Five new complexes of composition [Cu(dpt)Ni(CN)4] (1) (dpt=dipropylenetriamine), [Cu(dien)Ni(CN)4]·2H2O (2) (dien=diethylenetriamine), [Cu(N,N′-dimeen)Ni(CN)4]·H2O (3) (N,N′-dimeen=N,N′-dimethylethylenediamine), [Cu(N,N-dimeen)Ni(CN)4]·H2O (4) (N,N-dimeen=N,N-dimethylethylenediamine) and [Cu(trimeen)Ni(CN)4] (5) (trimeen=N,N,N′-trimethylethylenediamine) have been obtained by the reactions of the mixture of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O, appropriate amine and K2[Ni(CN)4] in water and have been characterized by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopies and magnetic measurements. The crystal structure of [Cu(dpt)Ni(CN)4] (1) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure of 1 consists of a one-dimensional polymeric chain ---Cu(dpt)---NC---Ni(CN)2---CN---Cu(dpt)--- in which the Cu(II) and Ni(II) atoms are linked by CN groups. The nickel atom is four coordinate with four cyanide-carbon atoms (two cyano groups are terminal and two cyano groups (in cis fashion) are bridged) in a square-planar arrangement and the copper atom is five coordinate with two cyanide-nitrogen and three dpt-nitrogen atoms, in a distorted square-pyramidal arrangement. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility (2–300 K) was measured for compound 1. The magnetic investigation showed the presence of a very weak antiferromagnetic interaction (J=−0.16 cm−1) between the copper atoms within each chain through the diamagnetic Ni(CN)4 2− ions.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of (N,N′-bis-(o-amidobenzilidene)-1,3-diaminopropane)nickel (Niambpr), (N,N′-bis-(o-amidobenzilidene)-1,4-diaminobutane)nickel (Niambut), (N,N′-bis-(o-thiobenzilidene)-1,4-diaminobutane)nickel(II) (Nitsalbut), bis-acetonitrile-(N,N′-bis-(o-aminobenzyl)-1,2-diaminoethane) nickel(II) tetrafluoroborate [Ni(H4amben)(MeCN)2] [BF4]2, bis-O-acetato-(N,N′-bis-(o-aminobenzyl)-1,2-diaminoethane) nickel(II) [Ni(H4amben)(OAc)2 · H2O] and bis-O-acetato-(N,N′-bis-(o-aminobenzyl)-1,3-diaminopropane) nickel(II) [Ni(H4ambpr)(OAc)2] are presented. These structures complete the structural characterisation of the simple unsubstituted Schiff’s base complexes with N4 and N2S2 donor sets and allow us to assess the effects of donor groups and polymethylene chain length on the coordination geometries of nickel(II). The hydrogenated N4 complexes offer an insight into the effects of increased flexibility and character of the internal nitrogen donors. Unlike the parent N4 imine species the hydrogenated amine species do not deprotonate at the peripheral nitrogen donors and do not seem to be restricted to the meridial plane of the nickel.  相似文献

Four novel tetranuclear macrocyclic complexes of the formula [(CuLi)3Fe](ClO4)3·3H2O (i=1–4, Li are the dianions of the [14]N4 and [15]N4 macrocyclic oxamides, namely 2,3-dioxo-5,6:13,14-dibenzo-7,12-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,11-diene, 2,3-dioxo-5,6:13,14-dibenzo-9-methyl-7,12-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,11-diene and 2,3-dioxo-5,6:14,15-dibenzo-7,13-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,12-diene] have been prepared and characterized. These complexes are the first examples of oxamido-bridged Cu(II)–Fe(III) heterometallic species. Cryomagnetic studies on [(CuL1)3Fe](ClO4)3·3H2O (1) and [(CuL3)3Fe](ClO4)3·3H2O (3) (77–300 K) revealed that the Cu(II) and Fe(III) ions interact antiferromagnetically through the oxamido bridge, with the exchange integral J=−30.8 cm−1 for 1 and J=−28.7 cm−1 for 3 based on . The interaction parameters have been compared with that of the related [Cu3Mn] compound.  相似文献

