Stearic acid (SA) and octadecylamine (ODA) monolayers at the air/liquid interface were used as template layers to adsorb glucose oxidase (GOx) from aqueous solution. The effect of the template monolayers on the adsorption behavior of GOx was studied in terms of the variation of surface pressure, the evolution of surface morphology observed by BAM and AFM, and the conformation of adsorbed GOx. The results show that the presence of a template monolayer can enhance the adsorption rate of GOx; furthermore, ODA has a higher ability, compared to SA, to adsorb GOx, which is attributed to the electrostatic attractive interaction between ODA and GOx. For adsorption performed on a bare surface or on an SA monolayer, the surface pressure approaches an equilibrium value (ca. 8 mN/m) after 2 to 3 h of adsorption and remains nearly constant in the following adsorption process. For the adsorption on an ODA monolayer, the surface pressure will increase further 1 to 2 h after approaching the first equilibrium pressure, which is termed the second adsorption stage. The measurement of circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy indicates that the Langmuir-Blodgett films of adsorbed GOx transferred at the first equilibrium state (π = 8 mN/m) have mainly a β-sheet conformation, which is independent of the type of template monolayers. However, the ODA/GOx LB film transferred at the second adsorption stage has mainly an α-helix conformation. It is concluded that the specific interaction between ODA and GOx not only leads to a higher adsorption rate and adsorbed amount of GOx but also induces a conformation change in adsorbed GOx from β-sheet to α-helix. The present results indicate that is possible to control the conformation of adsorbed protein by selecting the appropriate template monolayer.  相似文献

The role of dipalmitoylphosphatic acid (DPPA) as a transfer promoter to enhance the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) deposition of a dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) monolayer at air/liquid interfaces was investigated, and the effects of Ca2+ ions in the subphase were discussed. The miscibility of the two components at air/liquid interfaces was evaluated by surface pressure-area per molecule isotherms, thermodynamic analysis, and by the direct observation of Brewster angle microscopy (BAM). Multilayer LB deposition behavior of the mixed DPPA/DPPC monolayers was then studied by transferring the monolayers onto hydrophilic glass plates at a surface pressure of 30 mN/m. The results showed that the two components, DPPA and DPPC, were miscible in a monolayer on both subphases of pure water and 0.2 mM CaCl2 solution. However, an exception occurs between X(DPPA)=0.2 and 0.5 at air/CaCl2-solution interface, where a partially miscible monolayer with phase separation may occur. Negative deviations in the excess area analysis were found for the mixed monolayer system, indicating the existence of attractive interactions between DPPA and DPPC molecules in the monolayers. The monolayers were stable at the surface pressure of 30 mN/m for the following LB deposition as evaluated from the area relaxation behavior. It was found that the presence of Ca2+ ions had a stabilization effect for DPPA-rich monolayers, probably due to the association of negatively charged DPPA molecules with Ca2+ ions. Moreover, the Ca2+ ions may enhance the adhesion of DPPA polar groups to a glass surface and the interactions between DPPA polar groups in the multilayer LB film structure. As a result, Y-type multilayer LB films containing DPPC could be fabricated from the mixed DPPA/DPPC monolayers with the presence of Ca2+ ions.  相似文献

The spread monolayer formation of hydrophobic poly(3-alkylthiophene)s (P3ATs), regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) ( HT-P3HT), regioregular poly(3-dodecylthiophene) ( HT-P3DT), and regioirregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) ( RI-P3HT), were attained on the water surface via cospreading with a liquid-crystal molecule, 4'-pentyl-4-cyanobiphenyl (5CB). The spread monolayers were characterized by pi- A isotherms, Brewster angle microscopy (BAM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The molecular area for the cospread mixtures of P3ATs and 5CB expanded more than that of pure P3ATs as shown from the pi-A isotherms. BAM revealed that the mixed film forms the monomolecularly uniform and flat films on water. AFM elucidated that the spread monolayer of the hydrophobic P3ATs formed on the top of the 5CB monolayer on water with thicknesses of ca. 1.6 and ca. 2.6 nm for the two P3HTs and HT-P3DT, respectively. The P3AT/5CB hybrid monolayers could be fully transferred onto a solid substrate, and pure P3AT monolayers were obtained after volatilization of 5CB by gentle heating. The multilayer formation of pure P3AT monolayers was prepared by layer-by-layer deposition involving repeating horizontal deposition and successive volatilization of 5CB. Grazing angle incidence X-ray diffraction measurements showed that the lamella plane of the P3ATs is perfectly oriented parallel to the substrate plane in the resulting thin films. This shows a marked contrast with those obtained by spin casting using the identical polymer, where both in-plane and out-of-plane lamellae are involved. These thin films with perfectly controlled lamella orientation should be of great significance as the model system for evaluating the charge mobility for organic polymer electric devices.  相似文献

