The title compound, [Sn(CH3)2(C5H10NO2S2)2], has crystallographic mirror symmetry (C—Sn—C on mirror plane) and the coordination polyhedron around the Sn atom is a tetrahedron [C—Sn—C 139.3 (2)° and S—Sn—S 82.3 (1)°] distorted towards a skew‐trapezoidal bipyramid owing to an intramolecular Sn?S contact [3.0427 (6) Å]. The mol­ecules are linked into a linear chain by intermolecular O—H?O hydrogen bonds [O?O 2.646 (3) Å].  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(C2H3O2)4(C11H9N)2] or [Cu2(MeCO2)4(phpy)2] (phpy is 4‐phenyl­pyridine), consists of centrosymmetric dimers in which the CuII atoms display a square‐pyramidal CuO4N coordination, with four acetate O atoms in the basal plane [Cu—O 1.975 (3)–1.987 (3) Å] and the phpy N atom in the apical position [Cu—N 2.150 (3) Å]. The Cu atoms are 2.654 (1) Å apart and are bridged by four acetate groups. The discrete dimers are extended into a three‐dimensional supramolecular array through intermolecular π–π‐stacking interactions.  相似文献

The blue copper complex compounds [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] · 4.5 H2O ( 1 ) and [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)] · 4 H2O ( 2 ) were synthesized from CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen) and adipic acid in CH3OH/H2O solutions. [Cu(phen)2‐ (C6H8O4)] complexes and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules form the crystal structure of ( 1 ) (P1 (no. 2), a = 10.086(2) Å, b = 11.470(2) Å, c = 16.523(3) Å, α = 99.80(1)°, β = 115.13(1)°, γ = 115.13(1)°, V = 1617.5(5) Å3, Z = 2). The Cu atoms are square‐pyramidally coordinated by four N atoms of the phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion (d(Cu–O) = 1.989 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.032–2.040 Å, axial d(Cu–N) = 2.235 Å). π‐π stacking interactions between phen ligands are responsible for the formation of supramolecular assemblies of [Cu(phen)2(C6H8O4)] complex molecules into 1 D chains along [111]. The crystal structure of ( 2 ) shows polymeric [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains (P1 (no. 2), a = 7.013(1) Å, b = 10.376(1) Å, c = 11.372(3) Å, α = 73.64(1)°, β = 78.15(2)°, γ = 81.44(1)°, V = 773.5(2) Å3, Z = 1). The Cu atoms are fivefold coordinated by two Cl atoms, two N atoms of phen ligands and one O atom of the adipate anion, forming [CuCl2N2O] square pyramids with an axial Cl atom (d(Cu–O) = 1.958 Å, d(Cu–N) = 2.017–2.033 Å, d(Cu–Cl) = 2.281 Å; axial d(Cu–Cl) = 2.724 Å). Two square pyramids are condensed via the common Cl–Cl edge to centrosymmetric [Cu2Cl2N4O2] dimers, which are connected via the adipate anions to form the [(Cu2(phen)2Cl2)(C6H8O4)2/2] chains. The supramolecular 3 D network results from π‐π stacking interactions between the chains. H2O molecules are located in tunnels.  相似文献

The title compound, [Sn4(CH3)8(C13H8Cl2NO2)2(C2H5O)2O2], is a centrosymmetric dimer, with three linearly fused four‐membered Sn—O—Sn—O rings. The coordination poly­hedron of the Sn atom bonded to the carboxyl­ate can be described as trigonal–bipyramidal distorted toward square‐pyramidal. That of the second Sn atom is similar, but the distortion towards square‐pyramidal geometry is greater. The Sn—O and Sn—C distances are 2.020 (2)–2.226 (2) and 2.096 (4)–2.114 (4) Å, respectively. The benzene rings of the 2‐[(2,3‐dichloro­phenyl)­amino]benzoate ligand subtend an angle of 50.49 (17)°; the conformation of the ligand is stabilized by intra­molecular N—H⋯Cl and N—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. The structure is assembled viaπ–π stacking inter­actions to form chains parallel to [10].  相似文献

