An Escherichia coli whole‐cell biocatalyst for the direct hydroxylation of benzene to phenol has been developed. By adding amino acid derivatives as decoy molecules to the culture medium, wild‐type cytochrome P450BM3 (P450BM3) expressed in E.coli can be activated and non‐native substrates hydroxylated, without supplementing with NADPH. The yield of phenol reached 59 % when N‐heptyl‐l ‐prolyl‐l ‐phenylalanine (C7‐Pro‐Phe) was employed as the decoy molecule. It was shown that decoy molecules, especially those lacking fluorination, reached the cytosol of E. coli, thus imparting in vivo catalytic activity for the oxyfunctionalisation of non‐native substrates to intracellular P450BM3.  相似文献

The selective hydroxylation of benzene to phenol, without the formation of side products resulting from overoxidation, is catalyzed by cytochrome P450BM3 with the assistance of amino acid derivatives as decoy molecules. The catalytic turnover rate and the total turnover number reached 259 min−1 P450BM3−1 and 40 200 P450BM3−1 when N‐heptyl‐l ‐proline modified with l ‐phenylalanine (C7‐l ‐Pro‐l ‐Phe) was used as the decoy molecule. This work shows that amino acid derivatives with a totally different structure from fatty acids can be used as decoy molecules for aromatic hydroxylation by wild‐type P450BM3. This method for non‐native substrate hydroxylation by wild‐type P450BM3 has the potential to expand the utility of P450BM3 for biotransformations.  相似文献

A trifunctional benzoxazine, 1,3,5‐tris(3‐phenyl‐3,4‐dihydro‐2H‐benzo[1,3]oxazin‐6‐yl)benzene (T‐Bz) was synthesized and in an effort to reduce its curing temperature (curing maxima at 238 °C), it was mixed with various phenolic nucleophiles such as phenol (PH), p‐methoxy phenol (MPH), 2‐methyl resorcinol (MR), hydroquinone (HQ), pyrogallol (PG), 2‐naphthol (NPH), 2,7‐dihydroxy naphthalene (DHN), and 1,1'‐bi‐2‐naphthol (BINOL). The influence of these phenolic nucleophiles on ring‐opening polymerization temperature of T‐Bz was examined by DSC and FTIR analysis. T‐Bz undergoes a complete ring‐opening addition reaction in the presence of bi‐ and trifunctional phenolic nucleophiles (MR/HQ/PG/DHN) at 140 °C (heated for 3 h) and forms a networked polybenzoxazine (NPBz). The NPBzs showed a high thermal stability with Td20 of 350–465 °C and char yield of 67–78% at 500 °C; however, a diminutive weight loss (6.9–9.8%) was observed at 150–250 °C (Td5: 215–235 °C) due to degradation of phenolic end groups. This article also gives an insight on how the traces of phenolic impurities can alter the thermal properties of pure benzoxazine monomer as well as its corresponding polymer. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Engineering enzymes capable of modes of activation unprecedented in nature will increase the range of industrially important molecules that can be synthesized through biocatalysis. However, low activity for a new function is often a limitation in adopting enzymes for preparative‐scale synthesis, reaction with demanding substrates, or when a natural substrate is also present. By mutating the proximal ligand and other key active‐site residues of the cytochrome P450 enzyme from Bacillus megaterium (P450‐BM3), a highly active His‐ligated variant of P450‐BM3 that can be employed for the enantioselective synthesis of the levomilnacipran core was engineered. This enzyme, BM3‐Hstar, catalyzes the cyclopropanation of N,N‐diethyl‐2‐phenylacrylamide with an estimated initial rate of over 1000 turnovers per minute and can be used under aerobic conditions. Cyclopropanation activity is highly dependent on the electronic properties of the P450 proximal ligand, which can be used to tune this non‐natural enzyme activity.  相似文献

Compared to the biological world's rich chemistry for functionalizing carbon, enzymatic transformations of the heavier homologue silicon are rare. We report that a wild‐type cytochrome P450 monooxygenase (P450BM3 from Bacillus megaterium, CYP102A1) has promiscuous activity for oxidation of hydrosilanes to give silanols. Directed evolution was applied to enhance this non‐native activity and create a highly efficient catalyst for selective silane oxidation under mild conditions with oxygen as the terminal oxidant. The evolved enzyme leaves C?H bonds present in the silane substrates untouched, and this biotransformation does not lead to disiloxane formation, a common problem in silanol syntheses. Computational studies reveal that catalysis proceeds through hydrogen atom abstraction followed by radical rebound, as observed in the native C?H hydroxylation mechanism of the P450 enzyme. This enzymatic silane oxidation extends nature's impressive catalytic repertoire.  相似文献

