A series of transition metal substituted polyfluorooxometalates (PFOM) [M(L)H2F6NaW17)55]q-, M= Zn2+ , Co2+, Mn2+, Fc2+, Ru2+, Ni2+ and V5+ and L=H2O, O2-, of quasi-Wells-Dawson structure, was synthesized. In the series prepared, only the nickel-substituted polyfluorooxometalate was capable of catalytic activation of hydrogen peroxide in biphasic reaction media, the reaction leading mainly to the selective epoxidation of alkenes and alkenols. The manganese-, cobalt-, ruthenium-, iron-, vanadium-, and zinc-substituted polyfluorooxometalates were catalytically inactive, although, except for the zinc polyfluorooxometalate, very significant catalase activity was observed. Oxidation of thianthrene showed that sulfoxides were oxidized more easily than sulfides. Kinetic profiles of cyclooctene epoxidation showed that the reaction was zero order in both cyclooctene and hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide was consumed at a rate 40% higher than the rate of epoxidation of cyclooctene. The reaction appears to proceed through an intermediate peroxo/hydroperoxo species that was observed in the IR spectrum. Atomic absorption, IR and 19F NMR spectroscopy indicated that the [Ni(H2O)H2F6NaW17O55]9- compound was stable under reaction conditions.  相似文献

The nitration of alkanes by using nitric acid as a nitrating agent in acetic acid was efficiently promoted by vanadium-substituted Keggin-type phosphomolybdates such as [H4PVMo11O40], [H5PV2Mo10O40], and [H6PV3Mo9O40] as catalyst precursors. A variety of alkanes including alkylbenzenes were nitrated to the corresponding nitroalkanes as major products in moderate yields with formation of oxygenated products under mild reaction conditions. The carbon--carbon bond cleavage reactions hardly proceeded. ESR, NMR, and IR spectroscopic data show that the vanadium-substituted polyoxometalate, for example, [H4PVMo11O40], decomposes to form free vanadium species and [PMo12O40](3-) Keggin anion. The reaction mechanism involving a radical-chain path is proposed. The polyoxometalates initially abstract the hydrogen of the alkane to form the alkyl radical and the reduced polyoxometalates. The reduced polyoxometalates subsequently react with nitric acid to produce the oxidized form and nitrogen dioxide. This step would be promoted mainly by the phosphomolybdates, [PMo12O40](n-), and the vanadium cations efficiently enhance the activity. The nitrogen dioxide promotes the further formation of nitrogen dioxide and an alkyl radical. The alkyl radical is trapped by nitrogen dioxide to form the corresponding nitroalkane.  相似文献

Vanadium environments in Keggin oxopolytungstates were characterized by (51)V solid-state MAS NMR spectroscopy. (C(4)H(9))(4)N(+)-, K(+)-, Cs(+)-, as well as mixed Na(+)/Cs(+)- salts of the mono-, di-, and trivanadium substituted oxotungstates, [VW(11)O(40)](4-), [V(2)W(10)O(40)](5-), and [V(3)W(9)O(40)](6-), have been prepared as microcrystalline and crystalline solids. Solid-state NMR spectra report on the local environment of the vanadium site in these Keggin ions via their anisotropic quadrupolar and chemical-shielding interactions. These (51)V fine structure constants in the solid state are determined by the number of vanadium atoms present in the oxoanion core. Surprisingly, the quadrupolar anisotropy tensors do not depend to any significant extent on the nature of the countercations. On the other hand, the chemical-shielding anisotropy tensors, as well as the isotropic chemical shifts, display large variations as a function of the cationic environment. This information can be used as a probe of the local cationic environment in the vanadium-substituted Keggin solids.  相似文献

Protonated phosphovanadomolybdates of the Keggin structure, H(3+x)PV(x)Mo(12-x)O(40) where x = 0, 1, 2, and derivatives with surface defects formed by loss of constitutional water were studied using high-level DFT calculations toward determination of the most stable species and possible active forms in oxidation catalysis in both the gas phase and in polar solutions. The calculations demonstrate that protonation at bridging positions is energetically much more favorable than protonation of terminal oxygen atoms. The preferential protonation site is determined by the stability of the metal-oxygen bond rather than the negative charge on the oxygen atom. In H(3)PMo(12)O(40), maximum distances between protons at bridging oxygen atoms are energetically favored. In contrast, for H(4)PVMo(11)O(40) and H(5)PV(2)Mo(10)O(40) protons prefer nucleophilic sites adjacent to vanadium atoms. Up to three protons are bound to the nucleophilic sites around the same vanadium atom in the stable isomeric forms of H(5)PV(2)Mo(10)O(40) that result in strong destabilization of oxo-vanadium(V) bonding to the Keggin unit. Such behavior arises from the different nature of the Mo-O and V-O bonds that can be traced to the different sizes of the valence d orbitals of the metals. Coordination of two protons at the same site yields water and an oxygen defect as a result of its dissociation. The energetic cost for the formation of surface defects decreases in the order: O(t) ? O(c) ? O(e) and is lower for the sites adjacent to vanadium atoms. Vanadium atoms near defects also have a significant contribution to the LUMO. Thus, vanadium-substituted polyoxometalates with defects near and, especially, between vanadium atoms present a plausible active form of polyoxometalates in oxidation reactions.  相似文献

