Abstract

A new naturally occurring trinoreudesmane sesquiterpene, artahongkongol A (1), together with seven known eudesmane sesquiterpenes (2?8), was isolated from the stems and leaves of Artabotrys hongkongensis Hance. Among them, 1 is a rare trinoreudesmane sesquiterpene containing 12 carbon atoms on the carbon skeleton. All known compounds (2?8) were isolated from the genus Artabotrys for the first time. The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparisons with data reported in the literature. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 1?8 showed significant inhibitory effects against various human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 0.57 to 15.68?μM.  相似文献

Three dimeric copper(II) complexes have been prepared with the general formula bis(2-amino-3,5-dihalopyridinium)hexahalodicuprate cuprate(II): (3,5-diCAPH)2Cu2Br6 (1), (3,5-diBAPH)2Cu2Cl6 (2) and (3,5-diBAPH)2Cu2Br6 (3) [3,5-diCAPH = 2-amino-3,5-dichloropyridinium; 3,5-diBAPH = 2-amino-3,5-dibromopyridinium]. The compounds have been characterized via single crystal X-ray diffraction and temperature dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements. All three compounds crystallize in monoclinic space groups (1, C2/c; 2 and 3, P21/c) and exhibit alternating layers of hexahalodicuprate ions and organic cations. The hexahalodicuprate ions exhibit short X?Cu and X?X contacts which link the dimers into a square array. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility data reveal strong intradimer antiferromagnetic exchange (J = ?153, ?65, ?122 K for 13, respectively), but negligible inter-dimer magnetic exchange.  相似文献

In the present study, two new xanthones, (5′S,8′S)-1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxyxanthone(7→2′)-1,3,5,8-tetrahydroxy-5′,6′,7′,8′-tetrahydroxanthone (1), 5-hydroxy-3,4,6-trimethoxyxanthone-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), and eight known xanthones (3–10) were isolated from the whole plants of Gentianella acuta. Their structures were identified by the spectroscopic analyses (HR-ESI-MS, and 1D and 2D NMR). Meanwhile, cell-protective effects against H2O2-induced H9c2 cardiomyocyte injury and cytotoxic activities of compounds 1–10 were also determined.  相似文献

In this study, the synthesis, spectroscopic properties and crystal structures of three new supramolecular compounds named [Mn2(bpp)4(H2O)4](AS)4·H2O (1), [Co2(bpp)4(H2O)4](AS)4·H2O (2) and [Zn(bpp)(AS)2] (3), have been described, where bpp is 1,3-bis(4-pyridil)propane and AS is aminosalicylate anion. By analysing the similarities between the X-ray powder diffraction results, it has been observed that compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous, exhibiting an orthorhombic system with space group Pccn; for compound 3, another orthorhombic system was observed, with space group Aba2, which displays coordination between the Zn2+ metal ion and the aminosalicylate anion; this can be considered the first case in the literature involving the direct coordination to the metal ion. The vibrational spectra of compounds 1 and 2 are very similar. In the Raman spectra, the main bands are observed at ca. 1625 and 1020 cm? 1, referring to the O–C = O and CC/CN stretching modes of AS and bpp ligands, respectively.  相似文献

Two new iron(III) coordination compounds with 2-aminobenzothiazole have been prepared and identified as (C6H4NHC(NH2)S)2[FeCl4]Cl(H2O) (1) and (C6H4NHC(NH2)S)3[Fe(C2O4)3](H2O)2 (2). The compounds were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis in conjunction with evolved gases in air and spectroscopic studies. On the basis of quantum-mechanical calculations the interplay between two non-covalent interactions in 1, anion?···?π and ion-pair interactions, was analyzed.  相似文献

Abstract

A new triterpenoid glucoside, leuctriterpencoside (1), along with two known compounds (2–3) were isolated from Leucas zeylanica. The structure of the new compound was elucidated using comprehensive spectroscopic methods. A new chalcanonol glycoside dimer, bis-O-[(I-4′) → (II-6′)]-α-hydroxyphloretin-2′-O-β-glucoside (1), in addition to six known compounds, namely ( ? )-epicatechin (2) and ( ? )-epiafzelechin (3), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), protocatechuic acid (5), methylgallate (6), β-sitosterol (7) and β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside (8), was isolated from the seeds of saw palmetto. The structures of the isolated compounds were established from the analysis of their MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data. The antiproliferative activities of the isolated compounds towards PC3, the human prostate cancer cells were investigated. Amongst the isolated compounds, the new compound and the sterolic derivatives showed antiproliferative effects. Screening of the antioxidant effects of the isolated compounds by 2,2′-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid radical assay revealed that the isolated phenolics were active free radical scavengers.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation on the stems and leaves of Clausena lenis led to the isolation of a new furanocoumarin, clauselenisin A (1), together with five known analogues (26). The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparisons with data reported in the literature. All known compounds (26) were isolated from C. lenis for the first time. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their their antiproliferative activities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 16 showed significant antiproliferative effects with IC50 values ranging from 0.36 to 16.48 μM.  相似文献

