The reaction of 5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile (Ib) with alkyl radicals gives addition products at the C(6)-position of the pyrazine ring as the intermediates which collapse into substitution products, 6-alkyl-5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenylpyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile (II), under oxidative conditions. Under non-oxidative conditions the intermediate is converted into dihydropyrazine derivatives, 6-alkyl-(3,4-dimethoxy-phenyl)-5,6-dihydropyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitrile (III), and 3,6-disubstituted pyrazine derivatives, 3,6-dialkyl-5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)pyrazine-2-carbonitrile (IV) and 3-acyl-6-alkyl-5-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)pyrazine-2-carbonitrile (V).  相似文献

2,3-Dimethyl- and 2,3-tri-, 2,3-tetra-, and 2,3-pentamethylene-substituted 8-arylidene-6,7-dihydro-pyrrolo[1,2-a]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ones were synthesized by the reaction of 2,3-dimethyl- and 2,3-tri-, 2,3-tetra-, and 2,3-pentamethylene-7,8-dihydropyrrolo[1,2-a]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(6H)-ones with benzaldehyde, its 4-dimethylamino-, 3,4-dimethoxy-, and 3,4-methylenedioxy derivatives and also furfural in the presence of NaOH.  相似文献

Novozym-435 has been found to be an effective biocatalyst for the kinetic resolution of a series of racemic 2,3-allenols, affording highly optically active (S)-(-)-2,3-allenols and (R)-(+)-2,3-allenyl acetates in high yields and with excellent ee values. The reaction of 3-(n-butyl)-3,4-pentadien-2-ol (1 a) was successfully performed on a 10 g scale to afford the corresponding (S)-(-)-2,3-allenol (1 a) and (R)-(+)-2,3-allenyl acetate (2 a) in synthetically useful amounts and with high ee values. The advantages of this reaction are the ready availability of the starting materials, high stereoselectivities for both (-)-2,3-allenols and (+)-2,3-allenyl acetates, the use of a relatively high substrate concentration, and a lower catalyst loading. The resulting (S)-(-)-2,3-allenol 1 a can be converted into the corresponding chiral 2,5-dihydrofuran and the vinylic epoxide.  相似文献

The synthesis of 3,4-alkoxythieno[2,3-b]thiophene derivatives has been developed from the readily accessible dimethyl or diethyl 3,4-dihydroxythieno[2,3-b]thiophenedicarboxylates. The yields for the dialkoxy derivatives were strongly dependent both on the base and the alkylating agent used for the nucleophilic substitutions. A trimer associating the new 3,4-ethylenedioxy-thieno[2,3-b]thiophene unit with 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene moieties has been synthesized and electropolymerized.  相似文献

4-Aryl-1-(4-oxo-3,4-dihydrothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)thiosemicarbazides react with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in methanol to give the corresponding methyl {3-aryl-4-oxo-2-[(4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)hydrazono]-1,3-thiazolidin-5-ylidene}acetates, whereas in dioxane methyl 5-aryl-amino-2-methoxycarbonylmethyl-3-(4-oxo-3,4-dihydrothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl)-2,3-dihydro-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-carboxylates are mainly formed.  相似文献

On the Synthesis of Sulfonated Derivatives of 2,3-Dimethylaniline and 3,4-Dimethylaniline Baking the hydrogensulfate salt of 2,3-dimethylaniline ( 1 ) or of 3,4-dimethylaniline ( 2 ) led to 4-amino-2,3-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 4 ) and 2-amino-4,5-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 5 ), respectively (Scheme 1). The sulfonic acid 5 was also obtained by treatment of 2 with sulfuric acid or by reaction of 2 with amidosulfuric acid. 3-Amino-4,5-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 3 ) and 5-Amino-2,3-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 6 ) were prepared by sulfonation of 1,2-dimethyl-3-nitrobenzene ( 9 ) to 3,4-dimethyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 11 ) and of 1,2-dimethyl-4-nitrobenzene ( 10 ) to 2,3-dimethyl-5-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 12 ), respectively, with subsequent Béchamp reduction (Scheme 1). Preparations of 2-amino-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 7 ) and of 6-amino-2,3-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 8 ) were achieved by the sulfur dioxide treatment of the diazonium chlorides derived from 3,4-dimethyl-2-nitroaniline ( 24 ) and from 2,3-dimethyl-6-nitroaniline ( 31 ) to 3,4-dimethyl-2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride ( 29 ) and 2,3-dimethyl-6-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride ( 32 ), respectively, followed by hydrolysis to 3,4-dimethyl-2-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 30 ) and 2,3-dimethyl-6-nitrobenzenesulfonic acid ( 33 ), and final reduction (Scheme 3). Compound 7 was also synthesized by reaction of 4-chloro-2,3-dimethylaniline ( 23 ) with amidosulfuric acid to 2-amino-5-chloro-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 20 ) and subsequent hydrogenolysis (Scheme 2). 4′-Bromo-2′, 3′-dimethyl-acetanilide ( 13 ) and 4′-chloro-2′, 3′-dimethyl-acetanilide ( 14 ) on treatment with oleum yielded 5-acetylamino-2-bromo-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 17 ) and 5-acetylamino-2-chloro-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 18 ), respectively. Their structures were proven by hydrolysis to 5-amino-2-bromo-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 21 ) and 5-amino-2-chloro-3,4-dimethylbenzenesulfonic acid ( 22 ), followed by reductive dehalogenation to 3 .  相似文献

