熔体插层制备尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的性能表征   总被引:69,自引:6,他引:69  
通过熔体插层成功地制备了尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,测试了力学性能、耐热性能和耐溶剂性.通过TEM、WAXD、DSC等手段,研究了结构与结晶行为,并与插层聚合的尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料进行了对比.实验表明通过熔体插层可使尼龙6基体插层于蒙脱土中,所得到的复合物的性能较尼龙6有很大提高,且与插层聚合的尼龙6/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的性能相当.  相似文献

聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备和性能   总被引:51,自引:0,他引:51  
讨论了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)/层状硅酸盐(蒙脱土)纳米复合材料的制备技术和新材料的结构与性能特征.天然蒙脱土矿物经有机离子修饰剂处理后,参与PET的缩聚反应.TEM测定证实蒙脱土在PET中的层厚分布为30~50nm.蒙脱土不影响PET的分子量及其分布.利用DSC、WAXD、SALS和偏光显微镜测定了PET/蒙脱土的结晶速率和结晶形态,说明PET/蒙脱土有着很快的结晶速率,不能生成球晶结构,一般只能生成结构不完整的微晶体.PET/蒙脱土在工程塑料和工业纤维领域有潜在的应用前景  相似文献

用FTIR和WAXD法研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)的邻位和对位异氰酸酯基因与蒙脱土表面羟基的修饰反应,在此基础上提出了结构模型;用TDI修饰后的蒙脱土成功制备了插层型聚苯乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料,并用WAXD和TEM进行了表征。实验结果表明,修饰后TDI与蒙脱土表面形成化学键,使蒙脱土的片层间距显著增大,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)在蒙脱土层间由双层平行排列转变为双层脂肪链倾斜方式  相似文献

采用不同电化学方法对神经递质多巴胺(DA)在蒙脱土修饰电极上的行为进行了研究,结果发现,蒙脱土修饰膜地DA有明显的富集作用。在PH7.4时,DA强烈地富集在蒙脱土膜内,并显示完成的伏安响应而抗坏血酸(AA)和DAR的代谢产物3,4-二羟基苯乙酸(DOPAC)则无任何响应。采用计时库仑法测定了DA在蒙脱土膜内的表观扩散系数为2.3×10^-9cm^2/s,并计算了异相速率常数为2.7×10^-6cm  相似文献

利用溶液法和熔融法制备聚氧化乙烯(PEO)/蒙脱土纳米嵌入化合物,用XRD,IR和DSC等测试手段对嵌入化合物进行了表征。嵌入的PEO分子同蒙脱土晶层中的Na^+生成PEO-Na^+络合物,嵌入化合物具有一定的耐溶剂萃取剂,PEO分子以单层螺旋构象排列于蒙脱土的晶层中,PEO分子在蒙脱土层间运动受到限制,致使嵌入化合物的结晶熔融峰减弱。  相似文献

用DSC、WAXD、IR等对在0.1MPa-0.65GPa压力下尼龙11(PA11)的结晶样品进行了研究。分析了压力对PA11结晶的影响。研究了加入1%液晶聚合物对PA11的结晶的诱导作用。结果表明:压力有助于PA11晶形的完善,液晶聚合物对PA11的结晶有明显的诱导作用,使PA11在较低的压力(0.1GPa)和较短的时间(15min)内即可得到较为完整的结晶。  相似文献

通过DSC方法研究了蒙脱土对尼龙66熔融与结晶行为的影响,探讨了蒙脱土对尼龙66结晶的成核作用。发现有机蒙脱土使尼龙66的熔融峰温度Tm提高5.3℃,使结晶峰温度提高13-24℃,二次熔融多产生双重熔融峰,蒙脱土的加入有利于生成低温峰。  相似文献

在密炼机中采用熔融共混法制备蒙脱土重量分数为 2 5 %、4 5 %的尼龙 6 6 /蒙脱土复合材料 .通过DSC法对非等温结晶行为及在 2 2 8~ 2 4 0℃范围内的等温结晶行为进行研究 ,并与纯尼龙 6 6进行比较 .从其等温和非等温结晶行为的研究表明 ,蒙脱土起成核剂的作用 ,它的填入使尼龙 6 6结晶速率提高 ,但填料与基体间的相互作用使其链段运动困难 ,结晶活化能提高 ;在研究的填料含量变化范围内 ,结晶行为变化不大 ,并且找到该复合材料在 2 2 8~ 2 34℃范围结晶对温度的不敏感区 ;对非等温结晶过程分析 ,刘结平 莫志深方程是适用的 ,而Ozawa方程则是不适用的 .  相似文献

