Initiation of the reaction between hydrogen sulfide and aliphatic, aromatic, and heteroaromatic hydrocarbons in acetonitrile using the binary system organic base-anode is described. The reaction of hydrogen sulfide with nitrogen-containing organic bases is studied by means of cyclic voltammetry. The reaction of hydrogen sulfide with triethylamine leads to the formation of thiolate anion. The next step o reaction is electrochemical oxidation of the thiolate anion that to lead thiyl radical formation in situ thiyl radicals. In the presence of binary system on the basis of hydrogen sulfide aliphatic, aromatic, and heteroaromatic thiols and sulfides are formed at room temperature.  相似文献

Abstract

In view of the significance of studying the effect of heat on organic compounds especially those containing nitrogen and/or sulfur, six substituted α-(N-aryl) benzyl aryl sulfides (4–9) were prepared and subjected to thermolysis at 200°C.

Surveying of the reaction products showed the formation of amines, benzylidene amines, sulfides, disulfides, dibenzyl, stilbene, benzthiazole, benzimidazole, tetraphenyl thiophene as principle products in variable ratios according to the type of the starting sulfide.

A mechanism involving the homolytic cleavage of the C[sbnd]S and the C[sbnd]N bond is suggested to rationalize the thermolysis products.  相似文献

Methods have been developed to obtain poly(arylene sulfide)s by high-temperature bulk polycondensation of diphenyl sulfide, cyclic aromatic sulfides, as well as direct reaction of benzene with sulfur, under the action of AlCl3. The reaction proceeds via the formation of colored cation-radical complexes of aromatic sulfides with AlCl3 and results in polymers of ladder structure with, predominantly, thianthrene units in the chain. Taking linear poly(1,4-phenylene sulfide) as an example, AlCl3 is shown not only to act as a catalyst but also to exert an active influence on the chemical structure of the polymer.  相似文献

Ethyl cyanoacetate dimer (1) undergoes bromination with N‐bromosuccinimide (NBS) to afford 3‐amino‐4‐bromo‐2‐cyano‐pent‐2‐enedioic acid diethyl ester (2). This bromo derivative reacts with potassium carbonate, sodium hydrogen sulfide, aromatic amines, ammonium thiocyanate, thiourea, N‐phenylthiourea, and thiosemicarbazide to afford highly substituted furan, thiophene, pyrrole, and 2‐aminothiazole derivatives. Mechanistic explanations as well as structure elucidations are discussed.  相似文献

The cationic initiation activity of derivatives of S‐methylsulfonium salts of dibenzothiophene ( 3a ), diphenyl sulfide ( 4a ), thioanisole ( 4d ), and tetrahydrothiophene ( 5 ) was evaluated in the polymerization of glycidyl phenyl ether ( 1 ). These initiators were soluble in 1 and capable of initiating the cationic polymerization of 1 on heating, with the exception of methyltetrahydrothiophenium tetrafluoroborate ( 5 ; in the range of room temperature to 160 °C). Among them, methyldiphenylsulfonium tetrafluoroborate ( 4a ) showed a moderate thermal latency that brought about the polymerization of 1 efficiently at 160 °C but not below 80 °C. S‐Alkylsulfonium salts of aromatic sulfides such as phenoxathiin ( 6a ) and thianthrene ( 6b ) also were evaluated for their activity in the cationic polymerization of 1 , from which the thermal latent behavior of these salts also was confirmed (i.e., there was no reaction at 60 °C for 3 h, but there was a high enough conversion at 140 °C). Furthermore, the catalytic activity of S‐alkylsulfonium derivatives was controllable by both the property of the substituents on the aromatic rings and the character of the alkyl groups on the sulfur atom. © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Heterocyclic compounds of the 4H-3,1-benzoxazine and cyclopenta[b]indole series were syn- thesized by oxydation of N-acyl derivatives of 2-(1-alkenyl)anilines with hydrogen peroxide. Abstract

Sulfonated condensed polynuclear aromatic (S-COPNA) resin was found to be a highly efficient, environmentally friendly, recyclable heterogeneous catalyst for the oxidation of alkyl and aryl sulfides to the corresponding sulfoxides or sulfones, in good yields under mild reaction conditions using 30% hydrogen peroxide as an oxidant.