Nine new vanadium oxyfluorides, containing ten different oligomeric vanadium (oxy)fluoride anions have been prepared by solvothermal synthesis in water-ethylene glycol and using organic cations as co-crystallising agents. Crystal structures are reported for each. Amongst the ten structure types, five represent previously unobserved moieties, including one monomeric unit (cis-[VOF4(H2O)]2-), two dimers ([V2O2F6(H2O)2]2- and [V2O2F8]4-) and two tetramers (both isomers of composition [V4O4F14]6-). Structural relationships between the various units are discussed, together with some rationalisation of their occurrence as a function of synthetic variables.  相似文献

The efficacy of a variety of polyoxometalate anions in selectively precipitating the infectious isoform of the prion protein (PrPSc) over the normal, cellular protein (PrPC) was tested as a means of improving the sensitivity of a conformation-dependent immunoassay (CDI). Experiments utilizing neutralized aqueous solutions containing MgCl2.6H2O and Na2H[PW12O40] (1) indicated that use of the former is detrimental to selectivity, while use of the latter gives optimal selectivity at a concentration of 2.48% w/v, much higher than the 0.31% w/v employed in the current CDI protocol. Similar experiments using Na4[SiW12O40] (2), K5[BW12O40] (3), and Na6[H2W12O40] (4) were performed to probe the role of charge density in polyoxometalate anions possessing the Keggin structure. These, coupled with assignment of solution structures via NMR and infrared spectroscopy, revealed the following trend in optimal concentrations: [HBW11O39]8- < [SiW11O39]8- < [PW11O39]7- = [H2W12O40]6-. Interestingly, use of the salts K10[Zn4(H2O)2(PW9O34)2] (5), Na16[Zn4(H2O)2(P2W15O56)2] (6), and Na27[NaAs4W40O140] (7), containing larger polyoxometalate anions, was found to suppress PrPSc precipitation in a concentration-dependent manner. Taken together, the results suggest a precipitation mechanism wherein Keggin-type anions link multiple PrPSc moieties by binding a somewhat hindered cleft featuring one or more positively charged residues.  相似文献

Three new organic-inorganic hybrid complexes based on 3d-transition metal monosubstituted Keggin polyoxometalates (POMs) with imidazole (Im) as pendant ligands, formulated as (HIm)(6-)[SiW11O39NiIm]0.8[SiW11O39Ni(H2O)]0.2.7H2O (1), (Im)4Na6[SiW11O39MnIm]0.69[SiW11O39Mn(H2O)]0.31.7.5H2O (2) and (HIm)6[SiW11O39CoIm]0.63[SiW11O39Co(H2O)]0.37.7H2O (3), have been synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, elemental analysis, TG analysis, cyclic voltammetry, magnetic properties, EPR and single-crystal/powder X-ray diffraction. The structural analyses indicate that the 3d metal atoms are incorporated into the vacancy of the alpha-[SiW11O39](8-) (SiW11). Complexes 1-3 are the first examples of crystallographically characterized 3d-transition metal mono-substituted POMs with an antenna organic ligand synthesized under normal bench conditions.  相似文献

Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis of K5Na5H3[Nd(α-SiW11O39)2]·6H2O (triclinic, space group P1, a = 13.7738(10), b = 19.722(2), c = 20.6647(15) , α = 111.0090(10), β = 105.1740(10), γ = 98.6870(10)o, Z = 2, V = 4867.2(8), Mr = 5914.40, Dc = 4.026, μ = 26.754 mm-1, F(000) = 5076, R = 0.0750 and wR = 0.2077) reveals that two [α-SiW11O39]8- moieties are connected through one Nd atom which is in a square antiprismatic coordination environment by eight oxygen atoms from two [α-SiW11O391]8- moieties. The Nd(Ⅲ ) ion is substituted for a [WO]4+ unit in the "cap" region of the tungsten-oxygen framework of the parent Keggin ion. Disordered Na+ cations and water molecules reside outside these channels, leaving empty pores with an intersecting slot (13 × 10 ).  相似文献

