Pt/CNTs催化剂的制备及其催化臭氧化活性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

以碳纳米管(CNTs)为催化剂载体, 以H2PtCl6•6H2O为贵金属活性组分前驱物, 采用等体积浸渍法制备了Pt/CNTs催化剂. 以草酸为目标污染物, 考察了所制备催化剂的催化活性, 并采用SEM, XRD和XPS等分析方法对催化剂进行表征. 对活性组分Pt的负载量、氢还原温度和热处理方式进行了研究, 确定了适宜的制备条件为Pt负载量1.0%、氢还原温度350 ℃. 研究表明, 在本实验条件下, 单独臭氧氧化、碳纳米管载体催化臭氧化和Pt/CNTs催化臭氧化分别能去除溶液中3.0%, 72.9%和97.9%的草酸. Pt的负载明显地提高碳纳米管催化臭氧化的效果. XRD分析显示催化剂的活性组分Pt以单质Pt0的形式存在; 与氢还原过程相比, 在空气气氛中焙烧制备的Pt/CNTs催化剂表面Pt的结晶度过高, 而且XPS结果表明此催化剂表面的Pt有化学吸附氧存在, 导致催化活性降低.  相似文献

Pt/Al2O3催化剂用于丙烯选择性还原NO   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
分别采用浸渍法(IM)和溶胶-凝胶法(SG)制备了一系列不同铂负载量的催化剂, 在固定床反应器上用C3H6作还原剂, 测试了选择性还原NOx的活性, 结果发现, 在IM法和SG法制备的催化剂中, 活性组分铂最佳负载质量分数分别为0.5%和2%. 针对两种催化剂, 分别考察了氧浓度、丙烯浓度及反应气流量对选择性催化还原NOx性能的影响, 催化活性随丙烯浓度的增大而上升. 2%Pt/Al2O3(SG)催化剂的抗SO2性能好于0.5%Pt/Al2O3(IM)催化剂, H2O的存在可明显拓宽活性温度范围, 并向高温区间移动, 在200~400 ℃范围内可有效净化NOx.  相似文献

采用导向剂共沉淀-水热法合成不同复合量3Ni-Al类水滑石(LDH)/酸化杭锦2#土载体前驱物.以液相还原-焙烧法制备不同Au负载量的Ni-Al复合氧化物/介孔杭锦2#土负载Au催化剂.采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、N2物理吸附-脱附、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对催化剂进行表征;并考察其催化CO氧化活性及稳定性.结果表明,3Ni-Al LDH在酸化杭锦2#土上复合均匀;其负载Au后经500℃空气气氛焙烧,催化剂具有介孔结构,Au颗粒分散均匀、平均粒径小于10 nm;Ni-Al LDH复合量增加有利于纳米Au分散并抑制其粒径增大,且纳米Au与载体间存在较强相互作用;随Ni-Al LDH复合量和Au负载量增加,负载Au催化剂催化活性提高,当Ni-Al LDH复合量15%(Ni 3.47%),Au负载量3%时,所得负载Au催化剂性能最佳:T50为48℃,80℃时CO转化率大于90%,180℃连续反应10 h,CO转化率保持100%,空气放置110 d后,虽然其低温活性有所下降,但120℃时,仍可实现CO转化率大于90%.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了低温水煤气变换Au/α-Fe2O3催化剂。通过正交实验优化催化剂的还原活化条件,考察了金负载量对催化剂性能的影响。采用BET、XRD、UV-VIS、XRF、H2-TPR和O2-TPO等表征手段对催化剂的结构进行分析,并与其催化性能进行关联。结果表明,(1)采用10%-H2/N2还原气将催化剂在150 ℃原位还原9 h,其催化活性最高;(2)金的最佳负载量为8.00%,此时在催化剂制备过程中金的流失量较少,金粒子较小,也有利于抑制催化剂在反应过程中烧结;(3)TPR-TPO结果表明,金的负载量为8.00%时,Au/α-Fe2O3催化剂具有较易被还原、不易被氧化的性质,从而显示出最高催化活性。(4)Au/α-Fe2O3催化剂中的金以单质金(Au0)形式存在;其高活性与Au0-Fe3O4间的协同作用有关。  相似文献

以尿素为沉淀剂用沉积-沉淀法制备了α-MnO2负载Au催化剂xAu/α-MnO2(x=0-7(对应的Au负载量(质量分数)分别为0-7%)),使用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、N2-吸附/脱附、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和H2-程序升温还原(H2-TPR)等技术对所制样品进行了表征,并测定其对CO和苯的催化氧化性能.XRD结果表明,负载Au对α-MnO2载体结构影响不大,随Au含量的增加,Au颗粒明显增大.N2-吸附/脱附和TEM结果表明,Au的加入对xAu/α-MnO2的比表面积、孔容和孔径等结构性能影响较小,表明Au分布在α-MnO2载体表面,未阻塞其孔道.XPS结果表明,随着Au负载量的增加,xAu/α-MnO2中的O2-/(O22-或O-)、Mn4+/Mn3+和Au3+/Au0的摩尔比在增加,表明其晶格氧、Mn4+和Au3+的浓度在增加.由于贵金属的溢氢作用,Au明显促进xAu/α-MnO2氧化还原能力,其中3Au/α-MnO2具有最高的氧化还原性.负载Au明显影响xAu/α-MnO2样品的催化活性,xAu/α-MnO2的催化性能与Au的分散性、氧化还原性能及表面氧物种的种类密切相关,其中3Au/α-MnO2显示出最佳活性,其催化氧化CO的T90=80°C,苯的T90=200°C.  相似文献