A purine-containing multifunctional ligand, 2-(6-oxo-6H-purin-1(9H)-yl)acetic acid (HL), and two new 2-D coordination polymers, [Co(L)2(H2O)2] n?·?2nH2O (1) and [Ni(L)2(H2O)2] n?·?2nH2O (2), were synthesized and characterized. Polymers 1 and 2 have isomorphous structures with (4,4)-connected topologies composed of left- and right-handed metal–organic helices sharing common metal centers. Two helical conformations in the same net are stabilized by strong π–π stacking interactions between purine groups. Through direct and water-mediated interlayer hydrogen-bond interactions those layers are assembled into stable 3-D supermolecules where slight differences in the strength of hydrogen bonds and coordination bonds result in their decomposition behaviors.  相似文献

This study aims to evaluate the in vitro cytotoxic, in vitro and in ovo anti-angiogenic effects and antimicrobial activity of sesquiterpene lactones (SLs) from two plants Centaurea behen and Rhaponticum repens (L.). Five SLs, including cynaropicrin (1), 4β,15-dehydro-3-dehydrosolstitialin A (2), aguerin B (3), janerin (4), cebellin E (5), and a flavone hispidulin (6) were isolated from C. behen (compounds 1–3) and R. repens (compounds 4–6). Cynaropicrin (1) and aguerin B (3) were characterised by strong cytotoxic activities against A2780 cells with IC50 values of 1.15 and 1.62 μg mL?1, respectively, comparable to that of doxorubicin (IC50 = 1.17 μg mL?1). The anti-angiogenic study showed the remarkable inhibitory effect of cynaropicrin (1) and aguerin B (3) on the proliferation and migration of HUVECs. In addition, cynaropycrin and aguerin B exhibited significant angio-inhibitory effects in CAM assay. These findings may be useful for the development of novel chemotherapeutic agents for the treatment of cancer.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new compounds, versicolones A and B (1 and 2), and three known pyrone derivatives (3?5) were isolated from the insect-associated fungus Aspergillus versicolor. Their structures were elucidated through a combination of HRESIMS and NMR spectroscopic analysis. Versicolone A (1) was revealed as a coumarin derivative with the rare 5-alkyl side chain substitution. Compound 5 exhibited significant antioxidant activity with EC50 value of 8.0?μM in the ABTS (2,2-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid) assay, which was more than 2-fold potency of the positive control trolox.  相似文献

Abstract

Ethyl 4-substituted-3-oxo-quinoxaline-2-carboxylates 3–5 were obtained via alkylation of ethyl 3-oxo-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-2-carboxylate (1). Compound 1 was heterocyclized using hydrazines, ethylenediamine, and ethanolamine to give pyrazoloquinoxalines 6, 7, diazepinoquinoxaline 8, and oxazepinoquinoxaline 10. The quinoxaline-2-carboxamides 9, 11, 12 were prepared via condensation of compound 1 with different amines. Compound 1 was thiated using Lawesson’s reagent affording quinoxaline-3-thione 13, in fair yield. In addition, the reaction of 4-methyl-3-oxoquinoxaline 3 with some binucleophiles led to a series of new oxoquinoxaline derivatives 14–18. The molecular structure of compounds 1, 3, and 9 was confirmed by X-ray crystallography.

