Four new complexes [M(3-tba)2(H2O)4] (13) and [Co(4-tba)2(H2O)4] (4) {M = Zn (1), Ni (2), Co (3), 3-Htba = 3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid, 4-Htba = 4-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid} have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 14 are also determined by elemental analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, IR and electronic spectroscopy. Single crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complexes 13 are isostructural and they crystallize in the orthorhombic space group of Pbca, while complex 4 belongs to triclinic system with Pī space group. Based on different intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π···π stacking interactions, complexes 14 further assembled into 3D supramolecular frameworks. Hirshfeld surface analysis was used to further study the intermolecular interactions of the complexes. The thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) reveal that these complexes possess good thermal stability, and the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analyses show intense exothermic phenomena in the decomposition processes of triazole groups. Besides, the photoluminescence property of complex 1 in the solid state is also determined.  相似文献

A novel tetranuclear cluster-based polymer {[Cu4(L)2(NO3)2(DMF)2]·(CH2Cl2)2}n (1, H3L = (1Z,2E,N′E)-N′,2-bis(2-hydroxybenzylidene)hydrazinecarbohydrazonic acid) was synthesized through diffusion method. The structure of 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 is tetranuclear copper cluster which further constructed 1-D chain through double Cu–O bonds. Luminescent and magnetic properties of 1 have been studied. Hirshfeld surfaces analysis revealed that complex 1 was supported mainly by H···H, O···H and H···Cl intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

We report the preparation of bromo-aryl functionalized bis(diphenylphosphino)amine ligands of the type Ph2PNArPPh2 (1, Ar = p-BrC6H4; 2, Ar = p-BrC6H4–C6H4) and their coordination properties. Mono- and dinuclear complexes were formed with Cu(I), Au(I), Pd(II), Pt(II) and tetranuclear cobalt carbonyl clusters were obtained. The crystal structures of [PdCl2(1)] (3), [PdCl2(2)] (4), [(AuCl)(μ-1)] (6), [Co4(CO)5(μ-CO)3(μ-dppa)(μ-1)] (dppa = Ph2PNHPPh2) (8) and [Co4(CO)5(μ-CO)3(μ-dppm)(μ-1)] (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) (9) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Whereas the diphosphine ligands chelate the metal center in 3 and 4, and in the Pt(II) complex 5 which is analogous to 3, ligand 1 acts as a bridge in 6 where the separation between the two Au(I) centers is 3.0402(5) Å. In the tetranuclear clusters 8 and 9, and in the cluster 10 analogous to 9 with 2 as bridging ligand, two orthogonal Co–Co edges are bridged by a diphosphine ligand and each cobalt center is thus coordinated by one P donor. Complex 3 was shown to react with the Pd(0) complex [Pd(dba)2] (dba = dibenzylideneacetone) to afford a tetranuclear complex resulting from both the insertion of Pd(0) into the ligand C–Br bond and Pd(II)/Pd(0) comproportionation to form a doubly ligand-bridged Pd(I)–Pd(I) core.  相似文献

Some mixed ligand copper(I) complexes of general formula [Cu(L)(PPh3)3]X (X = Cl (1), ClO4 (2), BF4 (3) or PF6 (4); L = 2-(benzen-1-yl)methyleneamino-3-aminomaleonitrile) were prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. A single-crystal X-ray diffraction study of [Cu(L)(PPh3)3]CIO4 (2) revealed that the copper atom is four coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral geometry. Electrochemical studies of complexes 14 show quasireversible redox behavior corresponding to the Cu(I)/Cu(II) couple. Room temperature luminescence is observed for all four complexes. These complexes proved to be effective catalysts for the Sonogashira coupling of terminal alkynes with aryl halides at 90 °C.  相似文献

