its hydrazide group to the surface. Liposome containing dodecanoic hydrazide was added to a hydrophobic self-assembled monolayer surface of a quartz crystal microbalance for the formation of a HBM. Then, the hydrazide group, presented in the surface of the HBM layer, was utilized for the oriented immobilization of an antibody via its carbohydrate moiety which was partially oxidized prior to the conjugation reaction. Activity and stable status of the incorporated dodecanoic hydrazide was revealed by the efficiency and reproducibility of the resulting immunosensor chip.  相似文献

The regioselective transformation of heterobuckybowl trichalcogenasumanenes 1 a , b at peripheral butoxy groups afforded trichalcogenasumanene ortho ‐quinones 2 a , b . Compounds 2 a , b are distinct from 1 a , b in terms of their molecular geometry and electronic state; that is, they have a shallower bowl depth and show absorbance in the NIR region. The reaction of 2 a , b with diamines resulted in a variety of heteropolycycles, including molecular spoon 3 a – 6 a , planar π‐systems 3 b – 6 b , and highly twisted [7‐6‐6]‐fused systems 7 a , b . These new heteropolycycles had different optical/electrical properties: 4 a,b showed hole mobility of approximately 0.002 cm2 V−1 s−1, 6 a displayed red emission in both solution and the solid state, and 7 a , b formed tight stacks of the curved π‐surface.  相似文献

A series of glycosylation and alkylation reactions of 6‐phenanthernyl‐2‐pyridone derivatives 1a , 1b containing electron withdrawing and electron donating substituents at 4‐position is reported. Regioselective 2‐O‐ alkylated/glycosylated products were obtained exclusively, irrespective of the electronic nature of alkylating or the glycosyling agent. Glycosylation of 1a , 1b with glucosyl/galactosyl and lactosyl bromides afforded 2a , 2b ; 4a , 4b ; and 6a , respectively. Alkylation of 1a , 1b with epichlorohydrin, propargyl, allyl bromides, and 3‐chloropropanol resulted in compounds 8 , 9 , 10 and 13 , respectively. Deprotection of O‐glycosylated products under conventional conditions provided the free glycosides 3a , 3b ; 5a , 5b ; 7a , 12 ; and 13 , respectively. The minimal inhibitory concentration for some of the newly synthesized compounds showed high significant activity against Gram (+ve) and Gram (−ve) and antifungal activities. Among the screened compounds, the 4‐trifluromethyl phenyl derivatives 2a , 3a , 4a , 8a , and 11a exhibited strong antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Microwave irradiation efficiently promoted the solid-phase Suzuki-Miyaura reaction of a 5-bromohistidine with various arylboronic acids in the presence of a palladium catalyst. This methodology allowed the synthesis of peptides bearing a histidine residue substituted at position 5 of the imidazole ring with a phenyl, a substituted phenyl, a pyridyl, or a thienyl ring, as well as with the benzene ring of a tyrosine residue.  相似文献

To control and identify with confidence the principal enological tannins (ETs), we have devised a specific method based on the characterization of proanthocyanidin composition. We started by controlling the red colouring produced by hydrochloric acid butanolysis (e.g. Bate-Smith reaction), due to the formation of anthyocyanidins, typical of proanthocyanidin tannins. Using thioacidolysis/liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization mass spectrometry we were able to identify: (i) the nature of the flavan-3-ols (catechin, epicatechin for procyanidins tannins; gallocatechin, epigallocatechin for prodelphinidins tannins), (ii) the degree of galloylation, (iii) the average degree of polymerization (mDP). We also performed a complete structural study by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). By comparing the chromatographic profiles of standard proanthocyanidins prepared in our laboratory with those of a variety of commercial enological tannins, we were able to identify their origin: seed proanthocyanidins (PA): only procyanidins, high level of galloylation, with a large amount of epicatechin, and a low mDP corresponding to a majority of oligomeric tannins; skins PA: a mixture of procyanidins and prodelphinidins, with a predominance of procyanidins, a low level of galloylation, with a large amount of epicatechin, and a very variable mDP; stems PA, mixture of procyanidins and prodelphinidins, little galloylation, with a very low level of epicatechin in the terminal unit, and a medium value for mDP (>5); Quebracho PA: results show no known flavan-3-ols, and according to MALDI-TOF-MS, the main structure is attributed to a large amount of profisetinidin, corresponding to a resorcinol proanthocyanidin.  相似文献