The anti-proliferative activity showed that among all the tested compounds, compounds 3, (IC50 2.51?±?3.0, 4.22?±?1.6 and 2.27?±?1.9?µM), 11 (IC50 1.32?±?2.61, 1.41?±?1.23 and 1.18?±?1.91?µM) and 17 (IC50 1.72?±?1.32, 1.85?±?0.94 and 1.92?±?4.83?µM) showed noteworthy anti-proliferative effects against the three cancer cell lines, HCT116, HePG2 and MCF7, respectively, compared to the reference drugs doxorubicin (IC50 1.41?±?0.58, 0.90?±?0.62 and 1.01?±?3.02?µM) and erlotinib (IC50 1.63?±?0.81, 1.57?±?0.62 and 1.49?±?0.54?µM). Compounds 3 (0.899?nM), 11 (0.508?nM) and 17 (0.807) showed strong EGFR inhibitory activity compared to Erlotinib (0.439?nM) and these results are in agreement with the docking study. These results suggest that compounds could probably be promising anticancer agents with EGFR inhibitory activity.  相似文献

Two new iron(III) compounds, (Hamp)[Fe(pydc)2]?·?2H2O (1) and (Hacr)[Fe(pydc)2]?·?2H2O (2) (pydc2??=?pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid, amp?=?2-aminopyrimidine, acr?=?acridine), have been hydrothermally synthesized. Both compounds were characterized by spectroscopic methods (IR, UV/Vis), and their molecular and crystal structures were determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis and their thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis/differential thermal analysis (TGA/DTA) methods. Compound 1 consists of Hamp+ cation and [Fe(pydc)2]? anion and 2 consists of Hacr+ cation and [Fe(pydc)2]? anion. Crystallographic characterization revealed an octahedron as a coordination polyhedron for the complex anion in 1 and 2 and the same O,N,O′-chelated coordination mode of pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate. The crystal structures of 1 and 2 are stabilized by a complicated network of hydrogen bonds between the crystallization water molecules, counter ion, and carboxylates of pydc2?. Thermogravimetric (TG) analyses of the two compounds were carried out to examine their thermal stabilities. Cyclic voltammetric response of bare glassy carbon electrode surface in 0.10?mol?L?1 phosphate buffer containing 1 and 2 at different pH values indicated that they have the same voltammograms at all pH values and the electrochemical behavior of 1 and 2 has not been affected by different ion pairs. The formal potential of the solutions of 1 and 2 at the glassy carbon electrode surface was also pH-dependent with a slope of ?57.0?mV/pH unit at 25°C. This shows that the number of electrons and protons involved in the electrode process is equal.  相似文献

Two new compounds, [Cd2(bptc)(bpimb)(H2O)]?·?2H2O (1) and [Cd2(bptc)(bpib)]?·?4H2O (2) (where H4bptc?=?biphenyl-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic acid, bpimb?=?1,3-bis((2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-yl)methyl)benzene, bpib?=?1,4-bis(2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-1-yl)butane), were synthesized by reactions of the corresponding metal salts with H4bptc and N-containing auxiliary ligands and their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is built by Cd4-clusters which further construct a 3-D (3,8)-connected framework with tfz-d notation; 2, also built by Cd4-clusters, is a 3-D (4,8)-connected framework with (32?·?42?·?52)(34?·?48?·?512?·?64) topology. In addition, the elemental analyses, infrared spectra, fluorescence, and thermogravimetric analyses for 1 and 2 are discussed.  相似文献

Both [Cu(DAT)2(PA)2] (1) and [Cu(DAT)2(HTNR)2] (2) were prepared from 1,5-diaminotetrazole (DAT) and copper trinitrophenol, 1 for picrate (PA) and 2 for styphnate acid (2,4,6-trinitro resorcinol, TNR), and were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The space group of these compounds is P21/c (monoclinic). The lattice parameters are similar [a = 11.405(3) Å, b = 14.867(3) Å, c = 8.099(2) Å for 1 and a = 12.262(3) Å, b = 14.900(3) Å, c = 7.243(2) Å for 2], except the β = 106.257(3)° in 1 and β = 92.989(4)° in 2. Both have extended structures due to hydrogen bonds, but there are some differences because of the ligands induced effect. Differential scanning calorimetry analysis shows that two exothermic processes take place in both complexes, the first peak temperatures are 488.2 K for 1 and 519.2 K for 2. The kinetic parameters of the first exothermic process were studied by using Kissinger’s method and Ozawa’s method, in which the enthalpy of formation (?7346 and ?5706 kJ M?1), critical temperature of thermal explosion (475.0 and 515.8 K), entropy of activation (ΔS), enthalpy of activation (ΔH), and free energy of activation (ΔG) were calculated and obtained as ?117.25 J K?1 M?1, 140.64 kJ M?1, 196.44 kJ M?1 and ?219.1 J K?1 M?1, 383.56 kJ M?1, 495.34 kJ M?1 for 1 and 2, respectively. The sensitivity test results showed that both compounds were sensitive to impact (<5 J) and flame (>20 cm) rather than friction.  相似文献