Three new complexes based on 1-tetrazole-4-imidazole-benzene (Tibz), namely, [Cd(Tibz)2(H2O)2] n (I), [Mn(Tibz)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (II) and [Co(Tibz)2(H2O)4] · 2H2O (III) have been synthesized through hydrothermal method and structurally characterized by element analyses, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (CIF files CCDC nos. 1443867 (I), 1443868 (II), 1443869 (III)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex I is a 1D double-chain architecture, II and III are both mononuclear complexes. The results of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses indicate that the hydrogen bond and π··· π stacking exist in the complexes, which make great contribution to the stabilities of complexes IIII. The fluorescent properties of these complexes have also been studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of Co(II) salt with 1,4-di(1-imidazolyl)benzene (L1) and 4,4’-oxydiphthalic acid (H4OA) yields a new complex [Co3(HOA)2(L1)4(H2O)4] (I). [Ni(L2)2SO4] · 0.5H2O (II) can be obtained via the hydrothermal reaction of NiSO4 · 6H2O with 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene (L2). Complexes I and II have been characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 1019291 (I) and 1019292 (II)), IR, elemental, and thermogravimetric analyses. Complex I exhibits the uninodal six-connected 3D pcu framework structure of I with (412 · 63) topology; Complex II consists of the uninodal four-connected 2D sql (44 · 62) networks. In addition, magnetic property of I was investigated.  相似文献

Three new metal-organic coordination polymers were obtained namely, [Mn3(chdc)3-(NMP)2(DMF)2] (1, chdc2– is trans-1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate, NMP is N-methylpyrrolidone, DMF is N,N-dimethylformamide), [Zn3(chdc)3(NMP)2]?2NMP (2), and [Zn3(chdc)3(ur)-(DMF)0.5]?DMF (3, ur is the urotropine). The crystal structures of polymers 1, 2, and 3 were determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. All three compounds were found to contain a trinuclear secondary building unit {M3(OOC)6}. Coordination polymers 1 and 2 have a layered structure, while polymer 3 has a three-dimensional coordination framework with isolated pores formed due to the presence of urotropine bridging molecules. Compounds 1 and 3 were characterized by IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric and elemental analysis data, powder X-ray diffraction. Compound 3 was also characterized by UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectrum.  相似文献

The preparation of four new copper(II) complexes with different N-donor ligands [CuBr2(2-benzylpyridine)2] (1), [CuBr2(2-benzylpyridine)(2,2′-bipyridine)]·H2O (2), [CuBr2(3-methyl-2-phenylpiridine)2] (3), [Cu(picolinate)2]·KI (4) from copper(I) halides as starting material is described. During the preparation of compound 4 a ligand oxidation reaction took place to give the picolinate ligand starting from 2-(2-methylaminoethyl)pyridine. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and crystallographic studies. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of the complexes reveals their monomeric penta- and tetracoordinated nature. For all compounds, the copper(II) present a common square planar coordination except for compound 2 which is five coordinated in a quasi-square pyramidal configuration with τ of 0.29. The Cu–N distances for these compounds are in the range of 1.959(4)-2.041(3) Å, Cu–O distance was 1.961(3) Å and Cu–Br distances were in the range of 2.4052(4)-2.4381(6) Å for the square base configuration while for apical distance it was 2.6745(7) Å. Magnetic properties have been investigated for all compounds in the temperature range 2-300 K. Compound 1 shows weak antiferromagnetic intermolecular interaction.  相似文献

Six copper(II) oxalate complexes, namely {K2[Cu(ox)2]} n (1), {(Hiz)2[Cu(ox)2]} n (2), {[Cu(ox) (N-Bzliz)2]} n (3), (HMeiz)2[Cu(ox)2] (4), {[Cu(ox)(Meiz)2]} n (5), and [Cu(Hox)2(H2O)2](N-Bzliz) (6) where ox = oxalate ion, iz = imidazole, N-Bzliz = N-benzylimidazole, Meiz = 2-methylimidazole, were synthesised and characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction (complexes 1–5) or powder X-ray diffraction (compound 6). The three-dimensional crystal packing structures of 2, 4, and 5 are consolidated by intermolecular hydrogen bonds linking the oxygen atom of the oxalate group and the amine or imine group of the imidazole-based part into chains. The molecules of complex 6 are held together by intermolecular hydrogen bonds between the oxygen atoms of the oxalate group and coordinated water molecules.  相似文献

A copper(I) complex [Cu(L1)2I]2 (1) [L1 = 2-cyanopyrazine] has been prepared by the reduction of copper(II) with iodide in the presence of L1. This complex is made to undergo [2 + 3] cycloaddition with sodium azide to prepare a copper(II) complex, [Cu(L2)2(H2O)2]·H2O (2) [HL2 = 5-pyrazinyltetrazole]. Both the complexes have been characterized by elemental and spectral analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies. Copper(I) centre has tetrahedral geometry in complex 1, whereas copper(II) centre assumes octahedral geometry in complex 2. Supramolecular interactions in both complexes were also explored.  相似文献