Enthalpies of adsorption, ΔH(a), are reported for several light hydrocarbons on normal construction concrete. ΔH(a), which are a measure of the adhesion strength of a molecule on a surface, were determined by gas-solid chromatography with a packed column containing 60-80 mesh concrete particles. With this approach, the specific retention volume for a compound is measured as a function of temperature, and these data are used to calculate ΔH(a). For the hydrocarbons studied, we found that ΔH(a) was relatively large for unsaturated hydrocarbons. These are the first determinations of ΔH(a) of hydrocarbons on construction concrete, but useful comparisons with other ionic solids such as clays can be made.  相似文献

Phase‐vanishing reactions utilize a perfluorinated solvent as a liquid membrane to separate a substrate and a reagent. Since their introduction less than ten years ago, phase‐vanishing reactions have become a valuable alternative to reactions that require a slow addition of a reagent. A variety of experimental designs allow reactions to be carried out under anhydrous conditions, under photolytic conditions, under solvent‐free conditions, with a gas as a reagent, and under reflux.  相似文献

Entangled proteins have attracted significant research interest. Herein, we report the first rationally designed lasso proteins, or protein [1]rotaxanes, by using a p53dim-entwined dimer for intramolecular entanglement and a SpyTag-SpyCatcher reaction for side-chain ring closure. The lasso structures were confirmed by proteolytic digestion, mutation, NMR spectrometry, and controlled ligation. Their dynamic properties were probed by experiments such as end-capping, proteolytic digestion, and heating/cooling. As a versatile topological intermediate, a lasso protein could be converted to a rotaxane, a heterocatenane, and a “slide-ring” network. Being entirely genetically encoded, this robust and modular lasso-protein motif is a valuable addition to the topological protein repertoire and a promising candidate for protein-based biomaterials.  相似文献

A series of triarylphosphanes ( 1a , 2a , 3a , 4a , 5a , 6a , 7a , 8a , 9a , 10a , 11a ) have been synthesized. An X‐ray crystal structure analysis of (2‐bromophenyl)diphenylphosphane ( 1a ) unambiguously confirmed the constitution of the functionalized phosphane. The hydrosilylation reaction of styrene with triethoxysilane catalyzed with RhCl3/triarylphosphane was studied. In comparison with the classic Wilkinson's catalyst, rhodium complexes with functionalized triarylphosphane ligands are characterized by a very high catalytic effectiveness for the hydrosilylation of alkene. Among these catalysts tested, RhCl3/diphenyl(2‐(trimethylsilyl)phenyl)phosphane ( 8a ) exhibited excellent catalytic properties. Using this silicon‐containing phosphane ligand for the rhodium‐catalyzed hydrosilylation of styrene, both higher conversion of alkene and higher β‐adduct selectivity were obtained than with Wilkinson's catalyst. This paper describes the equilibrium established between a phosphonium dienolate zwitterion and a vinylogous phosphorus ylide, and their reactions with aldehydes. The reactions between ethyl 2-methyl-2,3-butadienoate and various aldehydes occur through either a phosphonium dienolate or a vinylogous ylide intermediate, depending on the presence/absence of a Lewis acid and the nature of the phosphine. We observed a rare vinylogous Wittig olefination from the reaction between ethyl 2-methyl-2,3-butadienoate and an electron-deficient aromatic aldehyde in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of an electron-deficient triarylphosphine and a catalytic amount of a Lewis acid (e.g., BF3·Et2O). On the other hand, the use of triphenylphosphine, in the absence of a Lewis acid, facilitated vinylogous aldol addition, accompanied by a rare 1,2-aryl phosphorus-to-carbon migration.  相似文献

For the synthesis of methyl jasmonate ( 1 ), via the strategic intermediates 3, 4 , and 6a , we constructed a synthetic network via the diverse intermediates 7 – 10, 13, 14, 17 , and 18 . This allowed us to compare the efficiency of more than 20 novel routes. The most productive pathway with a total yield of 38% is represented by the sequence→ 5a → 5m → 13b → 13a → 6a → 4 and proceeds via sequential bromination, basic elimination, decarbomethoxylation, isomerization, and finally Lindlar hydrogenation. The shortest selective way, 2a →[(E,E)‐ 12b ]→ 3 → 4 , is a two‐pot sequence using a modification of Naef's method, based on an aldol condensation between inexpensive cyclopentanone ( 2a ) and crotonaldehyde, with in situ Corey? Chaykovsky cyclopropanation under phase transfer conditions. The key intermediate 3 was then simply pyrolyzed to afford 4 in 27% total yield. The alternative isomerization method via the six‐step deviation→ 5a → 5c → 8c → 13a → 6a → 4 was longer, although more efficient, with a total yield of 32%. Alternatively, a yield of 34% was obtained via the five‐step sequence→ 5a → 5c → 2h → 2i → 4 . Another favored six‐step pathway,→ 5a → 5c → 2h → 17a → 14a → 4 afforded the target compound in 35% total yield.  相似文献