α-Keggin型杂多阴离子(HPA)簇合物[XM12O40]^n-(X=Si,P;M=Mo,W)的氧化还原性能主要取决于构成其外围结构的金属氧笼{M12O36},它就如同一个“仓库”,电子和质子的转移和跃迂主要发生在该笼上.改变金属氧笼M(如进行钒V取代)以及中心杂原子X的组成,可以实现在原子和分子水平上对。α-Keggin型杂多阴离子簇合物的氧化还原性能进行调控的目的.本文结合实验研究,对最近该类杂多阴离子簇合物的金属笼上发生钒取代前后的氧化性能所作的理论研究进行了综述.理论模拟和计算表明,当电负性较小的V取代Keggin金属氧笼上的M后,所形成物种的氧化能力得到了不同程度的增强.首次建立了钒取代的α-Keggin型HPA[PMo12-nVnO40]^(n+3)-(n=1—3)的微观结构与其基于单个钒的催化氧化能力之间的线性关系.最新理论分析显示,该关系不仅适用于苯的氧化羟基化反应,而且也适用于异丁酸的氧化脱氢,金刚烷的硝化等反应.该构性关系的建立为进一步理解和阐释该类钒取代型的杂多阴离子簇合物参与的均相催化氧化体系奠定了良好的基础,也为催化剂的设计和催化体系的选取提供了线索.  相似文献

Three types of heteropolyvanadates, [(C2H5)4N]4[PdV6O18] (1), [(C2H5)4N]4[Cu2V8O24] (2), and [(C6H5)4P]4[Ni4V10O30(OH)2(H2O)6] (3), were synthesized through the reaction between the [VO3]- anion and metal template cations of Pd(II), Cu(II), and Ni(II). The X-ray crystal structures of 1 (a = 29.952(4) A, b = 12.911(2) A, and c = 13.678(2) A, orthorhombic, space group Pca2(1) with Z = 4), 2 (a = 13.740(1) A, b = 22.488(2) A, c = 18.505(2) A, and beta= 94.058(2) degrees , monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n with Z = 4), and 3 (a = 12.333(2) A, b = 16.208(4) A, c = 16.516(3) A, alpha = 112.438(3) degrees , beta = 94.735(3) degrees , and gamma = 104.749(3) degrees , triclinic, space group P with Z = 1) demonstrate that the metal cationic species induced cyclic [VO3](n-)n (n = 6, 8, 10) ring formation and the cations are incorporated in the rings themselves. In the metal inclusion products, the cyclic vanadates act as macrocyclic ligands, in which the metal cationic species act as the templates. The cyclic vanadate is composed of tetrahedral VO4 units that share corners and incorporates a metal cationic species in the center of the molecules. The bowl-shaped complex 1 includes a Pd2+ cation that is coordinated by the oxygen donors of a boatlike hexavanadate ring. The diamagnetic complex 1 was characterized via 51V and 17O NMR spectroscopy. Complex 2 involves an octavanadate ring and two Cu2+, which are located on both sides of the mean plane as defined by the eight oxygen atoms that bridge the vanadium atoms. In the case of complex 3, the di-mu-hydroxo-bridged Ni2+ dimer with capped Ni2+ aqua ions is formed by hydrolysis to form the decavanadate ring, in which two of the tetrahedral vanadate units are not bonded to the Ni2+ core but supported by hydrogen bonds through the aqua-ligand in the capped Ni2+ cation. Complexes 1-3 in solution were clearly identified by their characteristic isotope patterns using ESI-MS studies.  相似文献

Four new isostructural one-dimensional dodecaniobate Keggin materials, Na12[Ti2O2][TNb12O40] x xH2O and Na10[Nb2O2][TNb12O40] x xH2O with T = (Si or Ge), have been synthesized hydrothermally using a Lindqvist-ion salt, Na7[Nb6O19H] x 15H2O, as the precursor. Their structure, consisting of chains of Keggin ions [TNb12O40]16- linked by [Ti2O2]4+ or [Nb2O2]6+ bridges, was solved ab initio from powder diffraction data. The location of the charge-balancing sodium atoms and the water molecules was further investigated by molecular simulations. These compounds were also characterized by IR and solid-state 1H, 29Si, and 23Na MAS NMR spectroscopies. The structural relationships between these and related phases based on similar Keggin ion building units are discussed.  相似文献