Tetrahydroquinoline, quinoline, and dihydroquinolinone are common core motifs in drug molecules. Screening of a 48‐variant library of the cytochrome P450 enzyme CYP102A1 (P450BM3), followed by targeted mutagenesis based on mutation‐selectivity correlations from initial hits, has enabled the hydroxylation of substituted tetrahydroquinolines, quinolines, and 3,4‐dihydro‐2‐quinolinones at most positions around the two rings in good to high yields at synthetically relevant scales (1.5 g L?1 day?1). Other oxidase activities, such as C?C bond desaturation, aromatization, and C?C bond formation, were also observed. The enzyme variants, with mutations at the key active site residues S72, A82, F87, I263, E267, A328, and A330, provide direct and sustainable routes to oxy‐functionalized derivatives of these building block molecules for synthesis and drug discovery.  相似文献

In the molecule of (2,7‐dimethoxynaphthalen‐1‐yl)(3‐fluorophenyl)methanone, C19H15FO3, (I), the dihedral angle between the plane of the naphthalene ring system and that of the benzene ring is 85.90 (5)°. The molecules exhibit axial chirality, with either an R‐ or an S‐stereogenic axis. In the crystal structure, each enantiomer is stacked into a columnar structure and the columns are arranged alternately to form a stripe structure. A pair of (methoxy)C—H...F hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions between the benzene rings of the aroyl groups link an R‐ and an S‐isomer to form a dimeric pair. These dimeric pairs are piled up in a columnar fashion through (benzene)C—H...O=C and (benzene)C—H...OCH3 hydrogen bonds. The analogous 1‐benzoylated compound, namely (2,7‐dimethoxynaphthalen‐1‐yl)(phenyl)methanone [Kato et al. (2010). Acta Cryst. E 66 , o2659], (II), affords three independent molecules having slightly different dihedral angles between the benzene and naphthalene rings. The three independent molecules form separate columns and the three types of column are connected to each other via two C—H...OCH3 hydrogen bonds and one C—H...O=C hydrogen bond. Two of the three columns are formed by the same enantiomeric isomer, whereas the remaining column consists of the counterpart isomer. In the case of the fluorinated 1‐benzoylated naphthalene analogue, namely (2,7‐dimethoxynaphthalen‐1‐yl)(4‐fluorophenyl)methanone [Watanabe et al. (2011). Acta Cryst. E 67 , o1466], (III), the molecular packing is similar to that of (I), i.e. it consists of stripes of R‐ and S‐enantiomeric columns. A pair of C—H...F hydrogen bonds between R‐ and S‐isomers, and C—H...O=C hydrogen bonds between R(or S)‐isomers, are also observed. Consequently, the stripe structure is apparently induced by the formation of R...S dimeric pairs stacked in a columnar fashion. The pair of C—H...F hydrogen bonds effectively stabilizes the dimeric pair of R‐ and S‐enantiomers. In addition, the co‐existence of C—H...F and C—H...O=C hydrogen bonds makes possible the formation of a structure with just one independent molecule.  相似文献

Despite CYP102A1 (P450BM3) representing one of the most extensively researched metalloenzymes, crystallisation of its haem domain upon modification can be a challenge. Crystal structures are indispensable for the efficient structure‐based design of P450BM3 as a biocatalyst. The abietane diterpenoid derivative N‐abietoyl‐l ‐tryptophan (AbiATrp) is an outstanding crystallisation accelerator for the wild‐type P450BM3 haem domain, with visible crystals forming within 2 hours and diffracting to a near‐atomic resolution of 1.22 Å. Using these crystals as seeds in a cross‐microseeding approach, an assortment of P450BM3 haem domain crystal structures, containing previously uncrystallisable decoy molecules and diverse artificial metalloporphyrins binding various ligand molecules, as well as heavily tagged haem‐domain variants, could be determined. Some of the structures reported herein could be used as models of different stages of the P450BM3 catalytic cycle.  相似文献