Solid-state conversion of NaI coordination polymer nanostructure, synthesized by sonochemical procedure, to TlI coordination polymer has been observed upon liquid-assisted mechanochemical reaction of [Na2TP] n (1) (H2TP = terephthalic acid), with TlNO3. During this conversion, ion exchange process of Na(I) with Tl(I) was occurred and [Tl2TP] n (2) was synthesized. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of 2 after mechanochemical reaction of it with NaNO3 indicated that this transformation is irreversible. Compounds 1 and 2 were characterized by IR spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), elemental analysis, thermogravimetric and differential thermal analyses and scanning electron microscopy.  相似文献

A new disc-like heptanuclear cluster [Ni7(immep)6(MeO)6]·(NO3)2 (1, Himmep is 2-imminomethyl-6-ethxoy-phenol) was synthesized through microwave assisted reaction of Ni(NO3)2·6H2O with 2-hydroxy-3-ethoxy-benzaldehyde and ammonium water in mixed solvent (acetonitrile:methanol = 1:1). 1 was characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Magnetic property of 1 was discussed. The core of 1 displays dominant ferromagnetic interactions from the nature of the binding modes through μ 3-OCH3. According to the 3D Hirshfeld surface and 2D fingerprint plots, the main interactions in 1 are the H···H, O···H, and C···H contacts.  相似文献

Mixed-ligand metal complexes based on ethanolamines and simple monosubstituted benzoic acids, in particular, mono- and binuclear copper complexes with monoethanolamine (MEA) and p-nitrobenzoic acid (PNBA), [Cu2+((PNBA)2 -(MEA)2)] (I) and [2Cu2+((PNBA)4 -(MEA)2(H2O)2)] (II), were prepared for the first time. The structures of the complexes were characterized by FT IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC no. 1497849 (I) and no. 1497848 (II)). The doubly charged copper ions are coordinated at the vertices of octahedra, which are highly distorted due to the Jahn–Teller effect. In the crystals of the mononuclear complex I, the molecules are joined into columns, whereas in the binuclear compound II, a three-dimensional framework is formed owing to intermolecular H-bonds involving the nitro group. Fungicidal activities were found for compounds I, II, MEA, PNBA, previously obtained single-ligand copper complexes with MEA and PNBA, and MEA- and PNBA-based organic salt. The biological activity gradually increases in the series: ligand, single-ligand metal complex, organic salt, mono- and binuclear mixed-ligand complex, i.e., some ligands and copper ions show a synergistic effect.  相似文献

Six new complexes [Mn8(μ4-O)4(phpz)8(MeOH)4]·(MeOH)(H2O) (1) [Co2(HphpzH)(Hphpz)2(phpz)2]·4(MeOH) (2), Ni(Hphpz)2 (3), [Ni(Hphpz)2]·H2O (4), [Zn4(pzpy)4Cl4] (5) and [Cu2(pzpy)2(HCO2)2(H2O)2] (6) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of MCl2·4H2O (M = Mn, Co, Ni, Zn or Cu) with 5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-pyrazole (HphpzH) or 2-(1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyridine (Hpzpy). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is an octanuclear Mn(III) cluster, complexes 2 and 6 are binuclear Co(III) and Cu(II), respectively, complexes 3 and 4 are isomorphous mononuclear species, while complex 5 is a tetranuclear Zn(II) cluster. The magnetic behavior of complex 1 was investigated. Magnetic susceptibility measurements revealed antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the metal centers in the clusters. The luminescence properties of the complexes were investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

Two luminescent Co(II)-based coordination polymers (CPs) with the formulae of [Co(L1)(1,4-ndc)·H2O]n (CP 1) and [Co2(L2)(1,4-chdc)2]n (CP 2) (L1?=?1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole), 1,4-H2ndc?=?1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid, L2?=?1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-methylbenzimidazole), 1,4-H2chdc?=?1,4-cyclohexanedioic acid) have been synthesized. Both CPs were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and powder X-ray diffraction. CP 1 reveals a 2D 3,5L2 framework, while CP 2 has a 2D (4,5)-connected 4,5L51 network. Both CPs are luminescent and can be employed for the selective detection of free MnO4? in water.  相似文献