Two copper-complex-substituted tungstogermanates [Cu5(2,2'-bpy)6(H2O)][GeW8O31].9H2O, 1, and {[Cu5(2,2'-bpy)5(H2O)][GeW9O34]}2.7H2O, 2 (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridyl), have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. X-ray structural analyses show that 1 is a rare tetralacunary Keggin anion of [B-beta-GeW8O31]10- substituted by copper complexes, while dimer 2 consists of two trilacunary [B-alpha-GeW9O34]10- Keggin units bridged by copper complexes. Magnetic measurement for 2 shows the presence of antiferromagnetic interactions within the dinuclear Cu2+ cations.  相似文献

The formation of vanadium(III) complexes with nuclearity greater than two is believed to occur in aqueous solution on the basis of potentiometric, electrochemical, and/or UV-vis spectroscopy titration measurements, although structural evidence for this is limited. Upon the addition of 1-2 equiv of acetate, propionate, chloroacetate, trifluoroacetate, or bromoacetate to an aqueous, acidic solution of vanadium(III), trinuclear and tetranuclear complexes are formed. The structures of [V4(mu-OH)4(mu-OOCCF3)4(OH2)8]Cl4.7.5H2O (1), [V4(mu-OH)4(mu-OOCCH3)4(OH2)8]Cl4.CH3COOH.12H2O (2), [V4(mu-OH)4(mu-OOCCH3)4(OH2)8]Cl4.3H2O (3), [V3(mu3-O)(mu-OOCCH2Br)6(OH2)3]CF3SO3.H2O (4), [V3(mu3-O)(mu-OOCCH2CH3)6(OH2)3]Cl.2H2O (5), [V3(mu3-O)(mu-OOCCH3)6(OH2)3]Cl.3.5H2O (6), and [V3(mu3-O)(mu-OOCCH2Cl)6(OH2)3]CF3SO3.H2O (7) have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Importantly, electrospray mass spectrometry and 1H NMR measurements suggest that these complexes are not purely solid-state phenomena but are also present in solution. For the vanadium(III)/acetate and vanadium(III)/propionate systems, two paramagnetic 1H NMR signals corresponding to two distinct complexes (species A and B) are observed in the 40-55 ppm region for 0.20 mol equiv of acetate or propionate, at pD 3.44. No corresponding signals are observed for the vanadium(III)/bromoacetate and vanadium(III)/chloroacetate systems under the same conditions or for the vanadium(III)/ trifluoroacetate system using 19F NMR spectroscopy. UV-vis spectra suggest that species B are structurally analogous for the vanadium(III)/acetate and vanadium(III)/propionate systems, whereas structurally different complexes are the major species for the other systems. Diffusion coefficients of species B for the vanadium(III)/acetate and vanadium(III)/propionate systems determined by pulsed-field-gradient spin-echo NMR spectroscopy measurements are (3.0 +/- 0.1) x 10-6 and (3.23 +/- 0.01) x 10-6 cm2 s-1, respectively, and are most consistent with species B being trimeric, rather than tetranuclear, complexes.  相似文献