A model tear film lipid layer composed of a binary mixture of cholesteryl myristate (CM) and 1,2-dipalmitoyl- sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (DPPC) was characterized using surface tension measurements, Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) and interfacial stress rheology (ISR). Isotherms showed that films containing >or=90 mol % CM have a 17-fold greater % area loss between the first and second compressions than the films with less CM. BAM images clearly showed that CM films did not expand after compression, and solid-like regions extending 1-2 mm were observed at low pressures (1 mN/m). Lipid films with or=50 mol % CM became elastic at higher surface pressures. Increasing CM content reduced the surface pressure at which the mixed film became elastic. Lysozyme adsorption into a CM film increased the compressibility and resulted in a more expanded film. Lysozyme increased the ductility of the CM/DPPC films with no film breakdown occurring up to the highest pressure measured (40 mN/m). In summary, CM increased the elasticity of the lipid films, but also caused them to become brittle and incapable of expansion following compression. Lysozyme adsorption increased the ductility and decreased the isotherm hysteresis for CM/DPPC films.  相似文献

Docetaxel (DCT) is an antineoplastic drug for the treatment of a wide spectrum of cancers. DCT surface properties as well as miscibility studies with l-alpha-dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC), which constitutes the main component of biological membranes, are comprehensively described in this contribution. Penetration studies have revealed that when DCT is injected under DPPC monolayers compressed to different surface pressures, it penetrates into the lipid monolayer promoting an increase in the surface pressure. DCT is a surface active molecule able to decrease the surface tension of water and to form insoluble films when spread on aqueous subphases. The maximum surface pressure reached after compression of a DCT Langmuir film was 13 mN/m. Miscibility of DPPC and DCT in Langmuir films has been studied by means of thermodynamic properties as well as by Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) analysis of the mixed films at the air-water interface, concluding that DPPC and DCT are miscible and they form non-ideally mixed monolayers at the air-water interface. Helmholtz energies of mixing revealed that no phase separation occurs. In addition, Helmholtz energies of mixing become more negative with decreasing areas per molecule, which suggests that the stability of the mixed monolayers increases as the monolayers become more condensed. Compressibility values together with BAM images indicate that DCT has a fluidizing effect on DPPC monolayers.  相似文献

Betulinic acid (BA, a natural pentacyclic triterpene) can induce mitochondrial membrane damage and trigger the mitochondrial pathway of apoptosis in tumor cells. The monolayer behavior of binary systems of BA and cardiolipin (CL, a unique phospholipid found only in mitochondria membrane in animals) was studied by surface pressure-area (π-A) measurements and analyses and Atomic force microscopy (AFM) observation. The miscibility analysis presents that in mixed monolayers BA takes both tilted and nearly perpendicular orientations at surface pressure below 30 mN/m but only nearly perpendicular orientation at 30 mN/m. The thermodynamic stability analysis indicates that phase separation and repulsion occur in mixed BA/CL monolayers. The compressibility analysis shows that at 30 mN/m, 20% addition of BA does markedly translate the liquid-condensed CL monolayer to mixed BA/CL monolayer with the coexistence of liquid-condensed and liquid-expanded phases. The AFM images of supported monolayers give direct evidence of the conclusions obtained from the analyses of π-A isotherms. These results confirm that at high surface pressure near to real biologic situations, BA orients nearly perpendicularly with hydroxyl group toward water, causes phase separation and changes the permeability of CL film, which correlates with the mitochondrial membrane damage induced by BA.  相似文献