The synthesis, spectral and photoelectrochemical studies of mixed ligand complexes of [Ru(dcbpy)2(LL)]Cl2, where LL=2,4-(1,3-N,N′-dimethyl)pteridinedione (DMP), 6,7-dimethyl-2,4-(1,3-N,N′-dimethyl)pteridinedione (MDMP), 6,7-diphenyl-2,4-(1,3-N,N′-dimethyl)pteridinedione (PhDMP), dibenzo[h,j]-(1,3-N,N′-dimethyl)isoalloxazine (BIAlo), 6,7-bis(pyrid-2-yl)-2,4-(1,3-N,N′-dimethyl) pteridinedione (PyDMP) were carried out. These complexes were attached to sol–gel processed TiO2 electrodes and the photocells fabricated were illuminated with polychromatic radiation in the presence of I2/I3 as redox electrolyte. The incident photon to current conversion efficiency determined was found to be 20–48%.  相似文献

Ternary terbium complexes with p-aminobenzoic acid (HL), [TbL3(DMSO)(H2O)]2 (1), [TbL3(DMF)(H2O)]2 (2) and [TbL3(Bpy)(H2O)]2·2H2O (3) (DMSO=dimethyl sulfoxide, DMF=N, N- dimethylformamide, Bpy=2, 2′- bipyridyl) have been synthesized, and their crystal structures determined. The luminescence properties of these complexes, including both the emission quantum yield and the fluorescence lifetime, have been investigated. The effect of a second ligand on the crystal structure and luminescence property of the ternary terbium p-aminobenzoic acid complexes, and the relationship between luminescence properties and crystal structure, including coordination mode of the L ligand and the characteristics of a second ligand, are discussed.  相似文献

Reactions of CoX2·6H2O (X = Cl, ClO4) with bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane (dmpzm) and formic acid, acetic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, maleic acid, or fumaric acid under the presence of KOH solution produced a new family of Co(II)/dmpzm complexes, [Co(dmpzm)2L]X·nH2O (1: L = O2CH, X = Cl, n = 2; 2: L = OAc, X = Cl, n = 3; 3: L = benzoate, X = ClO4, n = 1/3; 4: L = salicylate, X = ClO4, n = 1/3) and [Co2(dmpzm)4L](ClO4)2·nSolv (5: L = maleate, n = 3, Solv = H2O; 6: L = fumarate, n = 2, Solv = MeOH). These compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1–4 are mononuclear while 5–6 are binuclear. Each cobalt atom of 1–6 is hexacoordinate, with a distorted octahedral CoN4O2 coordination geometry incorporating two N,N′-bidentate dmpzm ligands and one O,O′-bidentate carboxylate ligand. There are rich intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystals of 1–6, thereby forming either 2D hydrogen-bonded networks (1 and 2) or 3D hydrogen-bonded networks (3–6). In addition, the thermal behaviors of 1–6 were also investigated.  相似文献

Compartmental complexes [EuH2(fsa)2en]Cl·3H2O and [CuH2(fsa)2en]·0.5H2O have been synthesized and characterized. The compartmental ligand (H4(fsa)2en) is N,N′-bis(3-carboxysalicy- lidene)ethylenediamine. Spectral study indicates that Eu(III) and Cu(II) are coordinated by the ---O2O2 coordinating atoms (outside) and the ---N2O2 coordinating atoms (inside), respectively. Since there is a considerable difference in the ligand field strength between the “outside” and “inside” coordination spheres, their different fluorescence properties have been investigated by photoacoustic spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.  相似文献

Three new complexes {[Cu(dpdapt)(Hhbd)] · 6H2O}n (1) (dpdapt = N,N′-di(2-pyridyl)-2,4-diamino-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine, Hhbd = 2-hydroxybutanedioicate dianion), [Cu(dpdapt)(SO4)] · 2H2O (2) and [Cu(dpdapt)(oxa)] · H2O (3) (oxa = oxalate dianion) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The non-covalent interactions of π–π stacking and hydrogen bonding extend complexes 1–3 into supramolecular architectures, where 1 self-assembles into a 1D polymeric chain by dicarboxylate bridges and exhibits a 3D framework with 1D open channels, while complexes 2 and 3 display 2D wavelike networks. Interestingly, in 1, the host framework encapsulates hexameric water clusters that are connected into 1D arrays by supramolecular association along the 1D open channels. The UV/vis, IR spectra, fluorescence and TG analysis for complexes 1, 2 and 3 are also discussed.  相似文献

