Among the four methods of the unit-subduced-cycle-index (USCI) approach, the subduced-cycle-index (SCI) method and the partial-cycle-index (PCI) method have been discussed by using adamantane of T d -symmetry as a probe for enumeration problems, where USCIs are derived on the basis of permutaion representations, coset representations (CRs) and marks. After the examination of the SCIs and PCIs, Pólya's theorem that is a standard method of chemical combinatorics has been derived from the USCI approach. As another approach, a new method called the characteristic-monomial (CM) method has been developed by virtue of charactereistic monomials (CMs). The CMs have been derived from Q-conjugacy representations and Q-conjugacy characters, which have been related to irreducible representations and irreducible characters of the standard repertoire of chemical group theory. The two approaches have been compared to discuss group-theoretical tools for chemical combinatorics on a common basis.  相似文献

Diamide derivatives of p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene (3a and 3b) have been immobilized onto [3-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)-propyl]-trimethoxysilane-modified Fe3O4 magnetite nanoparticles to obtain D-Calix-GEPPTMS-MNs (4a and 4b) and investigate their sorption capability toward arsenate and dichromate anions at different pH. The novel calixarene derivatives were characterized by a combination of FTIR and H-NMR analyses. The morphology of the magnetic nanoparticles was examined by Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and Thermogravimetric Analyses (TGA). In addition, a simple and versatile method has been used for the determination of arsenate in aqueous solution. In this method, the absorption of the excess dye gradually decreases because of its conversion to colorless carbinol species by combining with methyl violet cation (MV+) and forming stable blue micro particles of (MV+)-molybdoarsenate.  相似文献

Diazotization of aminofurazans (1) and 4-aminofuroxans (2) with nitrosylsulfuric acid in a mixture of conc. H2SO4 and H3PO4 has been studied and offered as a general method for preparing furazanyl- (3) and furoxanyldiazonium (4) salts. A simple and high yielding method for the integration of a 1,2,4-triazole ring with 1,2,4-triazine-5-one (4a-j) has been developed starting from 3-arylsydnones (1a-d). The structures were proved by their spectral data and screened for antihaemostatic activity.  相似文献

Simple and sensitive methods for the spectrophotometric determination of iron(III) in food, based on the formation of coloured complexes of Fe(III) with Chromazurol S (CAS) in the presence of tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTA) or octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride (ODTA) and Triton X-100 (TX100), have been developed. Optimum pH and the concentrations of CAS, TTA, ODTA, and TX100 ensuring maximum absorbance have been determined. For the Fe-CAS-TTA-TX100 system the molar absorptivity is 1.12 × 105 L/(mol cm) at 650 nm; for Fe-CAS-ODTA-TX100 it is 1.35 × 105 L/(mol cm) at 659.5 nm. Beer’s law was obeyed for iron concentration in the range 0.08–0.56 μg/mL for the complex Fe-CAS-TTA-TX100 and 0.08–0.64 μg/mL for Fe-CAS-ODTA-TX100. The influence of several interfering ions has been discussed. The stoichiometry of the complexes was established by applying Job’s method. The more sensitive method, based on the Fe-CAS-ODTA-TX100 system, has been applied to the determination of iron in cereals. To evaluate the accuracy of the elaborated method, the determined content of Fe was compared to the declared value as well as to the result obtained by the reference ICP-OES method.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the methanol extract of the leaves of Castanea sativa Mill., source of the Italian PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) product ‘Marrone di Roccadaspide’ (Campania region) afforded as main compounds crenatin (1), chestanin (2), gallic acid (3), cretanin (4), 5-O-p-coumaroylquinic acid (5), p-methylgallic acid (6) and quercetin-3-O-glucoside (7). To quantify the isolated compounds a LC-ESI(QqQ)MS method working with a very sensitive and selective mass tandem experiment called Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) has been developed. Moreover the antioxidant capacity by TEAC assay and the ability of compounds 17 to protect HaCaT human keratinocytes from UVB-induced damage has been investigated.  相似文献

Abstract

Two proton transfer compounds, formed between 2-aminobenzothiazole derivatives (2-aminobenzothiazole (abt) and 2-amino-6-ethoxybenzothiazole (EtOabt)) and 5-sulfosalicylic acid dihydrate (H3ssa) as parent compounds, (Habt)+(H2ssa)? (1) and (HEtOabt)+(H2ssa)? (2) and their Cu(II) complexes (3 and 4, respectively) have been prepared and characterized using spectroscopic techniques. The single crystal X-ray diffraction method has been also applied to 3 and 4. Although 3 has a distorted octahedral form, 4 exhibits a distorted square pyramidal geometry. All compounds, including saline and diclofenac sodium as standards, have been evaluated pharmacologically for their anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities in rats and mice. Parent compounds (abt, EtOabt, and H3ssa) 3 and 4 show significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities as compared with control compounds.  相似文献

Summary A reversed-phase HPLC method has been developed suitable for a reliable quality control of pharmaceutical and dietary formulations containing the synthetic sweeteners aspartame and saccharin. The proposed method is able to separate acesulfame, aspartame and saccharin, and their impurities such as 5-benzyl-3,6-dioxo-2-piperazineacetic acid (the major degradation product of aspartame) and 4-sulphamoylbenzoic acid,o- andp-toluenesulphonamides (the synthesis impurities of saccharin). A convenient solid-phase extraction (SPE) procedure using C-18 sorbent, was also developed for the determination of potential saccharin impurities.  相似文献

