Summary. A small sortiment of 4-aminophenyl ether derivatives was constructed with good yields and purities via Williamson reaction using the carboxyl-functionalized ionic liquid [cmmim][BF4] as soluble support. The recovered ionic liquid could be reused for several times with similar capacity.  相似文献

Summary. N-Toluensulfonyl-l-prolin amide was tested as catalyst in the enantioselective Michael addition of carbonyl compounds to (E)-β-nitrostyrene in nine ionic liquids under different reaction conditions. The reaction rates and enantioselectivities were strongly dependent on the ionic liquids. Change of enantioselectivity was observed too and it is attributed to both the cation and the anion of ionic liquid. The best yields (up to 98%) and enantioselectivity (70% ee) of product were obtained in a basic ionic liquid [bmim]BF4 at room temperature.  相似文献

Summary. Hantzsch 1,4-dihydropyridine compounds were synthesized efficiently in high yields at room temperature within short times in 1,1,3,3-N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylguanidinium trifluoroacetate as ionic liquid using ultrasound irradiation. The ionic liquid can be recovered conveniently and reused efficiently.  相似文献

Summary. Three-component Mannich-type reaction of cyclohexanone, aromatic aldehydes, and aromatic amines was catalyzed by a basic functionalized ionic liquid, 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide ([bmim][OH]), at room temperature to give various β-amino carbonyl compounds in high yields. The ionic liquid, which is environmentally friendly, can be recycled at least 5 times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

Summary.  A novel class of 3,4-dihydrobenzimidazo[2,1-b]quinazolin-1(2H)-ones was synthesized in very short reaction times with good yields in the presence of 3-butyl-1-methyl imidazolium bromide as a room temperature ionic liquid at 120°C. The ionic liquid can be recycled for subsequent reactions without any loss of efficiency.  相似文献

1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide ([bmim]Br) as an ionic liquid promoted selectively the oxidation of alkyl arenes and alcohols to the corresponding carbonyl compounds with NaBrO3 in excellent yields under neutral conditions at the 70°C. Among the various ionic liquids examined, the [bmim]Br exhibited the best performances with NaBrO3. In continuation of research to explore the applied potential of DMF‐like ionic liquid, the ionic liquid version of N,N‐dimethyliminiumchloride (Vilsmier reagent) has been synthesized from DMF‐like ionic liquid and tested effectively for its capacity to achieve more useful organic transformations. The results show that DMF‐like ionic liquid is world's first task specific ionic liquid which has catalyzed numerous diverse type of reaction and is multipurpose in its application. Thus a new term for this DMF‐like ionic liquid has been coined that is DMF‐like "multipurpose" ionic liquid.  相似文献

Macleaya cordata (Willd) R. Br. is a medicinal plant. The most important bioactive compounds of M. cordata are alkaloids that have many biological activities including antifungal, anti‐inflammatory, and antitumor. In this study, an ionic‐liquid‐modified high‐speed counter‐current chromatography method was established to obtain alkaloids from the fruits of M. cordata. The conditions of ionic‐liquid‐modified high‐speed counter‐current chromatography, including solvent systems, the content of ionic liquid (1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [C4mim][BF4]), and the posttreatment of the ionic liquid, were investigated. Five alkaloids protopine, allocryptopine, sanguinarine, 8‐O‐demethylchelerythrine, and chelerythrine were separated from the extract of the fruits using a high speed counter‐current chromatography with two‐phase solvent system composed of dichloromethane/methanol/0.3 mol/L hydrochloric acid aqueous solution/[C4mim][BF4] (4:2:2:0.015, v/v). Their purities were 96.33, 95.56, 97.94, 96.22, and 97.90%, respectively. The results indicated that a small amount of ionic liquids as modifier of the two‐phase solvent system could shorten the separation time and improve the separation efficiency of the alkaloids from the fruits. The ionic‐liquid‐modified high‐speed counter‐current chromatography would provide a feasible way for highly effective separation of alkaloids from natural products.  相似文献

In order to investigate whether the use of single-walled carbon nanotubes can improve enantioseparations on an ionic liquid stationary phase, a chiral ionic liquid, (R)-N,N,N-trimethyl-2-aminobutanol-bis(trifluoromethanesulfon)imidate, was synthesized. Two capillary columns, one containing the chiral ionic liquid and the other containing the single-walled carbon nanotubes and the chiral ionic liquid, were then prepared for GC. The results of the separations achieved with these columns show that coating the chiral ionic liquid stationary phase onto the capillary column containing single-walled carbon nanotubes improves the enantioselectivety of the chiral ionic liquid. This work indicates that using single-walled carbon nanotubes in this manner enables the application range of such GC chiral separations to be extended.  相似文献

以[Bmim]Cl/FeCl3(三氯化铁/氯化丁基甲基咪唑)离子液体作为反应介质和催化剂, 考察了离子液体的酸度、反应温度及反应时间对α-生育酚与β-D-五乙酰吡喃型葡萄糖糖基化反应的影响. 结果表明, 离子液体的催化活性与其酸强度密切相关, 离子液体的酸性越强, 其对此糖基化反应催化活性越高. 在FeCl3与[Bmim]Cl物质的量比为2的[Bmim]Cl/FeCl3离子液中, α-生育酚与β-D-五乙酰吡喃型葡萄糖在45 ℃下反应3 h, 可以得到较高的转化率, α-生育酚的转化率最高可达70.2%. 同有机溶剂作为反应介质相比, 反应条件温和, 反应时间短, 室温离子液体具有更好的催化活性, 所得产物与离子液体不溶, 便于分离, 催化体系可循环使用, 且对环境友好.  相似文献