It has been found that malonodinitrile and 2-(6-R1-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine undergo hetarylation by 5,6-dichloro-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitrile at the active methylene group to give the triethylammonium salt of 2-(3-chloro-5,6-dicyano-2-pyrazinyl)malononitrile or 5-chloro-6-cyano(6-R1-4-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-quinazolylidene)methyl-2,3-pyrazinedicarbonitriles. Reaction of these with primary amines leads to annelation of the pyrrole ring at the pyrazine [b] edge to give 6-amino-5-R-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3,7-tricarbonitriles and 6-amino-5-R2-7-(6-R1-4-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2-quinazolyl)-5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine-2,3-dicarbonitriles respectively.  相似文献

Bromination of the alkaloid 2,3-tetramethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline by N-bromosuccinimide was studied. It was shown that either 4-hydroxy-2,3-tetramethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline or 6-bromo-4-hydroxy-2,3tetramethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline was formed depending on the ratio of reagents. Oxidation of 2,3tetramethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline by KMnO4 produced 4-hydroxy-2,3-tetramethylene-3,4dihydroquinazoline. The crystal structures of 6-bromo-4-hydroxy-2,3-tetramethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline and its mixed crystal with 4-hydroxy-2,3-tetramethylene-3,4-dihydroquinazoline were studied by x-ray structure analysis. The enantiomeric molecules in all crystal structures formed associates owing to two opposing OH...N1 H-bonds.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the alkaolid 2,3-tetramethylen-3,4-dihydroquinazoline hydrochloride was solved by X-ray structure analysis. It was demonstrated that the crystal contains an aqua system similar to those in the isostructural 2,3-trimethylen-3,4-dihydroquinazoline (deoxypeganine), and 2,3-pentamethylen-3,4-dihydroquinazoline hydrochlorides.  相似文献

The reactions of oxides of internal trans-, cis-perfluoroolefins with o-phenylenediamine and 2-aminophenol in dioxane gave 2,3-bis(perfluoroalkyl)quinoxalines and 2,3-bis(perfluoroalkyl)-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-2-ols respectively in yields of 23-67%. When N,N-dimethylacetamide was used as a solvent an anionic isomerization of the oxides into ketones, which further yielded 2-(perfluoroalkyl)benzimidazoles in the case of o-phenylenediamine and 2-hydroxy-N-perfluoroalkanoylanilines in the case of 2-aminophenol, became the main path of these reactions. Unusual cyclization resulting in 2-pentafluoroethyl-2-pentafluoropropanoylbenzoxazolidine occurs on interaction between dodecafluoro-3,4-epoxyhexane and 2-aminophenol in N,N-dimethylacetamide.  相似文献

