根据原子荧光光度法,用AFS-9700双道原子荧光光度计测定水样中的总锑含量,并且分析了主要的测量不确定度来源,即标准溶液引入的不确定度、建立工作曲线引入的不确定度、回收率引入的不确定度和重复测量样品引入的不确定度,对测量不确定度进行计算和评定,合成测得总锑含量的不确定度为0.10?g/L。  相似文献

通过对比电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)与石墨炉原子吸收法(AAS)测定水中重金属的检出限、重复性、加标回收率等实验,验证两种方法的准确性,从而为饮用水中重金属的测定提供可靠的方法。结果表明,石墨炉原子吸收法测定饮用水中砷、镉、铬、铅、汞、硒检出限均低于ICP-OES法,但ICP-OES法测定线性范围宽,重复性和加标回收率均优于石墨炉原子吸收法,分析速度快,操作便捷,结果满意,是目前饮用水中重金属的测定非常可靠的方法。  相似文献

In the present work, the transport of Zn(II) metal ion from an aqueous nitrate solution of different metal ions through a polymer inclusion membrane (PIM) containing calix[4]resorcinarene derivative used as a carrier were investigated. Zn(II)metal ion showing high permeability were transported through PIMs prepared from cellulose triacetate (CTA) as a polymeric support material and 2-NPOE as a plasticizer. Total Zn(II) concentration was determined with an Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS) in the acceptor phase. The prepared PIM and supported liquid membrane (SLM) were characterized by using Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) techniques. The effects of membrane composition, effects of type of plasticizer in the membrane, effects of carrier concentration, and the thickness of the membranes were examined in the facilitated transport experiments of Zn(II) ion through PIM. We compared the performance of SLM experiments under the optimum conditions identified by the PIM studies. Higher permeability coefficient values for Zn(II) was found for SLM, while lower values were ascertained for PIM. The kinetic parameters which have been calculated as the constant rate (k), permeability coefficient (P), flux (J) and diffusion coefficient (D).  相似文献

Os and Pd Modified Tin Oxide Films for Sensors by the Sol Gel Process   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
Pure, Pd and Os modified SnO2 films were prepared by the sol gel process and used as active materials in gas sensing devices. The films have been prepared starting from tin tetrachloride in alcoholic solution hydrolysed with water. The modifier was added to the sol as inorganic salt. Pd acetate and Os chloride were the Pd and Os precursors respectively. A structural and morphological study was carried out by means of Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (SIMS) and x-ray Diffraction (XRD). The electrical resistance variations as a function of various gaseous atmospheres and temperature were measured to evaluate the sensing properties of the films. CO, CH4, CH3OH and C2H5OH gases were used for the tests. Following results were obtained: Pd is present in the form of PdO nanoclusters in the polycrystalline SnO2 matrix as evidenced by XRD spectra whereas Os is a cationic modifier uniformly dispersed as evidenced in SIMS studies. Optimum sensing temperature and the sensitivity variations, with respect to the undoped films, differ according to the gaseous species. It looks therefore promising to use inexpensive, sol-gel derived, array of films in smart gas sensing devices that are able to recognise gas species and concentration.  相似文献

Summary The rapid progress in high technology constantly poses new challenges for Analytical Chemistry and prompts the development of new techniques and procedures. The influence is particularly strong in surface and interface analysis, which is developing at a rapid pace. This paper discusses some of the frontier areas like high-resolution depth-distribution analysis of trace elements, quantitative depth distribution analysis of ultra thin-layer systems, quantitative trace element analysis in monolayers, 3-dimensional stereometric analysis, molecular analysis, in-situ atomic resolution analysis of surfaces (chemical nanoscopy). Abstract

A pesticide multiresidue method for determining dichlorvos, naled. lindane, diazinon. chlorpyri-fos-methyl, dichlofluanid, chlorpyrifos, folpet, α– and β-endosulfan, endosulfan-sulphate, fen-propathrin and acrinathrin in water samples at the levels required by the EEC Drinking Waters Directive has been developed. The pesticides were selected among the most used during die last 20 years in Almeria (Spain), where there is a high agricultural activity. Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) was selected as extraction method after being compared with Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE). Moreover, different gas chromatographic detectors (Electron Capture Detector, ECD; Mass Spectrometer, MS; Tandem Mass Spectrometer, MS/MS) were compared. The best results of repeatability and sensitivity were obtained for ECD and MS/MS.  相似文献
