利用建立的光化学反应装置和自行研制的紫外光电子能谱-光电离质谱(PES-PIMS),对CF3自由基与O2和CO的光化学反应进行了研究.对不稳定物种CF3OC(O)OOC(O)OCF3的电子结构以及电离解离的机理进行了分析研究.结果表明,CF3OC(O)OOC(O)OCF3的光电子能谱上出现的两个谱带分别来源于氧原子的孤对电子和CF3基团上F原子的孤对电子的电离,其中前者比后者更容易电离.实验得到CF3OC(O)OOC(O)OCF3的第一垂直电离能为13.21eV,而利用OVGF方法得到的计算值为13.178eV,二者吻合很好.结合光电离质谱,发现在HeI紫外光辐射下,CF3OC(O)OOC(O)OCF3发生一次电离后,母体离子通过C—O键的断裂发生异裂,随后形成碎片离子CF3OCO 和CF3 .研究表明,结合光化学反应装置的紫外光电子能谱-光电离质谱有望在瞬态物种的大气光化学反应研究中得到广泛应用.  相似文献

首次报道了N-(2-溴乙基)咔唑和N-乙烯基咔唑的气相HeI紫外光电子能谱(UPS),借助于Gaussian94采用RHF/6-31G基组优化几何构型,并用RHF/6-31G^*基组计算分子轨道及能级.在对咔唑和N-烷基咔唑系列分子UPS电离能变化规律研究的基础上,对这2个分子的UPS谱带给予指认,并讨论其电子结构.结果表明N-(2-溴乙基)咔唑的UPS谱与N-烷基咔唑的不同之处是在10.295,10.540eV处出现2个Br原子的孤对轨道;N-乙烯基咔唑的UPS谱带与咔唑的相比,电离能变化的特殊性说明乙烯基与咔唑环共平面。  相似文献

采用紫外光电子能谱研究了影响大气臭氧浓度的重要卤素互化物一氯化溴的精细电离能谱.实验得到BrCl的第一绝热电离能和垂直电离能分别为10.95eV和11.00eV.BrCl的最高占据轨道6π电离产生了明显的旋轨分裂谱带.这对旋轨分裂谱带分别清晰地显示出4个振动精细结构峰.频率分析显示BrCl分子最高占据轨道为弱反键性质.比较了HF方法和外壳层格林函数方法(OVGF)对电离能的计算结果,并对实验值进行了分析比较及指认.采用实验构型OVGF方法给出的电离能结果无论在低电离能区还是在高电离能区都和实验值一致,特别是第一垂直电离能10.988eV与实验值11.00eV非常好地吻合.  相似文献

利用真空紫外同步辐射和反射式飞行时间质谱研究了乙苯分子的光电离, 通过测量母体分子的光电离质谱(PIMS)以及母体离子和主要碎片离子的光电离效率曲线(PIEs), 确定了乙苯分子的电离能IE(C8H+10)=(8.66±0.02) eV, 主要碎片离子C7H+7和C6H+6的出现能分别为(10.81±0.02)和(10.99±0.02) eV; 利用经验公式计算出产生碎片离子C7H+7和C6H+6需要的解离能(Ed)分别为(2.15±0.04)和(2.33±0.04) eV. 结合相关的热化学参数, 推算出C8H+10, C7H+7和C6H+6的标准生成焓分别为865.5, 927.2和1037.9 kJ/mol. 为进一步研究乙苯的大气光氧化反应机理提供了参考.  相似文献

给出了哌嗪二酮的气相HeI紫外光电子能谱(UPS), 并进行了化合物分子的HAM/3, MNDO, MINDO/3, INDO, CNDO/2和EHMO等量子化学计算研究. UPS谱低电离能(<11.00 eV)区的四重峰被指认为分子体系中氧-氧, 氮-氮原子孤对轨道间的通过键相互作用导致的分裂峰. 表明HAM/3和MNDO计算法是预指该化合物实验电离能正确次序、轨道对称性类型以及通过键相互作用导致分裂大小的较好方法.  相似文献