采用溶液燃烧法和浸渍法制备了铜铁矿结构的钴酸锂(LiCoO2)及其负载K的系列催化剂样品,并通过XRD、NOx-TPD、H2-TPR、程序升温反应等对其进行了结构表征与性能评价.结果表明LiCoO2是一种能有效同时去除碳烟(PM)和NOx的催化剂;K负载可提高其催化活性,其中10%K/LiCoO2具有最低的PM起燃温度(246℃)和最大NOx→N2转化率(35.9%);催化剂表面生成的O2-/O-活性氧物种以及较强的NOx吸附存储能力可能是K/LiCoO2催化活性提高的原因.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和浸渍法制备Cr/Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂,在考察不同Cr负载量的基础上,研究不同金属负载与焙烧温度对Cr/Al_2O_3-TiO_2催化剂结构与性能影响。程序升温氧化(TPO)结果表明,当Cr负载量为10%(w/w)时具有较好的催化活性;不同金属负载Cr/Al_2O_3-TiO_2时,负载Co及在焙烧温度为550℃时催化剂具有较好的活性。通过程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)表征发现,Co的负载使催化剂的低温氧化还原能力逐渐提高,表明Co-Cr具有较好的协同催化作用。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)表征表明,Co增加了Cr~(6+)和表面吸附氧(O_β)含量,随着焙烧温度的升高(450~550℃),晶格氧不断向催化剂表面流动,表面化学吸附氧O_β比例逐渐增加,导致催化活性不断升高,说明Cr~(6+)和O_β是催化氧化NO的重要活性物种。  相似文献

贵金属催化剂对NOx催化氧化具有优异的催化性能,但催化剂成本较高,而负载型催化剂及非贵金属催化剂受到了广泛的关注。 本文中采用水热法和浸渍法分别制备了SmMn2O5纯相催化剂和SmMn2O5/γ-Al2O3负载催化剂,探索了活性成分SmMn2O5含量对NO催化氧化的影响。 对负载SmMn2O5不同质量分数(5%~100%)的复合催化剂进行了扫描电子显微镜、比表面积、孔径分布、程序升温还原和程序升温脱附的表征以及NO催化氧化的研究。 当SmMn2O5负载量小于50%(35%、25%、15%、5%)时,负载量为25%的催化剂显示出最低的燃点温度(260 ℃),继续增加负载量到50%和75%,与负载25%的复合催化剂相比,起燃温度降低10 ℃,仅高于纯相催化剂40 ℃。 该探索对于SmMn2O5催化剂的有效利用将具有一定的指导作用,并为负载型非贵金属催化剂的设计提供一定的思路。  相似文献

采用阳离子吸附法制备了氧化石墨烯负载纳米金(Au)催化剂(Au/GO), 通过调变Au的负载量(质量分数0.2%~2%), 实现了Au在10~21 nm粒径的可控制备. 室温下热红外测试显示0.2 W/cm2光照条件下, 随着金属负载量和粒径的增加, Au/GO光热温度可升高至110 ℃, 且光热转换效率高达88%. 研究发现, 以丁二烯的选择性催化加氢作为探针反应, 在0.2 W/cm2光照条件下, 丁二烯的转化率随Au负载量的增加先升高后降低, 丁烯选择性在90%以上; 当金负载量为0.5%(颗粒尺寸约15 nm), 光热转换温度为100 ℃时, 样品表现出较高的丁二烯转化率(99%)和丁烯选择性(90%), 且催化剂经过144 h稳定性测试无失活趋势. 与同等条件下的热催化反应相比, 光-热驱动的Au/GO的催化活性提高了5倍. 原位X射线光电子能谱测试分析表明, Au/GO催化性能的提升主要来源于等离子体光转热过程中激发纳米金表面产生了大量的Au δ+活性位点.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了Hβ分子筛负载钴氧化物催化剂。考察了催化剂焙烧温度和钴负载量对催化剂催化分解N2O活性的影响,并采用XRD、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR、SEM等手段对催化剂的理化性质进行表征。结果表明,催化剂中的钴物种主要以Co3O4尖晶石型形态存在;催化剂焙烧温度显著影响其酸性和酸量及氧化还原性能,焙烧温度达到700℃后,催化剂中有难还原的Co-Al-O物种生成。焙烧温度和钴负载量对催化剂的催化活性均有影响,焙烧温度为600℃、钴负载量为10%~15%的催化剂催化活性好,N2O分解温度低,t10、t50和t95分别为325~329℃、364~367℃和406~408℃。  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. (E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献