Benzene hydroxylation is a fundamental process in chemical catalysis. In nature, this reaction is catalyzed by the enzyme cytochrome P450 via oxygen transfer in a still debated mechanism of considerable complexity. The paper uses hybrid density functional calculations to elucidate the mechanisms by which benzene is converted to phenol, benzene oxide, and ketone, by the active species of the enzyme, the high-valent iron-oxo porphyrin species. The effects of the protein polarity and hydrogen-bonding donation to the active species are mimicked, as before (Ogliaro, F.; Cohen, S.; de Visser, S. P.; Shaik, S. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2000, 122, 12892-12893). It is verified that the reaction does not proceed either by hydrogen abstraction or by initial electron transfer (Ortiz de Montellano, P. R. In Cytochrome P450: Structure, Mechanism and Biochemistry, 2nd ed.; Ortiz de Montellano, P. R., Ed.; Plenum Press: New York, 1995; Chapter 8, pp 245-303). In accord with the latest experimental conclusions, the theoretical calculations show that the reactivity is an interplay of electrophilic and radicalar pathways, which involve an initial attack on the pi-system of the benzene to produce sigma-complexes (Korzekwa, K. R.; Swinney, D. C.; Trager, W. T. Biochemistry 1989, 28, 9019-9027). The dominant reaction channel is electrophilic and proceeds via the cationic sigma-complex,( 2)3, that involves an internal ion pair made from a cationic benzene moiety and an anionic iron porphyrin. The minor channel proceeds by intermediacy of the radical sigma-complex, (2)2, in which the benzene moiety is radicalar and the iron-porphyrin moiety is neutral. Ring closure in these intermediates produces the benzene oxide product ((2)4), which does not rearrange to phenol ((2)7) or cyclohexenone ((2)6). While such a rearrangement can occur post-enzymatically under physiological conditions by acid catalysis, the computations reveal a novel mechanism whereby the active species of the enzyme catalyzes directly the production of phenol and cyclohexenone. This enzymatic mechanism involves proton shuttles mediated by the porphyrin ring through the N-protonated intermediate, (2)5, which relays the proton either to the oxygen atom to form phenol ((2)7) or to the ortho-carbon atom to produce cyclohexenone product ((2)6). The formation of the phenol via this proton-shuttle mechanism will be competitive with the nonenzymatic conversion of benzene oxide to phenol by external acid catalysis. With the assumption that (2)5 is not fully thermalized, this novel mechanism would account also for the observation that there is a partial skeletal retention of the original hydrogen of the activated C-H bond, due to migration of the hydrogen from the site of hydroxylation to the adjacent carbon (so-called "NIH shift" (Jerina, D. M.; Daly, J. W. Science 1974, 185, 573-582)). Thus, in general, the computationally discovered mechanism of a porphyrin proton shuttle suggests thatthere is an enzymatic pathway that converts benzene directly to a phenol and ketone, in addition to nonenzymatic production of these species by conversion of arene oxide to phenol and ketone. The potential generality of protonated porphyrin intermediates in P450 chemistry is discussed in the light of the H/D exchange observed during some olefin epoxidation reactions (Groves, J. T.; Avaria-Neisser, G. E.; Fish, K. M.; Imachi, M.; Kuczkowski, R. J. Am. Chem. Soc. 1986, 108, 3837-3838) and the general observation of heme alkylation products (Kunze, K. L.; Mangold, B. L. K.; Wheeler, C.; Beilan, H. S.; Ortiz de Montellano, P. R. J. Biol. Chem. 1983, 258, 4202-4207). The competition, similarities, and differences between benzene oxidation viz. olefin epoxidation and alkanyl C-H hydroxylation are discussed, and comparison is made with relevant experimental and computational data. The dominance of low-spin reactivity in benzene hydroxylation viz. two-state reactivity (Shaik, S.; de Visser, S. P.; Ogliaro, F.; Schwarz, H.; Schr?der, D. Curr. Opin. Chem. Biol. 2002, 6, 556-567) in olefin epoxidation and alkane hydroxylation is traced to the loss of benzene resonance energy during the bond activation step.  相似文献