Two efficient procedures have been developed for the synthesis of pyroglutamic acid analogues 28, 29, and 34. According to the first method the Ugi (4C3C) reaction is followed by a post-transformation reaction, and the second method involves the Michael addition reaction. The present methodologies demonstrate the applicability of 1-(2,2-dimethoxyethyl)-2-isocyanobenzene (15) as a cleavable isocyanide in the Ugi/ post-transformation reaction and a strong nucleophile in the Michael addition reaction. The framework of pyroglutamic acid analogues has been constructed by the selective cleavage of the C-terminal amide bond and nucleophilic addition to the activated α,β-unsaturated carbonyl group.

This article presents a combined experimental and computational study of the complexes [Cu(dafone)2(SCN)2] (1), [Ni(dafone)2(SCN)2] (2) and [Hg(dafone)(SCN)2] (3), where dafone stands for 4,5-diazafluoren-9-one. The compounds have been studied by IR, UV–Vis spectroscopy, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The electronic structures of these complexes have been calculated with the density functional theory (DFT) method. The spin-allowed electronic transitions of 1, 2, and 3 have been calculated with the time-dependent DFT method, and their UV–Vis spectra have been discussed on this basis.  相似文献

A novel two-step synthetic method to prepare 4-(thienyl)quinazolines (8a and 8b) is described. The method is based on the simultaneous reductive cyclization of a nitro group β to the carbonyl group in ketones under Leuckart reaction conditions. Abstract

A method, originally developed to investigate the pollution of Dutch coastal water with metals and PCBs,1 was modified for the determination of the pollution with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH).

The method is based on active biological monitoring with mussels (Mytilus edulis L.). Its usefulness has already been demonstrated.2 In the present study a method for the determination of PAH in mussels has been developed. The method is based on the hydrolysis of tissue with 4 M sodium hydroxide, extraction with hexane, clean-up with 10% deactivated aluminium oxide and quantitative determination with Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) and fluorescence detection.

The accumulation plateau of most of the PAH studied has not been reached after 60 days. Gradients of pollution were found, and at least one significant source near IJmuiden was detected.  相似文献

A rapid and sensitive method using impregnated thin layer chromatography (TLC) for detection and estimation of organophosphorous pesticides residues from vegetable has been developed. Compared to ordinary thin layer chromatography this method is faster more sensitive and accurate. Abstract

A simple and sensitive capillary elecrophoretic method has been developed for the separation and determination of Nabam and NaDDC in boric acid buffer by direct UV absorbance detection at 254 nm. The separation is dependent on pH and nature of the buffer. In this method the detection limits (S/N = 3) are 1.56 × 10?6 mol/L and 2.48 × 10?6 mol/L and the linear calibration range is three orders of magnitude for Nabam and NaDDC, respectively. The method has been successfully applied for the analysis of wheat samples spiked with Nabam.  相似文献

Abstract

A new spectrophotometric method to determine cephradine based on its reaction with acetylacetone-formaldehyde reagent (pH 4.3) is proposed. The yellow chromophore shows an absorption maxima at 400 nm, having a molar absorptivity coefficient of 2.59. 103 L mol?1 cm?1. Optimization of the reaction conditions has been investigated. Obediance to Beer's law (0–110 mog per ml) permitted the assay of cephradine in its dosage forms. The method has been compared with the official method and found to be simple, artwrate (t-test) and reproducible (F-test).  相似文献

Abstract

A new on-line precolumn preconcentration method for the determination of EPA priority pollutants (PAHs) in river and sea water has been developed. The retention time for each PAH in the precolumn has been determined for several percentages of organic solvent (acetonitrile) in the sample. This is very important because recoveries show a great dependence on this parameter.

The proposed procedure, combined with HPLC and spectrofluorimetric detection, reaches very low detection limits (subnanograms per liter) and it has been applied to river and sea water samples with good results.  相似文献

An effective, mild, and convenient method for the synthesis of 10 new substituted 9-methyl-6-aryl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][1,8]naphthyridines (5a–j) by the oxidation of the corresponding 2-(2-ethylidenehydrazinyl)-3-aryl-1,8-naphthyridines (4a–j) using chloranil under conventional method has been described. The structures of synthesized compounds (5a–j) were established on the basis of their elemental analysis and spectral (IR, Mass, 13C- and1H-NMR) data. The new compounds were synthesized with the objective of studying their antibacterial activity. The reaction will be characterized by easy workup, good efficacy, simple purification of the products, and availability of catalyst.  相似文献

N-4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinylimidazole 1 and its hydroxyethyl derivative 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-3-(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl)imidazolium chloride 2 have been synthesized and characterized. The attempted synthesis of bis(N-heterocyclic carbene)palladium complexes via the direct reaction of 2 with Pd(OAc)2 results in the unexpected formation of a bis(N-arylimidazole) palladium complex 3. Additionally, the analogous bis(N-methylimidazole) palladium complex 4 has also been synthesized by the above method. Compounds 14 were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and 1H NMR. Additionally, their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Complexes 3 and 4 were found to be efficient catalysts for the Suzuki reaction.  相似文献