报道了醌及苯并酸酐等系列二羰基化合物的气相HeI紫外光电子能谱。对各体系利用Gaussian94程序RHF/3-21G进行了构型优化,对得到的优势构型采用STO-6G基组进行了轨道计算。并结合计算结果对各分子体系的UPS谱进行了分析指认。计算结果分析显示:标题化合物的第一个电离峰均是由苯环部分的共轭π键电子电离及羰基的孤对电子电离引起的,且化合物的IP~1值随羰基在HOMO轨道中权重的增大而增大。各化合物的第二、三谱带都与羰基不同类型的孤对电子峰相关联。说明羰基为此类化合物的特征基团。且分子的对称性越高,羰基的孤对电子峰n^-和n^+的平均值越大,分裂值也越大。  相似文献

A study of the atmospheric photochemical reaction of CF3 radical with CO and O2 was performed by using a homemade ultraviolet photoelectron spectrometer-photoionization mass spectrometer (PES-PIMS). The electronic structures and mechanism of ionization and dissociation of CF3OC(O)OOC(O)-OCF3 were investigated. It was indicated that the two bands on the photoelectron spectrum of CF3OC(O)OOC(O)OCF3 are the result of ionization of an electron from a lone pair of oxygen and a fluorine lone pair of CF3 group. The outermost electrons reside in the oxygen lone pair. The experimental and theoretical first vertical ionization energy is 13.21 and 13.178 eV, respectively, with the PES and OVGF method. They are in good agreement. The photo ionization and dissociation processes were discussed with the help of theoretical calculations and PES-PIMS experiment. After ionization, the parent ions prefer the dissociation of the C—O bond and giving the fragments CF3OCO+ and CF3+. It demonstrated that the ultraviolet photoelectron and photoionization mass spectrometer could be applied widely in the study of atmospheric photochemical reaction. The effect of the properties of sulphur and selenium atoms, the composition and location of substituents (―CH3, ―OCH3, ―C2H5, and ―C3H6―((N+Br?)C5H5)), and the charge state on the collision induced dissociation (CID) behaviour of ions generated by electrospray ionization (ESI) of thiocarbocyanine and selenocarbocyanine dyes have been investigated. The results show that, for of all the examined singly charged ions, the main dissociation channel was related to the formation of distonic ions, generated as a result of cleavages within the dimethine bridge. In the case of doubly charged ions (with propyl‐pyridinium substituents), competition between fragmentation processes related to charges located at different nitrogen atoms has been observed. The S/Se replacement also has an impact on the CID behaviour of the examined carbocyanine dyes. On the basis of the performed CID MS/MS experiments, general rules for the CID of thiocarbocyanine and selenocarbocyanine dyes have been proposed.  相似文献

A series of tri‐ and diorganotin(IV) compounds containing potentially chelating S,N‐ligand(s) (LSN, where LSN is 6‐phenylpyridazine‐3‐thiolate) were prepared and structurally characterized by multinuclear NMR spectroscopy. X‐ray diffraction techniques were used for determination of the structure of compounds containing one [(LSN)Ph2SnCl], two [(n‐Bu)2Sn(LSN)2] and the combination of two LSN and one LCN [(LCN)(n‐Bu)Sn(LSN)2] (where LCN is {2‐[(CH3)2NCH2]C6H4}‐) ligands. The coordination number of the tin atom varies from five to seven and is dependent on the number of chelating ligands present. The formation of the five‐membered azastanna heterocycle is favored over the formation of four‐membered azastannathia heterocycle in compounds containing both types of ligands. The di‐n‐butyl‐substituted compounds are the most efficient ones in inhibition of growth of yeasts, molds and G+ bacteria strains. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The novel molecule difluorochloroacetyl cyanide, ClF(2)CC(O)CN, has been characterized by IR (gas phase, Ar matrix), Raman (liquid), (19)F and (13)C NMR, and photoelectron (PES) spectroscopies; photoionization mass spectrometry (PIMS); and gas electron diffraction (GED). The conformational properties of ClF(2)CC(O)CN have been studied by joint application of vibrational spectroscopy, GED, and quantum chemical calculations. The existence of two conformers is detected in the gas and liquid phases, in which the C-Cl bond adopts gauche and syn orientations with respect to the C═O group. The computed enthalpy difference is in harmony with the experimental results of the gauche being more stable than the syn conformer by ΔH° = 1.3 kcal mol(-1) (MP2/cc-pVTZ). The valence electronic properties and the possible ionization and dissociation processes of the title compound are studied using the PES and PIMS. The experimental first vertical ionization energy of 12.0 eV corresponds to the ejection of an electron of the oxygen lone pairs. Taking into account the properties and broad applications of acyl cyanides, ClF(2)CC(O)CN is a promising new precursor in preparative chemistry.  相似文献

