The adduct 1,6‐di­amino­hexane–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­ethane (1/2) is a salt {hexane‐1,6‐diyldiammonium–4‐[1,1‐bis(4‐hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]phenolate (1/2)}, C6H18N22+·2C20H17O3?, in which the cation lies across a centre of inversion in space group P. The anions are linked by two short O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.74 and 1.76 Å, O?O 2.5702 (12) and 2.5855 (12) Å, and O—H?O 168 and 169°] into a chain containing two types of R(24) ring. Each cation is linked to four different anion chains by three N—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.76–2.06 Å, N?O 2.6749 (14)–2.9159 (14) Å and N—H?O 156–172°]. In the adduct 2,2′‐bipyridyl–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­ethane (1/2), C10H8N2·2C20H18O3, the neutral di­amine lies across a centre of inversion in space group P21/n. The tris­(phenol) mol­ecules are linked by two O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O both 1.90 Å, O?O 2.7303 (14) and 2.7415 (15) Å, and O—H?O 173 and 176°] into sheets built from R(38) rings. Pairs of tris­(phenol) sheets are linked via the di­amine by means of a single O—H?N hydrogen bond [H?N 1.97 Å, O?N 2.7833 (16) Å and O—H?N 163°].  相似文献

In the title compound, C20H16Cl2O4S2, the mol­ecules lie across centres of inversion. A single type of intermolecular C—H?O hydrogen bond, with a C?O distance of 3.254 (3) Å and a C—H?O angle of 132°, links the mol­ecules into ladders whose uprights form C(6) chains and whose rungs enclose centrosymmetric R(22) rings.  相似文献

The structure of tetrameric tri­phenyl­silanol, C18H16OSi, (I), has been re‐investigated at 120 (2) K. The hydroxyl H atoms were readily located and one of the arene rings is disordered over two closely positioned sets of sites. The mol­ecules are linked into cyclic tetramers, having approximate (S4) symmetry, via O—H?O hydrogen bonds [H?O 1.81–1.85 Å, O?O 2.634 (3)–2.693 (3) Å and O—H?O 156–166°]. At ambient temperature, there are indications of multiple disorder of the phenyl‐ring sites. In bis­(tri­phenyl­silanol) di­methyl sulfoxide solvate, 2C18H16OSi·C2H6OS, (II), the di­methyl sulfoxide component is disordered across a twofold rotation axis in C2/c, and the molecular components are linked by a single O—H?O hydrogen bond [H?O 1.85 Å, O?O 2.732 (2) Å and O—H?O 172°] into three‐mol­ecule aggregates, which are themselves linked into a single three‐dimensional framework by two C—H?π(arene) interactions. In tetrakis­(tri­phenyl­silanol) 1,4‐dioxan solvate, 4C18H16OSi·C4H8O2, (III), the 1,4‐dioxan component lies across an inversion centre in space group P and centrosymmetric five‐mol­ecule aggregates are linked by paired C—H?π(arene) interactions to form molecular ladders.  相似文献

2,2‐Di­methyl‐5‐[3‐(4‐methyl­phenyl)‐2‐propenyl­idene]‐1,3‐di­ox­ane‐4,6‐dione, C16H16O4, crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with two mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. These mol­ecules and a centrosymmetrically related pair, linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds, form a tetramer. 5‐[3‐(4‐Chloro­phenyl)‐2‐propenyl­idene]‐2,2‐di­methyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐4,6‐dione, C15H13ClO4, also crystallizes in the triclinic space group , with one mol­ecule in the asymmetric unit. Centrosymmetrically related mol­ecules are linked together by weak C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form dimers which are further linked by yet another pair of centrosymmetrically related C—H?O hydrogen bonds to form a tube which runs parallel to the a axis.  相似文献

In the crystalline state, the centrosymmetric mol­ecule 1,2,4,5‐tetrakis­(cyano­methyl)­benzene, C14H10N4, has one cyano­methyl group in the benzene plane and one cyano­methyl group rotated 67.2 (2)° out of the benzene plane. Molecules of methyl 3,4,5‐tri­acetoxy­benzoate, C14H14O8, form chains with each mol­ecule twisted 89.6 (1)° from the preceding mol­ecule. In this orientation, a close C—H?O contact is formed, with an H?O distance of 2.34 Å. The structure of 2‐(N‐phthalimido­methyl)­benzoic acid, C16H11NO4, reveals hydrogen‐bonded dimers linked by the carboxyl groups of adjacent mol­ecules. The O4?O3 distance is 2.636 (2) Å and the O4—H?O3 angle is 171 (2)°.  相似文献