The monolayer formed at an air/water interface by the synthetic non-ionic surfactant, 1,2-di-O-octadecyl-rac-glyceryl-3-(omega-methoxydodecakis (ethylene glycol)) (2C18E12) has been characterized using Langmuir trough measurements, Brewster angle microscopy (BAM), and neutron reflectometry. The BAM and reflectometry studies were performed at four different surface pressures (pi) in the range 15-40 mN/m. The BAM studies (which give information on the in-plane organisation of the surfactant layer) demonstrate that the 2C18E12 molecules are arranged on the water surface to form distinct, approximately circular, 5 microm diameter domains. As the surface pressure is increased these domains retain their size and shape but are made progressively more close-packed, such that the monolayer is made more or less complete at pi=40 mN/m. The neutron reflectometry measurements were made to determine the structure of the interfacial surfactant layer at pi=15, 28, 34 and 40 mN/m, providing information on the thickness of the 2C18E12 alkyl chains', head groups' and associated solvent distributions (measured along the surface normal), along with the separations between these distributions, and the effective interfacial area per molecule. Partial structure factor analyses of the reflectivity data show that the effective interfacial area occupied decreases from 217 A2 per 2C18E12 molecule at pi=15 mN/m down to 102 A2 at pi=40 mN/m. There are concomitant increases in the widths of the surfactant's alkyl chains' and head groups' distributions (modelled as Gaussians), with the former rising from 12 A (at pi=15 mN/m) up to 19 A (at pi=40 mN/m) and the latter rising from 13 A (at pi=15 mN/m) up to 24 A (at pi=40 mN/m). The compression of the monolayer is also shown to give rise to an increased surface roughness, some of which is due to the thermal roughness caused by capillary waves, but with a significant contribution also coming from the intrinsic/structural disorder in the monolayer. At all surface pressures studied, the alkyl chains and head groups of the 2C18E12 are found to exhibit a significant overlap, and this increases with increasing pi. Given the various trends noted on how the structure of the 2C18E12 monolayer changes as a function of pi, we extrapolate to consider the structure of the monolayer at pi>40 mN/m (making comparison with its single chain (CnEm) counterparts) and then relate these findings to the observations recorded on the structure and solute entrapment efficiency of 2C18E12 vesicles.  相似文献

In this work we have analyzed the penetration of betalactoglobulin into a monoglyceride monolayer (monopalmitin or monoolein) spread at the air-water interface and its effects on the structural, dilatational, and topographical characteristics of mixed films. Dynamic tensiometry, surface film balance, Brewster angle microscopy (BAM), and surface dilatational rheology have been used, maintaining the temperature constant at 20 degrees C and the pH and ionic strength at 7 and 0.05 M, respectively. The initial surface pressure (mN/m) of the spread monoglyceride monolayer (pii(MONOGLYCERIDE)) at 10, 20, and the collapse point is the variable studied. Beta-lactoglobulin can penetrate into a spread monoglyceride monolayer at every surface pressure. The penetration of beta-lactoglobulin into the monoglyceride monolayer with a more condensed structure, at the collapse point of the monoglyceride, requires monoglyceride molecular loss by collapse and/or desorption. However, the structural, topographical, and dilatational characteristics of monoglyceride penetrated by beta-lactoglobulin mixed monolayers are essentially dominated by the presence of monoglyceride (either monopalmitin or monoolein) in the mixed film. In fact, monoglyceride molecules have the capacity to re-enter the monolayer after expansion and recompression of the mixed monolayer. Thus, monoglyceride molecular loss by collapse and/or desorption is reversible. The topography of the monolayer under dynamic conditions corroborates these conclusions.  相似文献

