A selective and sensitive turn-on fluorescent NIR probe for cysteine has been developed. Cleavage of 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonyl (DNBS) with thiols switches the weakly fluorescent aza-BODIPY dye (λ(em) = 734 nm, Φ(f) = 0.03) to a strongly fluorescent species in the NIR region (λ(em) = 755 nm, Φ(f) = 0.14).  相似文献

A new series of aza‐BODIPY derivatives ( 4 a – 4 c , 5 a , c , and 6 b , c ) were synthesized and their excited‐state properties, such as their triplet excited state and the yield of singlet‐oxygen generation, were tuned by substituting with heavy atoms, such as bromine and iodine. The effect of substitution has been studied in detail by varying the position of halogenation. The core‐substituted dyes showed high yields of the triplet excited state and high efficiencies of singlet‐oxygen generation when compared to the peripheral‐substituted systems. The dye 6 c , which was substituted with six iodine atoms on the core and peripheral phenyl ring, showed the highest quantum yields of the triplet excited state (ΦT=0.86) and of the efficiency of singlet‐oxygen generation (ΦΔ=0.80). Interestingly, these dyes were highly efficient as photooxygenation catalysts under artificial light, as well as under normal sunlight conditions. The uniqueness of these aza‐BODIPY systems is that they are stable under irradiation conditions, possess strong red‐light absorption (620–680 nm), exhibit high yields of singlet‐oxygen generation, and act as efficient and sustainable catalysts for photooxygenation reactions.  相似文献

Near-infrared absorbing aza-BODIPYs with the naphthyl groups at 1,7-positions were prepared for the first time. The singlet oxygen generation of aza-BODIPY with the naphthyl groups at 1,7-positions was more effective than that of the corresponding aza-BODIPY with the phenyl groups at 1,7-positions.  相似文献

We found that elemental iodine and bromine are converted to trihalide nucleophiles (triiodine and tribromide anion, respectively) in the presence of catalytic amounts of meso-tetraphenylporphyrins (H2TPP). Therefore a highly regioselective method for the synthesis of beta-haloalcohols through direct ring opening of epoxides with elemental iodine and bromine in the presence of H2TPPs as new catalysts is described. At room temperature a series of epoxide derivatives were converted into the corresponding halohydrins resulting from an attack of trihalide species anion atoms at the less substituted carbon atom. This method occurs under neutral and mild conditions with high yields in various aprotic solvents, even when sensitive functional groups are present.  相似文献

A comprehensive study of the molecular structure of aza-BODIPY and its derivatives, obtained by introduction of one or more substituents, was carried out. We considered the changes in the characteristics of the electronic and geometric structure of the unsubstituted aza-BODIPY introducing the following substituents into the dipyrrin core; phenyl, 2-thiophenyl, 2-furanyl, 3-pyridinyl, 4-pyridinyl, 2-pyridinyl, and ethyl groups. The ground-state geometries of the unsubstituted Aza-BODIPY and 27 derivatives were computed at the PBE/6-31G(d) and CAM-B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) levels of theory. The time-dependent density-functional theory (TDDFT) together with FC vibronic couplings was used to investigate their absorption and emission spectra.  相似文献

Two series of lactic acid derivatives, based on four-ring molecular core laterally substituted by iodine atom, have been synthesised and their liquid crystalline properties studied. The non-chiral chain length has been varied and its influence on mesomorphic properties studied. All new compounds reveal the SmA*-SmC* phase sequence in an extremely broad temperature interval. The experimental techniques, namely the polarising optical microscopy, DSC, X-ray diffraction and helical pitch measurements, have been applied to establish the physical properties. New materials denoted JFRm/6 and JFRm/MB (with varying m as a number of carbon atoms in the non-chiral chain) are compared with the previously synthesised analogues (non-substituted and laterally substituted by a different halogen atom, namely bromine and chlorine).  相似文献

The oxidative intramolecular coupling reaction of phenol ether derivatives (nonphenolic derivatives) on treatment with a novel combination of a hypervalent iodine(III) reagent, phenyliodine bis(trifluoroacetate) (PIFA), and heteropoly acid (HPA) was studied. Biaryl compounds were obtained in excellent yields on treatment of highly substituted phenol ethers. On the other hand, spirodienones were specifically formed when one of the preferred arylic coupling sites was substituted with a methoxy group in the para position.  相似文献