The cytochromes P450 are hemoproteins that catalyze a range of oxidative C?H functionalization reactions, including aliphatic and aromatic hydroxylation. These transformations are important in a range of biological contexts, including biosynthesis and xenobiotic biodegradation. Much work has been carried out on the mechanism of aliphatic hydroxylation, implicating hydrogen atom abstraction, but aromatic hydroxylation is postulated to proceed differently. One mechanism invokes as the key intermediate an arene oxide (and/or its oxepin tautomer). Conclusive isolation of this intermediate has remained elusive and, currently, direct formation of phenols from a Meisenheimer intermediate is believed to be favored. We report here the identification of a P450 [P450cam (CYP101A1) and P450cin (CYP176A1)]‐generated arene oxide as a product of in vitro oxidation of tert‐butylbenzene. Computations (CBS‐QB3) predict that the arene oxide and oxepin have similar stabilities to other arene oxides/oxepins implicated (but not detected) in P450‐mediated transformations, suggesting that arene oxides can be unstable terminal products of P450‐catalyzed aromatic oxidation that can explain the origin of some observed metabolites.  相似文献

A divergent synthetic approach to six Ganoderma meroterpenoids, namely ganocins A–C, ganocochlearins C and D, and cochlearol T, has been developed for the first time. This synthetic route features a two‐phase strategy which includes early‐stage rapid construction of a common planar tricyclic intermediate followed by highly selective late‐stage transformations into various Ganoderma meroterpenoids. Key to the strategy are a bioinspired intramolecular hetero‐Diels–Alder reaction and Stahl‐type oxidative aromatization, allowing efficient formation of the common tricyclic phenol intermediate. A nucleophilic dearomatization of the phenol unit, combined with a regioselective 1,4‐reduction of the resulting dienone, enabled rapid access to ganocins B and C. Additionally, site‐selective Mukaiyama hydration, followed by an intramolecular oxa‐Michael addition/triflation cascade, served as a key strategic element in the chemical synthesis of ganocin A.  相似文献

There is intense interest in late‐stage catalytic C?H bond functionalization as an integral part of synthesis. Effective catalysts must have a broad substrate range and tolerate diverse functional groups. Drug molecules provide a good test of these attributes of a catalyst. A library of P450BM3 mutants developed from four base mutants with high activity for hydrocarbon oxidation produced human metabolites of a panel of drugs that included neutral (chlorzoxazone, testosterone), cationic (amitriptyline, lidocaine) and anionic (diclofenac, naproxen) compounds. No single mutant was active for all the tested drugs but multiple variants in the library showed high activity with each compound. The high conversions enabled full product characterization that led to the discovery of the new P450 reaction type of oxidative decarboxylation of an α‐hydroxy carboxylic acid and the formation a protected imine from an amine, offering a novel route to α‐functionalization of amines. The substrate range and varied product profiles suggest that this library of enzymes is a good basis for developing late‐stage C?H activation catalysts.  相似文献

The mechanisms of iron‐catalyzed regioselective anti‐Markovnikov addition of C‐H bonds in the aromatic ketones to alkenes are studied using Density Functional Theory (DFT) calculations with the B3LYP‐D3 method. Our results show that the overall catalytic cycle includes the initial generation of aromatic ketone C‐H activation, the coordination and insertion of a styrene, and finally C‐C reductive elimination. Two different alkylation products are obtained through the linear or branched formation via several different paths. The formation of the linear product is energetically favorable over that of the branched product, which is in agreement with the experimental observation. The rate‐limiting step for the whole catalytic cycle to obtain the main linear product is the reductive elimination step where the Gibbs free energy in solvent THF ΔGsol is 13.5 kcal/mol computed using the SMD method.  相似文献