The bidentate Schiff-base ligand, HL1, prepared by condensation of equivalent molar amount of o-nitrobenzaldehyde with S-benzyl dithiocarbazate, yielded the neutral square-planar complex, NiL12 (1) in the presence of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O. Addition of pyridine to (1) and phenanthroline (phen) to NiL (3) afforded the adducts NiL12(py)2·1.5H2O (2) and NiL(phen) (4), respectively, where H2L is a known quadridentate (NS)2 ligand. Single crystal X-ray analysis of (2) and (4) showed that the pyridine rings and phen occupy cis-positions in the octahedral adducts. In both cases, one N–Ni bond in the parent Ni(NS)2 complexes is severely perturbed, thus facilitating cis-addition of the Lewis bases. The present results together with those reported previously show that cis-addition is preferred in the addition reaction of Ni(NS)2 Schiff-base complexes derived from S-alkyl dithiocarbazate. Addition of pyridine and 2,2′-bipyridine to NiL (3) is also discussed.  相似文献

Protected mesoporous MCM-41 phases were synthesized by grafting of the ligand, (1S,2S)-N,N′-bis-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-cyclohexane-1,2-diamine (L2Me), through the reactive 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane (3-CPTMS) group and designated as L2Me-MCM-41. Subsequently, RuCl3 and Fe(BF4)2 or Fe(CF3SO3)2 were added to the heterogenized L2Me-MCM-41 for complexation and designated as M-L2Me-MCM-41 (M = Ru and Fe). All samples were characterized in detail using XRD, N2 sorption isotherm, FT-IR, TGA-DTA, XPS, UV–vis, solid state 13C NMR, EPR and elemental analysis, etc. The XRD and sorption measurements of the catalyst confirmed the structural integrity of the mesoporous hosts and the spectroscopic characterization techniques proved the successful anchoring of the metal complexes over the modified mesoporous support. The screening of catalyst M-L2Me-MCM-41 was done for the oxidation reaction of thioanisole (methyl phenyl sulphide) using H2O2 as an oxidant. The Ru-L2Me-MCM-41 and Fe-L2Me-MCM-41 catalysts show higher activities and turnover numbers and exhibit enantiomeric excess comparable to the homogeneous catalysts, Ru-L2(Me)2 and Fe-L2(Me)2. Furthermore, Fe-L2Me-MCM-41 and Fe-L2(Me)2 were also found active in the epoxidation of styrene. These results indicate that metal complexes are confined into the pore of the material which play a major role in the reaction.  相似文献

A series of chromium(III) complexes [Cr(bipy)(HC2O4)2]Cl·3H2O (1), [Cr(phen)(HC2O4)2]Cl·3H2O (2), [Cr(phen)2(C2O4)]ClO4 (3), [Cr2(bipy)4(C2O4)](SO4)·(bipy)0.5·H2O (4) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Cr(phen)(C2O4)2]3ClO4·14H2O (5) were synthesized (bipy=4,4′-bipyridine, phen=1,10-phenanthroline), while the crystal structures of 1 and 3–5 have been determined by X-ray analysis. 1 and 3 are mononuclear complexes, 4 contains binuclear chromium(III) ions and 5 is a 3D supromolecule formed by complicated hydrogen bonding. 1–3 are potential molecular bricks of chromium(III) building blocks for synthesis heterometallic complexes. When we use these molecular bricks as ligands to react with other metal salts, unexpected complexes 4 and 5 are isolated in water solution. The synthesis conditions and reaction results are also discussed.  相似文献

Two novel hydrogen maleato (HL) bridged Cu(II) complexes 1[Cu(phen)Cl(HL)2/2] 1 and 1[Cu(phen)(NO3)(HL)2/2] 2 were obtained from reactions of 1,10-phenanthroline, maleic acid with CuCl2·2H2O and Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, respectively, in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH=2.0 and the crystal structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Both complexes crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group P21/n with cell dimensions: 1 a=8.639(2) Å, b=15.614(3) Å, c=11.326(2) Å, β=94.67(3)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.720 g/cm3 and 2 a=8.544(1) Å, b=15.517(2) Å, c=12.160(1) Å, β=90.84(8)°, Z=4, Dcalc=1.734 g/cm3. In both complexes, the square pyramidally coordinated Cu atoms are bridged by hydrogen maleato ligands into 1D chains with the coordinating phen ligands parallel on one side. Interdigitation of the chelating phen ligands of two neighbouring chains via π–π stacking interactions forms supramolecular double chains, which are then arranged in the crystal structures according to pseudo 1D close packing patterns. Both complexes exhibit similar paramagnetic behavior obeying Curie–Weiss laws χm(T−θ)=0.414 cm3 mol−1 K with the Weiss constants θ=−1.45, −1.0 K for 1 and 2, respectively.  相似文献

