利用微波萃取高效液相色谱法测定了口红中芳香胺类化合物.先将口红涂于玻璃片上,然后用微波萃取和高效液相色谱法测定萃取液中的芳香胺类化合物.研究了3种市售口红并得到了芳香胺类化合物的定量测定结果.考察了微波萃取的条件,并将薄层色谱等萃取分离方法和微波萃取法进行了比较,证明微波萃取法在萃取膏状物和蜡状物中的组分时,具有比其它方法更加方便、快速等优点.  相似文献

胺类萃取剂是一种分子量较大的胺,分子量一般在200到600。它难溶于水且易溶于某些有机溶剂。这类萃取剂的萃取机理与阴离子交换树脂的吸附相似,因此也称为液体阴离子交换剂。它具有溶剂萃取平衡速度快又有离子交换树脂分离效果高的优点。因此在分离、提纯、富集与回收等方面得到了广泛的应用。自1948年Smithf和Page介绍了这种液体离子交换技术以来,仅仅20余年的时间,胺类萃取剂在分析化学上的应用日益增多,到目前为止,可供使用的胺类萃取剂有40余种,能分离、分析的元素约50个,占周期表一半以上。发表的文献已达数百篇,已有一些较详细  相似文献

基于中空纤维液相微萃取技术,建立了河流污水中两种芳香胺类物质(邻甲苯胺和对氯苯胺)的离子色谱分析方法。采用中空纤维液相微萃取和离子色谱联用技术,对中空纤维萃取条件进行优化。优化的萃取条件:萃取溶剂为正辛醇,供体相中NaOH的浓度为0.01mol/L, NaCl的浓度为500g/L,接受相中HCl的浓度为0.1 mol/L,搅拌速度为430r/min,萃取时间为30min,在优化条件下,邻甲苯胺的富集倍数为88倍,对氯苯胺的富集倍数为124倍。供体相中邻甲苯胺和对氯苯胺的浓度在0.005–0.1mg/L范围内成良好线性,相关系数为0.9998-0.9999 ,检出限为0.2-0.5μg /L,相对标准偏差为0.85-3.38 %。结论:这种方法操作简单,环境友好,提高了离子色谱检测芳香胺类物质的灵敏度。  相似文献

采用酸萃取方法分离出催化柴油中的碱性组分,通过色谱-质谱(Gc-Ms)分析其组成。芳胺化合物是催化裂化柴油中碱性氮化物的主要成分,与吡啶类化合物存在共逸出现象,且具有相同的质谱特征,利用胺类化合物能够与乙酸酐发生乙酰化反应的特性,比较乙酰化前后化合物色谱保留时间和质谱图变化研究芳胺类化合物组成。结果表明,催化裂化柴油中的芳胺类氮化物以C0~C4的烷基苯胺类为主,鉴定了苯基苯胺、茚满胺、萘胺、芴胺及菲胺等胺类化合物。  相似文献

在盐酸介质中伯胺在低酸度下可近于定量地萃取铂与钯,但对锗的萃取则不能令人满意。铑在盐酸中以配阴离子存在,理应易以离子对缔合形式为胺类萃取,故其萃取率很低令人费解。国产长链仲碳伯胺N_(1923)是含19~23个碳原子的伯胺的混合物,与国外的Primene-JMT相当,主要用于钍的萃取,对贵金属的萃取未见报道。本文研究了N_(1923)在盐酸中对铂、钯和铑的萃取,并初步探讨了其萃取机理。  相似文献

This paper also focuses on the stability of these keto intermediates and emphasizes the major differences between indolizinones and pyrroloquinazolinones series. KMnO4-mediated oxidative CN bond cleavage of tertiary amines producing secondary amine was introduced, which was trapped by electrophiles (acyl chloride and sulfonyl chloride) to form amides and sulfonamides. The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient approach to the synthesis of highly congested di, penta and hexacyclic pyrazoles as well as imidazole fragment containing novel heterocyclic molecule has been developed through a carbanion induced transformation of suitably functionalized 2H-pyran-2-ones, benzo[h]chromene and thiochromeno[4,3-b]pyrans. Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献