A Keggin-type tungstosilicate compound [CoII(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)]2[SiWVI12O40]·2H2O1 (bipy = bipyridine) was prepared by a hydrothermal method for the first time. Compound 1 consists of two coordinated cation fragments [CoII(2,2'-bipy)2(H2O)]2+, one normal Keggin polyanion unit [SiWVI12O40]4- and two lattice water molecules. To be noted, each polyanion unit is linked to two cation fragments by its two surface terminal oxygen atoms and two cobalt atoms of two cation fragments forming an organic-inorganic hybrid unit in 1. Furthermore, the compound shows strong photo-luminescence property in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A Keggin-type tungstosilicate compound [Co^Ⅱ(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]2[SiW^Ⅵ12O40]·2H2O 1 (bipy = bipyridine) was prepared by a hydrothermal method for the first time. The hydrothermal reactions of trivacant Keggin A-alpha-XW(9)O(34) polyoxoanions (X=P(V)/Si(IV)) with transition-metal ions (Ni(II)/Cu(II)/Fe(II)) in the presence of amines result in eight novel high-nuclear transition-metal-substituted polyoxotungstates [{Ni(7)(mu(3)-OH)(3)O(2)(dap)(3)(H(2)O)(6)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))][{Ni(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(dap)(3)(H(2)O)(6)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))][Ni(dap)(2)(H(2)O)(2)]4.5 H(2)O (1), [Cu(dap)(H(2)O)(3)](2)[{Cu(8)(dap)(4)(H(2)O)(2)}(B-alpha-SiW(9)O(34))(2)]6 H(2)O (2), (enH(2))(3)H(15)[{Fe(II) (1.5)Fe(III) (12)(mu(3)-OH)(12)(mu(4)-PO(4))(4)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))(4)]ca.130 H(2)O (3), [{Cu(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(en)(3) (H(2)O)(3)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))]7 H(2)O (4), [{Ni(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(en)(3)(H(2)O)(6)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))]7 H(2)O (5), [{Ni(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(en)(2)(H(2)O)(8)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))]7 H(2)O (6), [{Ni(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(dap)(2)(H(2)O)(8)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))] 7 H(2)O (7), and [{Ni(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(en)(3)(H(2)O)(6)}(B-alpha-SiW(9)O(34))][Ni(0.5)(en)] 3.5 H(2)O (8) (en=ethylenediamine, dap=1,2-diaminopropane). These compounds have been structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, diffuse reflectance spectra, thermogravimatric analysis, and X-ray crystallography. The double-cluster complex of phosphotungstate 1 simultaneously contains hepta- and hexa-Ni(II)-substituted trivacant Keggin units [{Ni(7)(mu(3)-OH)(3)O(2)(dap)(3)(H(2)O)(6)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))](2-) and [{Ni(6)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(dap)(3)(H(2)O)(6)}(B-alpha-PW(9)O(34))]. The dimeric silicotungstate 2 is built up from two trivacant Keggin [B-alpha-SiW(9)O(34)](10-) fragments linked by an octa-Cu(II) cluster. The main skeleton of 3 is a tetrameric cluster constructed from four tri-Fe(III)-substituted [Fe(III) (3)(mu(3)-OH)(3)(B-alpha-PW(9) O(34))](3-) Keggin units linked by a central Fe(II) (4)O(4) cubane core and four mu(4)-PO(4) bridges. Complex 4 is an unprecedented three-dimensional extended architecture with hexagonal channels built by hexa-Cu(II) clusters and trivacant Keggin [B-alpha-PW(9)O(34)](9-) fragments. The common feature of 5-8 is that they contain a B-alpha-isomeric trivacant Keggin fragment capped by a hexa-Ni(II) cluster, very similar to the hexa-Ni(II)-substituted trivacant Keggin unit in 1. Magnetic measurements illustrate that 1, 2, and 5 have ferromagnetic couplings within the magnetic metal centers, whereas 3 and 4 reveal the antiferromagnetic exchange interactions within the magnetic metal centers. Moreover, the magnetic behavior of 4 and 5 have been theoretically simulated by the MAGPACK magnetic program package.  相似文献

以Na7[α-PW11O39].nH2O,Sm(NO3)3.6H2O和(CH3)4NCl为原料,利用常规的水溶液方法合成了一例新的2∶2型二聚单缺位Keggin结构多金属氧酸盐稀土衍生物[(CH3)4N]6[(α-PW11O39H)Sm(H2O)3]2.9H2O(1);利用X射线单晶衍射表征了其晶体结构.结果表明,该二聚体属单斜晶系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.300 8(10)nm,b=2.219 0(17)nm,c=2.097 0(16)nm,β=100.992(16),Z=2,R1=0.074 6,wR2=0.182 6.二聚阴离子[{(α-PW11O39H)Sm(H2O)4}2]6-由2个[α-PW11O39H]6-缺位阴离子通过2个[Sm(H2O)4]3+配离子连接形成,Sm3+离子占据[α-PW11O39H]6-阴离子的缺位位置并取八配位单四方反棱柱构型,相邻的2个单取代阴离子[α-PW11O39H]6-通过2个Sm-Ot-W桥连成二聚物.  相似文献

An exploratory study of the hydrothermal chemistry of vanadium in HF solutions has resulted in the preparation of four new vanadium (III) fluorides with chainlike structural motifs. [NH4]2[VF5] (1) and [C2N2H10][VF5] (2) feature infinite chains of trans corner-sharing VF4F2/2 octahedra, [C4N2H6][VF5].H2O (3) has cis corner-sharing [VF4F2/2]infinity chains, and [C10N2H8][VF3] (4) has trans corner-sharing [VF2F2/2]infinity chains bridged into sheets by the 4,4'-bipy linker. All four compounds exhibit antiferromagnetic behavior.  相似文献