Syntheses of the sky blue complex compounds [Ni(H2O)3(phen)(C5H6O4)] · H2O ( 1 ) and [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)] ( 2 ) were carried out by the reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, glutaric acid, NiSO4 · 6 H2O and Na2CO3 in CH3OH/H2O at pH = 6.9 and 7.5, respectively. The crystal structure of 1 (P 1 (no. 2), a = 14.289 Å, b = 15.182 Å, c = 15.913 Å, α = 67.108°, β = 87.27°, γ = 68.216°, V = 2934.2 Å3, Z = 2) consists of hydrogen bonded [Ni(H2O)3‐ (phen)(C5H6O4)]2 dimers and H2O molecules. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, three water O atoms and one carboxyl O atom from one monodentate glutarato ligand (d(Ni–N) = 2.086, 2.090 Å; d(Ni–O) = 2.064–2.079 Å). Through the π‐π stacking interactions and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, the dimers are assembled to form 2 D layers parallel to (0 1 1). The crystal structure of 2 (P21/n (no. 14), a = 7.574 Å, b = 11.938 Å, c = 18.817 Å, β = 98.48°, V = 1682.8 Å3, Z = 4) contains [Ni(H2O)2(phen)(C5H6O4)2/2] supramolecular chains extending along [010]. The Ni atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand, two water O atoms and two carboxyl O atoms from different bis‐monodentate glutarato ligands with d(Ni–N) = 2.082, 2.105 Å and d(Ni–O) = 2.059–2.087 Å. The supramolecular chains are assembled into a 3 D network by π‐π stacking interactions and interchain hydrogen bonds. A TG/DTA of 2 shows two endothermic effects at 132 °C and 390 °C corresponding to the complete dehydration and the lost of phen.  相似文献

The title compound [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3) · 2(phen)(H2O) with phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline was prepared by the stoichiometric reaction of La(NO3)3 · 6 H2O and 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate in a CH3OH–H2O solution. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 11.052(2), b = 13.420(2), c = 16.300(2) Å, α = 78.12(1)°, β = 88.77(1)°, γ = 83.03(1)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0488, wR2 = 0.1028) consists of [La(phen)2(H2O)2(NO3)2]2+ complex cations, NO3 anions, phen and H2O molecules. The La atom is 10‐fold coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and six O atoms of two H2O molecules and two bidentate chelating NO32– ligands with d(La–O) = 2.522–2.640 Å and d(La–N) = 2.689–2.738 Å. The intermolecular π‐π stacking interactions play an essential role in the formation of two different 2 D layers parallel to (001), which are formed by complex cations and uncoordinating phen molecules, respectively. The uncoordinated NO3 anions and H2O molecules are sandwiched between the cationic and phen layers.  相似文献

The title compound, {[U(C12H14O4)O2(H2O)]·H2O}n, is the first actinide complex featuring adamantanecarboxylate ligands. The metal ion possesses a pentagonal–bipyramidal UO7 coordination involving two axial oxide ligands [U—O = 1.732 (5) and 1.764 (5) Å] and five equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.259 (5)–2.494 (4) Å] of aqua and carboxylate ligands. The latter display pseudo‐chelating and bridging coordination modes of the carboxylate groups that are responsible for the generation of the centrosymmetric discrete uranium–carboxylate [UO2(μ‐RCOO)2UO2] dimers [U...U = 5.5130 (5) Å] and their connection into one‐dimensional chains. Hydrogen bonding involving two coordinated and two solvent water molecules [O...O = 2.719 (7)–2.872 (7) Å] yields centrosymmetric (H2O)4 ensembles and provides noncovalent linkage between the coordination chains to generate a three‐dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound, [U(C14H9N3O2)O2(CH3OH)2]·CH3OH, is the first to be reported for an actinide complex including triazole ligands. The UVI atom exhibits a pentagonal–bipyramidal NO6 coordination environment, involving two axial oxide ligands [U=O = 1.766 (3) and 1.789 (3) Å], four equatorial O atoms [U—O = 2.269 (3)–2.448 (3) Å] from the ligand and the two coordinated methanol molecules, and one equatorial N atom [U—N = 2.513 (4) Å] from the ligand. In the crystal structure, the complex molecules are linked via intermolecular N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a two‐dimensional structure.  相似文献