In this work we have analyzed the topography by atomic force microscopy (AFM) of dipalmitoyl-phosphatidyl-choline (DPPC) monolayers previously spread at the air–water interface and penetrated by β-casein. AFM images of β-casein–DPPC monolayers were taken from Langmuir–Blodgett films deposited onto hydrophilic mica substrates at different initial surface pressures (πi) and after the compression of the mixed films. The monolayer topography depends on the initial structure of the phospholipid:liquid expanded (LE) at 3 mN/m, coexistence between LE and liquid condensed (LC) structures at 7 mN/m, at the end of the LE–LC transition at 10 mN/m, and with a LC structure at 15 mN/m. The area occupied by DPPC domains in the mixed film increases with the πi value, especially for DPPC with a LC structure at 15 mN/m. At this surface pressure the thickness of the film is at a maximum. After the film compression at 25 mN/m, which is above the equilibrium spreading pressure of β-casein (), this protein is displaced from the interface by DPPC and the topography of the mixed monolayer depends on the initial structure of the DPPC monolayer. A notable feature of the topography of these mixed monolayers is the presence of multilayers of β-casein and DPPC of high thickness (50–70 nm) at the lower πi values. Although the film is dominated by DPPC at the highest surface pressures (at 25 mN/m), β-casein is not displaced totally from the interface and coexists as β-casein collapsed domains within the network of the DPPC structure.  相似文献

Dipalmitoyl phosphatidic acid (DPPA) monolayers at the air-water interface were studied from surface pressure (Pi)-area (A) isotherms and at the microscopic level with Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) under different conditions of temperature, pH, and ionic strength. BAM images were recorded simultaneously with Pi-A isotherms during the monolayer compression-expansion cycles. DPPA monolayers show a structural polymorphism from the liquid-expanded (LE)-liquid-condensed (LC) transition region at lower surface pressures toward liquid-condensed and solid (S) structures at higher surface pressures. An increase in temperature, pH, or ionic strength provokes an expansion in the monolayer structure. The results obtained from the Pi-A measurements are confirmed by the monolayer topography and relative reflectivity. The measurements of relative reflectivity upon monolayer compression showed an increase in relative monolayer thickness of 1.25 and 3.3 times throughout the full monolayer compression from the liquid-expanded to the liquid-condensed and solid states, respectively.  相似文献

Magnetic Langmuir-Blodgett films of four ferritin derivatives with different iron contents containing 4220, 3062, 2200, and 1200 iron atoms, respectively, have been prepared by using the adsorption properties of a 6/1 mixed monolayer of methyl stearate (SME) and dioctadecyldimethylammonium bromide (DODA). The molecular organization of the mixed SME/DODA monolayer is strongly affected by the presence of the water-soluble protein in the subphase as shown by pi-A isotherms, BAM images, and imaging ellipsometry at the water-air interface. BAM images reveal the heterogeneity of this mixed monolayer at the air-water interface. We propose that the ferritin is located under the mixed matrix in those regions where the reflectivity is higher whereas the dark regions correspond to the matrix. Ellipsometric angle measurements performed in zones of different brightness of the mixed monolayer confirm such a heterogeneous distribution of the protein under the lipid matrix. Transfer of the monolayer onto different substrates allowed the preparation of multilayer LB films of ferritin. Both infrared and UV-vis spectroscopy indicate that ferritin molecules are incorporated within the LB films. AFM measurements show that the heterogeneous distribution of the ferritin at the water-air interface is maintained when it is transferred onto solid substrates. Magnetic measurements show that the superparamagnetic properties of these molecules are preserved. Thus, marked hysteresis loops of magnetization are obtained below 20 K with coercive fields that depend on the number of iron atoms of the ferritin derivative.  相似文献