Abstract

The catalytic action of triflic acid and/or aluminium chloride on seven selected aryl thioesters (1-7) gave in all cases aryl thiols, diaryl sulfides, diaryl disulfide, and thianthrene derivatives in addition to the corresponding aryl carboxylic acids. Thioester 5 gave thiochromanone derivatives in good yield under the same conditions. Plausible mechanisms were suggested to rationalize the obtained results.  相似文献

The enantioselective construction of axially chiral compounds by electrophilic carbothiolation of alkynes is disclosed for the first time. This enantioselective transformation is enabled by the use of a Ts‐protected bifunctional sulfide catalyst and Ms‐protected ortho‐alkynylaryl amines (Ts=tosyl; Ms=mesyl). Both electrophilic arylthiolating and electrophilic trifluoromethylthiolating reagents are suitable for this reaction. The obtained products of axially chiral vinyl–aryl amino sulfides can be easily converted into biaryl amino sulfides, biaryl amino sulfoxides, biaryl amines, vinyl–aryl amines, and other valuable difunctionalized compounds.  相似文献

This review is devoted to catalytic methods for obtaining thiophene and alkylthiophenes from C2-C6 hydrocarbons and from various organosulfur compounds — aliphatic sulfides, mercaptans, alkylthiophenes, thiophane, and sulfones. Multicomponent chromium-containing catalysts have considerable activity in the majority of the reactions. Independent reactions of thiophene reduction to tetrahydrothiophene and thiophene hydrogenolysis to form hydrogen sulfide and C4 hydrocarbons are shown to occur over supported tungsten sulfide catalysts and unsupported tungsten sulfide at an elevated temperature and a high pressure. The highest rate of tetrahydrothiophene formation over the supported catalysts is observed when alumina was used as a support, and the lowest reaction rate is found when silica gel was used as a support. Both catalysts are less active than unsupported tungsten disulfide. The rate of thiophene hydrogenation over tungsten disulfide increases with increasing thiophene concentration and hydrogen pressure and is inhibited by tetrahydrothiophene. The selectivity to tetrahydrothiophene is constant (70–90%) in the whole range up to high thiophene conversions. The high selectivity over tungsten sulfide catalysts is suggested to be due to the reaction pathway through thiophene protonation mediated with the surface SH groups and to the inhibition of hydrogenolysis.  相似文献

Palladium catalysed Suzuki cross-coupling reactions between 2,4,6-tribromo-3,5-difluoropyridine and a short series of aromatic boronic acid derivatives gave 4-bromo-3,5-difluoro-2,6-diphenylpyridine derivatives arising from displacement of bromine atoms attached to positions ortho to ring nitrogen or the corresponding triaryl systems depending on the reaction conditions. Consequently, the use of polybromofluoropyridine scaffolds for the synthesis of polyfunctional heteroaromatic derivatives is expanded further.  相似文献

The catalytic C?H silylation of a variety of aromatic heterocycles such as furan, pyrrole and thiophene derivatives with secondary hydrosilanes has been achieved by using an yttrium metallocene complex. This reaction occurs during the reduction of aromatic nitro groups with polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS) and potassium fluoride in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. A new two-step method was developed for the synthesis of 2-sulfonyl-substituted indenes from aromatic aldehydes. The reactions of 1-phenylsulfonyl-1-(trimethylsilyl)ethylene with ortho-lithiated derivatives of aromatic and heteroaromatic aldehydes afford conjugate addition products whose subsequent cyclization gives substituted 2-sulfonylindenes in preparative yields. The reactions of 2-(phenylsulfonyl)indenes with Grignard reagents were studied. It was shown that the sulfonyl group can be replaced in the presence of iron(iii) acetylacetonate.  相似文献

Abstract

Treatment of aliphatic γ-oxo esters with hydrogen chloride/hydrogen sulfide gives three sulfur compounds: an alkyl-5-mercaptothiolan-2-one, an alkyl-4-thiolen-2-one and an alkyl-3-thiolen-2-one. Chemical properties of these products are reported. With aromatic γ-oxo esters we obtain a thiophenic compound.  相似文献

Reactions of (N-isocyanimino)triphenylphosphorane with 1,1,1-trifluoroacetone in the presence of aromatic (or heteroaromatic) carboxylic acids (3-methylbenzoic acid, 1-naphthalenecarboxylic acid, 2-naphthalenecarboxylic acid, 2-furancarboxylic acid, and 2-thiophenecarboxylic acid) proceed smoothly at room temperature and in neutral conditions to afford sterically congested 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-(5-aryl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-2-propanol derivatives in high yields. The reaction proceeds smoothly and cleanly under mild conditions, and no side reactions were observed.