Methyliminodiacetic acid (H2Mida) and imidazole react with copper(II) to form crystals of the square pyramidal complex [Cu(Mida)Im]. One N and two O atoms of the Mida ligand (Cu-N 2.010(1) Å, Cu-O 1.955(1) Å, and 1.978(1) Å) and the imidazole N atom (1.950(1) Å) lie at the base of the pyramid. The carboxyl O atom of the neighboring complex lies at the apical position (2.411(1) Å); in this way the individual complexes are linked into infinite zigzag chains. Substitution of imidazole by 1,10-phenanthroline gave [Cu2(Mida)2(Phen)H2O]·2H2O crystals with two nonequivalent centrosymmetric octahedral anions [Cu(Mida)2]2? of face type (Cu-N 2.023 Å and 2.028(2) Å, Cu-Oax 2.579 Å and 2.530(2) Å, Cu-Obas 1.952 Å and 1.936(2) Å). The anions serve as bridges in chains between the [Cu(Phen)H2O]2+ cation fragments to which they are bonded by their axial carboxyl groups. The Cu atom of the cation has a [4+1] environment (with the H2O molecule lying on the axis of the pyramid, and with two N atoms of the ligand and two O atoms of the anions lying at the base).  相似文献

Reactions of di‐n‐butyltin(IV) oxide with 4′/2′‐nitrobiphenyl‐2‐carboxylic acids in 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 stoichiometry yield complexes [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)}2O]2 ( 1 and 2 ) and (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′/2′)2 ( 3 and 4 ) respectively. These compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and NMR (1H, 13C and 119Sn) spectroscopy. The IR spectra of these compounds indicate the presence of anisobidentate carboxylate groups and non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. From the chemical shifts δ (119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn), the coordination number of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere have been suggested. [{(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)}2O]2 ( 1 ) exhibits a dimeric structure containing distannoxane units with two types of tin atom with essentially identical geometry. To a first approximation, the tin atoms appear to be pentacoordinated with distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. However, each type of tin atom is further subjected to a sixth weaker interaction and may be described as having a capped trigonal bipyramidal structure. The diffraction study of the complex (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OCOC12H8NO2?4′)2 ( 3 ) shows a six–coordinate tin in a distorted octahedral frame containing bidentate asymmetric chelating carboxylate groups, with the n‐Bu groups trans to each other. The n‐Bu? Sn? n‐Bu angle is 152.8° and the Sn? O distances are 2.108(4) and 2.493(5) Å. The oxygen atom of the nitro group of the ligand does not participate in bonding to the tin atom in 1 and 3 . The structure of compound I: poly-diaqua(μ-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylato-N,O; -O′; -O′′, -O′′′) calcium(II) monohydrate [Ca(C5H2N2O4)(H2O)2·H2O] is built of molecular sheets in which imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate ligands bridge the metal ions using both carboxylate groups, each bidentate. Ca(II) is coordinated by six oxygen atoms and one hetero-ring nitrogen atom distributed at the apices of a capped tetragonal bipyramid. The basal plane of the pyramid is formed by two carboxylate oxygen atoms [d(Ca–O2?=?2.374(1)?Å, d(Ca–O4)?=?2.412(1)?Å] and two water oxygen atoms [d(Ca–O5)?=?2.384(1)?Å, d(Ca–O6)?=?2.455(1)?Å], the capped position is occupied by the carboxylate oxygen atom O3 [d(Ca–O3)?=?2.325(1)?Å], the hetero-ring nitrogen atom [d(Ca–N2)?=?2.523(1)?Å] and the carboxylate oxygen atom O4 [d(Ca–O2)?= 2.412(1)?Å] form the apices of the prism. The solvation water molecule plays a significant role in a framework of hydrogen bonds responsible for the stability of the crystal. The structure of compound II: trans-tetraquadi(H-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylato-N,O) calcium(II) monohydrate, [Ca(C5H3N2O4)2(H2O)4·H2O] consists of monomers in which the Ca(II) ion is located on a centre of symmetry. The coordination around the Ca(II) is a strongly deformed pentagonal bipyramidal with the imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylate (4,5-IDA) ligands in the trans arrangement forming a dihedral angle of 68.3°. An imidazole-ring nitrogen atom [d(Ca–N)?=?2.632(2)?Å] and one carboxylate O atom [d(Ca–O)?=?2.531(2)?Å] from each ligand coordinate to the metal ion. The coordination is completed by four water oxygen atoms [d(Ca–O)?=?2.393(2)?Å] and [d(Ca–O)?=?2.367(2)?Å]. The coordinated water molecules act as hydrogen bond donors and acceptors to the unbonded carboxylate oxygen atoms in adjacent monomers giving rise to a three-dimensional molecular network.  相似文献