Two iodo derivatives of closo-CB11H12 ?, i.e., 12-I-1-CB11H11 ? (C 5v symmetry) and 7-I-1-CB11H11 ? (C s symmetry), were prepared (the latter for the first time) and the influence of differently positioned iodine substituents on the geometry of the CB11 icosahedral core was structurally examined both by X-ray diffraction and quantum-chemical computation at the MP2 level. Observed and computed molecular geometries are in overall agreement. Supramolecular architectures of these two anionic substituted monocarboranes are shown. According to DFT computations at the ZORA-SO/BP86 level, the 11B chemical shifts of the boron atoms to which iodine substituents are bonded are dominated by spin–orbit coupling. Different positions of iodine atoms in these two isomers may result in different acidities of the (C)-H atoms in the icosahedral bodies, as suggested by visually analyzing the corresponding lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals.  相似文献

The fast relaxation processes in the excited electronic states of functionalized aza-boron-dipyrromethene (aza-BODIPY) derivatives ( 1 – 4 ) were investigated in liquid media at room temperature, including the linear photophysical, photochemical, and nonlinear optical (NLO) properties. Optical gain was revealed for nonfluorescent derivatives 3 and 4 in the near infrared (NIR) spectral range under femtosecond excitation. The values of two-photon absorption (2PA) and excited-state absorption (ESA) cross-sections were obtained for 1–4 in dichloromethane using femtosecond Z-scans, and the role of bromine substituents in the molecular structures of 2 and 4 is discussed. The nature of the excited states involved in electronic transitions of these dyes was investigated using quantum-chemical TD-DFT calculations, and the obtained spectral parameters are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data. Significant 2PA (maxima cross-sections ∼2000 GM), and large ESA cross-sections ∼10−20 m2 of these new aza-BODIPY derivatives 1–4 along with their measured high photostability reveal their potential for photonic applications in general and optical limiting in particular.  相似文献

UV spectroscopy has been used to study the relative donor power of some derivatives of epoxycyclohexane and of glycidyl ether in the formation of charge-transfer complexes (CTC) with iodine. It is shown that the introduction of a second epoxycyclohexane fragment into the molecule of a substituted 1,2-epoxycyclohexane considerably increases the stability of complexes with molecular iodine, and that the donor power of aromatic derivatives of glycidyl ether considerably exceeds that of their structural analogs, derivatives of anisole.Translated from Izvestiya Akademii Nauk SSSR, Seriya Khimicheskaya, No. 7, pp. 1574–1577, July, 1990.  相似文献

The heat of formation of iodine trifluoride, obtained from an ab initio calculation of its heat of dismutation to mono- and penta-fluorides, was close to their average value. The mean bond dissociation energies of these iodine fluorides is almost invariant. The reduction couples between penta and trifluoro, or tri and mono-fluoro compounds, were employed to calculate formation heats of phenyl and trifluoromethyl iodine fluorides via similar isodesmic reactions. The substituted derivatives were stronger oxidants than the unsubstituted iodine fluorides as quantified by their redox couples. Similarly the corresponding chloro-fluorides were stronger oxidants than the iodo-fluorides. Heats of formation of other iodine fluoride derivatives can be obtained by additivity methods. Recent X-ray structures, when compared with calculated gas-phase structures, showed a lesser tilt of axial I-F bonds to the vertical in the solids probably due to intermolecular association. Rotational barriers around C-I bonds were small enough to permit almost free rotation at ambient temperatures.  相似文献

An iodine‐mediated environmentally benign synthesis of multi‐substituted quinoline derivatives is developed using a solvent‐free mechanochemical process. Appropriately designed and easily accessible protecting group‐free aniline derivatives were used for the oxidative annulation reaction, and a series of quinoline derivatives with variable functionalities were synthesized up to 89 % isolated yield. Importantly, the activator iodine remains in the quinoline molecule and promotes further functionalizations. The present methodology is beneficial with regard to operational simplicity and mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Reaction of the bis(spirodiene) calixarene derivative 9 possessing exocyclic double bonds with tetraethylammonium fluoride or chloride afforded bis(spirodienone) calixarene derivatives substituted by the corresponding halogen atoms (11 and 12). Reaction of 9 with alkyl cuprates yielded in one step p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene derivatives with opposite methylene groups substituted in a trans fashion by identical alkyl substituents (methyl, ethyl, or isopropyl). The isopropyl derivative 16 displayed the largest cone-to-cone inversion barrier of the series.  相似文献