The solid–liquid equilibria of the ternary system H2O–Fe(NO3)3–Co(NO3)2 were studied by using a synthetic method based on conductivity measurements.

Two isotherms were established at 0 and 15 °C, and the stable solid phases which appear are the iron nitrate nonahydrate (Fe(NO3)3·9H2O), the iron nitrate hexahydrate (Fe(NO3)3·6H2O), the cobalt nitrate hexahydrate (Co(NO3)2·6H2O) and the cobalt nitrate trihydrate (Co(NO3)2·3H2O).  相似文献

Two new cadmium(II)–terephthalate complexes, 1{[Cd2(μ-terephthalate)2(L1)2]·9H2O} (1) and [{Cd(H2O)(L2)}2(μ-terephthalate)](terephthalate) · 10H2O (2), where L1 = (E)-N1,N1-diethyl-N2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)ethane-1,2-diamine; L2 = N,N′-bis-(1-pyridin-2-yl-ethylidene)-ethane-1,2-diamine; have been synthesized by a conventional solution method. Characterization by single crystal X-ray crystallography shows that compound 1 is composed of 1-D polymeric zig-zag chains with distorted pentagonal-bipyramidal cadmium centers. Compound 2 consists of centrosymmetric dinuclear complexes with a distorted pentagonal-bipyramidal cadmium center in which one terephthalate ligand bridges the metal centres and another terephthalate anion with water of crystallization forms a H-bonding network.  相似文献

Six mononuclear complexes [M(L1)2(H2O)4] (M = Co(II), 1a and M = Mn(II), 1b), [Cu(L1)2(H2O)2] (1c), [Cu(L1)2(H2O)(Py)2] (1d), [Cu(L3)(H2O)Cl] · H2O (3a) and [Co(Sal)(H2O)(Py)3] · 2ClO4 · H2O (3b) of phenoxyacetic acid derivatives and Schiff base were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The Co(II) (1a) and Mn(II) (1b) complexes are isomorphous. X-ray crystal structural analyses reveal that these coordination complexes form polymeric structure via formation of different types of hydrogen bonding and π-stacking interactions in solid. Thermal analysis along with the powder X-ray diffraction data of these complexes shows the importance of the coordinated and/or crystal water molecules in stabilizing the MOF structure. Complexes 1a, 1c, 3a show marginal catalytic activity in the oxidation of olefins to epoxides in the presence of i-butyraldehyde and molecular oxygen.  相似文献