Novel water-soluble amphiphilic triblock copolymers poly(glycerol monomethacrylate)-b-poly(propylene oxide)-b-poly(glycerol monomethacrylate) (PGMA-b-PPO-b-PGMA) were synthesized because of their expected enhanced ability to interact with biological membranes compared to the well-known poly(ethylene oxide)-b-poly(propylene oxide)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO-b-PPO-b-PEO) block copolymers. Their bulkier hydrophilic PGMA blocks might induce a disturbance in the packing of liquid-crystalline lipid bilayers in addition to the effect caused by the hydrophobic PPO block alone. To gain a better insight into the polymer-membrane interactions at the molecular level, the adsorption kinetics and concomitant interactions of (PGMA14)(2-)PPO(34) with model membranes of dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and dimyristoylphosphatidylcholine (DMPC) were monitored using infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRRAS) coupled with Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) and surface pressure (pi) measurements. The maximum penetration surface pressure of ca. 39 mN/m suggests that (PGMA14)(2-)PPO(34) is able to insert into lipid monolayers even above the so-called monolayer-bilayer equivalent pressure of 30-35 mN/m. Copolymer adsorption to a liquid-expanded DPPC-d62 monolayer proceeds in a two-step mechanism: (i) initially only the more hydrophobic PPO middle block penetrates the lipid monolayer; (ii) following the liquid-expanded-liquid-condensed (LE-LC) phase transition, the bulky PGMA hydrophilic blocks are dragged into the headgroup region as the PPO block inserts further into the fatty acid region. The adsorption kinetics is considerably faster for DMPC-d54 monolayers due to their higher fluidity. Copolymer adsorption to an LC-DPPC-d62 monolayer leads to a change in the monolayer packing by forcing the lipid alkyl chains into a more vertical orientation, their tilt angle with respect to the surface normal being reduced from initially 30 degrees +/- 3 degrees to 18 degrees +/- 3 degrees. BAM images rule out macroscopic phase separation and show that coalescence of DPPC-d62 LC domains takes place at relatively low surface pressures of pi > or = 23 mN/m, suggesting that (PGMA14)(2-)PPO (34) partitions into both LE as well as LC domains.  相似文献

Cholesterol is a main component of the cell membrane and could have significant effects on drug-cell membrane interactions and thus the therapeutic efficacy of the drug. It also plays an important role in liposomal formulation of drugs for controlled and targeted delivery. In this research, Langmuir film technique, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) are employed for a systematic investigation on the effects of cholesterol component on the molecular interactions between a prototype antineoplastic drug (paclitaxel) and 1,2-dipalmitoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphocholine (DPPC) within the cell membrane by using the lipid monolayer at the air-water interface as a model of the lipid bilayer membrane and the biological cell membrane. Analysis of the measured surface pressure (pi) versus molecular area (a) isotherms of the mixed DPPC/paclitaxel/cholesterol monolayers at various molar ratios shows that DPPC, paclitaxel and cholesterol can form a non-ideal miscible system at the air-water interface. Cholesterol enhances the intermolecular forces between paclitaxel and DPPC, produces an area-condensing effect and thus makes the mixed monolayer more stable. Investigation of paclitaxel penetration into the mixed DPPC/cholesterol monolayer shows that the existence of cholesterol in the DPPC monolayer can considerably restrict the drug penetration into the monolayer, which may have clinical significance for diseases of high cholesterol. FTIR and AFM investigation on the mixed monolayer deposited on solid surface confirmed the obtained results.  相似文献

The effect of polysilicic acid on mixed monolayers of hemoglobin and stearoyl erythroceramide used as cell membrane models has been studied. The presence of the sphingolipid at the interface stabilizes the hemoglobin monolayer, hindering expulsion of its residues from the surface when the collapse pressure (ca. 23 mN/m) is reached. The interaction between the components of the mixed film results in non-additivity of their molecular areas to a degree depending on film composition and substrate pH. The presence of polysilicic acid in the substrate increases the miscibility of the components in the mixed monolayer as a result of ionic interaction between the silicic acid and the protein.  相似文献

A remarkable change in the conductivity of a polyaniline (PAN) Langmuir monolayer in the conducting state, as a function of surface pressure, has been observed using scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM). The film conductivity, as expressed by the SECM current response of a redox mediator, was measured in-situ in a Langmuir film balance. The conductivity of the film increases significantly with surface pressure, above a threshold value of ca. 20 mN m-1.  相似文献

We report our studies on the mixed Langmuir monolayer of mesogenic molecules, p-(ethoxy)-p-phenylazo phenyl hexanoate (EPPH) and octyl cyano biphenyl (8CB), employing the techniques of surface manometry and Brewster angle microscopy. Our studies show that the mixed monolayer exhibits higher collapse pressures for certain mole fractions of EPPH in 8CB as compared to individual monolayers. Also, a considerable reduction in the area per molecule is seen in the mixed monolayer, indicating a condensed phase. We have also studied the photostability of the mixed monolayer at different initial surface pressures. The mixed monolayer, under alternate cycles of UV and visible illumination, exhibits changes in surface pressures. This is due to the photoinduced transformation of EPPH isomers in the mixed monolayer. Our in-situ Brewster angle microscope studies for 0.5 mole fraction of EPPH in 8CB show a phase separation in the UV and a miscible phase in the visible, at low surface pressures ( approximately 5 mN/m). At higher surface pressures ( approximately 10 mN/m), under UV illumination, we find a phase separation which does not revert to a miscible phase under visible illumination.  相似文献