Three Ag(I) coordination polymers [Ag(L1)]·(H3bptc)·H2O (1), [Ag2(L2)(oba)]·H2O (2), and [Ag2(L2)2]·(H2bptc) (3) [L1 = 1,4-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazole)butane, L2 = 1,4-bis(2-methylbenzimidazole)butane, H4bptc = 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid, H2oba = 4,4′-oxybis(benzoic acid)] constructed from N-containing ligands with different flexibilities and organic carboxylates as co-ligands have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. All three complexes display 1D chain structures, which are further extended into 2D supramolecular networks via non-classical C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The fluorescence and catalytic properties of the complexes 13 have been investigated in detail. Complexes 2 and 3 reveal promising catalytic activities for the degradation of methyl orange in a Fenton-like process.  相似文献

Two transition metal coordination polymers {[Cu(tba)2(H2O)]·2H2O} n (1) and {[Mn(Htta)2(H2O)2]·2H2O} n (2) {Htba = 3-[1,2,4]triazol-1-yl-benzoic acid, H2tta = 2-[1,2,4]triazol-1-yl-terephthalic acid} have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions. Both complexes have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analysis and FTIR spectroscopy. Complex 1 has a 1-D chain structure in which Cu(II) atoms are doubly bridged by tba? ligands, which is further stabilized by hydrogen bonding and ππ stacking interactions to give a 3-D supramolecular framework. In complex 2, Mn(II) atoms are doubly bridged by Htta? ligands to form 1-D chains, which are further connected by intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a 3-D supramolecular framework. The electronic spectra and thermal behaviors of complexes 1 and 2 are also reported.  相似文献

At pH 2, the simple room-temperature self-assemblies between Cd2+ salts, SCN? and organic bases created one new thiocyanatocadmate as [H2(L1)][Cd2(SCN)6] (L1?=?1,4-bis(2-methyl-1H-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene) 1, and two new halo-thiocyanatocadmates as [H2(L2)][CdI2(SCN)2]·H2O (L2?=?3,5-bis (4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole) 2, and [CdCl(SCN)(L3)] (L3?=?3-pyrazinyl-1,2,4-triazole) 3. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that (a) in 1, with H2(L1)2+ as the countercation, the SCN? groups tri-bridge the Cd2+ centers into a 1-D chained thiocyanatocadmate; (b) 2 is only a mononuclear iodo-thiocyanatocadmate, and H2(L2)2+ acts as the countercation. But via the π···π and Npyridyl–H···NSCN interactions, H2(L2)2+ and CdI2(SCN) 2 2? aggregate together to form a 1-D supramolecular tube. Amongst the tubes, a chained water cluster with a zig-zag shape is observed; (c) 3 is an organically extended chloro-thiocyanatocadmate. Note that the report on this type of material is rather rare. It possesses a 3-D network structure with a dia topology, in which a castellated CdCl+ single chain is observed. L3 and Cl? act as a mixed bridge, whereas SCN? just serves as a terminal ligand in 3. The photoluminescence analysis indicates that the title compounds 13 all emit light (green light for 1, blue light for 2 and 3), which should be attributed to the ligand-centered electronic excitations.  相似文献

Two isomers of Ru5(C)(CO)14(O2CC6H5)(μ-H): Ru5(C)(CO)142-O2CC6H5)(μ-H), 2 and Ru5(C)(CO)14(μ-O2CC6H5)(μ-H), 3 were obtained from the reaction of Ru5(C)(CO)15 with benzoic acid (PhCO2H). Both compounds were characterized structurally by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 2 contains an opened pentaruthenium cluster with a chelating benzoate ligand on the ruthenium atom that was opened. Compound 3 contains an opened pentaruthenium cluster with a benzoate ligand on that bridges a pair of ruthenium atoms which are not mutually bonded. Compound 2 can be converted partially to 3 and 3 partially back to 2 and they form a 1.54/1.0 ratio (3/2) at equilibrium in solution at 95 °C.  相似文献

A novel cobalt–carboxylate framework constructed from secondary building units (SBUs), {[Co16(btca)8(H2O)40]·16H2O}n (1) (H4btca = 1,2,3,4-butanetetracarboxylic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by techniques of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses, infrared spectra, powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analyses. The complex exhibits 2D 4-connected sql net with (44 × 62) topology symbol built from [Co2(COO)4(H2O)5] SBUs and is further extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture via strong O–H···O hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the magnetic measurements indicate complex 1 exhibit antiferromagnetic behavior.  相似文献