Nylon 6–clay hybrid is a molecular composite of nylon 6 and uniformly dispersed silicate layers of montmorillonite. One-pot synthesis of the hybrid was carried out by the following procedures. Montmorillonite was dispersed in water, and then ε-caprolactam, acid (phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, benzenesulfonic acid, isophthalic acid, trichloroacetic acid, or acetic acid), and 6-aminocaproic acid were added to the dispersion. The mixtures were reacted at 260°C for 6 h, yielding the nylon 6–clay hybrids (1potNCHs). X-ray diffraction revealed that the silicate layers of 1potNCH by phosphoric acid were uniformly dispersed in the nylon 6 matrix. The 1potNCH had excellent mechanical properties. The strength and the modulus of the hybrid increased compared with previously reported nylon 6–clay hybrid (NCH) synthesized by montmorillonite intercalated with 12-aminolauric acid. The heat distortion temperature (HDT) of the 1potNCH was 160°C, which was 8°C higher than that of NCH. In other 1potNCHs, montmorillonite had a smaller effect on the increase of those properties, and interlayer spacing of montmorillonite was observed at ca. 20 Å. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

用DSC研究了尼龙 12 12 ,尼龙 6及其共混体系的非等温结晶行为 .结果表明 ,加工历史对尼龙的结晶和熔融行为影响很大 .经双螺杆挤出机挤出的尼龙 12 12和尼龙 6 ,由于应力诱导分子链取向 ,其结晶温度都有不同程度的提高 ,且表现出多重熔融现象 .在共混体系中 ,尼龙 12 12分子在共混物的界面上异相成核结晶 ,提高了其结晶温度 ,但酸酐化SEBS的加入抑制了分子链的运动又使其结晶温度降低 .共混体系降低了尼龙12 12的熔融温度 ,并使得其高熔点的熔融峰逐渐消失 ;而尼龙 6的熔融行为基本上没有变化 .  相似文献

用解偏振光强度法和DSC等方法研究了少量聚对苯甲酰胺(PBA)对尼龙6结晶化过程和热行为的影响.利用Avrami方程处理解偏振光强度法的实验结果,得到了尼龙6及含PBA 1%、2%尼龙6的n值分别为3.3、1.6、1.7.DSC结果表明,尼龙6中掺入少量的PBA会使结晶度提高,X射线衍射显示,当尼龙6中加入少量PBA后,晶格结构并未改变。  相似文献

It was found that montmorillonite was intercalated with ?-caprolactam. X-ray diffraction revealed that the chain axes of the ?-caprolactam were parallel to the montmorillonite plates. The intercalated montmorillonite was swollen by molten ?-caprolactam at 200°C. ?-Caprolactam and 6-aminocaproic acid (accelerator) were polymerized with the intercalated montmorillonite at 260°C for 6 h, yielding a nylon 6-clay hybrid. X-ray diffraction and transmission electron micrography revealed that the silicate layers of the hybrid were uniformly dispersed in the nylon 6 matrix. Mechanical properties of the hybrid were improved. The strength and the modulus of the hybrid increased compared with the previously reported nylon 6 clay-hybrid (NCH) synthesized by montmorillonite intercalated with 12-aminolauric acid. The crystallization kinetics of the high‐flow nylon 6 containing polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers units in nylon 6 matrix was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The Ozawa and Mo equations were used to describe the crystallization kinetics under nonisothermal condition. The values of Avrami exponent m and the cooling crystallization function F(T) were determined from the Ozawa plots, which showed bad linearity, and were divided into three sections depending on different cooling rates. The plots of the m and log F(T) values versus crystallization temperatures were obtained, which indicated that the actual crystallization mechanisms might change with the crystallization temperatures. The high‐flow nylon 6 has higher values of m and log F(T) than those of pure nylon 6, which implied that the high‐flow nylon 6 had more complicated crystallization mechanisms and slower crystallization rate than those of pure nylon 6. The good linearity of the Mo plots verified the success of this combined approach. The activation energies of the high‐flow nylon 6 ranged from 157 to 174 kJ/mol, which were determined by the Kissinger method. The ΔE values were lower than those of pure nylon 6, and the ΔE values were affected by both the generation and the content of PAMAM units in the nylon 6 matrix. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