Reaction between an aqueous ethanol solution of tin(II) chloride and that of 4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐one in the presence of O2 gave the compound cis‐dichlorobis(4‐propanoyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐5‐methyl‐2‐phenyl‐3 H‐pyrazol‐3‐onato) tin(IV) [(C26H26N4O4)SnCl2]. The compound has a six‐coordinated SnIV centre in a distorted octahedral configuration with two chloro ligands in cis position. The tin atom is also at a pseudo two‐fold axis of inversion for both the ligand anions and the two cis‐chloro ligands. The orange compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with unit cell dimensions, a = 8.741(3) Å, b = 12.325(7) Å, c = 13.922(7) Å; α = 71.59(4), β = 79.39(3), γ = 75.18(4); Z = 2 and Dx = 1.575 g cm–3. The important bond distances in the chelate ring are Sn–O [2.041 to 2.103 Å], Sn–Cl [2.347 to 2.351 Å], C–O [1.261 to 1.289 Å] and C–C [1.401 Å] the bond angles are O–Sn–O 82.6 to 87.7° and Cl–Sn–Cl 97.59°. The UV, IR, 1H NMR and 119Sn Mössbauer spectral data of the compound are reported and discussed.  相似文献

In the title complex, poly[copper(II)‐di‐μ‐5‐carboxy‐1H‐imidazole‐4‐carboxyl­ato], [Cu(C5H3N2O4)2]n or [Cu(H2Imda)2]n, each imidazole moiety is bonded to the Cu atom via O and N atoms to give a square‐planar coordination [Cu—O = 2.014 (2) and 2.016 (2) Å, and Cu—N = 1.982 (3) and 1.992 (2) Å]. The distorted square‐pyramidal geometry at the Cu atom results from coordination to an adjacent O atom [Cu—O = 2.305 (2) Å], which generates zigzag chains. There is a sixth, weaker, octahedral coordination to the Cu atom from an inversion‐related O atom [Cu—O = 3.090 (2) Å], which links the chains into sheets in the (100) plane. Imidazole moieties in the sheets are linked in the [100] direction by pairs of N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, thus generating a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

Cu2(CF3COO)4 · 2 CH3CN ( I ) and Cu(CF3COO)2(H2O)4 ( II ) have been prepared by concentrating of acetonitrile and aqueous solutions respectively. According to X-ray data, the complex I consists of binuclear molecules with Cu–O 1.969 Å, Cu–N 2.114 Å. The Cu…Cu distance was found to be 2.766 Å, one of the longest for dimeric structures, apparently, due to the high acidity of trifluoroacetic acid. The coordination environment of Cu atom in II can be described as 4 + 2: 2 Cu–O (H2O) 1.937 Å, 2 Cu–O (CF3COO) 1.985 Å, 2 Cu–O (H2O) 2.447 Å. The mononuclear structure is stabilized by formation of two intra- and six intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

N-(Phospho­no­methyl)­glycine, glyphosate, reacts with bis­(tri­butyl­tin) oxide to form a ligand–tin (1:3) complex in which all five O atoms are coordinated to tin. The complex, [Sn3(C4H9)9(C3H5NO5P)], is polymeric, with the glyphosate and two tri­butyl­tin groups forming a two-dimensional network and with the third Sn atom alternately above and below the plane of the net. The Sn atoms in the network have a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination, with O atoms in the axial positions and C atoms in the equatorial positions; the pendant tri­butyl­tin group is tetrahedrally coordinated to one O atom and to three butyl groups. Sn—O distances vary from 2.030 (3) to 2.408 (3) Å. The Sn—O distances for O atoms trans to carboxyl­ate groups are shorter than those trans to phos­phonate groups and dSn—O decreases with increasing dC/P—OSn—O≃−4.6ΔC/P—O). The amino N atom in the ligand is neither protonated nor involved in coordination to the Sn atoms.  相似文献