The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C25H30FN3O·0.5CH3OH, contains four symmetry‐independent steroid and two methanol mol­ecules. The conformations of the independent steroid mol­ecules are very similar. Intermolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds create two independent chains, each of which links two of the independent steroid mol­ecules plus one methanol mol­ecule via a co‐operative O—H⋯O—H⋯O—H pattern. Each bilayer is interwoven with two adjacent bilayers, forming a continuous three‐dimensional structure. In the adduct 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)­ethene–1,1,1‐tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­ethane–methanol (1/1/1), C12H10N2·C20H18O3·CH4O, the mol­ecules are linked by O—H?O and O—H?N hydrogen bonds into three interwoven three‐dimensional frameworks, generated by single spiral chains along [010] and [001] and a triple‐helical spiral along [100].  相似文献

In tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­methane (or 4,4′,4′′‐methane­triyl­tri­phenol), C19H16O3, mol­ecules are connected by O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [O⃛O = 2.662 (2) and 2.648 (2) Å] into two‐dimensional square networks that are twofold interpenetrated. In tris(4‐hydroxy­phenyl)­methane–4,4′‐bi­pyridine (1/1), C19H16O3·C10H8N2, trisphenol mol­ecules form rectangular networks via O—H⃛O [O⃛O = 2.694 (3) Å] and C—H⃛O [C⃛O = 3.384 (3) Å] hydrogen bonds. Bi­pyridine mol­ecules hydrogen bonded to phenol moieties [O⃛N = 2.622 (3) and 2.764 (3) Å] fill the voids to complete the structure.  相似文献

The title keto acid, C20H26O4, forms carboxyl‐to‐ketone hydrogen‐bonding catemers [O?O = 2.653 (5) Å and O—H?O = 172 (5)°], linking translationally related mol­ecules via the A‐ring ketone. The two mol­ecules in the cell form two parallel counter‐directional chains, screw‐related in b. The mol­ecules form a complicated hydrogen‐bonded network comprising C—H?O, C—H?F and C—H?π hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions. The title compounds, C8H10O2, (I), and C12H14O2, (II), occurred as by‐products in the controlled synthesis of a series of bis­(gem‐alkynols), prepared as part of an extensive study of synthon formation in simple gem‐alkynol derivatives. The two 4‐(gem‐alkynol)‐1‐ones crystallize in space group P21/c, (I) with Z′ = 1 and (II) with Z′ = 2. Both structures are dominated by O—H?O=C hydrogen bonds, which form simple chains in the cyclo­hexane derivative, (I), and centrosymmetric dimers, of both symmetry‐independent mol­ecules, in the cyclo­hexa‐2,5‐diene, (II). These strong synthons are further stabilized by C[triple‐bond]C—H?O=C, Cmethylene—H?O(H) and Cmethyl—H?O(H) interactions. The direct intermolecular interactions between donors and acceptors in the gem‐alkynol group, which characterize the bis­(gem‐alkynol) analogues of (I) and (II), are not present in the ketone derivatives studied here.  相似文献

A new aza­anthracene alkaloid, namely 9,10‐di­methoxy‐4‐methyl‐1,2‐di­hydro‐1‐aza­anthracen‐2‐one (kalasin­amide), C16H15NO3, has been isolated from the stems of Polyal­thia suberosa collected in the northeastern part of Thailand. Each of the aromatic rings in the mol­ecule is planar within 0.021 (2) Å. Molecules are linked to form centrosymmetric dimers by N—H?O hydrogen bonds [N?O 2.941 (4) Å].  相似文献

The structure of the 1:1 adduct with 4‐amino­benzoic acid, C9H8N4·C7H7NO2, exhibits a hydrogen‐bond­ing network involving COOH?N(pyridyl) [O?N 2.6406 (17) Å], pyrimidine N—H?N [N?N 3.0737 (19) and 3.1755 (18) Å] and acid N—H?O interactions [N?O 3.0609 (17) and 2.981 (2) Å]. The dihedral angle between the two linked rings of the base is 38.49 (6)° and the carboxyl­ic acid group binds to the stronger base group in contrast to the (less basic) complementary hydrogen‐bonding site.  相似文献

The two components of the title heterodimer, C17H21NO2·C8H5NO2, are linked end‐to‐end via O—H⋯O(=C) and C—H⋯O(=C) hydrogen‐bond inter­actions. Additional lateral C—H⋯O inter­actions link the dimers in a side‐by‐side fashion to produce wide infinite mol­ecular ribbons. Adjacent ribbons are inter­connected viaπ–π stacking and C—H⋯π(arene) inter­actions. This structure represents the first evidence of robust hydrogen‐bond formation between the moieties of pyridin‐4(1H)‐one and benzoic acid.  相似文献

The boronic acid group is twisted with respect to the benzene ring plane. The mol­ecules are organized into infinite chains via inter­molecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. These chains are additionally connected via strong O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, producing a folded layer structure perpendicular to the a axis. These layers are paired due to B⋯F inter­actions.  相似文献