高度定域的、对称的、键轨道基组的建立是一个多步的计算程序:(1)以定域片断轨道[φk,φi,φj]为基,对分子作有条件的RHF运算,算得FUL和DSI°态的片断分子轨道[Φ°l',Φ°n,Φ°m]和[Φl,Φn,Φm]。在基组[φk,φi,φj]中,φi∈双占据和空σ片断分子轨道(FMOs)组,φj∈πFMO组,φk∈单占据σFMO组,它们都精确地定域在各自的片断内;(2)利用Φ°l'与Φ°l间的重叠积分值(Sl'l>0.5),可以从DSI°态中,自动地选出Ns个对称的、由单占据轨道线性组合而成的分子轨道Φ°l'=Σakl'φk(k=1,2,…,Ns),接着,用Φ°l'取代FUL态中同类的、非对称轨道组Φl=Σaklφk(k=1,2,…,Ns);(3)以上述新的轨道组[Φ°l',Φn,Φm]为基(其中,Φ°l'∈DSI°态,它们离域于整个分子;双占据及空σFMO组Φm和πFMO组Φm属于FUL态),按FUL态的条件,再次对分子作有条件的RHF运算,从中得到一组对称的、闭壳层正则FMOs,而且每一个FMO均有正确的电子占据数;(4)利用Perkin原理,将第3步所得的正则FMO组定域成一个对称的键轨道基组[Φl',Φn',Φm']。在这个基组中,π体系Φm'与σ构架Φn'是彻底分离的,而且这两个轨道组始终精确地定域在各自的片断内。  相似文献

以取代吡啶为原料,在羟胺-O-磺酸的作用下,得到取代的N-氨基吡啶的硫酸盐,再通过1,3-偶极环加成反应,与丙炔酸乙酯生成吡唑[1,5-a]并吡啶-3-羧酸乙酯衍生物,然后在质量分数30%的NaOH水溶液作用下水解成酸。 该方法将取代的N-氨基吡啶的硫酸盐直接投入到下步反应,省去传统方法中将硫酸盐转化为碘盐的步骤,解决了碘盐不易析出的问题,并将取代的N-氨基吡啶硫酸盐和丙炔酸乙酯分别用水和二甲基甲酰胺溶解后再混合,增加了原料和K2CO3在体系中的溶解性,提高了产率。 本文成功合成了6种化合物(4a~4f),产率为88%~93%,该方法条件温和,后处理简单,成本低,是适合大规模生产的新工艺。  相似文献

Numerous studies have demonstrated that humic substances (HS) react with iodine to form iodo derivatives and thereby can control the bioavailability of radioisotopes. Unfortunately, none of these studies have provided detailed insights into product compounds and so far, to our knowledge, the direct analysis of these species by electrospray ionization (ESI) mass spectrometry has not been explored. The reactivity of iodine with fulvic acids (FA) present in HS was investigated by means of ESI coupled with a quadrupole time-of-flight (Q-TOF) mass spectrometer. ESI spectra of solutions, that were indicated by MS/MS analysis to have formed iodinated species, apparently displayed singly charged ions corresponding in m/z to hypothesized species, viz., [RI - H](-), R = (substituted FA compound). MS/MS analysis based on the diagnostic fragment ions for FA compounds and their iodo derivatives suggests that FA undergo aromatic substitutions. Furthermore, significant differences in mass profiles are observed that presumably result from extended redox reactions. The ESI-MS technique opens up new opportunities to understand the scavenging properties of HS towards radionuclides and heavy metals for environmental studies.  相似文献

Molecular iodine, I(2), is readily converted into 2 equiv of acetyl hypoiodite (CH(3)CO(2)I) via oxidation by (diacetoxyiodo)benzene (DAIB) followed by trapping of the iodide ion by acetoxyphenyl iodonium ion formed. The in situ generated CH(3)CO(2)I is utilized for the synthesis of 1,2-iodo-cofunctionalized derivatives of a variety of alkenes. Conversion of both iodine atoms of I(2) to I(+) sources results in 100% iodine atom economy for the reported iodo-cofunctionalization of alkenes.  相似文献

To introduce halogen‐bond interactions between a cation and an anion, a novel FeIII complex from iodine‐substituted ligands involving a paramagnetic nickel dithiolene anion was prepared and characterized. The compound exhibited the synergy between a spin‐crossover transition and a spin‐Peierls‐like singlet formation. The halogen‐bond interactions between the iodine and the sulfur atoms stabilized the paramagnetic state of π‐spins and played a crucial role in the synergistic magnetic transition between d‐ and π‐spins. In addition, the compound showed the light‐induced excited spin state trapping effect.  相似文献

Novel NIR fluorescent, conformational restricted aza-dipyrromethene boron difluoride (aza-BODIPY) dyes were prepared by an efficient process. Such conformational restricted aza-BODIPY dyes possess intense absorption, strong fluorescence, high chemical and photostability. Additionally, the sharp fluorescence of non-amine containing aza-BODIPY dyes is insensitive to solvent polarity.  相似文献