Acylpyruvic acids readily react with 2,3-diaminopyridine to form (Z)-3-acylmethylene-1H-3,4-di- hydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-2-ones. 5-Aryl-2,3-dihydrofuran-2,3-diones which can be regarded as lactones derived from -enolized aroylpyruvic acids react with 2,3-diaminopyridine under mild conditions, yielding regioisomeric (Z)-2-aroylmethylene-4H-1,2-dihydropyrido[2,3-b]pyrazin-3-ones. Summary The synthesis and study of a number of new iron(III) complexes of the ligands 3-hydroxy-2(1H)-pyridinone (3,2-opoH), 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,3-dhbH3) and 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3,4-dhbH3) are described. These complexes have the formulae [Fe(3,2-opo)2Cl]·PrnOH, K[Fe(2,3-dhbH)2(H2O)2], [Fe(2,3-dhb)(H2O)2], K[Fe-(3,4-dhbH)2(H2O)2], [Fe(3,4-dhb)(H2O)2] and K6[Fe(3,4-dhb)3]·3H2O. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses. X-ray powder patterns, t.g.a./d.t.g. techniques, magnetic susceptibilities and spectroscopic (u.v.-vis., i.r. and variable-temperature 57Fe-M?ssbauer) studies. Monomeric octahedral structures are assigned for the 1∶2 2,3-dhbH2− complex and the 1:3 3,4-dhb3− compound. Dinuclear and/or oligonuclear structures are tentatively proposed for the remaining complexes in the solid state. In [FeL(H2O)2] (L3− = 2,3-dhb3− or 3,4-dhb3−), iron(III) appears to be 5-coordinate. Both oxygens of 3,2-opo participate in coordination, while the dihydroxybenzoato ligands exhibit various coordination modes, depending mainly on the positions of the hydroxy groups, their anionic charge and the ligand∶metal molar ratio used.  相似文献

The interactions of aluminium(III) ion with the triprotic catechol derivatives (H3L), 2,3-dihydroxybenzoic acid (2,3-DHBA), 3,4-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid (3,4-DHPA), 3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (3,4-DHBA), and 3,4-dihydroxyhydrocinnamic acid (3,4-DHHCA) were investigated in aqueous solution at 25.0 degrees C. The Calvin-Bjerrum titration method was adopted for the determination of formation constants of proton-ligand and aluminium(III)-ligand complexes. Potentiometric and spectroscopic results indicated that these catechol derivatives exhibit a true bidentate character. The chelation occurs via their catecholate sites, with the exception of 2,3-DHBA. In the case of 2,3-DHBA complexes, the dominant species are either the salicylate type (COO-, O-) or catecholate type (O-, O-) complex. The protonation constants of ligands and their formation constants of Al(III) complexes were also correlated. The order of decreasing stabilities of complexes is: 3,4-DHPA>3,4-DHBA>3,4-DHHCA>2,3-DHBA.  相似文献

The redox reaction of 2-trifluoromethylchromones with ethyl mercaptoacetate in the presence of triethylamine results in the formation of 1,2-dihydrothieno[2,3-c]chromen-4-ones and diethyl 3,4-dithiadipate in high yields. Reactions of 2,3-diferrocenylcyclopropenone with methyllithium and phenyllithium afford products of the nucleophilic opening of the three-membered ring, viz., α,β-unsaturated ketones (cis-3,4-diferrocenylbut-3-en-2-one and cis-2,3-diferrocenyl-1-phenylprop-2-enone) and allylic alcohols (cis-3,4-diferrocenyl-2-methylbut-3-en-2-ol and cis-1,1-diphenyl-2,3-diferrocenylprop-2-en-1-ol). The insertion product of a methyl(diferrocenyl)vinylcarbenoid into a σ-bond of the starting compound, viz., 2,3,4-triferrocenyl-4-(1-ferrocenyl-2-oxopropyl)cyclobutenone, along with intramolecular ortho-alkylation products, viz., 2,3-diferrocenylindanone and 2,3-diferrocenyl-2-hydroxyindanone, were also isolated. X-ray diffraction data for triferrocenylcyclobutenone and 2,3-diferrocenyl-2-hydroxyindanone are presented.  相似文献

A series of new 1- and 2-arylmethyl-3,4-dimethylpyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-6-one derivatives were synthesized and examined for their antiplatelet activities. Some of these compounds showed significant inhibitory activities. Among them, 1-phenylmethyl-3,4-dimethylpyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-6(1H)-one (4a), 2-(2'-methoxyphenyl)methyl-3,4-dimethylpyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-6(2H)- one (3e) and 2-(3'-methoxyphenyl)methyl-3,4-dimethylpyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-6-(2H) - one (3f) were the most effective. These inhibitors acted in a concentration-dependent manner. The antiplatelet effect of compound 3f is due to the inhibition of thromboxane A2 formation and the blockade of thromboxane A2/prostaglandin endoperoxide receptor in washed rabbit platelets.  相似文献