The crystal structure of LaCl3·galactitol·6H2O has been determined. It is monoclinic. The space group is P21/n with unit cell dimensions a=10.5091(7), b=12.5366(7), c=14.4420(10) Å, β=90.974(2)°, V=1902.4(2) Å3 and Z=4. Each La3+ ion in the unit cell is coordinated to 10 oxygen atoms, three from O1, O2 and O3 of one alditol, three from O4, O5 and O6 of another alditol and four from water molecules, with La–O distances from 2.5099 to 2.6916 Å. The other two water molecules are hydrogen-bonded. FT-IR spectrum of LaCl3·galactitol·6H2O is apparently different from that of other lanthanide–galactitol complexes. It is consistent with the differences between their crystal structures. Both the IR result and the crystal structure of LaCl3·galactitol·6H2O complex show that it has the different coordination mode compared with other lanthanide complexes.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers of copper(I) chloride and pyrazinic acid (pyz-H), namely [CuCl(pyz-H)2]·2H2O (1) and [Cu2Cl2(pyz)(H2O)]·H2O (2) have been prepared and characterized by spectroscopic, magnetic and crystallographic methods. The overall physical measurements suggest that 1 is diamagnetic and contains monodentate N-pyrazinic acid, whereas 2 is paramagnetic and contains tridentate N,N′,O- chelating bridging pyrazinato anion. In the structure of 1 as elucidated by X-ray single crystal analysis, the asymmetric units [CuCl(pyz)2] are linked together forming a zigzag chain with tetrahedral copper(I) environment. The two lattice water molecules form hydrogen bonds with the uncoordinated N atom and carboxylate group O atom of pyz-H molecules. The Cu–N bond lengths are 2.009(6) Å and Cu–Cl distances are 2.337(2) Å. Complex 2 has a three-dimensional structure with the chains [Cu(I)Cu(II)(C5H3N2O2)Cl2(H2O)] interconnected by [Cu(I)Cl2N] tetrahedral unit and [Cu(II)NO2Cl2] polyhedra. The Cu(I)–Cl and Cu(I)–N distances are 2.327(2)–2.581(2) Å and 1.988(6) Å, respectively, whereas the Cu(II)–Cl and Cu(II)–N bond lengths are 2.258(2), 2.581(2) Å, and 2.017(6) Å, respectively. Hydrogen bonds of the type O–HO are formed between lattice and coordinated water, and carboxylate oxygens of pyrazinato ligand giving rise to a three-dimensional network. The Cl anions act as bridging ligands in both complexes. The magnetic data of complex 2 have been measured from 2 to 300 K and discussed.  相似文献

Lewis acid/base addition between Ln(NO3)3 · 6H2O (Ln = Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb and Lu) and H2salen [H2salen = N,N′-ethylenebis(salicylideneimine)] gives rise to an array of coordination polymeric structures. Crystal structural analysis reveals that Salen effectively functions as a bridging ligand in these compounds. The size of the lanthanide ions controls the structures of these Salen lanthanide complexes. Two representative structures with one dimensional and two dimensional topologies, viz. [Pr(H2salen)(NO3)3(CH3OH)2]n (1) and [Ln(H2salen)1.5(NO3)3]n [Ln = Pr (2), Nd (3), Sm (4), Eu (5), Tb (6) and Lu (7)] are reported. Luminescent spectra of complexes 4 and 5 exhibit characteristic metal-centered emission lines. However, the characteristic luminescence of the terbium(III) ion is not observed either in solution or in the solid state of complex 6.  相似文献

A Schiff base complex N,N′-bis(2-hydroxy-1-naphthylmethylidene)-1-methyl-1,2- diaminoethane-N,N′,O,O′-nickel(II) has been synthesized. The title compound has been characterized by FT-IR and UV–vis spectroscopies. The UV–vis experiments indicate that the compound has solvatochromism in the UV region, implying non-zero molecular first hyperpolarizability. To investigate microscopic second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) behavior of the examined complex, the electric dipole moments (μ) and the first static hyperpolarizabilities (β) were computed using Finite Field second-order Møller Plesset (FF MP2) perturbation procedure. According to ab initio quantum mechanical calculations, the title complex exhibits non-zero β values, revealing microscopic second-order NLO behavior.  相似文献

3,6,9-trioxaundecanedioic acid (3,6,9-tddaH2) reacts with Mn(CH3CO2)2·4H2O in ethanol to give [Mn(3,6,9-tdda)]·H2O (1). Recrystallization of 1 from methanol gives crystals of [Mn(3,6,9-tdda) (H2O)2]·2H2O (2). Complex 1 reacts with an ethanolic solution of 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) to give {[Mn(3,6,9-tdda)(phen)2]·3H2O·EtOH}n (3). All of the complexes are extremely water soluble. Complexes 2 and 3 were structurally characterised. The manganese(II) ion in 2 is seven coordinate, with an approximately pentagonal bipyramidal O7 coordination sphere. The axial donors are water molecules and the pentagonal plane is occupied by the diacid, acting as a pentadentate ligand through the three ethereal oxygens and one oxygen atom from each of the carboxylate functions. In complex 3 the manganese(II) ion is six-coordinate, being bound to two bidentate phenanthroline ligands and to the carboxylate oxygen atoms from two symmetry related diacids which are coordinated in a cis fashion. The structure consists of polymeric chains, with diacid ligands bridging the manganese ions. There is π-π stacking of pairs of phenanthroline ligands on adjacent chains, running along both the z and y directions.  相似文献