The evaporation of a Tunisian brine sample involving the system Na+, Mg2+, K+, Cl, S 4 2– –H2O was studied under atmospheric pressure and at ambient temperature. The selective densities of precipitation of halite (NaCl) and of co-precipitation of halite and astrakanite (Na2Mg(SO4)2·4H2O), halite and kaïnite (MgSO4·KCl·H2O) and epsomite MgSO4·7H2O were determined.During the evaporation of the studied brine, calculations related to the hypothetical composition of the solution in terms of the simple salts NaCl, MgSO4, KCl and MgCl2.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The photodynamics of protonated tryptophan and its mono hydrated complex TrpH+−H2O has been revisited. A combination of steady-state IR and UV cryogenic ion spectroscopies with picosecond pump-probe photodissociation experiments sheds new lights on the deactivation processes of TrpH+ and conformer-selected TrpH+−H2O complex, supported by quantum chemistry calculations at the DFT and coupled-cluster levels for the ground and excited states, respectively. TrpH+ excited at the band origin exhibits a transient of less than 100 ps, assigned to the lifetime of the excited state proton transfer (ESPT) structure. The two experimentally observed conformers of TrpH+−H2O have been assigned. A striking result arises from the conformer-selective photodynamics of TrpH+−H2O, in which a single water molecule inserted in between the ammonium and the indole ring hinders the barrierless ESPT reaction responsible for the ultra-fast deactivation process observed in the other conformer and in bare TrpH+.  相似文献

Four tetrahydrofuran-2,3,4,5-tetracarboxylato bridged copper(II) coordination polymers with alkali metals, Na2[Cu(H2O)(THFTC)]·5H2O 1, K2[Cu3(H2O)2(THFTC)2]·9H2O 2, Rb2[Cu3(H2O)2(THFTC)2]·6H2O 3 and Cs2[Cu3(H2O)2(THFTC)2]·6H2O 4 (H4THFTC = tetrahydrofuran-2,3,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid) were prepared from reactions of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, tetrahydrofuran-2,3,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid and alkali hydroxide or carbonate at pH 5.0–6.0 under ambient conditions. Compound 1 features 2D (33·43·54) topological layers generated from six-coordinated Cu2+ cations interlinked by (THFTC)4− anions, and the resulting layers are ecliptically stacked along [1 0 0] direction to form lozenge-shaped and octagonal channels filled with Na+ ions and lattice H2O molecules. In 2–4, both penta- and hexa-coordinated copper(II) ions are bridged by tetracarboxylate anions to form negatively charged 2D layers formulated as 2[Cu(H2O)2L3/2]2− with the corresponding alkali metal cations (K+, Rb+ or Cs+ ions) and hydrogen bonded lattice H2O molecules sandwiched between them. Additionally, the results about i.r. spectroscopic, thermal characterizations and magnetic properties are presented.  相似文献

The cation influence on the water molecule in the Li+·H2O, Be2+·H2O, Mg2+·H2O and A13+·H2O complexes has been studied by means of quantum-mechanical ab initio calculations. A number of general trends are noted. (1) The calculated equilibrium water O-H distances increase with increasing binding energies, i.e. in the order Li+, Mg2+, Be2+, Al3+. The H-O-H angles differ by about ±1 ° from the calculated equilibrium angle for the free H2O molecule; the variation has no systematic trend. (2) The electron density redistribution accompanying the change in the internal H2O geometry in these complexes is considerably smaller than the redistribution brought about by the direct influence of the external field. (3) The harmonic O-H stretching force constant decreases with increased cation-water bonding. (4) The qualitative features of the density changes are very similar for the four complexes. The magnitudes of the interactions follow the relation Li+ < Mg2+ < Be2+ Al3+. An increased polarization of the H2O molecule occurs with electron migration from the H atoms towards the O atom and an accumulation of electron charge approximately at the centre of the Men+—O bond, especially in Be2+·H2O and A13+·H2O. An electron deficiency is found in the lone-pair region.  相似文献