Mixed monolayers of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), the main component of hard contact lenses, and dipalmitoyl phosphatidyl choline (DPPC), a characteristic phospholipidic constituent of ocular tear films, were selected as an in vitro model in order to observe the behavior of contact lenses on the eye. Using Langmuir monolayer and Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) techniques, the interaction between both components was analyzed from the data of surface pressure-area isotherms, compressional modulus-surface pressure, and relative film thickness versus time elapsed from the beginning of compression, together with BAM images. Regardless of the surface pressure at which the molecular/monomer areas (A(m)) were recorded, the A(m) mole fractions of PMMA (X(PMMA)) plots show that the experimental results match the theoretical values calculated from additivity rule A(m) = X(PMMA)A(PMMA) + X(DPPC)A(DPPC). The application of the Crisp phase rule to the phase diagram of the PMMA-DPPC system can explain the existence of a mixed monolayer made up of miscible components with ideal behavior at surface pressures below 25 mN/m. However, at very high surface pressures, when collapse is reached (at 60 mN/m), the single collapsed components are segregated into two independent phases. These results allows us to argue that PMMA hard contact lenses in the eye do not alter the structural characteristics of the phospholipid (DPPC) in tears.  相似文献

In this work the interaction between human serum albumin (HSA) and a monofluorinated phospholipid, 1-palmitoyl-2-[16-fluoropalmitoyl-phosphatidylcholine] (F-DPPC), was studied by using Langmuir monolayer and Brewster angle microscopy (BAM) techniques. Different amounts of F-DPPC were spread on a previously formed HSA monolayer located at the air/water interface at 25 °C and the mixed monolayers thus obtained showed the existence of a liquid expanded-liquid condensed (LE-LC) phase transition (at 14 mN/m), attributed to the pure F-DPPC monolayer, coexisting with a second transition (at 22-24 mN/m) corresponding to the protein conformational change from an unfolded state to another in “loops” configuration. Relative thickness measurements recorded during the compression of the mixed monolayers showed the existence of an “exclusion” surface pressure (πexc), above which the protein is squeezed out the interface, but not totally. BAM images reveal that some protein molecules in a packed “loops” configuration remain at the interface at surface pressures higher than the “exclusion” surface pressure. The application of the Defay-Crisp phase rule to the phase diagram of the F-DPPC/HSA system can explain the existence of certain regions of surface pressure in which the mixed monolayer components are miscible, as well as those others that they are immiscible.  相似文献

Asymmetrically substituted poly(paraphenylene) (PhPPP) with hydrophilic and hydrophobic side chains was investigated. The polymer behavior at the air-water interface was studied on the basis of surface pressure-area (pi-A) isotherms and compression/expansion hysteresis measurements. PhPPP can form stable monolayers with an area per repeat unit of A=0.20+/-0.02 nm2 and a collapse pressure in the range of pi=25 mN/m. Then, Langmuir-Blodgett-Kuhn (LBK) films of PhPPP were prepared by horizontally and vertically transferring the Langmuir monolayers onto hydrophilic solid substrates at pi=12 mN/m. Cross-section analysis of the AFM tapping-mode topography images of a single transferred monolayer reveals a thickness of d0=0.9+/-0.1 nm. Taking into account the obtained monolayer thickness, curve-fitting calculations of angular scan data of LB monolayers measured using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) spectroscopy lead to a value for the refractive index of n=1.78+/-0.02 at lambda=632.8 nm. Next, the spontaneous formation of a PhPPP monolayer by adsorption from solution was studied ex situ by atomic force microscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy and in situ by using SPR spectroscopy. Stable self-assembled monolayers of PhPPP can be formed on hydrophilic surfaces with a thickness similar to that of the monolayer obtained using the LB method. The characterization results confirmed the amphiphilic character and the self-assembly properties of PhPPP, as well as the possibility of preparing homogeneous monolayer and multilayer films.  相似文献