Three new isolates (1?3) including one new sterol and two new flavonoids together with three known sterols (4?6) were isolated from the leaves of Nicotiana tabacum. Their structures were determined mainly by spectroscopic methods, including extensive 1D and 2D NMR techniques. All compounds were evaluated for their anti-tobacco mosaic virus and cytotoxic activities. The results showed that compounds 2 and 3 exhibited high anti-TMV activity with inhibition rate of 34.2 and 33.4%, respectively, which were roughly equivalent to that of positive control. The cytotoxicities of compounds 1 and 46 against five human tumour cell lines were also tested, and tested compounds showed weak inhibitory activities against some tested human tumour cell lines.  相似文献

Reaction of ethyl anthranilate, sodium nitrite, and 2-aminobenzothiazole produces a new triazenide compound, 1-[(2-carboxyethyl)benzene]-3-[benzothiazole]triazene (HL), which has been characterized by X-ray crystallography and NMR spectrum. In the presence of Et3N, reaction of HL and CuCl2?·?2H2O or CoCl2?·?6H2O in THF/methanol affords a tetranuclear copper(II) complex [Cu4L4(µ-OMe)4]?·?4THF (1) and a cobalt(III) complex [CoL′3] (2) (L′ is 1-[benzothiazole] triazene ion), accompanied by C–N bond cleavage of HL. They are characterized by X-ray crystallography and magnetic susceptibility measurement. Magnetic studies indicate significant antiferromagnetic coupling between the copper(II) centers for 1. Reaction of rare earth metal ions with 1H-benzimidazole-2-carboxylic acid (H2BIC) acid yielded two rare earth organic frameworks [Ln(HBIC)3] n (Ln?=?Gd 1, Y 2; H2BIC) under hydrothermal conditions. Both compounds were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Their thermal stabilities, luminescent, and magnetic properties were also investigated. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphic and present 2-D networks constructed by bridging-chelating HBIC? linkers and rare earth cation nodes, in which each asymmetric unit consists of one crystallographically unique Ln(III) ion and three HBIC? with two kinds of coordination modes. The two compounds exhibit high-thermal stability, stable to 320?°C. Antiferromagnetic interactions between Gd(III) centers for 1 were observed from magnetic susceptibility data. 2 exhibits a strong blue emission band in the solid state.  相似文献

将苯(氧)乙胺和苯氧烷胺类α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂中的苯(氧)乙胺、苯氧烷胺片段引入哒嗪酮类化合物中, 设计、合成了30个新的含哒嗪酮环的α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂. 所有新化合物的结构均经1H NMR, IR, HRMS确证. 生物活性测试表明28个目标物对α1-肾上腺素受体有较好的拮抗作用(pA2>6.00), 化合物6o, 6p, 6q, 6v, 6x, 6y, 10c, 10d的pA2值>7.00.  相似文献

Three Cu(II) complexes, Cu2(bpy)(H2O)(Clma)2 (1), Cu2(bpe)(H2O)2(Clma)2 (2), and Cu(bpp)(Clma) (3), were synthesized (HClma = (R)-2-Chloromandelic acid, bpy?=?4,4′-dipyridine, bpe?=?1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene, bpp?=?1,3-di(4-pyridyl)propane). Complexes 1, 2, and 3 are constructed from 1-D coordination arrays generated from Cu2(H2O)(Clma)2, Cu2(H2O)2(Clma)2, and Cu2(Clma)2 moieties and linked through bpy, bpe, and bpp co-ligands, respectively. 1 and 2 are assembled into 3-D supramolecular networks via O–H?O hydrogen bonds with topology of (63)(69·8) and (412·63), respectively, and 3 is assembled into a 3-D architecture through C–H?O hydrogen bonds with topology of (43·63)(43)(44·65·8)(46·66·83). Compounds 1, 2, and 3 crystallized in acentric space groups P21, P1, and P21, which exhibit significant ferroelectricity (remnant polarization Pr?=?0.008?μC?cm?2, coercive field Ec?=?21.4?kV?cm?1, the spontaneous saturation polarization Ps?=?0.167?μC?cm?2 for 1, Pr?=?0.183?μC?cm?2, Ec?=?1.69?kV?cm?1, and Ps?=?0.021 μC?cm?2 for 3).