Crystal structures are reported for three isomeric compounds, namely 2‐(2‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐oxazoline, (I), 2‐(3‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐oxazoline, (II), and 2‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐2‐oxazoline, (III), all C9H9NO2 [systematic names: 2‐(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazol‐2‐yl)phenol, (I), 3‐(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazol‐2‐yl)phenol, (II), and 4‐(4,5‐dihydro‐1,3‐oxazol‐2‐yl)phenol, (III)]. In these compounds, the deviation from coplanarity of the oxazoline and benzene rings is dependent on the position of the hydroxy group on the benzene ring. The coplanar arrangement in (I) is stabilized by a strong intramolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bond. Surprisingly, the 2‐oxazoline ring in molecule B of (II) adopts a 3T4 (C2TC3) conformation, while the 2‐oxazoline ring in molecule A, as well as that in (I) and (III), is nearly planar, as expected. Tetramers of molecules of (II) are formed and they are bound together via weak C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds. In (III), strong intermolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds and weak intramolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of an infinite chain of molecules perpendicular to the b direction. This paper also reports a theoretical investigation of hydrogen bonds, based on density functional theory (DFT) employing periodic boundary conditions.  相似文献

Cytochromes P450 can catalyze various regioselective and stereospecific oxidation reactions of non‐functionalized hydrocarbons. Here, we have designed a novel light‐driven platform for cofactor‐free, whole‐cell P450 photo‐biocatalysis using eosin Y (EY) as a photosensitizer. EY can easily enter into the cytoplasm of Escherichia coli and bind specifically to the heme domain of P450. The catalytic turnover of P450 was mediated through the direct transfer of photoinduced electrons from the photosensitized EY to the P450 heme domain under visible light illumination. The photoactivation of the P450 catalytic cycle in the absence of cofactors and redox partners is successfully conducted using many bacterial P450s (variants of P450 BM3) and human P450s (CYPs 1A1, 1A2, 1B1, 2A6, 2E1, and 3A4) for the bioconversion of different substrates, including marketed drugs (simvastatin, lovastatin, and omeprazole) and a steroid (17β‐estradiol), to demonstrate the general applicability of the light‐driven, cofactor‐free system.  相似文献

Photoinduced hydroxylation of neat deaerated benzene to phenol occurred under visible‐light irradiation of 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyano‐p‐benzoquinone (DDQ), which acts as a super photooxidant in the presence of water. Photocatalytic solvent‐free hydroxylation of benzene derivatives with electron‐withdrawing substituents such as benzonitrile, nitrobenzene, and trifluoromethylbenzene used as neat solvents has been achieved for the first time by using DDQ as a super photooxidant to yield the corresponding phenol derivatives and 2,3‐dichloro‐5,6‐dicyanohydroquinone (DDQH2) in the presence of water under deaerated conditions. In the presence of dioxygen and tert‐butyl nitrite, the photocatalytic hydroxylation of neat benzene occurred with DDQ as a photocatalyst to produce phenol. The photocatalytic reactions are initiated by oxidation of benzene derivatives with the singlet and triplet excited states of DDQ to form the corresponding radical cations, which associate with benzene derivatives to produce the dimer radical cations, which were detected by the femto‐ and nanosecond laser flash photolysis measurements to clarify the photocatalytic reaction mechanisms. Radical cations of benzene derivatives react with water to yield the OH‐adduct radicals. On the other hand, DDQ . ? produced by the photoinduced electron transfer from benzene derivatives reacts with the OH‐adduct radicals to yield the corresponding phenol derivatives and DDQH2. DDQ is recovered by the reaction of DDQH2 with tert‐butyl nitrite when DDQ acts as a photocatalyst for the hydroxylation of benzene derivatives by dioxygen.  相似文献

The mechanism of N‐dealkylation mediated by cytochrome P450 (P450) has long been studied and argued as either a single electron transfer (SET) or a hydrogen atom transfer (HAT) from the amine to the oxidant of the P450, the reputed iron–oxene. In our study, tertiary anilinic N‐oxides were used as oxygen surrogates to directly generate a P450‐mediated oxidant that is capable of N‐dealkylating the dimethylaniline derived from oxygen donation. These surrogates were employed to probe the generated reactive oxygen species and the subsequent mechanism of N‐dealkylation to distinguish between the HAT and SET mechanisms. In addition to the expected N‐demethylation of the product aniline, 2,3,4,5,6‐pentafluoro‐N,N‐dimethylaniline N‐oxide (PFDMAO) was found to be capable of N‐dealkylating both N,N‐dimethylaniline (DMA) and N‐cyclopropyl‐N‐methylaniline (CPMA). Rate comparisons of the N‐demethylation of DMA supported by PFDMAO show a 27‐fold faster rate than when supported by N,N‐dimethylaniline N‐oxide (DMAO). Whereas intermolecular kinetic isotope effects were masked, intramolecular measurements showed values reflective of those seen previously in DMAO‐ and the native NADPH/O2‐supported systems (2.33 and 2.8 for the N‐demethylation of PFDMA and DMA from the PFDMAO system, respectively). PFDMAO‐supported N‐dealkylation of CPMA led to the ring‐intact product N‐cyclopropylaniline (CPA), similar to that seen with the native system. The formation of CPA argues against a SET mechanism in favor of a P450‐like HAT mechanism. We suggest that the similarity of KIEs, in addition to the formation of the ring‐intact CPA, argues for a similar mechanism of Compound I (Cpd I) formation followed by HAT for N‐dealkylation by the native and N‐oxide‐supported systems and demonstrate the ability of the N‐oxide‐generated oxidant to act as an accurate mimic of the native P450 oxidant.  相似文献