The pale‐rose compound [(μ‐C6H8O4)4/2Co(μ‐H2O)2Co(H2O)4] · 4 H2O was prepared from adipic acid and CoCO3 in aqueous solution. The crystal structure (monoclinic, P21/n (no. 14), a = 8.061(1), b = 15.160(2), c = 9.708(2) Å, β = 90.939(7)°, Z = 2, R = 0.0405, wR2 = 0.0971) consists of adipate bridged supramolecular [(μ‐C6H8O4)4/2Co(μ‐H2O)2Co(H2O)4] layers and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The cobalt atoms Co1 and Co2 are distorted octahedrally coordinated by the O atoms of two bridging trans‐H2O molecules and four bidentate adipate anions (Co1) and by the O atoms of two bridging trans‐H2O molecules and four monodentate H2O molecules (Co2), respectively. Equatorial bonds: d(Co1–O) = 2.048 Å (2 × ), 2.060 Å (2 × ); d(Co2–O) = 2.057 Å (2 × ), 2.072 Å (2 × ). Axial bonds: d(Co1–O) = 2.235 Å (2 × ); d(Co2–O) = 2.156 Å (2 × ).  相似文献

The title complex, [Cu(C12H9N2O)(C2H3O2)(C12H10N2O)], is a neutral CuII complex with a primary N3O2 coordination sphere. The Cu centre coordinates to both a deprotonated and a neutral molecule of N‐phenylpyridine‐2‐carboxamide and also to an acetate anion. The coordination around the metal centre is asymmetric, the deprotonated ligand providing two N donor atoms [Cu—N = 1.995 (2) and 2.013 (2) Å] and the neutral ligand providing one N and one O donor atom to the coordination environment [Cu—N = 2.042 (2) Å and Cu—O = 2.2557 (19) Å], the fifth donor being an O atom of the acetate ion [Cu—O = 1.9534 (19) Å]. The remaining O atom from the acetate ion can be considered as a weak donor atom [Cu—O = 2.789 (2) Å], conferring to the Cu complex an asymmetric octahedral geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H...O, C—H...O and C—H...π interactions.  相似文献

The Sn atom in the crystal structure of the title compound,catena‐poly­[trimethyl­tin‐μ‐[(2,5‐di­oxo‐2,5‐di­hydro­pyrrol‐1‐yl)­acetato‐O:O′]], [Sn(CH3)3(C6H4NO4)], adopts a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry with three methyl groups defining the trigonal plane [mean Sn—C 2.117 (11) Å] and the axial positions occupied by O atoms from different carboxylate groups, with significantly different Sn—O bond lengths [2.207 (5) and 2.358 (6) Å]. Dark blue plate‐like crystals of [Cu2(phen)2 · (H2O)2(OH)2](HCO3)2 · 6 H2O were obtained from a CH3OH–H2O solution containing CuCl2, 1,10‐phenanthroline (phen), sebacic acid and Na2CO3. The crystal structure (triclinic, P 1 (no. 2), a = 8.118(1), b = 9.624(1), c = 10.536(1) Å, α = 81.35(1)°, β = 88.51(1)°, γ = 75.77(1)°, Z = 1, R = 0.0332, wR2 = 0.0981 for 4163 observed reflections (F ≥ 2σ(F ) out of 4595 unique reflections) consists of divalent [Cu2(phen)2(H2O)2(OH)2]2+ complex cations, anionic (HCO3)22– dimers and H2O molecules. The divalent complex cations (d(Cu…Cu) = 2.905(1) Å) are centered at inversion centers. The Cu atoms are fivefold square‐pyramidally coordinated by two nitrogen and three oxygen atoms from one bidentate chelating phen ligand, two bridging hydroxide groups and one axial water molecule (d(Cu–N)phen = 2.021(2), 2.024(2) Å; d(Cu–O)OH = 1.941(1), 1.949(1) Å; d(Cu–O)H2O = 2.254(2) Å). The divalent complex cations are stacked to form 2 D layers parallel (001) with 1 D π‐π stacking interactions along [100] via the terminal phen rings. The dimeric (HCO3)22– anions and the hydrogen bonded H2O molecules are sandwiched between the 2 D layers.  相似文献

The title compound, di­bromo­di­methyl(N‐methyl­pyrrolidin‐2‐one‐O)­tin(IV), [SnBr2(CH3)2(C5H9NO)], exhibits pentacoordination of the Sn atom, with long and short Sn—Br bonds [2.6737 (4) and 2.5256 (4) Å, respectively]. The distorted trigonal–bipyramidal coordination polyhedron has two methyl groups and one Br atom in the equatorial plane, the second Br atom and the N‐methyl­pyrrolidinone (NMP) ligand occupying the apical positions.  相似文献