The asymmetric synthesis of alkynyl and monofluoroalkenyl isoindolinones from N‐methoxy benzamides and α,α‐difluoromethylene alkynes is enabled by C?H activation with a chiral CpRhIII catalyst. Remarkably, product formation is solvent‐dependent; alkynyl isoindolinones are afforded in MeOH (up to 86 % yield, 99.6 % ee) whereas monofluoroalkenyl isoindolinones are generated in iPrCN (up to 98:2 Z/E, 93 % yield, 86 % ee). Mechanistic studies revealed chiral allene and E‐configured alkenyl rhodium species as reaction intermediates. The latter is transformed into the corresponding Z‐configured monofluoroalkene upon protonation in the iPrCN system and into an alkyne by an unusual anti β‐F elimination in the MeOH system. Notably, kinetic resolution processes occur in this reaction. Despite the moderate enantiocontrol for the formation of the chiral allene, the Z‐monofluoroalkenyl isoindolinones and alkynyl isoindolinones were obtained in good enantiopurities by one or two sequential kinetic resolution processes.  相似文献

Starting from readily available (S)‐styrene oxide an asymmetric synthesis is described of the naturally occurring anti‐HIV spirolactone (?)‐hyperolactone C, which possesses adjacent fully substituted stereocenters. The key step involves a stereocontrolled RhII‐catalysed oxonium ylide formation–[2,3] sigmatropic rearrangement of an α‐diazo‐β‐ketoester bearing allylic ether functionality. From the resulting furanone, an acid‐catalysed lactonisation and dehydrogenation gives the natural product.  相似文献

To develop a new solvent‐impregnated resin (SIR) system for the removal of phenols and thiophenols from water, complex formation by hydrogen bonding of phosphine oxides and phosphates is studied using isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC) and quantum chemical modeling. Six different computational methods are used: B3LYP, M06‐2X, MP2, spin component‐scaled (SCS) MP2 [all four with 6‐311+G(d,p) basis set], a complete basis set extrapolation at the MP2 level (MP2/CBS), and the composite CBS‐Q model. This reveals a range of binding enthalpies (ΔH) for phenol–phosphine oxide and phenol–phosphate complexes and their thio analogues. Both structural (bond lengths/angles) and electronic elements (charges, bond orders) are studied. Furthermore, solvent effects are investigated theoretically by the PCM solvent model and experimentally via ITC. From our calculations, a trialkylphosphine oxide is found to be the most promising extractant for phenol in SIRs, yielding ΔH=?14.5 and ?9.8 kcal mol?1 with phenol and thiophenol, respectively (MP2/CBS), without dimer formation that would hamper the phenol complexation. In ITC measurements, the ΔH of this complex was most negative in the noncoordinating solvent cyclohexane, and slightly less so in π–π interacting solvents such as benzene. The strongest binding is found for the dimethyl phosphate–phenol complex [?15.1 kcal mol?1 (MP2/CBS)], due to the formation of two H‐bonds (P?O???H‐O‐ and P‐O‐H???O‐H); however, dimer formation of these phosphates competes with complexation of phenol, and would thus hamper their use in industrial extractions. CBS‐Q calculations display erroneous trends for sulfur compounds, and are found to be unsuitable. Computationally relatively cheap SCS‐MP2 and M06‐2X calculations did accurately agree with the much more elaborate MP2/CBS method, with an average deviation of less than 1 kcal mol?1.  相似文献
